Im glad that everyone loves this scrunkly old man but can we please get more fan content for Morty, like yeah there’s a lot already… but it’s not enough…

I’ve scoured all of ao3, any possible tag that could help me find it has been searched, and I’m still trying to find more whump fics abt Morty… there are some but not a lot :/

It’s also kinda annoying that a lot of ppl don’t use the whump tag cuz it’s not as well known as the others like “angst” or “hurt/comfort.” And like yeah I could go for some angst… but I need them to be tortured and half lucid and bleeding out and going through immense pain as someone is terrified that the whumper is gonna die and is threatening the whumpee… and you don’t always get that with “hurt/comfort” cuz emotional hurt is a thing

At the risk of people getting the wrong idea, I can't get over these hands

Just look at how much Genos's hands have changed between when we first see him in chapter 5 and now.

The first set looks more like an amateur garage project. Look at it: no armour, the internals visible, open joints on the fingers, permanently open hole in the palm, minimal affordances for the fingers -- they can bend and straighten but not a lot more, and what seems to be a glorified flame thrower.

And now, just look at the difference. Completely armored, joints closed, minimizing both pinch points and places where fluids can ingress, palm port opened and closed with an iris mechanism, fingers have additional jointing at their bases allowing them to swivel and thumb has additional segment to compensate for the stiffness of the palm. And of course, what spews out is pure murder rays.

I could grumble about not having exactly the same view, but well done Murata for improving your dramatic poses!

No but the balcony is Buck inner conflict location in loft yeah, but it's his inner conflict about love. When he's out there talking to Eddie he's questioning the differences between his love for Maddie and his love for Chimney but also between Chimney's love for Maddie and his love for Maddie and then when he's there talking to Maddie literally about what love means to him as a whole. And the way the living room revolves around family? It's where Christopher stays when we are finding out Buck loves Christopher like he's his kid, he's there when he finds out about the taking of dispatch and Maddie may be in danger, it's where he and Taylor discuss her family, it's where his parents decide they know what's better for him, it's where he hides to talk about Kameron and the baby, it's where the baby is born. And the kitchen is about his romantic interests? It's where Taylor kisses him, it's where she says she loves him, it's where they are when he asks her to move in, it's where he tells her about the kiss, it's where the date with Natalia is happening and I'm gonna add Eddie to the batch here too to say it's where Eddie says there's no one he trusts more, it's where they talk about the lawsuit/fightclub, it's where he helps Eddie with the skateboard thing, it's where he and Eddie are talking about the couches. Then we have the stairs for conflicts where he decides to do something about it? It's where he talks to Maddie about how he felt being left behind and it's where he talks to Taylor about how he felt betrayed when she ran that story. They really use an open plan in such distinctive ways.

How messed up in the head are you really? Have you been abused to think such dark thoughts? My brother was SA'd as a child and he has the same obsessive nature about gore and killers and whatnot that I read in your stories and posts sometimes. Going as far as wanting characters from movies and cartoons he watches to be the victims when he plays video games or watches horror movies, like "wow his head split open, I wonder what goku would look like that"

No. I lived a normal(ish) childhood. I was never abused. I'm very sorry to hear that about your brother. I hope he's doing well now. But... I've always been like this. I've never hurt, abused, or even murdered animals. I just... always found crime shows cool and serial killers a neat concept. (I would never actually want someone innocent to die or suffer.) I don't really know why I'm like this. Though, I grew up on horror movies at an early age (3). I was always fascinated with the idea of someone being obsessive and murderous for the person they like. If you were to meet me in real life, you would never expect me to think the way I do. I get most of my inspiration from things I watch, things I read, and just overall a desire to make gruesome content. It satisfies my need for a dark scenario.

Also, I do have a sexual fantasy about being kidnapped, brought to a secluded forest, told to start running by a person in a mask (not gender specific), chased after, and then be forced to have sex when caught. But that's just me.

Overall, I'm just really fucked up for no reason. But I could never kill a person. Hell, I don't even like making bad decisions in video games. And I have sympathy for those who have been raped, tortured, abused, almost killed, were killed, and/or forced to do things they don't want to do. So, yeah. Just really messed up with no explanation why. And I think similarly. Imagining characters (not just ones from One Piece) in gruesome situations is just a thing that occurs daily.

I hope this answers your questions to the fullest. Again, I'm very sorry about what happened to your brother. I hope both of you are doing well and in great places in life, both physically and mentally. Have a wonderful day.
