Ok so, turns out that the @nintendo Ring Fit is actually a really good workout! The thing I was worries most about is the quality (how well the ring retains form & tension), but it seems like Nintendo used some really durable materials 👍👍👍 I didn’t feel like I’d break the ring or that it’d be damaged from realistic use! . While it IS possible to cheat the system, if you approach the games / exercises seriously, you’ll get a really good workout ^-^ It’s also much more fun & interactive that its predecessor Wii Fit :D . I don’t think something like this completely replaces working out at a gym or being active, but it’s def a good alternative for people who may want to exercise in the privacy of their home or have difficulty getting motivated! The biggest plus about the Ring Fit imo is that the games are fun, even though they’re fairly simple . I’d really like to see Nintendo come out with a multiplayer patch or something so people can race against each other in real time, rather than having to alternate and compare scores . But still, overall exceeded my expectations :) .
