Yesterday, a great example of discipline. I was super exhausted from not sleeping well, having training at my new job a majority of the day and knowing I had to get my workout in. After having finished another appt I had(which I was falling asleep), I knew my workout was going to be late. I got to the gym and sat in my car texting my best friend that I didn't want to be there, but I had to workout because I'm always going to be tired, but I have a goal and I can't achieve that goal if Iso not get my workout done. Needless to say I went in and had a great workout despite being exhausted. I could have just drove home, but I had the best pump and was happy I went in and didn't just drive home. Moral of the story discipline will always conquer motivation.
