I've just rediscovered...

The protein fullness. I didn't over eat I weighed a 3.5oz portion of lite turkey deli meat and normally 3.5oz isn't too much food but I couldn't eat my cheese stick or I would have been too full. Also because I'm back on the water train I've been peeing like mad. Can't wait until the bladder is back to normal and used to 80oz of water plus other fluids a day. Also who knew squats and lunges could make your legs so jello-y? Anyone?

I spent last weekend at a wedding where all of her family knew me as the girl on the left. They had no idea who this “new” friend was. It was like being invisible, I honestly can’t describe it because it’s something you don’t expect. It took 3 days of events for some of her family to know it was me. I mentioned not too long ago about joining Stitch Fix. I wanted to share what arrived, what I kept and what I didn't keep. I received a navy blue knit top, a necklace, a green knit top, jeans (which I wasn’t a fan of so I didn’t really take a picture of them), and a grey cardigan. I ended up keeping the shirt in this first picture. I really loved the necklace, however, I've never spent $38 on a single piece of jewelry and I don't expect to anytime soon. The green top in the third picture was definitely comfortable but not my favorite. I'm still learning to love my body and unfortunately do not love my arms just yet. I do love the grey knit cardigan and loved how it paired with the green knit top. I love how comfortable their clothes feel. In the end, I kept just the polka dot knit top. So far everything I have received and tried out has been true to size. I just got home from a business and leisure trip and stepped on the scale to assess the damage lol and to my surprise I weighed in at 189.6

Im 9.6lbs away from a weight goal I originally set in 2016. That shows how long I've been plugging along at this man and wow I'm just blown rn

I haven't been in the 180's since 2011, TEN YEARS!

I'm so happy rn
