Young fighters squaring off at the press conference and weigh-in. This has got to be a very weird pose in that both fighters are trying to get in each other's faces. As it turned out, they ended up being cock to cock as their crotches touch.

I'm not sure how to set the odds on this fight. Fighter in black is taller and leaner. Fighter in white is slightly more muscular and has the bigger bulging crotch. I'd bet on the bulging crotch as he seems the most excited about fighting.

I swear I am paying attention to how much I am eating but the number on the scale keeps inching up. Never in a million years could have imagined the number on the scale being so high.

Semiannual weigh-in time! Mom thought I was pretty much done growing after my growth slowed the last couple years . . . but she was wrong!

Half a year ago (actually, seven months ago because Mom forgot to weigh me last month), I weighed 386 grams. Now, I weigh 432 grams!! A full 1.5 ounces (and almost 50 grams) more than my last weigh in!! I am now less than 1 ounce and less than 25 grams away from a full pound!!

Mom was so shocked she re-weighed me several times and on two scales to double and triple check. She says maybe this growth spurt explains why she caught me repeatedly CHOMPing my (10+ year-old) plastic plants over the weekend. I say this clearly means I need MOAR NOMS!

I ate so good last night. 🤤💕

Not only was I the only one at a table for 10 to eat a whole appetizer to myself, but I was the only one to finish my entire entree AND get my own dessert (plus a dessert to go that I wound up finishing for my feeder). I even out-ate my pregnant co-worker! A detail my feeder found particularly amusing as he prodded my too full tummy. I was so stuffed by the end that I could feel my pulse in my gut and it hurt to breathe. And it seems to have paid off. 🐷
