Insoluble fibre is supportive for regularity and softening of the stools. Psyllium husk and prunes can have a gentle laxative effect. Magnesium may also ease constipation by helping to calm the nervous system. Supplement live bacteria to support digestive symptoms as discussed alongside digestive enzymes to aid the breakdown/absorption of food and further support the balance of bacteria in the gut.
