I gave up on labels and pronouns ages ago and it was so liberating. Cis people get confused, but who cares?

I’ve transitioned from both binary genders at this point and no one can really clock my agab, which is great bc I hate it when people put “(agab) nonbinary” or try to ask what my agab is. I also don’t really like the term nonbinary bc it’s defining an absence rather than a presence. Then again, I can’t really describe my gender. So I just tell people I’m trans and when they say “trans what?” I say “yes.”

Idk if this is really an ask but I’ve been seeing a lot of confused folks come to you for answers and I want to let them know that you can, in fact, still be happy without having any labels or pronouns that fit.

I feel you, I really do not want people to list their agab when saying they are nonbinary. There's no difference between afab, amab and intersex nonbinary people and no one should feel compelled to have to divulge what "kind" of nonbinary they are. It's not safe and it further creates this idea that there's a "difference" between amab and afab nonbinary people.

Addressing the readers, here: It's not necessary, please leave people guessing when it comes to your agab as any trans person, but especially as a nonbinary person. The entire point is that you do not fit into a binary, do not force yourself into the sex binary to make other people feel "safer". You don't have to belong to the sex binary, if you are rejecting the gender binary

I'm really glad to hear that giving up on labels and pronouns was so liberating for you. Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is just be, and to not worry about what words to use to describe yourself. A note on being unlabeled:

Gender is confusing, the reason I use unlabeled as a gender identity is because I can't find a label that fits with who I am.

I'm a boy but in a gender neutral sense, I'm not a man or a guy. I feel a connection to masculinity and femininity but I'm in no way a girl or a woman.

I'm strictly a they/them but not just strictly nonbinary but being an enby and a boy aren't strictly my identity either despite being a part of my gender identity.

It's like a mix of different colours of paint, like how green is blue and yellow but it's also its own unique colour.

Being unlabeled allows me to not feel pressured to pin my identity down, I don't feel pressured to find a box, it's freeing and completely open. I may find a label in future, who knows, but for now I'm very happy with being an unlabeled boi. (𖦹^ᴗ^).*𔓕
