story style: head canon but it's also kind of an imagine?

a/n: currently writing this 10 minutes into using zzzquil, might be some errors. (like, comment, & reblog!)

my asks are open, feel free to request!

• it was just a normal day with johnny, your relationship wasn't public but everyone just thought you guys were friends

• you guys played the friends only role pretty well so no one ever thought you guys were actually dating

• the only people who knew was basically NCT and the management

• the manager's wanted johnny to do a JCC, and honestly he didn't feel like it

• he just laid on the couch and sat there lazily

• "you hungry?"

• you look at him confused, i mean yeah... who isn't hungry or in the mood for food so you say yeah

• there was a food truck outside and johnny just had an AMAZING idea

• johnny usually ordered take out or asked one of the members to cook something up for him but TODAY!!!!

• he wanted to go to the food truck for JCC and do a mukbang type thing

• he was always random, all his ideas so you just went with the flow

• he grabs the camera and starts filming

• his normal intro blah blah blah jahfam blah blah blah

• you and johnny always ate together so it was no surprise YOU were gonna be in this JCC

• while you guys are standing in line for the foodtruck he's talking to his camera, and this is normal, BUT he does something subconsciously

• he grabs your hand

• he always does this though so you really though nothing of it

• but he kinda looks a little silly from your POV when he's talking to a camera

• every time he's filming a JCC you're always in the background snickering or laughing at him because sometimes it's REALLY funny or just REALLY stupid

• it was a taco truck, and OMG what a coincidence, it was a tuesday.

• "TACO TUESDAYYY"

• johnny half yells??? into the camera?

• you never really liked ordering for yourself, so johnny always did it for you, ALL THE TIME

• he knew you like the back of his hand, he knew what you'd eat, what you'd drink

• but sometimes he gets a little pissy when you say, "i don't want anything." or, "i'm not in the mood to eat right now."

• even though you say that HE ALWAYS still gets you something just incase you do get hungry

• except, because you guys were filming a mukbang JCC you told him what you wanted and he gladly ordered it and paid for it.

• he never let you pay, it was always him paying

• what a gentleman ig...

• you guys ate and did the mukbang and eventually johnny stopped filming

• now, it was just you and him again, but you WERE out in public so he couldn't do what he usually did with you

•yk... kiss you n shit...

• so you guys went back to the dorms and johnny casually checks twitter to see his name trending

• you go on twitter too, and see his name trending as well

• wellll, can you guess.

• someone took a pic of you guys holding hands at the damn food truck

• "well, shit."

• there's not covering that up, two friends holding hands?

• yeah no

• but it was a good time, and you didn't regret one moment

• plus, the fans were kinda nice about it, although there were some people who were a bit... rude...

• you were just happy you guys didn't have keep the relationship a secret anymore.

Taco Tuesday - Bucky Barnes

Summary: The reader and Bucky hide their relationship because they think that the other Avengers would look down upon two team members dating but Sam sees them kissing.

"Stop that!" You snapped at Bucky, turning to face him. "Stop what?" He yelled back with just as much aggression. "Doing that thing with your face when you're happy, it's making me nauseous." Bucky scoffed, flipping you off quickly before downing his coffee.

You heard him grumble a few words under his breath and rolled your eyes, taking another sip of your coffee. Natasha, Sam and Clint watched with interest as you and Bucky continued bickering quietly. They gave each other a look that said 'Will they ever get along?'

You huffed madly as Bucky stormed out of the room. Natasha got up slowly, eyes a little wide with shock because you and Bucky had been particularly vigorous. She picked up a file that was on the coffee table, heading to her meeting with Fury without looking back at your fuming figure.

You took one last gulp of coffee before dashing in the opposite direction Bucky had. You walked up two flights of stairs, opening the metal door that separated you from an empty hallway. You trudged down the long corridor, looking both ways to see if anyone was there before coming to a halt in front of Bucky's door.

You knocked softly, half expecting to get the attention of Steve who was in his room on the floor above. Bucky's door opened and he pulled you in, immediately bringing you into a tight hug. You blatantly took a good whiff of his subtle cologne, sighing in satisfaction.

"Lord." Bucky breathed out. "You don't think they'll catch up on us anytime soon, do you?" You shrugged, breaking apart from your boyfriend. "I mean, we do have two spies on the team so you could never tell." He nodded, leading you to his bed to sit down.

Dating a team member wasn't against the rules but it was somewhat frowned upon. Fury always said that he doesn't want emotions getting in the way of missions. No matter how it affected it, he wouldn't let it happen again.

You and Bucky decided it was best not telling anyone and not acting like it so that Fury wouldn't separate you on missions to avoid that. You wanted to show him that you were strong agents when you'd finally tell him the news. Hopefully he'd be shocked and impressed and let you go on missions together.

It was obviously hard to hide your relationship and act like the other's arch nemesis seeing as not only were you in love with each other but were the other's best friend. Well, second to Natasha and Steve. You knew Nat would kill you for hiding it from her; Bucky sure was lucky to have Steve as a best friend. Understanding, loving Steve who only encourages and supports people.

"Penny for your thought?" You looked down to meet the beautiful blue eyes of Bucky who was laying on his back, his head on your laps. You shook your head. "Just thinking of what Natasha would say once she found out."

Bucky propped himself up on his elbow, his expression turning into a soft, caring one. "Everyone will be supportive. I'm sure of it. And Natasha is your best friend, if anything she'll be the most understanding. They might be a little surprised but they'll come around, yeah?"

You nodded, looking down and twiddling with your fingers. "Hey, doll, look at me." His fingers lifted your chin up. A hand tucked a loose strand of hair behind your ear and he smiled at you. You only realised he was now sitting up when he leaned down to kiss you.

Your hands cupped his face, rubbing soothing circles on his jaw with your thumbs. "TACO TUESDayyy... What the hell?" You pulled away from Bucky, accidentally pushing him off the bed as you did so. He groaned as you stared at Sam with an innocent smile.

"Taco Tuesday?" You and Bucky stood up, walking out of the room. "Yeah I'm really hungry." You stated, ignoring the confused Sam left alone in the doorway.

The ride to the restaurant was awkward for you, Bucky and Sam. None of you knew what to say. The team spoke animatedly around you as you all just stared at the ground, taking occasional glances at each other. Tony had insisted that you take one of his limousines even though it was just to a restaurant. "So that we can all fit." Was his best argument.

"So are we not going to talk about what happened out there?" Sam's voice caught your attention. The team seemed to join in on your conversation, having gotten bored of their own. "Mmh? About what?" Sam gave you an unimpressed look.

"No." Bucky deadpanned. Steve's eyes travelled between the three of you, utterly confused. The rest of the team did just about the same. "What's going on?" Asked Clint. "What did I miss?"

When you saw the look on Sam's face, you instantly knew what was about to happen. "Sam, no!" "Sam, yes! I walked into Barnes' room to call him down but he wasn't alone! He was with (Y/N) and they were kissing! KISSING! What's that about?"

You seemed to shrink into your seat as a man who you considered to be one of your best friends spoke up. Bucky, who was sitting next to Steve crossed his arms, leaning back into his seat. "We're dating." He admitted.

"We have been for a while. We just know that it's not idealistic to be dating a fellow Avenger so we decided it would be best not to tell you guys. We figured Wanda would find out but we trusted the fact that she wouldn't tell."

You peered at Wanda to see her nod, a small smile on her face. Everything went quiet for a few seconds until you heard a loud, girly squeal. Natasha was out of her seat, shoving herself between you and Rhodey. "Why didn't you tell me!? Actually who cares, you have to tell me everything! Is he as good of a kisser as he looks?"

Your face flushed and Natasha shoved you out of the car that had apparently come to a stop. She dragged you into the restaurant and you took your seats, the rest of your teammates behind. You looked back to met Bucky's eye. He winked before facing Steve again to listen what he was saying as Natasha drowned you in questions.

Maybe this wasn't so bad. No fake fighting with Bucky everyday, no hiding from your teammates and a lot of girl talk with your best friend. You could totally get used to it.

I suppose I could see how that other anon may have interpreted it as Jin being more on the submissive side, especially since he’s under OC who so far, sexually, we’ve only seen in a more submissive role. But that doesn’t mean she won’t explore the other side of things, it seems there’s still lots of story left!

I know we haven’t really seen enough to form a real opinion yet, but in my mind throughout the story so far: Taehyung, OC, and Jin all seem to be in the middle (duh, your list says so too :p) either not really caring much either way, or more of a “switch” sexually speaking.

Either way, I’m personally excited to see the dynamic between OC and jungkook, because I feel like it will be deliciously awkward 😁😁 and his day is TUESDAYYY

Oh yes, I forgot I had included OC in that list. Yes, i think you are right that we have only seen her in a submissive role so it would appear that I am saying Jin is a sub. I would agree with your read on taehyung, oc and jin all falling in the middle and changing more to suit the situation / their partner than having an innate preference.
