Controversial (?) opinion: I want Buck to date a woman if/when he breaks up with Tommy. In a lot of shows I see a character come out as bi and immediately start only dating ppl of the opposite gender (Rosa from B99 is one i think of). Id really love to see Buck explore a relationship with a woman afterwards in the context of his bisexuality!! Obviously i know everyone wants Buddie endgame which i am on board with but before they get together (if they do i want this.
Damian comes back to the manor one day with... a new school acquaintance (coughfriendcough) due to the fact they need to work on a school project together and Danny Fenton was the only one in that class that Damian would tolerate to have as a partner.
Everything about the kid seemed normal, heck very normal if a bit shy... or at least that was until the kid suddenly zero focused on a corner of the room and stared at it non blinking. Then after what felt like hours blinked once and returned to normal, chatting away like nothing happened.
....It also doesn't help that Alfred the cat... did the same thing.. at the same time as Danny.
Yeah something is... off about Damian's new friend.
"Wasn't a bad race in terms of pace...yesterday put us on the back foot...Part of me is happy to go on a break, to prepare for a full season, I would also like to continue racing. I 100% wanna be here, wanna do it, and yeah I feel good, happy going into next year." | Daniel Ricciardo, Post-Race Interview, Abu Dhabi Grand Prix
You know, something I adore about your writing is that the characters aren’t always (or even normally) “good” people. But they’re always hot and feel quite real and fleshed out and human (or faerie) in the best way. And I really respect you and your talent for the way that you are able to write them so well in so many different ways. I never feel like I’m reading the same story or characterization multiple times with you. It’s fun and unique every single time.
What's that quote about how characters don't need to be good, they need to be interesting. I get bored reading about characters whose decision making skills and internal monologue read like people trying to get a good grade in therapy.
I just want them to be interesting, especially if they're making choices we ourselves would never make in real life. Would you fall in love with mafia!rhys? No, you'd probably call 911 and have to go into hiding. But mafia!feyre is also unhinged, so she can rationalize it in her mind while we watch, living vicariously through her bad choices
There is so much they could’ve done with the void stiles storyline on TW , like could’ve made stiles a spark and that could’ve been the reason void chose him. There was just so many directions they could’ve gone with that storyline and I’ll forever be sad they didn’t.
Me: hmm, I think I'll try watching Elementary, I've heard it does Sherlock Holmes better than BBC Sherlock did, and I liked Sherlock until I read the originals and found them better, should be interesting.
Me, several episodes in: you know, I think what I've heard is right, there's several times where he's more similar to the BBC version than the Conan Donald version but this seems to be pretty faithful to the character, and the self contained episode plots instead of huge overarching ones is definitely more true to holmes and the original stories
if you can read this, i love you, my heart is reaching out to you and i am trying my hardest to hold your spirit in mine. yes you, the person reading this. together we can become an unbreakable web of love, just say it, i love you. i love you all
If oswald in dreamlight valley won't be so out of touch with everything that sometimes he questions if anything around him is real or not and you have to reassure him from time to time and his quests won't be the most soul crushing quests in the whole universe
I’ve seen some people speculating about the parents who had an egg who died and are now partial parents to the new eggs are going to reject the new eggs and how the new eggs might not be good for their character arcs but I think this is just the next step in their grieving process. I’d understand how bringing their kids back to life (excluding obviously codeflippa) might not be the best storyline but I’d argue giving them a new start with new eggs might be good because after you lose someone you’re allowed to love again. It doesn’t mean they’re going to stop loving their dead eggs it just gives them a second chance at being a parent and letting themselves heal. It’s also going to be interesting to see them afraid to make their same mistakes, overcoming that fear and trying to be a good parent for their new kids, trying to separate their new egg from their old one, etc.
I understand some ccs probably won’t go this route with their rp and reject their eggs because they just aren’t ready for that step in their healing process but I think it’s an interesting storyline nonetheless.
