Dribble Hissatsu

Description: Before the opponent/s even get to have a chance to stop her dribbling, she'll activate the technique by pointing at the soccer ball at her feet. The ball then sprouts monstrous brown hairy spider legs as red eyes pop out. The spider-ball starts skittering between and around the opponents in an uncomfortable manner until it and Yuuka get passed all of them together.

Weakness: Someone who isn't scared of the monstrousity and agile enough to chase after the skittering ball to smash its legs and stop it from moving

Inspiration: She realized Shuuya wouldn't try taking the ball from her if the thing he hates the most (spiders) would be involved. She thought if a guy like her brother can't take spiders, other people wouldn't either. The legs are also the ones huntsman spiders have.

Effective on: One to four opponents

Name: Picnic Thief

Steal Hissatsu

Description: Yuuka would guess what kind of confectionery the opponent dribbling the ball likes. Sometimes she would even chat them up to say, "You look like a mochi fan," with a glowing sweet smile. She then stops in front of her opponent and extends her arm their way as a giant version of a confectionery that the player likes appears in front of them. Mesmerized by the appetizing sight, the opponent stops for a bit to gawk and gets caught offguard by giant ants that appear from the ground. The ants hoard the player and pile on them. Yuuka steals the ball as the opponent (usually) screams.

Weakness: Another opponent who would steal the ball back to her (if they're skilled enough to get pass her)

Inspiration: From the sweets her brother makes for her

Effective on: One opponent

Name: Summer Screech

Dribble/Steal Hissatsu

Description: Yuuka extends her hands and out go multitudes of cicadas only recognizable because of the buzzing and clicking sounds from her hands. The opponent/s get confused as they get surrounded. The cicadas' calls become extremely loud that it'll temporarily make the opponent/s sick. This is the moment Yuuka dribbles pass them all or steal the ball from them.

Weakness: Anticipating the attack and not letting her start it

Inspiration: She thinks cicadas are underrated and should be appreciated

Effective on: One to three opponents

Soooo.. if anyone here has 1) no fear of spiders, and 2) is able to draw spiders..

could I ask for assistance in attaining some references of tarantulas? preferably not in a super realistic manner. cartoony would be best. (like.. Pokemon? I can handle that level of cartoony pretty well)

since there's apparently a ton of different species of tarantula.. any of any very notable ones that stand out would be best I think? This would help me a lot.

(btw this is all for reference for a character design!! I am arachnophobic so real pictures or even realistic pictures of spiders upset me/make me uncomfortable, but I really want to try and get a cool character design based on one!)

if anyone is able to do this to help me out, I would greatly appreciate it!! and feel free to drop them either in my DM or my inbox! I am not asking for free art. just something enough I can get the idea of what the spider and its patterns look like that I could work from kjsdjkdsf
