I'm not sure how long Elain and Graysen were together before they slept together but Feyre left the human lands and was UTM for 3 months. The sisters were made at the end of book two which was 7 months after that but Elain slept with Graysen for the first time 1 month before. And we have confirmation of Elain's engagement 40% of the way through MAF. So I'm guessing we can say with some certainty that Elain knew Graysen for at least 5 months before they slept together? Maybe more?

We also know through Nesta in SF that while in the human lands, they handled matters with a certain primness so I imagine Elain and Graysen's courtship was a tad formal with him being on his best behavior for most of it. Even when they did sleep together, it was customary of that era to treat your wife with a level of respect that you wouldn't of say, a mistress or harlot.

Elain and Az met for the first time while she was in the human lands. There is zero evidence that he was physically drawn to Elain at that time.

Even when he sat with her in the gardens or lent her Truth Teller, there is no evidence of physical attraction between the two (she called either his scars or siphons beautiful, not Azriel himself) therefore we still have no evidence that there was any sort of real attraction. Not like we have confirmation of with Az for Mor.

I'd say their mutual attraction sparked for the first time around Solstice (maybe for Elain a bit sooner considering Az was still looking at Mor with yearning) but regardless of when it happened, all they shared after was looks and the occasional brush of their fingers. All very PG stuff. Probably what Elain experienced in the human lands with Graysen.

So 10 / 11 months of knowing Az before there was anything that made it clear he might have interest in her in that way. In his POV we do get confirmation that he's been staring at his headache powder since the last Solstice but he mentions nothing of having feelings for her prior to that.

So Elain has had two possible love interests who were very "proper" in her presence. I'm sure Graysen wanted to hook up with her the second he saw her (he was a young male, it's not hard to make that assumption) but I don't imagine he let on that fact. I imagine he adhered to the standards of their societal expectations. And Az wasn't losing his mind over after first meeting her, he was fixated on Mor and even when he shifted some of the attention off Mor onto Elain, it was very subtle.

Is it not likely then, that Elain pulls back from Lucien because of how palpable his desire for her is, even from the start? Lucien controls it as best he can but we see him gripping chairs while reigning in his instincts. We see him accidently have a snarl / growl slip out. Cassian and Feyre can both see the longing on his face (which means Elain can too, she can probably feel his longing).

To Elain, Lucien Vanserra is basically the sterotype of the good Catholic girl being exposed to the definition of someone literally dripping with sex with his want for her as it's all over his face and I think she's a bit ashamed at how much she's drawn to that. I don't think she's ever felt someone's desire for her with the intensity she feels from Lucien and I think she's trying her damnedest to hold onto the "human primness" she was raised on as it's one of the final links to her humanity.

But every time Lucien is around, it becomes harder and harder to hold on to do so which is most likely why she shrinks into herself when he's near.

but i kind of get why the fandom treat them like that, she was the one that make them seen like that.having no agency at all.

and she pushes this old and dateted ideology of women that instead of use that as a lent to show how women till now have been seen and live is seen as a stadnard, something that should be idolized and wanted. when it's not.

for her a women can be only stong if she pick up a sword, fight and it's rude, but at the same time are so recessive and submessive to their male mates and ready to be nothing in orther to be with him

becuse of that women then, women who does not fit this mold are seen as less, they are not women.

A talk on "xènosatanism" by a theistic satanist

Satanism is a big umbrella especially because theres a theistic side and a atheistic side, i dont feel like explaining the differences and definitions but im going to be using the satanic bible as a example on why "xènosatanism" is nowhere close to satanism and is a mockery. Here is the free archive of the satanic bible its a interesting read regardless of if you are a satanist or not i recommend it if you are bored and want to read something. Regardless of what kind of satanism you look at the basic "morals" of satanism said in the satanic bible are also usally found in other satanist practices, im also using the satanic bible because of how personal satanism often is there isnt many "guidebooks" like the satanic bible. I specifically want to go to page 34 (using the archive no idea if its different in a physical copy of the book) here are the 2 quotes i think are important

And this other paragraph lower on the page

Like the satanic bible specifically has rituals where sex stuff is the primary thing! Xenosatanism (note the lack of è) really should be for those with a really personal satanist practice that doesnt really fit current satanism labels. Or a satanist that might work with other deities not typically associated with satanism (usally a omnist satanist). I have no idea if xenosatanism was its own thing and thats why xènosatanists have the è or if its purely aesthetic reasons.

Also if it wasnt clear xènosatanists should block me unless they are using some kind of recoin of the label that im unware of (if thats the case point me in the direction of the recoin please). Also i might reclaim xenosatanism if there isnt a recoin.

I saw someone else do this awhile back so I thought I too would do this for the shorter slashers. I myself am a very short man and I am often thinking about how tall slashers are compared to me and I started to wonder if the roles were reversed. So to make a base for how tall I'm saying the reader is I'd put it at 6'0 minimum.

He's below average height for a cis man by two inches but he honestly doesn't mind that too much. He's been teased about his height before but if he's being honest he's never taken it to heart.

He is trans and he did used to feel very dysphoric about not being as tall as cis men but he quickly realized that cis men can be short too and that he doesn't have to be super tall to be a valid man.

As for you being five or more inches taller than him he doesn't care too much but might get annoyed if he has to call you in so you can grab something off a high shelf or for you to do something for him that he can't do.

Now he like Herbert won't super mind the difference in height but he won't appreciate you making jokes about it or him having to admit that he's a lot shorter than you.

After a few months of dating he'll open up about how he doesn't feel super masculine and how you being so much taller than him makes him feel weaker in a way. I'm sure with comforting he'll work on unpacking a lot of those feelings and hopefully will move on from it.

But if you're insecure about your height he'll be surprised about it. He understands if it makes you feel less feminine but he'll talk about how a lot of beautiful feminine people and women are tall too. He'll mostly talk about models and athletes but he's still trying.

If his brothers ever poke fun at you for being tall he'll be quick to defend you. But if you're taller than all of them I'm sure them being mean won't be a huge problem.

Billy really first noticed your height when he first saw you. He'd probably mention how tall you are and call you a "Big piggy" or something to go along with your height.

Corey Cunningham

Corey is at the average height for cis men. He's pretty secure in his height but I feel like he's insecure about other parts of himself. I know for sure his mother (rest in piss) has drilled so many insecurities into his head.

He'll probably soak up being taller than you when you're sitting or on your knees doing something while he's standing.

If you tease him at all he's going to get violent. Not to you but you'll probably hear about a 5 person massacre on the news later that night, so don't tease him about his height at all.

Eventually will learn to deal with the fact that you're just taller than him but will still be a little salty and will want you to be sitting down or lower yourself when he's in a bad mood.

I'mma be honest with you, the core part of Wyrmroot that makes me love the ship so much is how they look like they'd be the sterotypical heterosexual version of what a bug relationship might be (well, sterotypical heterosexual in human terms, the bug standard is just 'smaller male to very fertile female'), but the more you look at them, the more you realize that that is not the case at ALL. They're just joint cosplaying mortal relationships for fun. The White Lady is a vast plant-fungus sorta being that is manoevering an avatar that might be telepathically linked to a network of root-mycellium that stretches all over Hallownest. She has no connection to the concept of the female gender or sex- she chooses to lean into it specifically because she finds mortals amusing, at least for a little while. Also, explaining the 25,000+ sex variances thing she might have gotten from her shroom side would be too much work. The Pale King, on the other hand, is about as socially obtuse as a fucking rock, but he wants very very badly for the bugs of Hallownest to find him an effective and capable ruler, so sure, he'll take whatever gender tags that they put on him, and if that means finding new ways to court WL, then that's just a bonus. Same with being small enough to be picked up and carried by Big Wife. They're total fuckin weirdos and I love them ur honour

as we know, i was going to the anti-bullying week before i had my really bad meltdown :<,

but i think it's too important to forget so i'm going to do a little anti-bullying series <3.

when people think of bullying, they think of the sterotypical name calling & whispers. however, nowerdays, bullying is too common in today's society. it's too normalise to pick on someone for being different, or being too enthusiastic on a specific subject.

heres a little breakdown of all the different types of bullying people can go through to help bring awareness! <;3.

(if you are currently getting bullied or have been bullied in the past, just know that you're not alone okay? i went through it for a long time- you will beat them in the end & you will have that peaceful life you're dreaming off! we're with you & support you 100%)

Physcial Bullying 🌨️

includes: hitting, spitting, beating up, stealing, shoving and damaging property.

physcial bullying is when one indiviudal physcially assaults/ or causes harm to another with the intent of hurting/upsetting them. like above, you can see that there are many different forms of physcial bullying- howvever all of their outcomes add up to the same thing.

❀•°❀°•❀ Verbal Bullying ❄️

includes: name-calling, mocking, hurtful teasing, insults, slurs, humiliating or threatening someone, racist comments, or sexual harassment.

bascially anything that is verablly said (whispered or not) with the intention of hurting somebody else.

❀•°❀°•❀ Social Bullying 🌨️

includes: rolling your eyes or turning away from someone, excluding others from the group, getting others to ignore or exclude, gossiping or spreading rumours & setting others up to look foolish.

this is one of the most common types of bullying to happen in school, and it's usually used as a humilation tactic to single out an individual or make them feel utterly worthless.

❀•°❀°•❀ Cyberbullying ❄️

includes: the use of email, cell phones, text messages, and internet sites to threaten, harass, embarrass, socially exclude, or damage reputations and friendships.

with the recent popularity of social media, cyberbullying is on the rise quickly & get more deadlier by the day. nowerdays, it's not as simple enough to ignore and block individuals- new profiles can be made, even some websites can be created in certain situations.

more needs to be done surrounding cyberbullying as it's often badly overlooked and not taken as seriously as the others.

❀•°❀°•❀ Racial Bullying 🌨️

includes: treating people badly because of their racial or ethnic background, saying bad things about a cultural background, calling someone racist names or telling racist jokes.

this is another one that gets overlooked a lot- or seen a lot as 'not being able to handle jokes well'. you're not overthinking it, they are being hurtful and you're valid in your emotions.

❀•°❀°•❀ Religious Bullying ❄️

includes: treating people badly because of their religious background or beliefs, making negative comments about a religious background or belief.

this is another one that gets overlooked a lot- or seen a lot as 'not being able to handle jokes well'. you're not overthinking it, they are being hurtful and you're valid in your emotions.

❀•°❀°•❀ Sexual Bullying 🌨️

includes: leaving someone out; treating them badly, or making them feel uncomfortable because of their sex; making sexist comments or jokes; touching, pinching or grabbing someone in a sexual way

whether you are male, female, non-binary, or unidentified- being touched without your permission is still wrong and will always be wrong. you will always be valid in speaking up, and you will always be taken seriously.

Includes leaving someone out or treating them badly because of a disability, making someone feel uncomfortable, or making jokes to hurt someone because of a disability.
