Miraculous Barbie: Alya and the Three Musketeers

And so our story begins….

A long time ago, in the French countryside, there lived a girl named Alya. She lived with her mother and sisters, tending to the farm after her father’s passing. But what Alya spend the most time doing was practicing sword fighting, hand-to-hand combat and acrobatics in the barn. And why did she do this? Because her dream was to go to Paris and be a musketeer, just like her father had been!

Sharing this dream with her was her energetic kitten, Trixx, who would practice alongside her, amusing all the barn animals, especially Kaalki, a wise older mare who had been Alya’s father’s horse during his service.

One day, as Alya practices, her mother comes in to speak with her. They have an agreement that when Alya turns 18, she can go to Paris to pursue her lifelong dream. Though reluctant and worried for her daughter, Marlena gives Alya a letter to bring to Monsieur Fu, the captain of the musketeers, asking him to watch after Alya, and some money to hold her over. And with that, Alya leaves the next morning, with Kaalki and Trixx on the long ride to Paris.

After a few days travel, Alya arrives in Paris. She finds a stable to house Kaalki, and then makes her way to find Monsieur Fu. On the way there, she hears the familiar sound of swords clashing and goes to look. She finds a group of musketeers sparring, and one emerges victorious. He boastfully challenges anyone in the crowd to take him on, and Alya accepts. The musketeers scoff, but are then amazed as she shows off her skills with a sword. Not wanting to be shown up by a girl, one of the men trips her, causing her to land in a puddle.

As the crowd laughs, the lead musketeer tells Alya to leave musketeering to the men, which only serves to infuriate her. He then goes on to say that there’s never even been a girl musketeer anyway!

Hearing this only pisses Alya off even more, because she knows damn well that’s NOT true! There was a female musketeer, many years ago. Her name was Kagami Tsurugi, and it was said by those who still remembered she had existed that she could fight off an entire battalion by herself, and no man could best her at swordplay. But one day…she disappeared, and it almost seemed like the musketeer organization tried to erase her from memory after that…

Back to the present, Alya takes out the letter for Monsieur Fu, determined to prove them all wrong…only for the letter to be stolen by Mael, a dog belonging to Armand Dargencourt, the regent in charge of protecting Prince Nino, his young cousin and their heir to the throne. Alya chases Mael to get the letter back, but is stopped at the gates of the musketeer’s headquarters when he jumps over the fence, just as Armand is exiting the building with Monsieur Fu.

As Armand leaves, he approaches the waiting Alya and asks what business she has there, and she explains her desire to be a musketeer, but he only laughs her off and states that a woman couldn’t possibly be a musketeer. Scowling, Alya demands her letter back from his dog, and he obliges before leaving.

Alya is invited inside by Monsieur Fu, and gives him her letter, explaining that he knew her father. When she expresses her desire to become a musketeer like her father, he tells her that it’s not as simple as merely wanting it and training for it. She must prove herself with noble and courageous acts, and she is simply not ready yet. Nevertheless, he tells her to come to him if she ever needs anything. Disheartened, Alya thanks him and leaves.

While Alya is sitting by herself, lost in her thoughts, Mael appears and begins to chase Trixx, with Alya quickly going after them. She pursues them through a crowd of people, along the way knocking a young woman of Indian descent into a mud puddle and soiling her dress, bumping a cheerful girl with heterochromia into a rose bush, and accidentally pushing a redhead into the fountain she was balancing on, causing her to lose her goggles, apologizing profusely to each as she keeps running. She ends up chasing them through the palace gates and is swiftly pursued by guards. She is about to knock on the door she saw Trixx run through, when a girl suddenly runs out in tears followed by a shout of “YOU’RE FIRED!”. A woman with a sour disposition steps out and spots Alya, stating that she’ll do and pulling her inside.

The woman, Madame Contard, asks what brought Alya to Paris, and when Alya tells her she wants to be a musketeer, she bursts out laughing. She then offers the now vacant position of a castle maid to Alya, who quickly accepts when the guards that were chasing her appear. Alya watches as Madame Contard berates an older maid, Olga Mendeliev (who also helped Trixx evade Mael), knocking away the feather duster she dropped, which Alya then picks up and returns. She’s then brought to the grand courtroom, where she meets her fellow maids…the three girls she knocked into earlier. Their names are Reshma, Ayesha and Lotta. And they are NOT happy with her.

After Madame Contard leaves, Alya apologizes again and asks if there’s anything she can do to make it up to them….and finds herself scrubbing the entire ballroom floor. As she’s working, Trixx is thrown out by the stuffy head of staff, hissing in indignation.

Later that night, Alya bids the three girls goodbye and makes to walk down the dark streets, prompting Reshma to ask if she has anywhere to stay. When she tells them she doesn’t, Ayesha offers to let her stay with them since they have an extra bed, with Reshma agreeing after Trixx gives her kitten eyes. Lotta isn’t really on board, but finds herself outnumbered. Alya tells them she needs to take care of something and will meet up with them later.

A short while after, Alya enters the girls’ apartment, bringing Lotta’s goggles, which she had gone to the fountain to retrieve, causing the girl to begin to warm up to her.

The next day, Prince Nino is testing his new invention, a machine that will allow people to fly! (It’s a hot air balloon, btw.) It works perfectly, and as he’s calling excitedly for his cousin Armand, he accidentally crashes into Alya as she’s cleaning the steps. He apologizes and helps her up, before he quickly rushes to retrieve his machine, which popped on a chandelier. Alya then overhears the prince talking to his cousin about how it’s his dream to fly, and can’t help but smile. However, Armand dismisses this and tells him the future monarch has no time for childish dreams, especially with his 18th birthday in a few days, after which he’ll be crowned king!

As Nino is leaving, the chandelier above the staircase suddenly comes crashing down, heading straight for the prince! Thankfully, Alya is able to leap and pull him out of the way just in time, showing off her impressive acrobatic skills and shattering some projectile glass shards with her broom. The other girls dodge more of the glass shards with some impressive moves of their own! Armand arrives with a few of the guards, ranting about how the prince was almost killed. He turns to his righthand, a man known only as Blade, and demands this doesn’t happen again…

Later, the girls are cleaning up the chandelier wreckage, and chatting amongst themselves. Alya sees something shimmering in the shadows and goes to look, finding a ruby near the rope that suspended the chandelier…which appears to have been cut. When she returns, Lotta asks where Alya learned those kinds of moves, and she tells them of her dream to be a musketeer! To her surprise, they all wish the same thing, and have been training just like her! Alya asks if they all know about Kagami, and they excitedly confirm they do. Lotta has wished for years to find out what happened to her, why she disappeared.

Suddenly, the girls hear a throat clearing behind them, and old Madame Mendeliev instructs them to follow her. She takes them down to a secret passageway, at the end of which lies a training facility for musketeers. Mendeliev explains that this was where Kagami, who grew up in the castle as a daughter of a lady of the court, would sharpen her skills. And that she intends to train them to be proper musketeers, if they will accept, which they eagerly do. She unveils a wall of weapons, from which they each choose one (Alya a sword, Reshma a ribbon whip, Ayesha a pair of fans, and Lotta a slingshot) and challenges them to prove their skill. They each try and fail to disarm her, her speed and skill at her age amazing them. She then explains the great responsibility and honor of being a musketeer, and their training truly begins. After hours, they are all exhausted and she instructs them to come back the next day to train again.

That night, Armand is in his study as Blade apologizes for the mishap with the chandelier, and it turns out Armand called for it, intending for the crash to kill Nino so he could remain in charge. He instructs Blade to sabotage Nino’s test of his flying machine tomorrow and warns his henchman not to fail him again, before leaving.

The next morning, Nino is out running tests on his balloon, writing notes as he checks on the various mechanisms. Unbeknownst to him, Blade has frayed the ropes that hold the balloon down, and when Nino gets in the basket to do a small test flight, the ropes snap and he’s sent into the air, tumbling out and dangling from a rope ladder by his foot! Alya happens to spot him through the window she’s cleaning, and quickly pulls off a graceful rescue, pulling him back into the balloon and steering it away from a spire before it can pop. The prince thanks her for his rescue and they exchange introductions. They fly in the balloon for a short time, Alya marveling at the sight of Paris from the clouds, and they discover they have quite a bit in common, such as their determination to achieve their goals.

Nino brings them back to the ground, figuring out the landing mechanisms as he goes. Alya tells him it feels amazing to fly above the ground, that it makes you feel like any dream could come true, and he asks if there’s anything she dreams of. She reluctantly admits that she wants to be a musketeer, and to her surprise, he doesn’t mock her for it, finding her determination admirable. She even gets to tell him there’s been a female musketeer before, and Nino is fascinated, wondering why more people don’t know about Kagami. It’s then that Alya must leave to return to work, bidding the prince goodbye, blushing as he kisses her hand and tells her he hopes to see her again. Unbeknownst to them, Armand watches from the distance with a scowl.

Alya arrives in the training room, and explains what happened to the other girls and Madame Mendeliev, recalling that, just like with the chandelier, the ropes appeared to have been cut…They come to the conclusion that someone may be trying to kill the prince! Madame Mendeliev instructs them to keep quiet but keep their eyes open until they have proof.

The girls promise to do so, and Lotta gets lost in thought staring at the painting of Kagami on the wall. It’s then that Madame Mendeliev decides to tell them what really happened to the first female musketeer. She didn’t disappear…she was killed. The captain of the musketeers at that time, Emani Pulateur, had been unable to handle a woman being superior to him and his men in skill, and had gathered his most trusted associates to… take care of Kagami. (She also may or may not have been trying to help his fiancée get out of their abusive and controlling relationship.)

The next morning, Trixx visits Kaalki in the stables and tells her how Alya rescued the prince, and of their training with Madame Mendeliev. He’s saddened that he can’t train with them because Madame Contard will throw him out, but Mael arrives and mocks the kitten that once his master is king, he’ll have cats banished from Paris. Trixx sasses him, and Mael makes to lunge at him, only to be intimidated into backing down by Kaalki. The old horse tells Trixx of a secret passage to get into the castle and train with the girls.

The girls continue their training every day, growing more and more skilled as time goes on. They even work training into their maid duties! Eventually, Alya is able to disarm Madame Mendeliev, and the girls decide to celebrate by going into town. However, they happen to stumble onto a meeting between Blade and some shady individuals. Alya recognizes the gems in the hilt of Blade’s dagger to be the same as the one near the chandelier rope. Continuing to watch, they see that the swords for the Blade Dance at the prince’s birthday masquerade ball in a few days, which are supposed to be made of paper and confetti, have REAL blades! Horrified, they race to warn Nino that the regent’s men are planning to kill him!

Back at the palace, Monsieur Fu is explaining the security measures for the ball to Armand, who explains he won’t be in attendance, when the girls arrive in a panic. Madame Contard tried to stop them, but they make it past her. They try to explain to Fu about the swords and the plot against the prince, but Armand dismissed them as delusional. It’s then the crates with the swords for the dance arrive, and Alya insists there are real weapons in them. But…there aren’t. They’re the fake paper swords, and the girls look foolish. Monsieur Fu tells them that they can’t act without proof, and the girls are escorted from the palace, with Madame Contard firing them for good measure.

The girls are severely disheartened, but Alya encourages them that they have to do something! They’re the only ones who know about the plot and they know every inch of the castle. After some trepidation, Reshma, Ayesha and Lotta agree, and they begin to devise a plan. Reshma will make them all costumes, and Lotta and Ayesha will make them new weapons that can be concealed in them. They’ll foil the plot and save the prince, and they need to start preparing! The night of the ball quickly arrives, and the girls don their gowns, and prepare to save the day!

That evening, Nino bids the supposedly departing Armand goodbye before leaving to prepare for the ball, as the regent prepares to put his plan into action. He dons a disguise and sneaks back into the castle, just as the girls are arriving at the ball. The regent and his men procure their weapons and prepare to launch their attack.

The girls enter the ball and dazzle everyone with their dresses, and Alya is spotted by Nino after his arrival, who recognizes her immediately and asks her to join him for the sword dance. She accepts and the two partake in the sword dance, with Alya telling Nino what she learned about Kagami’s supposed disappearance.

Outside the ballroom, Monsieur Fu and his men are knocked out by Armand’s henchmen, and the regent joins the sword dance, still in disguise. As they are dancing, all of the girls spot the real swords and know the attack will soon be launched. Armand gives a signal to Blade, and the fireworks show begins as a distraction. Armand draws his sword while everyone’s back is turned and prepares to attack Nino, but Alya leaps to counter him just in time. She takes Armand’s sword, which he accuses of being hers. The girls engage in a battle with the regent’s men, using their new weapons, while the regent spirits the prince away. Trixx even engages in a battle with Mael, using all his new training.

When the prince is in the secret tunnels, Armand unmasks himself and explains that he returned to the castle as soon as heard there was trouble, and tells Nino that he is ‘bringing him to safety’. Back in the ballroom, Alya sees that the prince is gone and spots Armand’s mask by the entrance to the passageway, the girls quickly racing to catch up to them.

As they are riding in a lift to the highest level of the castle, Nino realizes the holes in Armand’s story, and the regent attacks the prince, who gets out of the lift just in time, pursued by Armand. The girls stumble across Fu and his men, and Alya continues looking for the prince while the others untie them. Fu and the musketeers arrest the regent’s men while Alya spots Armand pursuing Nino to the roof of the palace. Just before he can push Nino from the roof, Alya intervenes, swinging over and crossing swords with Armand. An intense battle of swords ensues, and Alya is disarmed. Armand plans to frame her as the one who killed the prince, who he would have been ‘too late to save’, and goes to impale her, but Nino tosses Alya her sword just in time! Alya quickly disarms Armand and Monsieur Fu arrives just in time to arrest him.

The prince thanks the girls for his rescue, immediately calls for Alya, Reshma, Ayesha and Lotta to be named musketeers, and they name their new battalion in honor of Kagami, who is now known to the public with a proper memorial in the musketeer headquarters thanks to Nino (who also asks Alya on a date, which she gladly accepts!) And from that day forward, any girl who wanted to could be a musketeer!

And they all lived happily ever after!

Class of Heroes - Reshmabela

Reshma - Isabela

The eldest child of the Legharis, an Indian family who uses their magical powers to help their community. She was blessed with the power to create plants, meaning she has quite the green thumb.

Reshma feels lots of pressure to succeed from her Amrita, something that causes her to stress out and lose control of her powers. It’s thanks to her parents, siblings, and friends that she is able to regain her composure.

Her best friends are Mylene, Ondine, who share her passion for saving the environment, and she contributes to their charities.

Though her youngest sister, Mithra, does not have powers, she ignores her Amrita’s discouragement and has a wonderful relationship with her. She helps Mithra when she’s being criticized by defending her, letting everyone know that it shouldn’t matter if she has a gift or not, as long as she’s helping people.

What she makes with her powers depends on her mood. If she’s happy, roses will appear, if she’s angry, then thorns and vines pop up.

DuPont School for Monstrous Youths- Reshma Leghari

Species: Arachnid Monster

Appearance/Attire: Wavy black hair, dark tanned skin, six red eyes, fangs on top and bottom, six arms. Red Spider Hair clips in bangs, Six-sleeved black sweater, chunky gold bracelets on all wrists, maroon skirt with web patterns, gold calf boots with white laces.

Bio: Acting as the team mom for the class and always there to lend a helping hand or two, Reshma’s friends often joke that she’s wrapped them in her loving web! She’s quite protective of them and will throw hands if she has to! She’s always ready to give a six-limbed hug to anyone who’s feeling down. She’s also incredibly creative and often collabs with Marinette on sewing projects using the threads she shoots from her wrists. Reshma is also considered quite wise for her age, and is always willing to give advice.

Class of Villainy - Reshma

Reshma - Hook

The first mate to Captain Anarka Couffaine one of the greatest pirates in history, though Reshma doesn't plan on being a second-in-command for much longer. Would've killed the Captain while she was sleeping, but knows better than to do that. She doesn't want to anger the Mistress of Evil by killing her mother. She just has to find a non-lethal way to become the captain.

Don't let her seemingly shy vibe fool you, Reshma's a merciless killer with a wicked temper. She's already first-mate at 14 for a reason. Has pillaged and plundered several ships while Captain Anarka was sick.

Has an extreme love for gold and treasure, plans out heists with Jean.

Terrified of crocodiles, and learned how to swim just so she could avoid them.

Absolutely rocks the pirate look, complete with a fake hook on her right hand that she uses during battle. She's an evil yet cultured pirate-in-training who's a valuable asset to the villainous classes.

Omigod, the Carrie Prom scene but it's Marinette and Kim pulling a prank on Marc after the Akuma Class (sans Nathaniel) organizes a rigged vote for Anciel as Prom King. Marc loses it and happens to get akumatized and uses his psychic powers for revenge.

Marinette: Look at how he's smiling now, that stupid little cow.

Well the real fun has not started yet!

Kim: I've had up to here with all your demands!

You’ve left us all with blood on our hands!

Now, I realize you’ve got a bone to pick!

This was never a joke, this trick is pretty damn sick!

Marinette: I've got one last little beat

And then my plan's complete

For a night that he'll never forget

*Lila is walking through the ballroom when she notices Nino looking guilty while swapping the ballots*

Lila: Nino, what are you doing?

Nino: Uh, Lila! Hi! I didn't expect to see you here tonight!… Nice dress.

Lila: What are you up to?

Nino: Nothing!

Lila: What's going on?!

*Before Nino can say anything, Alya is already dragging him onto the dance floor*

*Everyone's attention turns to them except for Marc and Nathaniel who are too distracted by each other to even care. M. Monlataing opens the envelope*

M. Monlataing/Mme. Mendeleiev: Reshma Leghari and Marc Anciel!

Reshma: OH, GODS! I WON! *Grabs Lacey and kisses her before running up on stage*

Lacey: … Oh, my God. I’m totally Bi.

*Marc, upon hearing his name, turns to the stage, shocked then looks back at Nathaniel, who encourages him up onto the stage. He runs up and joins Reshma*

Students: Hail Alma Mater

Oh, mother we salute you!

*Mme. Mendeleiev hands Reshma her flowers and she smiles at Marc, who smiles back*

We proclaim our devotion!

And we set our dreams into motions!

Ooh...

*Lila smiles proudly at her friend, but then her attention is caught by a movement overhead. She looks up to see a rope leading to a bucket placed precariously on a beam right over Marc*

Lila: Oh my God! *Desperate for help, she finds Mme. Mendeleiev and pulls her away from the coronation ceremony* Mme. Mendeleiev!

Mme. Mendeleiev: Lila? What’s wrong?

Lila: Please, listen! Something terrible’s about to happen!

Mme. Mendeleiev: Lila, if you’re trying to ruin this for Marc-

Lila: No! I swear! You’ve got it all wrong! It’s not me-

*Nathaniel walks over to them*

Nathaniel: Lila, what’s going on?

Mme. Mendeleiev: I knew better than to trust any of them- I warned you two! Get out! *She pushes them out the door...*

Lila: NO! *She pounds on the door but to no avail, helpless to stop Marc’s oncoming humiliation* OPEN THIS DOOR!!

Nathaniel: Lila! What the hell?!

Lila: Nath, I saw Nino swapping the ballots, I-I think Max was texting the class, and there’s a bucket over Marc!

Nathaniel: What?!

Lila: Marinette is behind this! I know it!

All our heart's beat true

Alma Mater!

Marinette: Kim, pull the damn cord! PULL IT!

*Kim hesitates, so Marinette yanks the rope for him, and the pail tilts, pouring the red paint down all over Marc, some splatters on Reshma*

Everyone: …

Aurore: Oh. My. God.

Jean: IS THAT BLOOD?!

*Some students begin screaming, while the rest of them are laughing Marc, meanwhile, is shocked into stillness*

Reshma: *She faces the audience, pissed*WHAT THE HELL?!

*With all of the commotion, no one notices the Akuma fusing with Marc’s sash*

Marc: *He brings his hands to his face, and sees the paint on them. His expression becomes terrified* Oh my God! Oh my God! Oh my God! *He grips his paint-soaked hair as Shadow Moth speaks to him. His expression changes from horrified, to furious*

I will not cry

I’m okay

I tried so hard

To play their way

Stop it. They’re all lies!

Since she was born, my life has been a living hell!

(A living hell!)

His name is Nathaniel Kurtzberg, mom.

He’ll have me home by midnight!

An eagle’s just another bird!

Marc: They’ll make fun of you!

Watching you fall apart! (Anciel)

*Marc covers his ears as he hallucinates the students and teachers all pointing and laughing at him*

Marc: DOESN’T ANYBODY EVER GET IT RIGHT?!

DOESN’T ANYBODY THINK THAT I HEAR?!

*Marc’s face turns blank, yet there’s still an enraged look in his eyes. As the black and purple mist encase him, every exit door slams shut, and the lights flicker on and off until the bulbs blow out. Glass from the bulbs rain down, injuring a few students. Everyone rushes to the main entrance to try and open the doors, but they suddenly stop, turn back to face Marc in his Akuma form, and drop to their knees*

Malice: PAYBACK FOR YOUR SINNING’S!

*He points to every one of them with his scythe*

JUST BEGINNING!

BEG FOR YOUR SALVATION

FROM DAMNATION!

BEG OR

*His powers take control of the speakers, and he belts out a scream that deafens half of the room*

HE WILL BURN YOU!

*Malice strikes the floor with the end of the scythe, electricity spreads around the gym, causing the lights to short-circuit and catch on fire next to some decorations. The fire quickly spreads around the room. Students scream and scramble around trying to escape. Alya, Nino and a few other kids start running for the doors, but Malice notices this attempt. He reaches out his hand and squeezes his fist and many of the students are thrown forward against the walls, hard enough to leave cracks. Louis grabs a chair and tries to take Malice out but he grabs the chair with his powers and bashes it against his head, cracking his skull open. Rose and Juleka try to run, but fall to floor and die in mere seconds as students trample over them. Malice looks up at the sprinkler system and dents the pipes until they break, making water rain down on the floor, then he pulls wires from the stage. Only a few people realizes his plan and get on top of tables before Malice throws the wires onto the wet floor, electrocuting Adrien, Ivan and many others. He turns to see Kim and Marinette attempting to escape*

Marinette: TIKKI! SPOTS-!

*Malice keeps them frozen in place, looks them dead in the eyes, raises his scythe, and slashes Marinette right across the chest. For Kim, he has some wires wrap around his neck, tighter and tighter until he fall to the floor the same time as Marinette. The fire spreads around him as students wail and eventually die. Malice stretches out his arms, and the door flings open. He slowly walks out, walking through the electrified water and not being harmed. He slowly walks out as if in a trance, not even paying any mind to the looks of horror across Nathaniel and Lila’s faces. Once he’s a few feet away, the entire building explodes into flames, and he walks away*

Ooh I know this is a big ask, but I wonder if you could make a post in the style of my Batraculous post with the other Science kids beside Marc, Kagami and Luka as Bat-Heroes? Also the Recess and Theatre kids. Make sure that when you put them into Chat GPT to mention their personalities. If you could do their bat-hero names (Like the (Insert name here) Bat), what their batsuits and capes look like, gadgets they use, and how they fight crime around the city of Paris? You can use my Batraculous post for a reference. All the 4 classes work together and visit each other's batcaves via underground tunnels. Each class has a Batcave located in the 4 corners of Paris. Batraculous South ⬇️

Aurore Beaureal (Weather Bat): Aurore is at times more daytime-based than her teammates, but still sticks to the minimal shadows. Using her weaponized umbrella, she can take down any enemy. Her Weather Bat suit allows her to float or hover as if she’s lighter than air, and she can send powerful blasts of wind from air cannons in her gloves

Mireille Caquet (Moon Bat): Mireille focuses on stealth missions, sticking very close to the shadows before she strikes. Her Moon Bat Suit is equipped with sound-absorbing fabric to allow her to slip by anyone undetected

Zoé Lee (Punk Bat): Despite the name, Zoé is excellent at diffusing tense situations, and is an excellent negotiator for hostage situations. Her Punk Bat suit comes equipped with a studded leather jacket

Jean Duparc (Song Bat): Jean is a defensive hero, often taking on villains head on with the voice amplifier in his batsuit, which allows him to emit a sonic scream at any frequency he chooses. His batsuit, of course, is glamorous and able to distract any villains

Cosette Bellamy (Incognito Bat): Cosette takes on the underground scene in her camouflage batsuit. It comes equipped with a hologram-like mask which they can use to gain the trust of criminals before launching a sneak attack with their arsenal

Denise Cabello (Buff Bat): Denise is the physically strongest member of the team and handles all of the heavy lifting during missions. Their suit comes equipped with shock-absorption and bullet-proof fabric, making them one formidable opponent

Simon O’Connor (Techno Bat): Simon is a hacking genius, often hacking into the city’s security footage to keep a look out for any suspicious activity. His suit comes equipped with a holographic tablet he can use to access any piece of tech, get past security systems, and more. Much more

Ismael Prisk (Magic Bat): Ismael as Magic Bat is a force to be reckoned with and he uses his talents in illusions to cause confusion to any criminal. His suit comes equipped with his skateboard strapped to his back, allowing him to get to places quicker

Reshma Leghari (Gem Bat): Reshma, despite her calm demeanor, is not someone you want to mess with. She often handles robbers. Her bat suit comes equipped with pellets that, when thrown, grow into massive crystal stalagmites within a matter of seconds

Lacey Greene (Parkour Bat): Lacey is the most physically active on the team. She’s incredibly fast even without her suit, but it still gives her a boost, and makes her fast enough to catch up with a speeding sports car. The suit also enhances her agility and the boots allow her to walk on walls

Ondine Philippe (Swimmer Bat): Ondine handles all water-based missions, often stopping people from dumping oil and killing whales for ambergris. Her suit comes with a long-lasting supply of oxygen and can handle the pressures of the ocean floor, so she can stay down there as long as she wants without problems

Batsuits

Aurore's Batsuit: A sleek suit with a black and sky blue color scheme with a shining sun emblem on her chest. Her utility belt is filled with a collapsable umbrella and extra ammo, and her cape is made of vinyl fabric with a hood, perfect for rainy days

Mireille's Batsuit: A midnight blue suit with a crescent moon emblem on the chest. Mireille's mask has a night vision setting, and her utility belt comes with smoke bombs and a stun gun. Her cape can also function as an invisibility cloak, and it's bulletproof

Zoé's Batsuit: Imagine the Batman version of Spider-Punk. Zoe's suit is black with some hints of yellow. Her sleek suit is reminiscent of a motorcycle suit with graffiti on the pant legs. Her long leather has silver studs on the shoulders and a pink bat emblem on the back, and her utility belt comes equipped with a grappling hook, brass knuckles, and a tracking device in case her motorcycle gets hijacked

Jean's Batsuit: Jean's suit is dramatic, almost reminiscent of the Phantom of the Opera, fancy hat and all. His suit is a deep purple with hints of white and has a skull with bat wings emblem on his chest. His belt is equipped with a quill that can shoot small but powerful tranquilizers and a device that's able to throw his voice and confuse villains, or it can amplify his voice and leave ears ringing

Cosette's Batsuit: Cosette's suit is dark magenta with a black bat emblem on the chest, and their utility belt comes with a tranquilizer gun, grappling hook, and a cyber mask, that when put on and activated, drastically changes their appearance. Her mask covers her mouth and comes equipped with a voice changer. Like Mireille's, their cape functions as an invisibility cloak

Denise's Batsuit: Denise's suit is reinforced with Kevlar, showcasing their strength and durability. Their suit is a deep pink with a black bat emblem on their chest, comes equipped with weighted gloves that can really knock someone out, and their utility belt contains lightweight, hand-sized spheres. But, when thrown by and activated by Denise, they instantly weigh over fifty pounds. Their cape is weighted and can only be worn by either them, Ivan, or Kim

Simon's Batsuit: A high-tech suit colored a forest green with hints of black, and a circuit-board bat emblem on their chest. Their utility belt comes with several tracking chips, all linked to their arm wristlet which can display holograms of maps, records, etc. His cape acts as a literal firewall, preventing anyone from hacking into his high-tech equipment

Ismael's Batsuit: Its design makes his suit look almost like Tuxedo Mask with a fancy black bat emblem on the chest. His utility belt contains smoke bombs, sleeping powder, and dagger-like playing cards. His cape acts as an invisibility cloak, which is perfect for dramatic exits

Reshma's Batsuit: A sleek, lightweight, bright magenta suit that works with her agility, and has a diamond bat emblem. Her suit comes equipped with diamond earrings that act as earpieces, and diamond cuff bracelets to block any shots, and they're sharp enough to cut through almost anything. Her belt comes with her crystal pellets, lipstick taser, and chloroform in a small perfume bottle

Lacey's Batsuit: A sleek, reinforced, and lightweight suit to make running and parkour much easier. Lacey's suit is mint green with a white bat emblem on the chest. Her cape has built-in wings in case she doesn't make a jump (Which is very rare) Her boots allow her to walk and run on any surface, and come with grips so that she can scale walls

Ondine's Batsuit is similar to a wet suit, sleek and purple in color with a green bat emblem on her chest. Her mask is hooked up to a small but long-lasting oxygen tank built into her suit, and the vision settings adjust the further she goes underwater. Her belt is equipped with a GPS so she can see what part of the ocean she's in, and harmless tranquilizers just in case she comes across a predatory fish

Base Rooms

The secret basement of the Leghari estate is used as their home base

-The Main Control Room: The main center of the Batcave, equipped with all sorts of holographic displays that track criminal activity, show maps of the city, and there's a massive touchscreen display that sort of controls the whole room. This is where Aurore organizes each mission, and it's constantly upgrading thanks to Simon

-Garage: A garage filled with all sorts of customized vehicles, catered to each team member's preferences

-Armory: Denise and Zoé keep the room stocked with all sorts of different weapons from non-lethal to very-lethal.

-The Lab: A highly advance lab where Simon and Aurore work on creating and modifying gadgets. There are several super computers, chemistry sets, 3D printers, smartboards, indestrctible practice dummies, and more

-Training Room: A massive gym with work-out equipment, climbing walls, training simulations, a range to practice their aim with grappling hooks and tranquilizer guns, and a martial arts dojo

-Archives: A storage room where they keep records on the city, criminals, cold cases, etc. It's primarily digital and often frequented by Simon, Marc, and Cosette

-The Infirmary: Often frequented by Ismael and Lacey. Jean, Marc, and Mireille oversee the medical bay equipped with all sorts of advanced medical technology and supplies. Simon is in the works of creating a healing pod to heal any internal damage in a matter of three minutes

-The Lounge: A comfortable space for the team to relax, watch movies, and grab something from the kitchen. It's also where the couples like to make out, especially Denise and Simon

Vehicles

-The Bat Chopper: A helicopter used by Aurore and Mireille to keep tabs on high-speed chases. There's an auto-pilot setting for when they need to hurry down to the action, and on their command, a rope ladder will drop down

-The Batcycle: A sleek motorcycle used by Zoé that can move swiftly through any crowd. The batcycle also doubles as a hoverbike, allowing her to patrol from the rooftops as well

-The Bat Board: Ismael's customized skateboard, used by him for patrols and surveillance. There are motion sensors on the wheels that can detect if he's being followed by lighting up

-The Bat Truck: A reinforced, off-road vehicle used for even the harshest terrains. Denise operates the Bat Truck and its arsenal of built-in weapons

-The Batmobile: A sleek, armored sports car, frequently driven by Reshma and Jean. The Batmobile comes equipped with a state-of-the-art navigation system, auto-pilot, and it can be driven through a setting on one of Reshma and Jean's tech bracelets. The batmobile is also equipped with a grappling hook to easily tail criminals

-The Bat Board 2: Cosette and Lacey's custom hoverboards, which allows them to move swiftly and easily through the crowded streets or on rooftops to chase down criminals

-The Bat Scooter: Simon's electric scooter, equipped with a tracker, motion sensors, and can easily collapse into a staff for him to use as a weapon

Night in Paris

Weather Bat: Close to the crack of dawn, she does a quick patrol route when she spots a masked robber making their way out of a bank with a bag full of valuables. She makes her descent, going undetected with her parasol before pouncing on the robber, tying them up, and leaving them for the bank manager to find and call the police on

Moon Bat: Right at midnight, Moon Bat finds a few art thieves sneaking into a museum. She manages to go unnoticed as she apprehends each of them one by one before they can make off with any priceless art pieces

Punk Bat: Was at a rock concert when he spotted this one girl being harassed by some older men. He whipped out his brass knuckles and scared the men off, then continued to survey the crowd from above on the rafters

Song Bat: With their confidence and love of the theater, they engage a few at-risk youths to try out community theater and put them on a more positive path

Incognito Bat: Disguised themself as a child and went undercover at an orphanage when the number of children's hospital patients seemed to rise up. What she found were the adults physically harming the children and paying no mind to their safety, and she wasted no time apprehending them and calling the police

Buff Bat: Provided muscle for the residents at a women's shelter when a few incels decided to cause trouble and protest. They only got physical when this one guy threw a brick, and none of the protesters were safe

Techno Bat: Used his hacking skills to invesitgate a series of cybercrimes throughout the city, and successfully stopped a team of hackers from stealing millions in euros

Magic Bat: Often entertains the kids in poorer neighborhoods with his tricks, teaches them how to skateboard, and shows a few self-defense moves

Gem Bat: While on patrol one night, she spotted two guys chasing after a woman. She wasted no time swooping in and knocking the two of them out with her chloroform. She kept their info just in case and then escorted the woman back to her home

Parkour Bat: Charged head first into a burning building a quickly got everyone out and outside with no casualties

Swimmer Bat: Prevented the fracking of the city's water supply, and successfully got the business responsible to be shut down for all sorts of environmental crimes

This took a while to come up with a type out, so expect the Recess Class and Theater Kids a little while later

CUE ROCKABILLY MUSIC!

It’s Paris in the 1950s

Two rival gangs are on top at Francoise DuPont, the Venoms and the City Royals

The Venoms consist of Zoé Lee, Reshma Leghari, Lacey Greene, Aurore Beauréal, and Mireille Caquet

The City Royals consist of Austins Armbruster, Boulet, Quinlan, and Tomassian

One day at school, Zoé has her first disaster lesbian crush when she comes across Cosette Bellamy and sets out to try and impress her and hopefully strike up a conversation which will lead to them going on a date

Her plans all suck at first until it’s the end of the day and Zoé friggin talks to them! They hang out, Cosette meets the gang, and a while later, they’re dating but no one knows because… It’s the 50s

Later, it’s another turf battle between the Venoms and the City Royals. The turf being fought over? The bleachers

Zoé remains calm and civil until Armbruster says some sexist shit, making her snap and tackle him into a nearby lake. The fight ends as a draw because they need to fix their hair

When Zoé calls them on their old-timey rotary phone and vents about Armbruster, Cosette suggests a night out, and Zoé happens to know just the spot

The Drive In!

It’s going nice at first until Cosette notices (Read: Hears) some couples making out, and Zoé is quick to assure them that she wouldn’t try anything and goes off on another disaster lesbian rambling until Cosette kisses her

But… They’re not the only ones sneaking around. A few cars over is Austin Tomassian with his date, president of the Thespian Club, Jean Duparc

They’ve been keeping their relationship a secret from the other Austins for about… Two years now

Jean confesses that he’d like Tomassian to finally come out to them, but he becomes petrified by the mere thought of it… But, he doesn’t like sneaking Jean around like he’s some dirty secret, either

Before they can talk some more, Armbruster suddenly turns up and honks the car horn, interrupting their date. Armbruster, Boulet, and Quinlan question Tomassian why he’s with Jean until Jean explains that Tomassian was just thanking him for helping him study for a test

And the excuse works like a charm… Only now, they’re having their date with the Austins

After that disaster of a night, it’s a new day at school and the Venoms and City Royals are at it again. This time over a parking spot. Before either of their cars can reach the spot, a motorcycle beats them to it

The rider is none other than the new student, Marc Anciel. Noticing the other students fawning over them, one things clear to both gangs, they need them to join

But Marc doesn’t give two shits about either gang and just wants to be a genderless badass motorcyclist

After finally managing to ditch the Venoms and City Royals, Marc takes refuge on the bleachers… Only for Mireille to find them

While she assures them she’s not trying to recruit, Marc remains skeptical… Until Mireille explains how she used to be a member of the City Royals until Zoé noticed how upset she was

This confession helps them to become friends and gets Marc to inform Mireille that they’re already the leader of their own gang, the Nukes (Cuz they nuke gender)

The Nukes consist of Marc Anciel, Denise Cabello, Simon O’Connor, and Ismael Prisk… And by unofficial extension, a certain redhead Marc’s been hanging out with

More Cosette and Zoé content!

Zoé’s bemoaning the fact that she and Cosette rarely spend any time together until she recalls a club on the outskirts of town, one that’s inclusive

But… The night they go, the bouncer will only allow Zoé in due to new management

Cosette assures Zoé that it’s fine, but Zoé’s not leaving without threatening the bouncer by informing his wife of his affair. With that threat, Cosette falls in love with Zoé even more

They settle for a date by the Seine, nice and private where they can kiss all they want

When they get to discussing prom, Zoé has serious doubts they’ll be let in, but Cosette makes a bet with her

Cosette: If we’re accepted, then you owe me a dance.

Zoé: It’s a deal.

During one class, everything’s going totally normal… Then Jean decides to “accidentally” push Tomassian’s books off of his desk and offers to help pick them up because Quinlan will pound him if he doesn’t help

When everyone’s gone to lunch, Jean and Tomassian have some much-needed alone time that ends with Tomassian pinning Jean to the floor… But then Zoé walks in on them because… she left her jacket

After school, the two secret couples meet up at the diner and explain how they started dating, their preferences, all that

Long story short, Cosette is bisexual and isn’t cisgender, Zoé’s a lesbian, Tomassian is gay, and Jean’s pansexual and demiromantic. But since it’s the 50s and those terms haven’t been spoken yet, they say

Zoé: Well, I never liked men.

Cosette: I just think everyone’s pretty is all. Also, I’m a girl but at the same time, partially? I’m not sure.

Tomassian: I just… Never got into girls.

Jean: I’m with Cosette, everyone is pretty, but I need to know the person. Like on an emotional level.

This sweet moment is interrupted by the Venoms and City Royals barging in

Just when they think their covers have been blown, Aurore’s freaking out over Zoé being on a date with Austin

Zoé/Tomassian: …

Cosette/Jean: …

Zoé: … *Holds Tomassian’s hand* You can’t stop love, Aurore!

And now, as of this moment, Zoé is no longer a member of the Venoms and Tomassian is out of the City Royals

… Well, that happened. Let’s see what the Nukes are up to. Ah, yes, forging essays and other assignments for cash

They’ve been doing this since Middle School. Ismael’s the lookout, Simon’s the dealer, Denise is the distributor (No one ever suspects the one in the skirt), and Marc is the brains behind the whole operating

While Simon is handing business with another student, three angry students storm up to him and flaunt their failed assignments and vow to never order from the Nukes again

*Later*

Ismael: Boss. We got ourselves a problem.

Marc: … *Turns around in their swivel chair with Nathaniel in their lap* Lay it on me.

Turns out what happened is that they sent out a bad batch of papers, which is bad because now no one will buy from them again

Marc urges them to all come up with a plan… They’re screwed… That is until Marc reminds them about the final exams. They can’t predict the questions, but they can write them

Its an easy job, all they had to do was replicate the old tests and boom, sneak into the school, dodge the janitor, replace the new tests with the old and boom. No one will know

And just for the hell of it, Simon adds ‘Other’ with the ‘Male’ and ‘Female’ boxes

Back with Zoé and Cosette: Aurore, Reshma, and Lacey still aren’t talking to Zoé. Mireille’s the only one and Zoé considers confessing, but this feels different to her

Cosette explains to Zoé that it’s the lie her friends are so upset about and that it’d be better to tell them all, but Zoé’s still having some doubts and is worried they’ll see her differently

Cosette’s able to assure Zoé that everything might work out in the end right before it kisses her and right before Cosette’s dad (Cool parent by the way) walks in the room

And Zoé, like any disaster lesbian, leaps out through Cosette’s bedroom window before Mr. Bellamy could see her

Now with Jean and Tomassian- Sleepover at Jean’s house!

Jean loves that he gets to see Tomassian with his glasses on all the time and not when they’re in private

And Tomassian is relieved to no longer have to keep up a certain image and finality gets to be his sweet, flustered, sometimes romantic self

Of course, they’re gonna cuddle in bed and kiss each other until they both fall asleep

Flashback to the day the Venoms and City Royals were formed, why Armbruster hates Zoé, blah blah blah… Present day

The remaining City Royals are out recruiting when Reshma, Aurore, and Lacey confront them, demanding that they do something about Tomassian, but since Tomassian’s no longer a City Royal, they aren’t doing anything

Things get heated and they start to draw in a crowd… Then Reshma high kicks Quinlan in the nose

It’s an immediate detention for the Venoms and City Royals, even Zoé and Tomassian

Arguments break out again, and Aurore demands an explanation from Zoé. Having enough, Mireille tells them all to cork it and even comes to Marc’s defense when Lacey uses the wrong pronouns

Having enough and just wanting everyone to shut up and stop repeating the same questions, Reshma asks Zoé why she was so drawn to Tomassian in the first place until Zoé finally snaps

Zoé: IT’S NOT TOMASSIAN!

Everyone: …

Zoé: … I don’t want to lie anymore.

Mireille: Zoé-

Reshma: Lie about what?

Zoé: It’s Cosette… I’ve been dating Cosette…

Everyone: … COSETTE?!

Austin T: … Zoé’s not the only one!

Austin A: You’re dating Cosette, too?

Austin T: What? No- I… Jean’s always been my best friend… I love him. I love him so much!

Reshma: Wait a minute. Zoé and Cosette… Jean and Austin T… You mean… I’ve been keeping my relationship with Lacey secret this whole time for nothing?!

Lacey: Babe-

Aurore: Holy shit!… I like girls, too! The-their soft skin, their beautiful eyes, their curves- Oh, God! I love them so much!

Austin A: *Sobbing* I thought I was the only one!

Austin B: Wait, you have a boyfriend?

Austin A: Not exactly. They’re that person from the other class who wears those hockey jerseys, Beck…

Mireille: Now wait a gosh-darn second! Is there anyone else who’s going to come out?

Everyone: …

Austin B: … *Raises his hand* I don’t like anyone.

And with… That out of the way, things are back to normal… Sorta

Let’s see what Marc’s up to- Oh! They’re on a diner date with the one and only, Nathaniel Kurtzberg

Everything’s going well, a platonic kiss here… Then Marc catches feelings and runs out the door where they find the Nukes spying on their date

Marc: Fellas! Thank God you’re here. I need your help!

Denise: Having a crisis?

Marc: I think I like Nathaniel!

Denise: You’re realizing this now?

Marc: But I’ve never liked anyone before! I thought I was-

Denise: *Cups Marc’s cheeks* Honey. There can always be exceptions.

Ismael: *Hugging Simon’s arm* You should ask him to prom!

Marc: I couldn’t! That’s…

Ismael: C'mooon, Marc! Go!

Marc *Pushing them away* Alright, alright! Off with you!

So instead of a diner date, Marc takes Nathaniel out bowling to try and impress him. Then it all comes down to it

They ask Nathaniel out… On a group date with the Nukes… Fuck

Simon, Denise, and Ismael are not letting this go and call Marc a disaster every chance they get. Then they help them ask Nathaniel out the right way, and it involves a record player

Nathaniel: *Looks out his window to see Marc holding a record player over their head and with the Nukes singing backup*

Marc: Well I’m sure I’ve met the sweetest boy in town. His smile gets me jazzed, with him I’m never down! I don’t care what people think, so let’s prove them wrong…

*Nathaniel runs outside, and Marc runs over and takes his hands*

Marc: Nathaniel! Will you go with me to prom? *Nathaniel kisses them*

*The Nukes cheer as Denise tosses rose petals*

Now as for Cosette and Zoé. Cosette knows their girlfriend well, enough to know that Zoé will be so distraught over Cosette figuring out she wanted to ask them to prom and would sigh all dramatically while hanging upside down from a tree that they had the Venoms drive right past them with a sign hanging upside down from the back of their car reading, ‘Wanna go to Prom With Me?’

Bisexuals may be disasters, but they’re smart

Jean’s promposal is pretty simple, nothing flashy, just a note… Which Tomassian can’t read because he doesn’t have his glasses on

Then he just comes out and asks because they can’t find Tomassian’s glasses anywhere right before kissing him

At school, everything’s going just fine and well… Until Damocles makes the following announcement that anyone not conforming to 50s standards will not be allowed into prom

Of course, the Venoms are pissed and are putting a plan together to go to prom with their dates and wear the clothes that they want. Of course, that would involves teaming up with the Nukes and City Royals

The City Royals and Jean are lounging in the courtyard when Beck approaches them. While Austin A is all flustered, Austin Q strikes up the conversation and Beck informs them all that the Venoms want to meet with them after school

They do and prepare for a fight, but Zoé makes it clear that’s not what they’re here for.

Realizing that this is about prom, Austin A brushes her off because it all comes down to their gangs

Mireille: City Royals, Venoms, Nukes, what’s the difference? Why do we need teams anymore?

Cosette: Mireille is right.

Mireille: I always am.

Hearing this, Zoé stands her ground and offers a truce. Austin A is reluctant until Beck brings up that they want to get a photo with him

But before anything gets serious, Aurore reminds the City Royals they need to apologize to Mireille for not helping her in her time of need

And while they do apologize and Mireille forgives them, she hugs the City Royals (Plus Jean and Beck) except for Armbruster

Armbruster: *Pouts* Where’s my hug?

Zoé: Alright, Armbruster. So we’re all on?

Armbruster: Let’s give ‘em a prom they’ll never forget.

It’s the night of Prom

Zoé: *Through a walkie-talkie* Armbruster, come in Armbruster!

Austin A: What about my codename?

Zoé: I’m not calling you Elvis.

Austin A: Ugh, fine! What’s the situation?

Zoé: *Waiting outside the school with Cosette* Things are looking clear from here. Any updates on teachers?

Marc: *Standing at the side of the school with Nathaniel* Marc here. The faculty already seems to be inside the venue.

Zoé: Should we just go ahead with Plan A? Walk right in and hope the adults are too drunk to care?

Marc: We could probably… *Nathaniel taps his shoulder* Wait- What is…

*Nathaniel points to Adrien and Nino crying on their way to their car*

Marc: … I don’t think it’s going to be that easy.

Zoé: … Cosette, looks like it’s time for Plan B. *Gets up on top of her car* Alright, everyone. It seems like we can’t take the easy route. I never expected to be standing here in front of all of you, but we want the same thing! This is our night! We wanted to rock and roll… but now… We have to ROCK AND RIOT!

Everything’s calm at prom… Then the Venoms and City Royals drive their cars right through the entrance to the prom

While the teacher chase after them, they steal snacks, do an amazing group photo bomb, Quinlan kisses someone else’s date for the hell of it, and Nathaniel, Zoé, and Tomassian carry their dates out bridal style because heels are evil!

And the very moment they left, students started dancing with same sex partners and wearing whatever they want

The Venoms, City Royals, and Nukes find themselves in the woods and just lie down on the ground because starting a riot is exhausting

Cosette: I think you owe me a dance now.

Zoe: What? They didn’t let us in. We weren’t accepted.

Cosette: Look around.

*Jean and Austin T are cuddling, Reshma kisses Lacey’s forehead, Austin A and Beck are making out, Ismael, Austin Q, and Austin B fist-bump, Aurore and Mireille are lying against each other, Marc and Nathaniel are wrapped in each other’s arms, and Simon is wrapped in Denise’s arms*

Cosette: So… Mind if I have this dance?
