I remain forever scarred by the experience of watching Ouran, a seemingly light-hearted silly anime with just some raunchy jokes, with my younger sibling (12 or so at the time) and damn near having a heart attack at that scene in the beach episode.

My feeling of utter horror and subsequent disgust cannot be overstated.

As much as I love Ouran, it is a problematic show, but this episode... this episode was just twisted and vile, even before the aforementioned scene.
