When Fyodor is finally killed, I think Dazai is going to have the biggest emotional crash. The chronic boredom will get to him and literally everyone will annoy him.

In an alternative universe they met in a psych ward as teens and probably had the worst time out of all the patients. As a person who was hospitalised as a teen and became infatuated with a guy in the psychward after we were both abused by staff, romance does happen ♡ (Smurf if you see this I hope you haven't ended up in jail. Keep eating toffee cheese.)

I've spoken about the saw au but they could literally make eachother so bad. Dazai finds a reason to live and then it gets taken from him and Fyodor probably (un)intentionally say shit that makes Dazai want to kill qnd punish people for his own 'undesirable' traits.

ever since my meds have been making me wake up early as fuck, you’re correct. there’s something very comforting about knowing you’ll be undisturbed for a while. and the 5am vibes are immaculate :)

Psych ward aus are so hit or miss. I get to micro dose on inpatient treatments and feel less shitty and isolated but almost all of them have these huge glaring issues that are either completely inaccurate or totally impossible irl. I know it’s just for plot convenience 99.9% of the time but my brain just can’t stop once I start.

You're very welcome! As a former patient as well, depicting psych wards is something I think people need to do more carefully. It really does affect how people view them & can damage themselves in the long run, if they believe they shouldn't seek help b/c of harmful media/content.

YEAH like. Idk the grippy socks jokes kinda annoy me from the POV that there is more to being in a psych ward than free socks (that we don't even get in my country. Smh) plus some of the jokes feel kinda tone deaf? Idk I tend to avoid all mentions of psych ward because of this.

I forgot to mention about group therapy... They would have such a blast in it, literally derailing the whole conversation with their weird rambled.... When we were in the psych ward there was in incidence where they were trying to teach us how to 'blend in' or some shit. And we mentioned that a way we cope with not looking people in the eyes is by staring at foreheads. And another autistic kid was like 'same' so we were talking about places you could look besides the face and the staff got so angry at us because we had to look people in the eyes for recovery? Anyway that's fyozai to me.

Yeah ofc! While we have other blogs none of them are for that topic so it's going to be locked inside the brain forever.

so theres hardly anything written yet but it of course centres around nico leo and jason meeting in the psych ward where they were all admitted around the same time

nico is there because of psychosis which led to a very extreme social withdrawal, leo because of his severe depression and compulsive behaviour, and jason arriving last because of a trauma and stress induced psychotic break

it doesnt have much written yet because im still doing the research around life in a psych ward and illnesses that i dont have
