okay so like I’ve had a Thought™️ floating around in my head for a while now and

I think Kenji could have an eating disorder of some sort? Because like his ability only works when he’s hungry, right? So like maybe he feels guilty when he does eat, because he’s then unable to help the agency and his friends cause he’s eaten. And like maybe he avoids eating for long periods of time cause like “what if the agency needs him?!” and whatnot. I think he has like at least paranoia around eating, but idk what that would be called.

does that make sense???

YEAH I've been thinking this for a long time.

I think it probably developed in his childhood I think, but it's also possible that it developed in his eraly teenage years.

I don't have an ED so this is based off research (if I'm wrong then please lmk) but I think anorexia would fit him the most, or else bulimia. The ADA at large probably aren't picking up on this, but I think Atsushi does (he also has an ED in my eyes) and informs them so they can help Kenji with his guilt.

Verlaine was the best big brother to Kyouka and GIN TOO

gin has two big brothers. A sad French one and… Ryuunosuke

Verlaine is literally just collecting lost children like pokemon at this point.

I think they were all happy and maybe Gin misses her brother (Ryuunosuke) which is why she also becomes attached to Verlaine.

I think Gin and Kyouka can be sisters too.

Kyouka system has a caregiver of Verlaine too because he trained her. IMO I think he was a good person to Kyouka and imprinted on her in a positive way (hence the caregiver role)

Verlaine looked after Kyouka the way he would have looked after Chuuya if they had been allowed to.

Kyouka calls him big brother sometimes and misses him a lot... I don't think he knows exactly where she is now (he could find out and probably knows shes with the ADA but doesn't want to scare her) so he doesn't see her anymore either but also misses her.

No it hasn't, but I think her system would be interesting. In my mind she's like Chuuya and Atsushi (polyfragmented) and probably has an introject of her mother, Akutagawa, and Miffy the rabbit (the charm on her phone makes me think of Miffy so it is Miffy now)

Hiii!!! Sorry it's taken so long to reply, been too tired to make these headcanons but... I'm backkkkkk

🌺- Have they have any comforting or happy stories around their disabilities? (Ie Character A gifting Character B the mobility aid they need, a time where Character B helped Character A in a way no one else had tried to before, ect)

I think it was probably Dazai that has given Fyodor the most memorable stories (even if Dazai doesn't realize he's doing so)

For example he didn't react badly or try and restrain Fyodor when he was mid one of his meltdowns. In the past people has been unnecessarily cruel to him during these moments and Dazai (who understands them) stayed with him but also made sure he wasn't hurting himself or anyone else.

When Fyodor calmed down he was embarrassed about his breakdown and tried to run, Dazai allowed him to but also said that he had nothing to be ashamed of and that he made sure no one else saw him in such a vulnerable state.

An example on Dazai's side was the time that Dazai was struggling to feel anything other than the Void TM (chronic boredom) and Fyodor was the only person who was able to get him interested in living again.

🌷- How does being disabled imapct their love life? For example does it impact their date nights, activities they can and can't do as a couple, ect. (Note that this isn't a NSFW unless you want to answer it that way.)

Ironically I think it would impact them in a positive way? They're both awful influences on each other and they're also wonderful at being a good influence at the same time. I think in canon they would be Worse for eachother, but in an AU probably Better for eachother.

I think their disabilities impact how they arrange dates and the activities they do, especially because they're trying to impress and/or outsmart the other.

Disability headcanon ask game (shipping edition)!

I have tried to make this as inclusive as possible for all types of relationships (ie romantic, polyam, platonic, queer platonic, ect) alongside as inclusive as possible for all disability types.

If there's any issues with the way these questions are worded then feel free to let me know and I will change them. Anyway, on to the questions!

💐- Does [ship] fit into any x4x types? (ie cane user for cane user, sys4sys, ect)

🌸- Character A is having a bad disability day, how do their partner(s) help? Is there anything special they like to do? Does Character A accept their help?

💮- If one of the characters in the ship are having a bad disability day how long does it take the other(s) to pick up on the fact that they're struggling? Are they good at picking up on the signs, if not, is there a point that they do notice without being told?

🪷- If all characters in the relationship are disabled, what would happen if all of them were having a bad disability day?

🏵️- How do the characters in the ship react to their partner(s) looking after them? Is it easy for them to accept their partner(s) help? Has this changed over time?

🌹- How did the people in the relationship find out that their partner(s) are disabled? Was it a shock? Did the disability happen while they were already in their relationship?

🥀- What does a really really bad day look like for this ship? Do they ever fight over disability stuff? Do any of their disabilities negatively impact their relationship?

🌺- Have they have any comforting or happy stories around their disabilities? (Ie Character A gifting Character B the mobility aid they need, a time where Character B helped Character A in a way no one else had tried to before, ect)

🌻- Do they ever have to deal with ableism in regards to their relationship? How fo they deal with it?

🌳- What would happen if they were to break up and/or loose eachother for any reason? How would this impact any party involved, would this trigger their disability?

🌴- If any of the people in the relationship have matching mobility aids medical aids, ect, do they have any funny stories or inside jokes about them?

🌵- If they were to have a date that incorporated their disability (ie a sensory friendly movie night, a day where they decorated their mobility aids together, ect) what would this be like?

Nikolai system! He loves his system sm sm sm omg best host ever but he’s also scared sometimes because some headmates are a lot more emotional and he’s horrified of that

YEAH YEAH Nikolai is like. The only BSD character that isn't in (too) much denial over his system imo. He makes sure that all of his alters are happy and their needs and wants are looked after (both in headspace and in reality) and is also very overt about being a system.

The issue is that he has alters that usually front during his BPD crashes, and he worries that people will make fun of him for crying and being emotional (which has happened in the past), and possibly even taking advantage of him in that vunerable state. Although people around him can offer reassurance I think he's scared of the people he genuinely cares about (Fyodor and Sigma) especially seeing him like this.

I think he also worries about the littles fronting, although I don't think his littles are 'innocent' (as in I think they've probably seen a few dead bodies and gore before due to DOA stuff) but he worries about hurting them and making them upset.

" Possibly a more niche headcanon but I think Chuuya is in a programmed system. He isn’t aware of his system and has no communication with his alters, who can mostly mask as him so he doesn't have many 'obvious' symptoms to pick up on besides memory loss and PTSD.

My main 'theory' is that corruption is something the scientists tortured him into being able to do and that it's another alter who uses corruption (hence why Chuuya has no memory or control over his ability in that state).

I think those close to him (Dazai and certian members of the flags) have picked up on his system but Chuuya shuts down any talk about it almost instantly and wont listen to others about this topic.

(As a disclaimer I know this doesn't correlate with canon a lot. As another disclaimer I'm a member of a system who possibly has programmed parts and this hc brings me comfort) "

I am so glad you approve of the headcanon asthma Fyodor anon! That man has PPD (paranoid personality disorder) and/or schizophrenia you can not change my mind :D

(i am sorry if you have answered this already or if its on pinned post i cant really read it because of my dyslexya)

This blog is heavily inspired by @//bungo-neurodivergent-dogs (not tagging them because I think they're on hiatus rn and I don't want to overwhelm them), but I don't know of any other blogs like this. Their blog came first, I think we're the second.
