🚬 the delinquents | mattias, judas, aaron, dominic

· mattias and judas are the ones with the most free time; meaning they're the two who you often hang out with the most. the experience is a bit polarizing because despite them being practically polar opposites, they get along incredibly well; it isn't uncommon for mattias to crack the most stupid jokes ever and for judas to laugh at them. it isn't unusual for them to drag you along to their less-than-legal shenanigans; judas usually keeping you occupied while mattie stuffs his pockets with stuff that he thinks you'd like. they'll laugh it off if you catch them in the act (they already did it, so... may as well enjoy the spoils, right?)

· aaron and dominic do their best to free up time to spend with you, but in the circumstances they can't, they're texting you constantly. they have two different groupchats; one with all five of you, and one specifically for aaron and dom where they'll text you/each other their schedules and what they plan to do when they can spend time with you again. they don't even slightly care if your schedule conflicts with theirs, they will be getting you out of it one way or another.

· they are the definition of 'boys will be boys'. they're all pretty smart on their own (save for mattie), but when they're all together? they share one collective braincell that pings between the four of them. they can and will get distracted by the dumbest things ever, and if one of them gets an idea for something, there's a solid chance the rest of them will follow suit with it. they are not above trying to drag you along with them (especially if you also have next to no braincells to speak of). they will literally get distracted by a cool bug if you send them to do an errand for you.

appearance wise, this is how i imagine them ;

mattias - shortish wavy red hair, pale skin, grey eyes. he has a gap in his two front teeth! his body is lithe and pretty skinny, noodly boy. he has a scar on his stomach. yes, you can kiss it, he will love that.

judas - black hair thats curly on top and shaved on the sides, dark brown skin, light greenish-hazel eyes. he has freckles but they're hard to see if you don't look closely. decently muscular but still a bit on the squishy side <3

aaron - medium length dark brown hair, tired pitch black eyes, tan skin, average build with a bit of muscle on him. he has beauty marks peppering his entire body and one of his teeth are chipped. it's a little bit of an insecurity for him.

dominic - curly black hair, brown eyes, light tan skin — kind of like the inverse of aaron lol? average build but he's closer to the skinnier side. he has a very distinctive birthmark on his face that he always gets a bit flustered over if people make comments about it.

the boys don't really sleep with each other, but they have messed around a few times; especially aaron and dominic, given how long they've known each other (they were each other's first everything!). it's less of them being attracted to each other and more of them being a sort of stress relief for one another if two or more of them are in the mood. best friends help each other out!

mattias is the most likely to initiate something between himself and the other guys, especially if you're involved. he has a bit of an exhibitionism kink, purposefully trying to get it on with you in common areas with the hope that one of his friends will walk in on it and join. he's veeeery touchy, has the tendency to hump/grind against you through his clothes while you're making out because he wants you to feel just how worked up you got him. he likes it almost as much as the actual act of sex, in fact.

judas tends to avoid initiating anything as a whole, but if you come onto him or he's real pent up, he can and will drag you off to any private space he can find for you to share. he's into riskier settings — not in the way mattias is, though, he likes doing it in places you'd get caught in in normal circumstances (such as a park at night, a bathroom in a closed business, an abandoned building, etc etc). has a thing for making you make lots of noises. he loves hearing you say his name.

dominic is a massive voyeur, plain and simple. anything that has to do with watching you, whether that be watching you get railed by one of his friends or a video that one of them took for you, he's all for it. in the event that he walks in on you and one (or more) of his friends having some fun, he's content to watch — unless you ask him to join, of course! he's also very much into receiving. anything involving your hands or mouth on him is enough to drive him nuts.

aaron likes bondage and has a breeding kink, especially when jointed with one another. he loves tying you down and seeing how many times he can get himself to cum in you, muttering about how he's gonna knock you up one way or another (regardless of your gender, lest that makes you dysphoric). he also has a kink for marking of all types, whether that be hickies/bruises or literally marking his/his friend's names on your body. either way, he's taking pictures of you and sharing it to your groupchat later <3

' ethan and devi are dating, and you can't help but crush on the both of them; however, they seem to fancy you, too '

you're a pretty reserved girl at school, not exactly studious but not bound to flunk at any moment either. sports is your forte, specifically football which is where you meet aneesa.

aneesa finds you fun to hang with from the get go!!! eventually, you two are joined by the hip. you're never not hanging out with her.

near the beginning of your senior year, aneesa introduces you to devi, fabiola and eleanor. you immediately click with devi, surprisingly. from what you've heard, devi is similar to you when it comes to new people, which may be the reason why you two instantly find one another endearing.

you're not blind, whatsoever. so it doesn't take you long to develop feelings for devi. she's gorgeous and has a killer body. her long, wavy hair is comparable to that of a mermaids, and her dark eyes are sultry at best. her nose ring makes her even more hot, along with her firey attitude. not only that, but she's on the cusp of becoming valedictorian and that immediately seals the deal for you.

she's the whole package, and you're shocked to know of her boy problems at a last minute sleepover.

it's just you and devi in her room cuddling. from an outsiders perspective, the both of you look like a couple. unfortunately, that's not the case. you and devi have just crossed the fine line between friendship and relationship. and it definitely can't be anything more than that, since devis currently dating ethan morales.

devi confides in you, explaining how they aren't that serious. she just needed a rebound after that entire ordeal with ben and margot.

as you listen to devi rant wrapped in her arms, you can't help but sulk silently. you've never talked to ethan, but from the way devis face lights up at the mention of him, it's clear to see he means so much more to her than she realizes.

you never really liked ben or any one of devis boyfriends, but ethan seems to interest you. he's not like her other exes from what she's told you. ethan seems to be genuinely in love with her, and devi is too blind to see it. and, you'll never admit it out loud but he's quite the charmer, too.

the next morning, devi seems to be in a good mood. better than yesterday, and that has you feeling giddy too. it's a saturday, so the two of you take it slow and eventually find yourselves on the couch. devi is super relaxed, since she's got the house to herself.

while you're mindlessly scrolling through netflix, devis phone rings abruptly. you watch in curious when she suddenly excuses herself to the kitchen. from where you're lounging, you spot the big grin on her face as she converses excitedly with whomever is on the other end.

you don't think too much about it, but you do miss the warmth of her body from beside you.

eventually you give up and play a spoifty playlist on the tv, and after who knows how long devi comes back to sprawl herself across the couch, head laying on your bare thighs.

you try not to blush at the contact and instead ask; "so, whos got you all giddy on the phone?"

devis smiles in content, "just ethan, i invited him over if that's fine with you.."

you're not exactly happy, sure ethans eye candy but devi and him aren't exactly known for their modest ways. their pda is on a whole other level, and to be frank, you weren't exactly keen to watch your crush get handsy with a cute boy you liked.

having two people you liked dating eachother was not for the weak.

through gritted teeth, you manage the best smile you can and say; "of course, this is your place. besides, ive always wanted to meet him," you shrug.

devis eyes seem to light up, and she pinches your cheek lightheartedly. "great!"

an hour or so later, the two of you somehow find yourselves wrapped in a thick persian blanket, limbs tangled underneath when there's an abrupt knock on the door.

devis fast asleep, drool forming in the corner of her mouth. slowly you unwrap yourself out of the blanket and get out, tucking devi in a bit more.

you already know who's at the door, so when you open it, you're not exactly suprised when you're blinded by ethans gorgeous smile.

as he greets you, your cheeks redden at the sudden hug from him.

ethans hands find themselves at the small of your back, with his face tucked into your neck. you can't help but think how intimate it all is, especially when you feel him inhale slowly.

"you smell good, y/n." he leans back, though his arms are now situated on your shoulders.

from how close the both of you are, you spot the cute mole on his cheek, and the way his wavy fringe cascades down his forehead perfectly. his lashes are surprisingly long, and it makes his eyes seem endearing more than ever.

"thanks," you can't help but whisper, he winks back in return, dropping his arms from your shoulders. you frowned at the loss of touch.

is he flirting with you?

unfortunately, you're not able to think over the interaction in depth when you suddenly feel someone against your back, their head resting on your shoulder.

its devi, of course. you knew that smell of shampoo from anywhere.

you'd never been this close to devis face ever, you could practically feel her lashes against your face. and as your face reddened, ethan stood before the two of you in amusement.

while your brain malfunctioned, devi and ethan spoke to one another as if this was normal. though you stood frozen, you could feel devis arms slither around your torso, before nestling against the front of your tummy.

this was too much for you to handle.

and even more so when ethan dipped down to devis level and gave her a brief kiss. what was crazier was the fact that you felt the corner of his lips brush against your cheek, too.

ethan backed off and gave you a cheeky grin, and from beside you, you heard devi give out a quiety giggle, her left hand on your waist now, slowly feeling you up and down.

your body felt on the verge of melting.

devi and ethan knew what they were doing, and all you could do was stand there speechless.

ethan shut the door behind him with his foot in one swift movement before focusing his attention on you and his girlfriend.

he looked down at you and tucked a strand of hair behind your ear before asking, "is this okay?"

you couldn't help but nod aggressively, unsure of what was happening yet eager to know either way.

were they into you?

and your question was answered with a wet kiss on the corner of your mouth from devi.

so, they were definitely into you.

After the awkwardness of your first kiss, and the dancing around it, and figuring out the terms and oh god do you tell your families???

And believe me it was awkward for a while

Not a bad kind, just the growing pains of a new relationship- of a first relationship

And then there was Derek.

Who has absolutely had a crush on you and Cove for like- ever? Is that a time frame? He didn't really know, but it felt right.

He didn't realize he was allowed to feel that for both of you for a while.

He thought he had to choose and it broke him a little, because he adored being around the both of you too much to ever choose

He was always supportive of you and Cove after you two told him you were dating

But you couldn't help from notice a little longing in his eyes when you and Cove were couple-y

Or how he withdrew just that slight bit if you got a little too close to romantic touches instead of platonic cuddles

It went from unnoticeable to unbearably obvious as time went on and years passed

You and Cove stressed about it together

For you, you had always stressed about what being in a relationship with Cove would mean for your trio

You'd heard horror stories from books and school acquaintances about loosing friends after getting into a relationship

And Cove

Was less worried about if your relationship had anything to do with it, and more worried about losing part of his home

The trio, your family, they'd become integral to his perception of home

It never felt quite right when you all weren't right by him

Well, about as well as you'd expect? Derek was usually the one to carry the blunt of emotional intelligence, and even then all three of you were dense as hell

None of you are really sure how it slipped, just that it did. Maybe Derek was the one to tell you two, apologizing because "that's probably weird, isn't it?"

You were all versed in the queer community, but had never delved into what polyamory really was

Or maybe it slipped from you, a hesitant ramble spiraling into comparing the way you felt for Derek a little to closely to the way you do Cove

Maybe even it was Cove, thinking maybe Derek pulled away for his comfort- maybe he noticed Cove's awkwardness and red face and pulled away so as to not upset him

Maybe he explained, flustered, stumbling over his words, that he only reacted that way to Derek because he liked him in that same romantic way

But no matter how it happened

It absolutely did happen

Before any of you could regret it, or really even think on the realization that it was all mutual, Cove blurted out

"Do you wanna go out with us?"

Before either of you could respond, he stumbled out words asking if it was okay with you and that Derek didn't have to, you could just stay friends, I didn't mean to impl-

You cut him off, agreeing with the sentiment

And finally

There's the Derek Suarez smile.

You and Cove nearly got knocked to the ground with the force of the hug, vague words of agreement from him mixed with the three of you laughing

You were all still nervous, you didn't know how to go forward with it all-

And you went to your moms for help, because surely they'd know how this all worked, right?

But it all settled, and you three were still you, just, you know- Liz got to tease you that extra bit more

And it stayed like that, until you were all 18 and you hit a little bump in the smoothness

Because someone you saw that same summer you kissed Cove was back

When you first saw Baxter way back then, you just thought he was pretty and nice to talk to, to dance with

Really, you thought the two of you could be friends

But, as many people visiting Sunset Bird do, he disappeared

A little disappointing, but you only knew him for a day.

And then he showed up, the new guy on the street

You didn't quite remember his face until he talked about the soiree

And well, over the summer, perhaps you fall a little in love with him

It's not your fault! He's very charming, and he's sweet

It's not the same intensity and familiarity that your relationship with Cove and Derek brings, but it's fun and you could see him being a long-term partner

And then, of course, he leaves for another five years.

"Did I do something wrong?" The words spilt from your lips, laying against Cove's chest as he rubbed circles into your sides.

Derek was laying with his head in your lap, letting you run your fingers through- and thoroughly mess up- his hair.

"I don't think so," he chimed.

Cove shook his head, almost trying to convince himself too. "It was his decision to leave, did he seem mad?"

"Well, no, but-" you sighed, anxiety biting away at you as you bit your lip, peeling the skin.

"Mhm! So, it wasn't your fault, or Cove's, or mine. He just wanted to leave. Which personally I think is dumb, who wouldn't want to stay around you two for as long as possible?"

You snorted, letting yourself relax back into Cove for the time being.

So anyways

You see him again another five years later.

Helping your friends plan their wedding on a short notice- perhaps a little too short notice- your own planning stage looming nearby in the distance

Seeing him again..

Well, naturally you tell Cove and Derek

Because what else are you meant to do?

You, unfortunately, drew the short straw to be the one to confront him

"Baxter, hang on- talk to me like a real person, for once." You latched on to his wrist, unwilling to let the moment slip through your fingers. "I get it, you don't want to talk to me. But at least- tell me why you left."

He sighed, not making any move to make you let go. "I do regret leaving Sunset Bird with nary a call to you three, you are still together, no?"

You rolled your eyes. "Yeah and we're getting married, but that's not the point. Bax, I just want you to care enough to tell me why."

"You're..." his steadily widening eyes trailed down to your hand, and sure enough, an engagement ring was sitting comfortably on your ring finger.

He tried tugging his wrist out of your hand.

You held on tighter. "You're gonna tell me what happened so I don't feel like shit about it for the rest of my life, okay?! So I don't have to ask for reassurance that it wasn't my fault every time I remember how you left town. I think I deserve that."

You weren't normally a demanding person, he had to know that. He had to see the way that this all ate at your for the past five years.

You watched his resolve crumble, and it was- weird, seeing him drop the professionalism for even a moment. Weird, but welcome.

"Can we go somewhere private, at least? Perhaps the beach?"

You thought back to the symbol of your life, the beach and the poppy-covered hill behind your house. The same beach and hill you managed to drag him out to stargaze from countless times that summer. The sun was hanging low in the sky.

"I'll drive, you sort out whatever you're about to say." You shrugged, taking the drivers side of his way-too-expensive (in your humble opinion) car.

"Alright," he moved around, sitting in the passenger side. Maybe it was the time you spent with him that long time ago, making you notice the unnoticeable. But he seemed- deflated, a little sad.

It was a quiet night

You could see a bit of disappointment in Baxter's eyes when he looked up to see a cloudy sky, you couldn't help but feel it too

You thought you'd have to push more, but he let out a long sigh

And stared at his hands, almost willing them not to shake

And he started to explain

He was the type to run away, it was ingrained in him

When he realized he was falling for three people all the way back then, he didn't know what to do

The fact that you three were so close knit didn't help

He left because he was scared

What would his family think?

Would he be enough?

Would it end in heartbreak he was trying so hard to avoid? (but, of course, it already ended like that)

Some of his worries were unsaid, he brushed them away with a "I had a lot on my mind, in terms of anxiety"

Truthfully, he thought you would have forgotten about him by now

He realized how much it could have hurt a little while ago, but he thought it would have been so much more likely that he was forgotten- just a blimp in the endless summers you three seemed to spend together

"I would have reached out, if I had known it still haunted you."

His hands were shaking

He clasped them together in an attempt to hide it

They were still shaking, twitching slightly in their hold

He had a crush on you three?

That's why he left and never came back?

You didn't know whether to laugh or scream at the poor man

He wasn't expecting a positive response, of course

But your laugh and yell of "you're a fucking idiot!" felt a little-

unexpected.

"I liked you too, I think those two could have too if you didn't absolutely ditch us."

You leaned on his shoulder, and he made no move to pull away

The scene familiar to an old one, but different

You told him to meet the three of you at a cafe in town

One you used to hang out in all the time

It wasn't a question, but if it was he would have agreed

And the four of you talked

Things were awkward at first, Cove particularly a bit standoffish with him

But you all talked it through

And maybe laughed about how stupid Baxter specifically was back then

He deserved that, he thought

Then a question came up, one he wasn't expecting

Really, the cafe in of itself would have been closure enough for him

But Cove asked if he wanted to go on a date

And Baxter had to shove every instinct and nerve in his body telling him to run away

Because he should be allowed to be happy like this, shouldn't he?

He really didn't know

But he shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth

NOW ONTO THE BIT YOU ACTUALLY ASKED FOR

He helps plan you, Cove, and Derek's wedding of course

He's far more flirty with you and Derek than Cove, respecting the discomfort Cove has had with the flirting in the past

But when Cove doesn't respond negatively to flirting?

You, Baxter, and Derek gang up on him and make him a literal tomato with how red in the face he goes

Derek showering compliments and peppering kisses while Bax makes his trademarked flirty comments, kisses lingering a bit longer

No matter what you do to add to this man's suffering, it certainly will

Speaking of Cove, he's the last to get comfortable with touch

From you it's been fine since you were kids, and he got used to Derek's touch quickly because of how openly affectionate he could be

But Baxter's normal touch, even just holding hands, was both more subtle and somehow more intimate feeling

So Cove struggled to adapt

Which was fine, of course, he could take all the time he needed

Baxter would always ask if he was allowed to touch him, whether the ask be verbal or not

Even long after Cove started saying yes (near) every time

Same goes for you, if you struggle with touch

They're all very respectful and will ask you first, respecting whatever boundary you set

Baxter being introduced into any of your family lives

Is certainly a sight

He's so out of place it's kind of funny

His family's more uptight and formal

So going to meet Derek's family and seeing the siblings bustle about and bicker, not quite caring about looking strange

Or seeing how much like a friend Cliff tries to be to Cove

or even the soft care your moms gave to you, and the teasing you took from Liz

Happy, loving, slightly chaotic families was not what Baxter was used to and it shows

He was hesitant to bring you three to meet his own family because of it

He wasn't even in very good contact with them himself

None of you pushed him on the matter

They weren't a big part of his life anymore, and honestly from some of the stories he's told?

You'd rather die than have to pretend to be that stuffy and pretentious

Derek and Cove cannot go five minutes without cuddling or holding hands

They're very touchy and affectionate with each other and it's not uncommon for you or Bax to come home or walk into the living room, and they're just tangled up together watching a movie and snacking

Cove and Bax love hearing you and Derek ramble

Whatever interests you at the moment, they'll listen to your voices for hours on end even of they have absolutely no chance of understanding it

If one of you seems really into something and it's sticking, they'll even do light research on their own

So they can be better conversation partners

And so that they can hear you talk more

It melts your heart when they do that for one of you

Or for each other

When the four of you are all cuddling together, Bax likes being the center of it the most

Nine times out of ten if you ask where he wants to be it's pressed against the three of you

Cove likes being on the outer edge, usually

He can get claustrophobic when he's surrounded on all sides, so he's probably on the side of the bed away from the wall too

Occasionally he's having a particularly clingy day and wants to be held by all of you, so long as one side of him (even just his back or front) is free

Derek's happy so long as he's holding a minimum of one person at all times

If you are selectively mute,

Blitz would be shocked that you opened up to him. He has a pretty low opinion of himself and assumed you didn't talk to anyone because you didn't like them. Despite his initial reservations, once he understands, he enjoys being able to sit with you and not feel pressured to make conversation. He'll literally growl at people who try to force you to speak, especially if it makes you uncomfortable. See also: biting. However, Blitz is already prone to communication issues, so early relationship is probably pretty rocky. Once he's more comfortable and can.. yknow, communicate with people, things get much easier.

Stolas completely understands. While, of course, he's a public figure and regularly has to speak in public, he would love to have the option of just.. not doing that. Very much enjoys quiet quality time with you. No matter what you're doing, as long as you're doing it together (though, most of the time, he'll be reading). Speaking of that, he would actually love reading to you- it's one of his favorite ways to share something he loves with the person he loves. Similar to Blitz, there are some communication issues, but he does his best not to take your silence personally, and instead, appreciate the calmness you provide.

Fizz and Ozzie, the healthiest ones, have never taken your silence personally. In fact, it's just something they've come to get used to when spending time together. So it did come as a small surprise when you opened up about the reason for your quiet nature. Regardless, once you're all together, your quietness does not make you any less included. These two sweethearts will go out of their way to make sure you feel included, respected, and understood. Even in the beginning of the relationship, it wasn't a problem. The immediate acceptance and accommodation is part of what makes this thruple so strong.

i decided to answer this for all of my yandere ocs bc im a sucker for found family/single parent tropes 🫶 cw! spoilers for future ocs + mentions of child neglect

🚼 the yanderes x single parent darling

⛪️ | abraham would be a bit surprised, to say the least. but he comes from a community where people get married and have kids the moment they’re out of high school (if not the moment they become adults) so while he would be sort of caught off guard, he’d adapt pretty quickly. he’d definitely fantasize about becoming a little family unit, probably even subtly propose the idea of expanding every so often. he wouldn’t exactly love your child — at least, definitely not the way he loves you — but you wouldn’t be able to tell with how well he treats them.

🚬 | the delinquents would be more like four older brothers more than anything. theyre all a bit too young to take on a proper parental role, nor would any of them have a real desire to, but they’d definitely have fun sharing their singular shared braincell with your kid. your child would probably grow up to be a massive little troublemaker thanks to their influence, but that’s why you love them, right? if the other parent is still involved one way or another though, they’d immediately put a stop to that. no reason to be involved with your ex now that they’re in the picture.

🌲 | mykolas would be curious of your child. he’s never seen such a young human up close before (considering he was always accused of eating them) so having a chance to actually be around one would be a new experience for him. he’d quickly start to refer to your child as his own, calling them his cub more than their name and carry them around on his shoulders or head whenever they go out together. it wouldn’t be uncommon to see him protectively curled up around them while they’re taking a nap.

🪸 | similarly to mykolas, the mermaids would be sort of curious about your child, though arguably less so as they have seen human children before. they have a very vague understanding of how to care for your child and would constantly search the sea for things that could come in handy for caring for them — you can expect to have a constant supply of eroded toys and suspiciously good quality clothes for them. they’d also try to teach them things that they’d teach the fry of their pods, though obviously they can only do so much teaching something that isn’t meant to live in the sea lol.

💪 | valentina grew up as a parentified older sibling, so while she wouldn’t particularly enthused about taking the role again so soon after getting out of it, she’d be capable of adapting to the role. she knows how to take care of a child and would ensure your kid’s cared for when they’re being watched by her, but she probably wouldn’t be able to establish much of an emotional connection to them without making an active effort to. but she does love children, so she’d learn to love yours too.

👑 | althea would hate your child. plain and simple. she’d view them as the living embodiment of you not keeping your promise to her, of you giving your love to someone else before she had the chance to have you to herself. while she’d never overtly mistreat your child, she’d be incredibly cold toward them and try to find reasons to avoid interacting with them. they’d be spoiled relentlessly with the hopes that if she gave them everything they’d need to live, neither you or her would have to deal with them.

🥩 | rhodes wouldn’t think much of your kid for the most part, but they’d express a gentle fondness for them the few times they do meet them. they’d affectionately greet them, offer them a treat, and hold a little conversation with them to keep them busy for a bit while you run errands or eat or whatever you need to do. they’re kind of awkward with children given they have nothing in common with them and have little experience with them, but surprisingly they’re a natural with yours.

🫀 | melchior has no interest in human kids. therefore they wouldn’t care much for yours, seeing your child more like a pet or something along those lines rather than a sapient being. their treatment of them would reflect that; they wouldn’t be necessarily mean or anything, but they’d be a bit patronizing and talk at them more than they’d talk to them. it isn’t out of malice, they’d genuinely think that that’s how you interact with children and any attempts to correct them would be met with confusion and frowns.

🕷️ | the alt kids would be wonderful parents to your kid. they’d more or less be sort of a mix of abe and the delinquents, but with the added bonus that they’d care deeply for your child as they’d see them as an extension of you rather than a mix of you with someone else. they’d come up with a system to help your child have a good upbringing and stick with it — faust would take up helping them study, anton would teach them manners and etiquette, and delta would help them with their social life. they’re so good for you and your child, see? they live for the idea that them treating your child well and loving them will make you love them all more in turn.

How I think poly bakusquad reacts when they’re really tired

Bakugou: he is grumpy, I mean so very grumpy, but he’s a lot quieter about it than he usually is, but once you cross over into sleepy territory is so adorably pouty to all of his partners and whines at them until they lay down

Kirishima: he’s honestly really snippy when he’s tired, but then he feels really bad about being snippy and he’ll apologise profusely, there have been tears and it broke all of their hearts, sleepy is just him draping himself across his partners

Kaminari: he just spider monkeys to people, activates cling mode and she is stuck to her partners until they go to bed, or they fall asleep right where they are, sleepy is the same, she really has two modes: awake and asleep, but all the electricity keeps it from happening too much

Mina: she slow fidgets, just twirling her fingers in hair and shirts, she’s also cuddly, so it’s definitely not her shirt and hair she’s playing with, sleepy is just cute little head bobs when twilling turns into gripping (lightly)

Sero: they gets so dramatic, like, throwing themself on their partners and lamenting about how tired they are, for them sleepy is laying their head on their partner and whining occasionally

Jirou: they’ll start humming to themself, tapping out beats on their arms and thighs, and they generally stop talking a lot, responding in nods and head shakes, but honestly, they don’t ever really cross into the sleepy threshold given how light of a sleeper they are

Shinsou: flops, he just flops on his partners, he does not move, and invokes the sleeping cat clause

Holy moly I'm back! Well, not really, but I have a post! Yippee! Anyways, so sorry this took so long. I hope you haven't up and left yet lol. I have to say I only do character x character if the farmer/reader is involved and because of that I'm not very good at it. However, I will try my best! Thank you for your patience waiting for this! Also thank you for the compliments I love my snakes too dfdkhfkds (/gen).

It had been about a year since you moved to the valley. Over your many seasons of work you had managed to grow quite close to the townspeople of Pelican Town. Your gifts and services had earned you a high rank within the valley's social hierarchy. High enough to earn the attention of two of the town's bachelors!

Elliott and Harvey had been smitten with you for a while now. Everything you did just gravitated them towards you. It didn't help that you were just as lovely to everyone else. The two of them spent a lot of time observing your behaviours (not in a creepy way), so it was only a matter of time until they realised someone else had their eyes on you.

Harvey was the first to realise something was unusual about Elliott. Whenever he tried to talk to him in passing in the town square, he always seemed less grounded in reality than usual. He always seemed to have his head in the clouds thinking about something.

Then he started to notice the way he looked at you and talked with you. When you were talking to someone else, that ditzy aimlessness remained, but when you were speaking to him, he was completely focused. It was strange how his behavior would switch instantaneously, and it only took Harvey so long to know what was happening.

Harvey's first reaction is a big 'oh no.' He already thought he was out of your league, but now? Well, there's no chance of anything happening, is there? He might as well give up while he's ahead. But then again, that would make him sad. So maybe he should just try.

Harvey starts talking to you more. He brings you gifts. He puts so much effort into trying to get you to notice him, as anyone would. But, of course, luck isn't on his side. You remain completely clueless to the sheer mountain of hints he's giving you. To you, the doctor is just being a good friend. What else would he be doing? Having a crush on you? Ha! If only!

It's when Harvey begins this bombardment of gift-giving that Elliott begins to sense something is up. He gets slowly pulled from his romantic daydreams as he notices you spending less and less time with him.

'Y/N, want to come on a boat ride with me?' 'Sorry, I organised to hang out with Harvey today.'

'Y/N, how would you like to share a plate of crab cakes?' 'So sorry Elliott, Harvey's already offered to share a bottle of wine with me.'

He just can't catch a break. Every time he tries to hang out with you something's come up on the farm, or a villager needs help, or Yoba forbid you're hanging out with Harvey again. He's on the verge of giving up when he decides enough's enough. If Harvey's going to play at that game, so is he.

Elliott starts making plans weeks in advance to avoid Harvey's sneaky little last-minute tricks. He sends you letters asking to hang out; he offers to help with whatever chores you're doing. He knows Harvey's got his own plans (being the town doctor and all), so he takes advantage of it. Whenever Harvey's working, he's by your side helping you out.

Truth be told, they both got in a little over their heads. They never really bothered to realise that you had no clue as to what they were doing. All that's going on in your brain is 'yippee, my friends like me!' Not once to they take a minute and go 'wait, have I ever got any hints back?' (not that Harvey would be able to tell LOL).

What makes the situation even more comical is the fact that you did like them. Both. You were just having the time of your life getting to hang out with your crushes while they fought in the background. You always had the sneaking suspicion something was up, but you could never tell what.

Eventually, they both get sick of it. During Elliott's next annual appointment with the doctor, Harvey explains that he's done fighting over you. He explains that acting how they were is immature of them, and Elliott agrees. They decide to just go back to how they were before, safe in the knowledge that if you do ever happen to fall for one of them, you'll let them know.

Elliott x Harvey Part (AKA I Didn't Know if You Meant Just the Reader Was Polyamorous or the Boys Too)

(/nm btw. I'm just a wee bit clueless).

Once that whole ordeal is over, the men start growing closer to each other. It's not like a 'wow we're in love' sort of closeness, more so a 'wow, we have a lot in common' kind. They're the oldest of the bachelors and don't really connect with the younger people in town. Of course, they each have their exceptions (mainly Maru for Harvey, since Leah's a bit older), but for the most part they're on their own.

They're both pretty lonely people deep down, so it's nice to have someone to connect to. They're both nerds in their own rights and bond over that. Elliott often comes to Harvey for medical and historical information (mainly on planes) for his books, and Harvey comes to him for help writing professional documents and emails.

While they still pine over you, something else seems to come through between them. It takes them a while to come to terms with it, and when they do, they're pretty shaken up. I don't imagine either of them ever thought to consider the chance that they may be polyamorous, with Harvey too focused on other things in life and Elliott too caught up in how he's been taught true love is mostly monogamous (*cough cough* every mainstream love story ever *cough cough*).

However, it takes your confession to them for them to actually get together. It's only when they realise 'hey, maybe it's not so odd to love more than one person at once' that they actually bother to confess. It's very short and sweet and barely at all romantic (probably takes place during another checkup lol), but it gets the job done.

You three end up as a very happy throuple together! Harvey and Elliott already work well as friends, but as partners they're pretty dang good. You're all just happy to be able to be together. :)
