Yesterday i went swimming for a while and it was really fun!!! I don’t go swimming often because outdoor pools always seem colder but this was at an indoor pool so it was much better. I wore my Dio shirt to help with chest dysphoria so that made the experience a lot better too. This is one of the only physical activities i can do without being in a lot of pain lol.
