The more I think about Tales of the Jedi, the more I realize it makes sense that it would tell Ahsoka and Dooku's stories.
They are the two Jedi-who-left-the-Order that we know best and their stories have many connections that way: why they left and the paths they took after leaving.
Do I still wish we could've focused on other characters (more so in Ahsoka's case)? Yes, but I will take what I can get.

kiwi i would be utterly delighted to learn about how the order is in the kiwiki verse; especially the areas that are neglected in canon
Of course!
In the Kiwiki the Jedi are divided into four class groups rather than three:
Guardians are the Warrior Class, they are made up of Jedi who prefers to be out on battlefields or hone their fighting skills in the more traditional way. Jedi Aces or the Ace Pilots of the Jedi are also in this group. It is not to say that they are warmongers, however, they just prefer to be out with their feet on the ground and hands in the nitty gritty, so to speak. Think along the lines of Anakin Skywalker, Agen Kolar, or Ahsoka Tano— but also Saesee Tiin
Consulars are the Political Class, so to speak. Where Guardians fight, the Consulars take time to find negotiations, they are the political liaisons and diplomats, along with seers and researchers. They understand how politics work and use it to their advantage. On top of that, the Healers also fall into this division with Lore-Keepers and archivists. Obi-Wan Kenobi, Kit Fisto, Eeth Koth, and Jocasta Nu are the ones you think of, but also Vokara Che, and Adi Gallia.
Sentinels are the rather unorthodox division, and while they are often seen as the balance between the Guardians and Consulars, they are much more than that. Divisions such as The Shadows, Instructors, Watchmen, Seekers, Culinary Jedi, Investigators, and artisans fall into this group. They are both distinctive yet blend into the other classes and don't stick strictly to the traditions of the Order. This division has more acceptance of non-force techniques and non-traditional jedi skills. Think Quinlan Vos, Tholme, Terra Sinube, Micah Giett, and even Plo Koon.
The Guard is solely made up of the Jedi Temple Guard and their Sibling branches (such as the Guard at Lola Sayu or at other Temples, though these branches grew more or less dilapidated and returned to the main body as the Order drew itself closer into Coruscant). The Peace Keepers and Gate Keepers are also associated with this class, but it should be known that they are technically Sentinels.
Think of the four classes as such: In the case of a locked door, the Guardian will try and break it down, the Consular will try and negotiate with the person who locked the door, the sentinels will pick the lock, and the Guard is on the other side holding the door closed (lol)
Within these Class Categories, there are other Divisions/jobs that the Jedi can do. I sort of stated it before when listing examples, such as the Ace Starfighter Pilots, the Healers, and Investigators.
(More below but this is getting a bit long lol)
Within each of these divisions are smaller departments that are created based on specialty— for example, the various artisan groups, research groups, combat vs academic instructors, the various classes of healers, archivists who are more into research and logging vs those who prefer writing and creating, and so on.
Each department has a department Head, and then each division has a head picked from these department heads. In the Kiwiki, Cin Drallig heads both the Instructors and Jedi Temple Guard, but Anoon Bondara (before his death) was the Department head for the Combat Instructors. Similarly, Coleman Kcaj is both the Division head of the Artisans and the Department Head of the textile workers, Jocasta Nu heads the Archive Division and the Lore-keeping department, and Vokara Che is head of the Halls of Healing and the General Department of Healers, but OCs of mine— Altha, Nix Mora, and Bruce Rion— head the Mind Healer, Pediatrician, and Surgical departments. And so on and so forth.
(I'll talk about the Guard in a second)
Unfortunately, after the High Republic Era ended (roughly 82 BBY), the various Divisions began to fall to the wayside. On a traditional level, the Jedi Initiates were still offered many choices to choose from and Jedi Masters and Knights in those divisions would gladly train the initates who were interested in joining their divisions, but the equal power that Division heads had in decision-making slowly wained.
For example, the Councils would often make decisions and the Divisions would only learn of them after instead of being there in person. While the Division heads did not expect to be there for every bit of news and meeting, major events and news to be broken had the input of Division Heads in the past.
When the War ends in 18 BBY (Kiwiki'Verse), many of the Division Heads start putting pressure on the Councils for things to return to the pre-end of the high republic balance— this certainly did happen, especially with the reconstruction of the High Council as well.
In terms of the Jedi Temple Guard, there is a bit of a divide as the Jedi Temple Guard are the only Division to not accept Padawans into their ranks. You are either Knighted upon entering the Guard or have been Knighted previously. This is because the training within the Guard's ranks is rather brutal and Children are seen as too young to deal with that. Both mentally and physically.
The Guard also has its own structure and departments: General Guard, Night Guard, Lower Level Patrol, Political Guard, Healers, Ventilation Patrol, Sniper Corp, Trainers, and the Investigations
The General Guard is where you fall if you don't think you can fit into any of the other groups
the Night Guard primarily works for the Nocturnal Shift
The Lower Level Patrol deals with the lowest levels of the Jedi Temple
The Political Guard mostly goes with other Jedi to the Senate or acts as Jedi Escorts with Political Liaisons. They also transfer dangerous criminals— think when the guard brought Barriss in
The ventilations patrol patrols the vent systems in the temple. They were either all on strike because they don't get paid or cad bane killed the patrol during the holocron heist. one of the two.
The Sniper Corp is the least known branch of the Guard and are stationed along the top of the temple in hidden places. They keep watch for threats from the outside and act as cover and ranged fighters if the Temple is attacked externally (ie: operation Knightfall)
Trainers are some of the oldest and who train the newer guard in how the guard functions and works.
Investigators keep tabs on holo-cams and act as shadow informants between the main temple and the shadows.
All of the Guard within the division branches will jump around as needed and all are assigned to general patrols, front guard, and so on. It's like a miniature version of the main Order.
Anyways, There's a lot more that is just drifting in my brain, but that's the main gist of it.
TLDR: There are Classes -> Divisions -> Departments (based on Speciality) but there's definitely overlap and sticking with just one department, division, or even Class is not required— it's actually highly encouraged to learn under a number of departments at least. If you can crossover through Divisions and even Classes, all the better!

Lazy Mornings.
Sometimes I think about Tholme and Cin taking a lazy morning in. Cin taking in the morning light while observing Tholme fast asleep next to him. Or similarly with Tholme stroking his hair absently as he faces away from him. Even when working, Cin would thread his fingers through the taller man’s black hair as he laid curled at his side snoring softly.
Sometimes I think about Kit gently holding Plo next to him, stroking his back or tracing his bandages from still healing from a mission which he believed, but wasn’t completely certain. Though Plo would still curl up next to him, purring softly as he nestled under his chin. Plo would mumble later they would run late when he woke up, and he in response would say it was fine. Then there are the lazy mornings for when Plo works or reads in bed while absently stroking Kit’s tresses gently, as he snuggles up next to the elder Jedi Master, his pheromones emitting a sense of content and peace around them.
Then there was Eeth, who holds Mace close whenever he tries to get up, nuzzling him. He would tell him it can wait and to go back to sleep. Mace would huff and go nestles himself close to him, slowly dozing off. When Mace wakes up later, he seems more refreshed than on most days.
Crèche Masters over the years would smile happily upon finding the Younglings in piles with each other, fast asleep late in the morning. The older and taller ones surrounding the outside in protective huddle, as the younger and smaller children remained in the centre, warm with some clutching each other closely without letting go. On these days, Crèche Masters would get large, warm blankets and gently wrap them up. The children would give happy and content noises while burrowing themselves deeper.
Deep within the Temple, the elder members of the Guard come down back from evening patrol to find the younger members of the Guard piles together in a corner as they were unable to make it to their quarters when they returned from patrol. The elders would sigh and gently ruffle their hair as they await they start another day.
For those who don’t partake in resting, Jedi such as Shaak finds herself checking in with the terrarium within the Temple, the animal knead their heads at her happily. Elsewhere Saesee finds himself working at his work bench quietly, as sunlight pours into the room.
Elder Masters can be found outside in the gardens taking in the warm lightly while discussing the happenings within the Temple.
Lazy mornings prove to be a slow point for some as they ease themselves into the day.

None of them expected Anakin Skywalker to be responsible for their demise.
And neither did he expect he would be the one to seal their fates.

In your answer regarding the fairness of promotion in the Jedi Order, why do you say that Jedi were biased against females? Just curious, cause I never thought that was the case and thinking about it I still don't see it happening
Becausethere were 12 seats in the Council and only 2 were occupied by women? And becausein the 13 years covered by the Prequels 20 beings sat on the Council and only 5of them were women.
The rank ofmaster was the highest ranking one could achieve within the Order. If weconsider some of the most popular Jedi Masters (35 individuals) during the PTyears, 23 of them are male and only 12 are female. Out of these 23, 16 werepart of the Jedi Council or were considered for the position.
Female JediMasters (13): Aayla Secura, Siri Tachi, Tahl, Stass Allie, Adi Gallia, DepaBillaba, Jocasta Nu, Luminara Unduli, Yaddle, Shaak Ti, Tiplar, Tiplee,
FemaleMasters on the Jedi Council (5): Stass Allie, Adi Gallia, Depa Billaba, Yaddle,Shaak Ti.
Male JediMasters (23): Dooku, Kit Fisto, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ki-Adi-Mundi, Plo Koon, PongKrell, Eeth Koth, Quinlan Vos, Mace Windu, Agen Kolar, Yoda, Saesee Tiin, Sifo-Dyas,Even Piell, Yarael Poof, Qui-Gon Jinn, Coleman Kcaj, Oppo Rancisis, ColemanTrebor, Ima-Gun Di, Cin Drallig, J'oopi Shé, Tera Sinube.
MaleMasters on the Jedi Council or considered for the position (18):  Dooku, Kit Fisto, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ki-Adi-Mundi,Plo Koon, Eeth Koth, Mace Windu, Agen Kolar, Yoda, Saesee Tiin, Sifo-Dyas, EvenPiell, Yarael Poof, Qui-Gon Jinn, Coleman Kcaj, Oppo Rancisis, Coleman Trebor.
78% of the maleJedi Masters were eventually considered for joining the Jedi Council and only38% of the women. If you were a female Jedi the odds of you becoming a Masterand ever joining the Council were slim but if you were male, the odds would bein your favor.
Of course, this is probably the result of Star Wars being a male centric adventure. Thereal blame should go to the writers but that doesn’t change the fact theyconstructed a narrative that makes the Jedi Order and the world in general lookextremely biased against women (especially women of color).

For After the End - why didn't Vaderkin tell Obi-Wan he didn't kill the younglings? And actually, what changed from canon that made him not kill them in the first place - something Fem!Obi said or did that Canon!Obi didn't?
Who would believe him?He knows Obi-Wan went to the Temple with Yoda. He knows what he did. He maytell himself he was protecting his troops, that he gave the Jedi plenty ofopportunities to surrender to him and the 501st but somewhere in the depths ofhis soul, Anakin knows what he did. And he knows Obi-Wan saw that.
And on top of that, what would he tellher? “Yeah… so… I know I murdered basically everyone you knew, everyone that I knew but isn’t it great that I drew the line at actual childmurder? I mean, ignoring the fact that I killed some Padawans and uhm… yourfriend Master Ti and I was in a bad mental place on Mustafar and probably wouldhave tried to kill you but I drew a line! No child murder for me! Isn’t thatgreat? Do I get a gold star now, Obi-Wan? Because I really need you to give mea gold star because my life super sucks right now and I could use the pick meup.”
And then he kept on killing, hunting downfellow Jedi after the Sacking the Temple. Even if the Empire keeps claimingthat the Jedi essentially died from “Suicide by Skywalker”, Obi-Wan knowsit means Vader found them and killed them.
There’s going to be achapter later on that deals with Obi-Wan’s crushing guilt (and boy is there alot of it) but let me find it… For a set up, this takes place on the night ofEmpire Day several years in the future from where After the End of the World is currently.
Obi-Wan closed her eyes and started counting, naming thebrothers and sisters she lost, that she could still remember.
Saesee Tinn. Kit Fisto. EethKoth. Ki-Adi-Mundi. Aayla Secura.
Plo Koon. She hadrecently learned from Vader that he was killed by his own Wolfpack. She prayedit was quick.
The list wenton, her heart breaking with each name, the tally rising higher and higher, thenames carved into the glacier of her soul bleeding.
Then came thenames of Vader’s victims.
Mace Windu. Jocasta Nu. Cin Drallig. ShaakTi. Vokara Che.
There were morebut her time in the Clone Wars had kept her away from the Temple and the namesand faces grew fainter with each passing year. Even knowing that Vader had notkilled the younglings, that Sidious swept in like the monstrous shadow he wasand killed them all, didn’t help.
They were stilldead, murdered before their time.
Next came the Jedi who had tried to rebel, just names with nofaces, no memories to anchor them. They drove the number higher and higher, helping to make the number fit the enormity of her loss. After all, she hadn’tbeen able to kill Darth Vader when Master Yoda commanded it.
So basically, Vaderkin believes Obi-Wanwouldn’t believe him if he told her Sidious killed all those children hiding inthe Council Room. He’s not sure he would believe it either.
As for what made him not kill the younglingsin the first place? A cruel and twisted kind of logic and that “persistentflicker of light” that is the part that’s still basically Anakin Skywalker.Like it says in the fic, which is basically Anakin’s thought process at thetime.
But theyounglings, no, he had drawn a line there, refusing to murder innocent childrenwhen his wife was going to give birth any day now. Those children could havebeen raised as Sith, could have been taught how wrong the Temple was and howimportant their emotions were. He had assumed his new master would have seenthe wisdom in an army of highly trained Sith warriors in the service of theEmpire.
So it’s really more about Anakin than aboutObi-Wan. Although I headcanon that since Anakin doesn’t have to reallyphysically compete with Female! Obi-Wan the same way he would with Canon!Obi-Wan that there would be a softer dynamic between the two. But that’s a metafor another day. ^___^
Thanks for the question!

Hello again! Glad to see someone remember Cin Drallig exists! The poor Battlemaster could use some more content in the fandom :D Anyway what made you interesting in using him for your incorrect quotes and stuff and do you have any headcanons for him? Also will his Padawan Serra Keto from the old Revenge of the Sith video game be making any appearances in your work with Cin?
I LOVE CIN? HE’S JUST??? A CHARM??? ONE GRUFF, ANGY BOY FOR ME?? Cin easily makes my top 10 list of Jedi. Serra actually has shown up briefly in my Wolffepack Against Child Abuse Modern Star Wars AU in the second installment alongside Bene!
ANYWAYS YOU ASK AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE HEADCANONS:
• Cin never got along with Qui-Gon Jinn, despite having an OK relationship with Dooku. The two of them clashed over a lot of things, and Cin specifically warned Yoda about Qui-Gon when he was pushing for Obi-wan to be his padawan. The two’s fights escalated to blows during and after Melida/Daan.
• Cin practically raised Kit, and as such, Kit looks up to him like an older brother-slash-father. Kit often comes to him still if he needs advice. Cin called him a clown when he came searching for courting advice.
• He also helped out with Bant and Nahdar when he could, and was the one who finished up Nahdar’s padawanship when Kit was called to the front lines.
• Despite the stories the Padawans tell the Initiates , though, Cin’s only strict and gruff when the kids have sabers in hand. Afterwards, he’s always willing to listen to their problems. Though he’s a bit shit at giving them good advice. It’s the thought that counts.
• Cin isn’t a master at all Saber Forms  in the same sense as those who master one form— such as Mace with Vaapad or Kit with Shii-Cho— but he is insanely dangerous since he can easily slip in and out of saber forms mid combat. Repeatedly.
• Not to say that he’s not a master in every form, because he is. but those who specialize in one form only take it a step up.
• Kit Fisto, Plo Koon, Agen Kolar, and Shaak Ti are his usual duel-mates, the five of them absolutely going feral when they’re out of sight of younglings and padawans because it gets dangerous. Cin throws lightsabers. It always freaks Kit out, though he should be used to it.
• Speaking of which, Cin’s a fantastic marksman and has a crazy throwing arm. Someone once asked him what kind of Saber Style it was and he just flatly responded “the Keeping Master Fisto Out Of Trouble” style.
• But yeah, the duels between Cin and any of those four get intense. Most duels between him and any of the masters get intense, though. It’s a good way to test one’s skills.
• He’s literally so indifferent to the nickname “the Troll” that the Order has given him, it’s hilarious. Some Initiate tried to use it as an insult to him and he basically just went “Okay, and?”
• Cin always carries more than one lightsaber on his body at one time. His usual, green one, two yellow shoto, and a blue saber-staff.
• He’s one of the best to go to if you have questions about lightsabers, since he works with them so much. He’s the one who builds all of the training ones, after all.
• He casually refers to the Temple Guards as his “kids”, which is why he’s friends with Plo.
• During the Clone Wars the two would just go “how are your kids” “doing fine, and yours?” “Also well”
• He also loves Bene and Serra as his own daughters , along with Whie as a son, as well, despite the boy not being his Padawan
• very much the type of dry-wit humor person. Deadpan snarker. It’s hard to tell if he’s joking if you don’t know him.
• He states that he’ll never get used to the strength of non-humans, as he’s been quite literally thrown by Shaak Ti, Eeth Koth, and Agen Kolar both in duels and on the few missions outside the Temple he’s done.
• Cin suggested that the clones should be trained in saber-work and offered to do it himself. It was put on the back burner, though the few times he’s not in the Temple and down in the Barracks, he’s offered to train the troopers there. Some, like the Commanders and a few ARCs took him up on the offer. And then realized the reason why some Jedi grimaced when his name was mentioned.
• Fives will forever say that ARC training was easier than Saber training with Cin. Battlemaster was a name well earned. Cin then told them the reason he was so hard on them was because he was cut for time, the Clones didn’t have years between leave to learn Saber Forms, so tuck your damn elbows in and adjust your feet, Hardcase.
• Surprising no one, the 104th and 91th troops picked it up faster than the others. Because of course the two would teach their men saberskills on the field. So Cin stepped up the difficulty level. It was fun— for him at least.
• On that note, Cin suggests that maybe Wolffe should learn Vaapad from Mace and Shii-Cho from Kit when the war’s over. No risk of falling to the dark but he’d have all the unpredictability and speed from both forms.
• He considers the Coruscant Guard to be like his “nephews” in arms, since their job is similar to that of the Temple Guard— and he knows that when both groups can, the two Guard groups get to gether down at 79s for drinks and fun.
• Debated giving Fox and the CG shotos for protection, but eventually decided against it. (Which is a shame.)
• He’s very easy to fluster under that hard exerior and when he’s not teaching or fighting, something that— and here’s where my own personal ships come in and I apologize if this isn’t your cup of tea— Shaak Ti and Saesee Tiin take full advantage of. Shaak teases him relentlessly when she can. Calls him cute and just? He’s CG paint red. “I’m what” “You hard me” “hhhhhhhhh”
• Saesee just. Picks him up from time to time? Easiest way to fluster him, just pick him up and he shuts up. Cin.exe has stopped working.
• A personal headcanon of mine that disregards canon, from what I know, is that the reason Cin couldn’t beat Vader was because he could quite literally feel the deaths of everyone in the Temple, and outside of it. With so many of his students, friends, and family dying, he was off kilter and easier to kill.
