You pretend to think about it only to have your arm swatted by Uma—so much for teasing them. They circle you and lift your shirt from behind like it’s the most natural thing in the world. Your eyebrows shoot up, Uma feels somewhat different when their eyes flash with the intent of creation, of art.

“You have good skin,” Uma comments casually. You feel them hesitate before their thumb ever-so-slightly brushes the dip in your spine “Okay, but you’re not getting a discount anymore.”
