If someone asked me "What do you hate most about yourself?" I would talk about my arms.
my arms, when I think of him, all I feel is fear.
"fear, why?" you ask me - and I answer:
Because don't my arms change, no matter how much weight I lose, they just don't get thinner. Why do people who have the same disorder as me always have thinner arms than mine? Is it localized fat? I’m not sick enough to look like them? genetics? I don't know. I just know that my greatest desire is to take a pair of special scissors and cut all the fat off my arms.

Breakfast (+ recipe)
"Brownie"
67 g of banana.
36 g egg white.
11 g unsweetened cocoa powder.
1 tsp baking powder.
I baked it for about 15 minutes, but that depends on the oven, so... until a stick inserted into it comes out clean.
It's 121 calories for the entire brownie (I ate half).
And a coffee (no pic).

Lunch
Cauliflower spring rice and a veggie burger.

Snack
Whole grain snack with almond and carob.
I had to calculate all the ingredients and get a percentage, since it didn't have the information on the packaging.
And half a glass of organic grapefruit juice (no pic).

Dinner
Today my family came to visit and I had to go out to eat. I again chose a gluten-free sandwich, but I removed the meat and some avocado.
I also drank lemonade with mint and ginger. I ordered it without sugar. (No pic)

I also had to do some research on the ingredients in the bread to get a percentage.
But I definitely ate like 1300 calories.

41 cal egg drop soup recipe!
looks a little bit questionable, but i promise it tastes so gd comforting and filling for a small amount of calories. also it reminds me a bit of matzoh ball soup which i had a lot as a kid
something i’ve noticed is that i tend to drink a shit ton of water, but with no electrolytes to balance it out and actually give me energy, so this soup has a decent amount of sodium (electrolyte) to balance things out.
ingredients:
2 cups water
1 chicken bouillon cube- may want to slice so it is easier to mix into soup (20 cal)
1/2 stalk celery, sliced (4 cal)
egg white (17 cal)
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 pinch onion powder
1 pinch crushed black pepper
in a small pot over medium to high heat, add water and bouillon cube- stir to dissolve. add celery and cook until mixture is boiling. slowly drop in the egg white, a little at a time so you get nice lil drops. allow it to cook for ~10 seconds more (so egg whites don’t get tough), then stir in the rest of the spices. remove from heat.
