many different colors many ideas people have many side to things and there can be also many solutions. i choose how my ending goes and i choose what can stain me i’ll let it seep into my mind and it’ll be one of my options. wut i chose was everything every color and every idea but the different colors mixed now its black its pitch like the darkness from societies ideas, people ways. but i blame non i chose to be like this i want to understand and know i can, i like new infos & ideas. being narrow minded to one side doesn’t help, this is my side of view.

It’s Honest.
I am the toxic person. I have been the toxic person - for a lot of people. They haven’t told me this; I have literally never been told that I was or am the toxic person in someone else’s life, but I know I am, and I know I have been. If I can help it - I won’t continue to be. I have been the person who manipulates. I have been the person who gives ultimatums. I have been the person who breaks people down. I have been the person who tries to hard and inadvertently emasculates just by virtue of the process. I have been the toxic one. 
I’ve thought about writing letters to apologize for being the toxic person in certain people’s lives - if not all of the people I’ve ever been in contact with. I didn’t know any different at the time, but I’m not a fan of excuses. 
Dear You,
I pursued you to halt your dreams and remain enslaved in my love-sucking trap. I questioned your love for me and pushed you into corners that no one knew existed. I manipulated you to get what I wanted. I didn’t consider the person you were; only what I could get from you. I played with your heart, your mind, and your well-being. I have asked you for more even when you’ve given everything to me. I have retaliated when things didn’t go my way. I have treated your spirit and the very essence of your being - like a child. 
I’m sorry - those are not strong enough words. I am doing better - realizing that the things I have done are because I couldn’t let go of the demon that is my mind in order to find the things I needed from you, within myself. I am working toward that - toward learning that the love from myself is more priceless than from anywhere else and that it is not your job to fulfill me. I am achieving a different level of understanding, and I am sorry for holding you hostage in my web. I will be better. I will be deserving. I will be able to let these things go and provide unconditional love - to you and to me. 
I’m sorry.

So...we’re going to try this again.  So excited.  I don’t care how many people read this or don’t, but I want a way to hold myself accountable for my choices and my health.
Today, I am the heaviest I have ever been (323.7 lbs).  I feel like crap and I am starting to get injured doing normal things.  It’s not okay.  
GOALS:
Keep my A1C and blood sugar at normal levels (no diabetes for me)
Be active and able to walk dog, enjoy the outdoors
Eat healthy and make healthier choices
Let my body be able to get back to normal hormone and other levels
Feel good about myself and my body
THINGS TO AVOID:
Self recriminations- I am human and allowed to make mistakes
Excuses- there will be days that I can’t. but that will not be everyday, so I need to make a choice to move and be healthy
Blame- for myself, or against others- this is no one’s fault, and it can be managed and dealt with

After workout treat for me today! 💪🏼🍪🦋⠀ ⠀ Had an awesome cardio workout today focusing on regaining my large muscle groups. The steroid I’m on deteriorates the large muscle groups in my body so it is up to ME to rebuild that strength. I could pout and cry about how my body is being destroyed by the cancer and by all of the medications I’m on but I choose to accept, acknowledge and put in the WORK to rebuild and regain. ⠀ ⠀ Did you get your workout in today?
