A lotttt of our clients ask us if we can take any of these drinks ass protein drink Now, looking at these so called "Health" drinks more closely.. you would see they are primarily filled with sugar.. aka empty calories, with very less protein... and that too poor quality protein. Here are few reminders for all There is nothing special in "women health drink" except for the pink packaging Some of these that claim to be a "protein drink" are not protein drinks, but tasty "carb" drinks. Make our milk taste better. Whey protein generally has around 20gm protein and 2/3 gm carbs. Much much better option any day. We always say no foods are "healthy" or "unhealthy" Some have more nutrition than others. Simple. Just because using protein powder is convenient doesn't mean that it's free of drawbacks. If you're making these protein powder mistakes, you may even gain weight. Even though protein is good for you, it still has calories, which means that eating too much of it may cause you to gain weight.  Your protein powder may claim it has 15 grams of protein per serving on the front of the container, but you have to be careful to make sure you're actually getting what you're looking for. As we've been saying, more protein isn't always better. And that even applies to active people whose caloric and protein needs are higher than their sedentary peers. So those post-workout protein shakes and bars? Take a look at their nutrition labels. Anything over 25 grams, and your body won't be able to utilize it all.  If you don't get that fiber, you're more likely to gain weight. A The Journal of Nutrition study that tracked overweight patients' diets found a strong association between high fiber intake and weight loss. if you're lactose intolerant, making this your top protein powder source won't be doing a body good. You could be building up inflammation in your body by consuming a food your body can't process. Inflammation leads to a host of issues, from skin problems to mood regulation struggles. Weight gain is another side effect of high levels of inflammation. If you must stick to dairy-based protein powder, at least consider a whey protein isolate. Platillo inspirado en el bbq coreano. Asamos dos tampiqueñas de filete de res con aminos de coco y pimienta. También gusanos, hongos shitake, hongos enoki, espárragos, brocolinis y cebollas con rabo, con un poco de aceite ajonjolí, aminos de coco, pimienta y ajo. Servimos todo en un plato para compartir. Con tortillas de harina hechas en casa (les debo para pronto la receta) lechuga francesa o escarola, hojas de shiso y claro kimchi. Puedes agregar para dar más sabor un poco de siracha a tus "taquitos" o un poco de salsa hoasin. Yo se que es un revoltijo de culturas asiáticas. 160 kcal Fudge Brownies- Makes 9
Macros:
26g Carb
3.4g Fat
4.3g Protein 
These delicious homemade brownies are the perfect snack post workout, super tasty and simple to make. 
Prep Time:5min
Cooking Time:25-30mins
Ingredients:
½ Cup butter- melted (125g)
½ Cup Granulated sugar (125g)
2 whole eggs
1/3 Cup Cocoa Powder (85g)
½ Cup Flour (125g)
¼ Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Baking powder
Optional- (included in overall calorie intake above) 
Chocolate Drops- 20g
Fudge Chunks- 35 g
Method:
Pre heat oven to 200* Cl
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, 
Get a baking pan around 8-9 inch, cover with baking parchment, spray with 1 kcal butter spray (I used fry light), pour in mixture, shake a little to even it all out, put on middle shelf of oven for around 25-30 mins
