Apple Cider Vinegar Shots
I read about Apple Cider Vinegar but never tried it until waking up one morning and saying to myself " it's time to lose weight".
I started researching all the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar then set off to the grocery store to buy the biggest bottle I could get my hands on.
My first time taking Apple Cider Vinegar was not pleasant. The taste is undescribable. I thought to myself, whose crazy enough to down this shit?
Day 2 I woke up,and started my early morning routine. I had read where before eating you mix a glass of water with a spoon full of Apple Cider Vinegar. I discovered sipping on it prolonged the tart taste, so I ended up just putting a few drops of water with a tablespoon of ACV and hold my breath and take one big gulp and swallow.
After about a week I noticed I was losing weight. Articles did say it helps you lose weight.
I still haven't gotten over the taste but seeing my weight on the scales keep dropping motivates me to continue using the ACV.
I must say it does work. Be sure to get Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother.
The best brand is Bragg

What is the Keto Diet
The ketogenic ( Keto) diet is a high-fat, moderate protein, low-carb diet. It causes ketones to be produced by the liver, moving your body's metabolism away from glucose towards fat utilization.
The keto diet is a weight loss tool that can improve many health conditions such as High Blood Pressure, Slow Thyroid, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Cancer and more. Healthy cells use ketones for energy, but some types of cancer cells cannot use ketones.
So your probably wondering how does Keto work? It's pretty simple!
When you eat food high in carbs, your body produces glucose and insulin. While glucose is used as the main source of energy, insulin enables glucose to move from your bloodstream into your cells.
Insulin is also responsible for storing fat in your body and if your body produces too much of it, you put on weight. Excessive carbs, typical in modern diets, combined with lack of physical activity will likely result in weight gain. Based on a comparison of several scientific trials, low-carb diets outperform calorie-restricted diets in terms of long-term weight loss and health effects.
A common misconception is that our bodies, especially our brains, needs glucose. Although glucose is known to be the primary source of energy (your body naturally prefers glucose), it's nowhere near as efficient as ketone bodies, especially for the brain.
Depending on your goals and on how much you exercise, you can follow any of the four types of ketogenic diets: standard, targeted, cyclical or restricted ketogenic diet. All of them vary based on the daily carb intake and the timing of your meals. Recent studies show that in fact, carbs before or after exercise are not needed once you get keto-adapted and your body will happily run on ketones.
