Mirror work, look in the mirror, look yourself dead straight in the eye and speak words of power, love, and encouragement to yourself. As often as you can. Whatever you’re insecure about, overwrite it with a positive chant. If you think you’re not smart, sound unintelligent, you tell yourself your the mother-fucking smartest woman there is, you sound like the most educated, charming woman you’ve ever heard speak, and your voice hypnotises men into a trance. This is your DELULU error. Go hard on your mirror work and speaking the life you want into yourself. You are re-writing the script. You are re-programming your mind to win. There has never been a more crucial moment than now to step into your most empowered version.

*I did this a few years ago when I went through a period of imposter syndrome at a new job at a top company and my internal voice kept saying how stupid I was and sounded. I literally told myself in the mirror everyday what I wrote above and something shifted, I became more confident and owned my voice and power.
