I’ve created a meditation for this I asked my members this morning “where can you create a sacred space in your life ??? for me that’s 2. habit stacking adding to my morning during our morning session we practice affirmations Move the body Connect to our energy Reiki chi sound frequency Start moving Internal love Engine SMILE !!! A benefits for me too Aligning my body for the wedding is Desire so a five min hit session after we finished is my add that five min can grow into more but committing to 5 min only a day in one thing, can make a big difference, five min is Manageable can you commit to 5 min a day in something that you want to do ???? Could you join us for five minutes in the morning ? Watch five minutes ? Take a five minute walk after the school run ? Get to work five minutes early and spend time meditating journalling …., Read for five minutes something that you want to learn !!!! 3.
