Genre: New adult queer romance, realistic fiction

Setting: A fictional college town called Buchanan, Washington, just west of the Cascade Mountain Range

Tropes and Themes: one-sided enemies to lovers, healing, hurt/comfort, the past as a destructive force, fucked up women, unconditional love

Story:

Ever since she found out that she had a younger half-sister, Kikimora’s only goal has been to keep said half-sister out of trouble. Even if that means co-founding a queer fratority, helping get their estranged parents back together, and escorting her to the local illegal warehouse rock concert in town. So long as Avi’s safe and happy, Kikimora’s good.

Except at the aforementioned rock concert, Kikimora meets local playboy butch known as Aries. What starts as a one-night stand quickly spirals into a game of cat-and-mouse, as Aries makes it clear she wants more with Kikimora, and Kikimora makes it clear she is absolutely not sleeping with or dating anyone — ever again if she can help it.

And even if she was interested, which she isn’t, it wouldn’t matter. Because Kikimora is still having nightmares, and she just knows her sister's getting into trouble every time she gets distracted, and she has to figure out whether she actually wants a relationship with her sister’s mother or if she’s content sitting back, come what may.

So yeah. Even if she was interested — which she isn't — she doesn’t have time. Hey, say it enough times and it eventually becomes true, right?

PREMISE

A spinoff of TNT’s three movies-and-four seasons franchise, The CW’s The Librarians: The Next Chapter centers on Vikram Chamberlin (played by Jamestown‘s Callum McGowan), a protean genius, swashbuckler and Librarian from the year 1847 who accidentally time-travels to present-day Central Europe and now finds himself stuck here. When Vikram returns to his castle, which is now a museum, he inadvertently releases magic across the continent. He in turn is given a team of talented young people to help him clean up the mess he made by reclaiming magical artifacts from those who would abuse them.

Jessica Green who previously played Talon in Dean Devlin's The Outpost plays Charlie Cornwall in The Librarians - The Next Chapter.

Jessica Green (The Outpost) has been cast as Charlie Cornwall — aka the Guardian. “Charlie, having been rejected by the Library to serve as a Guardian – essentially the bodyguard of The Librarian – was at a low point in her life when she got the call to be a ‘special guardian’ on a trial basis,” reads the official character breakdown. “Trained in the military, her dedication and martial art skills are unquestionable. If she can keep the powers that be in line, she can achieve her dream to become a permanent member of the Library.”

The Guardian is a pivotal role in the Librarians franchise. Characters who have previously served as the Guardian include Eve Baird (played by Rebecca Romijn), Charlene (Jane Curtin) and Nicole Noone (first portrayed by Sonya Walger in The Librarian: Quest for the Spear, and later by Rachel Nichols in The Librarians Season 4).

HI! I've been making a webcomic for the last year? Two years? It's a Sci-fantasy called Lost in the Stars. It's a story that follows the crew of the CEP after a freak incident that has them a far, far ways from their destination, orbiting an alien but habitable planet. Haha I guess you can say they're.... lost... in the stars *crowd boos*.

Or in funny tumblr terms. A bunch of queers with mental health issues are tossed into the Worst Case Scenario™. Also found family. Creator is a slut for found family so you bet your ass that's a huge HUGE theme.
