synopsis: An experiment gone wrong leads from one thing to the next, and you find yourself turned into a child. Now, how will your lover react?

notes: HEY! Thank you for being my first request <3 I hope you like this as I love Dottore a lot, and tried to make it as fluffy as possible!

This is far from an optimal situation for Dottore. No, this is probably one of the worst-case scenarios for him. Why? Because he does not go well with kids, at all. And now that his lover somehow turned into one of them? Well, he’s at a loss of what to do with you.

It probably happened during one of his experiments gone wrong. He frequently conducts a lot of crazy and… unethical assessments, conjuring up the strangest of colors of liquid in vials that does Archons knows who what. Of course, as his lovely partner and most favored assistant, you are required (whether you like it or not) to oversee and be his right hand during such trials. It’s not so bad though - you get to hear his maniacal laugh, which turns out to be oddly endearing after a while, when something goes right. Perhaps sneak in a smooch or two as well.

But there are times when the experiments go horrifically wrong and even end up blowing parts of the lab up. By this point, you’ve gotten used to it, and even find it funny to see the other Harbingers’ annoyed faces, especially Pantalone’s. What you were not expecting, however, was to have a few vials of unknown contents flung at you by the impact of the explosion. You initially thought it was some samples of blood, but… never mind, your ability to think like an adult is dwindling quite quickly.

Dottore coughed and readjusted his mask, waving the remaining smoke away as his clones cleaned up the mess. Another failure was simply another step to success, he thought. (It was you who had kept repeating this when he sometimes lost his temper over experiments.)

But the familiar buzz was missing your normal sneezes as you tried to read out all of the data and results. He looked over and did not see your familiar cute face, scrunched up as you rubbed dust out your eyes, reading out from the clipboard. A prick of annoyance spiked through him; where were you and why you were not with him? Dottore moved to call out your name but nearly tripped on something on the floor. He was about to curse but the words died in his throat at the sight of mini you.

You were nearly drowning in all the oversized clothes that had become too big for you, stumbling out of your now massive shoes, onto Dottore’s leg. Instinctively, he tried to shake you off, but you only clung tighter and wailed. All you could hear was something something, “prototype”, blah blah “idiots didn’t put it away probably” and a lot more confusing language. Dottore ran his fingers through his hair. Well, shit.

Dottore has to muster every ounce of patience in all of his bodies to handle this. He doesn’t want to be bothered by your childish antics, but at the same time, he can’t bring himself to trust anyone else with you. Honestly, for some strange reason, Dottore feels very off and more irritable if you’re not right there by his side. It perplexes him and annoys him a bit too. Even his clones aren’t such a good idea because they aren’t too fond of kids either and instead awkwardly stand next to you. Even though he itched to continue his research, there was no way he was going to conduct deadly experiments with you bouncing off the walls. Furthermore, he had gotten used to your company and it was useful to have someone take notes for him (even though it was much more than that.) So instead, he puts his clones to work to create an antidote while he resigns himself to his room to do some paperwork.

He might take advantage of this, actually. Dottore is the kind of person who must know everything possible about you down to your exact blood type. Therefore, he is not above asking you questions that you normally won’t answer him due to embarrassment or whatever else. Probably writes what you say down in his notes and drops these facts on you at the most random points in time.

Secretly appreciates it when you make the most basic of compliments toward him even as a kid. Fuels his ego and will harass you with what you said when you’re back to normal. Also feels strangely nice that he knows you genuinely like him so much that even your kid form is saying so.

Has to hide all of the gruesome books and notes from you. He doesn’t want to explain any of that to you and rather not see you cry again. Being with you has helped him to understand positive human emotions better but he’s still quite at a loss since you’re a kid now. He might try to engage in a conversation with you, but I hope you’re a good talker because you’re going to have to do most of the speaking here. Eventually has his clones bring some candy for you because that’s what they like, he thinks.

It’d also be adorable for you to keep touching and squishing his face and hair. Kids like to touch anything they see, and nothing’s more interesting to you right now than unmasking Dottore’s face. He begrudgingly goes along with it, stiff as a board as you fumble with his mask and toss it to the floor, exclaiming at his unique red eyes. (Dottore’s a silent, unwilling participant in it who swears to get revenge on you later.)

Playing with his earring and flicking it back and forth, is yet another one of the things he puts up with. Makes it a personal note to get you one yourself so the two of you could match. When you ask questions, he unconsciously responds with a whole in-depth scientific response, only to remember that you had zero idea what he was saying. It was a habit of his.

If you somehow manage to get out of the lab and the other Harbingers see you, Dottore will never live it down. Childe now wants to read stories to you while the others are struggling to keep a straight face. Dottore has to drag you away. (They definitely bring up the incident later on and tell you what happened.)

If you remember what happened, don’t expect him to really apologize for his mediocre caretaking skills. However, he’s more than relieved when you’re back to normal. You’re the only competent person on the whole team and he needs you to carry out his goals, Dottore tells you. Nothing more beyond that and experiments, of course. (He is 100% lying. Secretly missed your witty remarks and greatly needs you to keep him on his toes.) Dottore also subtly takes more care in the organization of his lab, only for your safety. He really doesn’t want that happening again. He loves you, just shows in it his own Dottore like way <3.

hmm ystrdy i was feeling a lil off when i woke up and he asked if i wanted to call and we talked a bit and i felt like Better after talking to him abt what i was anxious abt isnt that wild. and then im like do u still want me to come over and hes like of course lolol why wouldnt i and im like umm bc im annoying for having emotions and being an anxious girl duh. then i came over. i was like late too i always am im trying to work on punctuality like if i say a time im gonna mean it IDK its my worst trait. like if theres any vague time in the air i def just am not good at sticking to thaf i was onlg a lil late but i remember he called me cuz he was coming back from the laundromat and got to his place a min after i did and said sorry for being late and im like its ok i am too lolol and he teased me abt it but hes always sweet abt it he texted me dw abt being late take ur time and drive slow. and then we ran errands together couple trips to the laundromat and i made us eggs and i drew a little picture on his whiteboard and he took a pic of me w it and sent it to his friend they said they hope i ruin him 😭 and we just did mundane shit i helped him sort his clothes he said im a Helper and i realize i like being useful lolol and hes like used to doing all the work in his past relationships w cleaning and sruff and so am i its kinda funny and we both also like driving as a control thing but i actually dont mind being passenger princess bc hes a pretyy normal safe driver so i dont feel nervous in the car at all and since were in his town idm him driving since he knows the area and i let him drive my car lolol. we went to the laundromat and also dollar tree and then made pizza and idk i watched him play celeste and i kinda forget what else we did not too much cuz i was kinda tired lol and i dont even rly remember falling asleep. and then he woke me up this morning to remind me abt my therapy appt and brought me coffee in bed it was kinda sweet okayy and then the cat kept opening the door bc the bedroom door opens rly easily so the cat can open it and he took the cat and put him in his office room and like blocked the door w a bunch of dhit so the cat wldnt get out and bother me it was cyoot and then we just talked while i colored and idk we went to the library and thriftstore it was fun!!!! and he said he likes my hair down a lot but he doesn't want me to wear it down only bc he likes it and the lady at the thrift store was very nice and also the lady at the library too we were talkjng abt using email addresses we made up when we were like a kid hah and then me n him just browsed for a long time and each got four books ;3 and he said he really values my company and idk its sweet..........and he said every time i kiss him i kinda push him back on accidentand he has to remember bc hell kind of fall back bc i kiss kinda hard or go into him LOL i didnt realize i do that. and its cute he walks me to the car and waves at me from the door while im sitting there for at least 4min setting up my music and gps. yayy

notes/me going insane abt them under the cut bc i know the tags would be long if i didn't!

first up! carinosa is a folk dance that originates from the colonial era of the philippines. it tells the story of a man and a woman falling in love but are too shy to properly show it so they do a little hide and seek type of thing. the fan and handkerchief play a very important role for the dance because it helps tells the audience their shy way of showing love.

my headcanon for dalia's mother is she's filipino and her father is japanese. her brother has no canon appearance yet so i just made one up for him!

i headcanon dalia being very close to her filipino side of the family since her mother always video-called them when she has the chance ever since she was a kid. her relative gifts her and her brother presents every time it was their birthday or any holiday.

marika is literally the "ideal" dalagang pilipina (on the outside). fair skin, nice attitude, has a good career as a model, and is very sweet. dalia's relatives would probably like her a lot if they didn't know abt the fact marika does NOT clean her room n stuff.

"tito" in english is "uncle", not to be confused w "ninong" which is used for godfathers (ive accidentally called my tito 'ninong' more than two times bc i didnt know this difference when i was younger). the feminine equivalant for both words are "tita" and "ninang".

no one is wondering this but the reason i didn't get any of their boobs out is bc that would be. not good to do. it's a no no. that era in the philippines was very conservative on that kind of thing, so it would be a bit disrespectful (to me) to do such a thing. also how am i supposed to get the tits out w that outfit huh? (and i cant drAW BO--)

also also. if ur curious why some tagalog words remind u of spanish or anything reminds u of something from spain, it's bc spain colonized the philippines for 300 years. that's why some filipinos have "spanish" names. my middle and last name r spanish bc of this. (idk if some of this is correct tho bc i havent went to a filipino history lesson for like. two years technically. reason why i kinda remembered this is bc we were taught this ever since we were like. in kindergarten.)

that saori and dalia one is based on an image in the wikipedia page of carinosa. i rlly liked it a lot even tho it isnt even part of the dance lol. that was the first drawing i did for this and it took me a while to finish haha.

this isnt connected to the drawings (kind of) but back in my old old school in the philippines we had to dance the carinosa for this annual dance competition against every grade, from the kindergarteners to the damn high schoool students. it was a mixed school so there were boys n girls and i was paired up w one of my friends, all of us were practicing rlly hard but when the performance day came, my friend and his brother (also my other friend i think) wasnt there. so i had to be paired up w the girl his brother was supposed to be paired up w, and considering the fact this song is abt a two lovers n stuff it made it pretty gay lol. we did well but we didn't win, i forgot who won tho...

also rika's necklace is from that one art from the character designer where's theyre wearing the yoba academy uniform.

umm my kgpr headcanon is um... that when momo and shintaro introduces the dan to their mom (like how they come hang out at kisaragi home etc) slowly kisaragi mama realizes "these kids are going about without parents or guardians???!!!" and she gets all auntie mode when she can, like gifting them food and other stuff like clothes, but mostly food.

lol i think momo brings it to Mekakushi Dan Sit Down Meeting to discuss it. like CAN I PLEASE tell my mom abt this. and shintaro keeps arguing that she won't believe them and she'll think theyre doing drugs. then ayano offers to use favoring to make her understand better (not gory parts or anything just Help Her Understand) and everyone else is like yeah we can show her our powers too :3 the dan WOULD KEEP HIDING their powers but i think they'd all see momo's point and would be willing to show them to kisaragi mama. because this is their mom and her whole family is involved and she sorta deserves answers to questions she doesn't even know she has. also everyone kind of just does whatever ayano says and ayano is like WE ARE MEETING MRS. KISARAGI RIGHT NOW

and ok for characters like hibiya and hiyori this is ALL headcanon territory but i hc hibiya's dad to be Fucking Awful and his mom is rly nice but married to An Awful Guy. and hiyori's parents are kinda too demanding/strict so she can't rly connect with them and both hibiya and hiyori grew up finding comfort in hibiya's mom. BUT WHEN IN THE CITY they stay with the kisaragis because of momo of course but also because kisaragi mama is like ERM. YEAH. IM SUPERVISING THESE LITTLE KIDS‼️‼️‼️ and she sorta adopts them the same way momo did. they're shintaro's little siblings by proxy augh theyre a fucking family *goes crazy*

Could u elaborate more on ur hc about the Witcher schools and the abuse from the mentors?? Do u think some schools are more tolerant/turn a blind eye to that sort of thing, and some are more strict abt it? Bcuz some of the schools just seem more..uptight, while others are kind of falling apart at the seams

Alright, I wanna start by saying that this hc is about the general world of The Witcher. Not a specific book or adaptation. My entire point is that these types of institutions have a history of abuse. And again, this is about the heights of the witcher schools, NOT what they are now.

Personally, I think that the stricter the "discipline" the school had, the more leniency for this behaviour would endure in different facets. Why? Because it would breed an environment where the students had no one to talk to about this other than fellow victims. Also, the less care was given to the deceased, the more likely that someone would take advantage of the half dead kids in their pocession.

Personally, I think the wolves were a bit stricter in some areas but extremely lax in others. Like, they'd be stricter when the kids were new meat, but would turn a blind eye if something happened, say, in the room where the mutations happened. And it wouldn't be that they don't care at all, its that what some bastard does to a dead body after that point is the least of their problems. In a similar vain, what happens after the point of a successful mutation is also treated with a bit more leniency because "the boy can fight back if he don't want it," completely ignoring the authority older witchers would have over the younger ones.

Plus, there's the whole thing with "No fighting fellow Witchers" that they don't have as a rule, but more of an etiquette thing, so that too would probably contribute to how willing a victim would be to advocating for themselves.

Do I think that most of them were bastards? No. Do I think that most of them learned to keep silent due to fear of pushback from their only family? Definitely. Like, I don't believe Vesemir ever did do anything like that, but I do think that to some capacity, he was aware. Maybe not to who specifically it was happening to, but he would hear a rumour or two he didn't dare look into.

The only school that I'd say would be relatively clean of that stuff DUE to discipline is the Griffin's. They have this whole thing about chivalry going on, that maybe not everyone subscribed to as a principle, but they didn't dare try much because they knew how easily the whole keep could turn on them.

Viper school is an easy choice for most leniency given to this stuff. They made you kill your puppy if you wanted your medallion if I remember correctly, so what I'm saying is that they'd have a live and let live approach to this sort of abuse. Tough it out. Though I'm not sure if it'd be societally acceptable to kill your fellow Witcher over that, our only real glimpse into the schools being Letho, and he's certainly not a beacon of normalcy, even among his school, so I don't know.

The bears are a tough school to say, mostly due to the lack of knowledge we have on how they did things, but I'll say they'd be close to the Wolves in most regards. But honestly? No idea.

The cats would be an interesting conversation to be had because you can look at it from a lot of different perspectives. You could say they're less structured, so more likely to not care about breaking moral rules, but I raise you that theyd be opposites from the Wolf school: before the mutations, its not acceptable, but they'd be more likely to face no consequences. The chances given to them to do so are slim to none, too, after the Caravan. After the mutations, though? It doesn't matter if it's Stygga or not. You're dead. Unlike the wolves, they'd have no respect/obedience for the older Witchers. Maybe some would, but the vast majority wouldn't. The more free-form style of the Cats is more likely to produce characters that refuse authority and would rather kill at the smallest provocation. So really, if you were a Cat that wanted to do that shit, tough chance you won't have to fight to the death with another witcher once they're old enough to try. I'm pretty sure that most things considered, its not that they are disciplined or have some hard set rules, it's that it's SO lenient that there's nothing stopping your victim from murdering you the second they get mutated.

arc v 66-80 thoughts! oh my God So Much Happens All The Time. we got to the fourth opening/ed already??? im halfway into the series I think and im shocked by the implications of the op/ed (that we'll seemingly be spending another full arc in synchro. not complaining I just thought this would be shorter, at this rate most of the series will be taking place in synchro wont it?? whats the synchro to standard episode ratio...)

-aaaah crows kids showed up to watch him duel and it had him worried for the majority of the duel. cute. (also I hope theyve been ok since hes been in jail/here at the friendship cup locked in a fucking room) im glad he won…

-….and concerned bc Crime Dad broke into yuyas room to tell him the losers (and also ppl who get taken from the prison) go to some kind of underground garbage plant to basically be WORKED TO DEATH. see when a few eps ago we learned some ppl get taken out of prison and never return I assumed they just were. shooting them to kill them out back like ole yeller bc of overpopulation. nope! cant decide if this is better or worse than that assumption… both are pretty bad…

-how tf is layra supposed to do a riding duel!! theyre so tiny! where will their emotional support stuffed animal sit! tf! im glad yuya and crimedad are treating this as awful as it is and are also pissed. what the FUCK and god layra RUNNING to yuya and clinging to him and yuya tearing into reiji saying 'if YOU wont protect layra /I/ will!' I KNEW she would win and im so proud of her. yuya tearing up when she used his catch phrase to let him know shes ok ;__; god that duel made me SO emotional theyre both great

-I'm around the halfway point of the series I think! thats fun! …none of my big questions have been answered in any substantial way yet hahah. I'm hoping the next arc..we get to see yuri more finally (and for yuto to make a comeback, which. obv he must before the series ends…) and also I want to see ruri and rin more!!! and more lancer interactions in general I want them to hang out and be buds…I know the whole plot is stopping an inter-dimensional war which does fuck severely but I just. dunno. some slice of life eps would be nice after this arc…everything has been go go go fast heavy for a while and i need. a breather (that isnt a recap..)

-something I realized about Character designs (im in the middle of doing fanart while watching haha) Yuya's dad is dressed like a ringleader. yuya is clown-coded (aka part of the ringleaders circus). yuyas dad disappeared. so…would it be insane to assume he might be Behind stuff, like a plot twist villain? I know hes at least INVOLVED SOMEHOW (he gave yuya his pendulum necklace too didnt he…much to think abt) ….hm…. also! fun thing I didnt notice until now is yuya is color matched with his odd eyes isnt he? both are red/green? thats so fun

-yuzu v sergey was a big pile of bullshit. she didnt deserve to lose the first match of the 2nd round. I saw it coming and it still pissed me off. i wanted her to WIN, or at least get to the finals! generally just really annoyed over it. fuck you sergey and fuck you to the ppl who wrote it like that

-yuya v shinji (who I cant help but think of as a k-mart generic brand yusei from the neurotypical section instead of my Beloved Brand Name Yusei from the Autism section) was Tough. yuya is trying to fight for an interdimensional war (…his goal of making everyone smile pushed aside for the moment…which is like. fair. rn dueling is a tool of WAR or REVOLUTION we cant do those with smiles usually…) but shinji is trying to start a revolution against the upper class…neither of them are WRONG and it sucks but yuya as the main character Couldnt Lose. And the stunt Roget pulled after sucked for everyone :< ...cant believe crow actually believed it tho god. I know its for plot reasons but imo hes smarter than that..

-I will say im SO glad sora is back. omg hiii sora :D he 1. saved yuzu 2. WENT TO MAKE SURE YUYA KNEW YUZU WAS OK??? so fucking good Im so Glad. (also bonus points to ME for calling this happening. sora NEVER had any ill will towards the two of them, i KNEW he was attached to them) hes gonna join up soon isnt he :3c i KNEW it. <- pleased I called this (tbf I thought itd happen way later but who knows if its actually happening now or if yuyas just planting seeds of doubt in his brain. sora already is calling academia a hell so. he just needs a gentle lil shove in the right direction...also I want to see him and shun make up an be buds. that might be asking too much tho...shun doesnt owe him forgiveness but...it would b CUTE)

HE HAD SUCH A HARD LIFE TOO FUCK U ACADEMIA. he SCOURED academia and even checked standard to find yuzu…so sweet… his big plan was to let yuya let him take serena back home instead of yuzu and thats like. even IF yuya was that heartless (which hes obv not…) and they did that, its a band-aid solution bc dennis will prob report yuzu… ergh.

-yuya said he TRUSTS SORA TO KEEP YUZU SAFE. IF HE CANT HES GONNA FEEL LIKE SHIT. HES /GOTTA/ SWITCH SIDES NOW JKDHAKFJ

-they then hype yuri up more like 'ohhh its only a matter of time before they send him!' PROMISE, ROGET?? I WANT TO SEE MORE OF HIM. ITS LIKE. EPISODE 80 AS I TYPE THIS….I THINK WE'VE GOTTEN LIKE. 1-2 MINUTES OF SCREENTIME FOR HIM EVER.

-BY THE WAY. sora is a goddamn parkour master, jumping around on buildings and stuff my god. I know he was trained and stuff by academia whcih we saw a bit of in a flashback montage…but its lichrally insane. anime parkour

-oh my god crow v shun is next. why do birds have to fight….. sad! my prediction is crow wins just bc shun doesnt have any real personal stakes rn...I mean sure the lancers are trying to prove their might or w/e but on a personal level shun has no beef w crow or synchro yk. whereas for crow hes got beef w jack (and now yuya possibly due to the shit roget did lol) so. obv feels like crow will win for meta reasons. same w/ whoever serena ends up dueling later, but we'll see!

Marvel AU (Ur talks abt it inspired me), where Levi is a Winter Soldier w Bucky, and he knows Steve as well, so when he goes to join the Avengers he meets reader...

And now, if u don't mind me torturing u a bit.... I know you don't like him, but I already had this idea on my notes.... reader is Tony's daughter, she has basically the same personality and is very bounded to her dad, but she surprises Levi when she's on Cap's side of the Civil War, and so they fight side by side and she's a big help bc of her intelligence and they start "flirting".

So, I looked this up and had to check if the age gap wasn't too bad. Tony was born in 1970, so his daughter during this time would be mid-20s. So, we're good age wise!

Pairing: Levi x Reader

Genre and tags: Marvel AU, modern AU, cross over, Winter soldier Levi, romance, falling in love, cute, fluff.

Concept: You abandon your dad and run off with Steve Rogers with all your tech and stand with him in the civil war. You work hard at their little base to make equipment that can help the team. While working, you get to know the two winter soldiers, but one captures your eye. You and Levi work together and take your devices for a test run, but soon you're taking each other for a test run.

Side note: I have never done cross overs before, so I am sorry if I butcher this and it's terrible.

You looked up at Tony and smiled. "You off now?"

He nodded as he fixed his outfit. "Be good, alright?"

You nodded. "Yeah. Don't worry dad."

He pointed at you. "Got my eyes on you kid."

You smiled a little and waved at him. "Yeah." You waited for him to leave before checking your sensors around the base to check that your dad was leaving. You packed your things up as soon as he left. "Steve? He's gone."

Steve entered the room after a few minutes. "Let me carry everything."

You handed him your bags of tech over and turned on your flying orb bot. "Delta, are you all ready?"

Delta's soft feminine voice came out of the bot as a blue light lit up as she spoke. "Yes, I have everything in place for you. I will support you, always."

You smiled at her, then hugged the floating orb. "Thank you."

Steve opened the door and called your name. "Come on, we have to get out of here before Tony comes back."

You ran with Steve to a waiting car. You held Delta close as you were moved fast and in secret to a new location. You followed Steve inside and let him unpack everything for you in a small tech room with a bed hidden by a screen in one corner. It wasn't perfect, or clean, but it was your freedom.

You got to work cleaning your place first. You set your little bots to work and had Delta organising them. You were scrubbing a table clean because, for you, everything had to be tidy so you could work properly. You hummed a little song to yourself as you cleaned.

Levi left Bucky and Steve so he could see young Miss Stark. He opened your door to see bots flying around and cleaning, along with you scrubbing the place up. He watched you closely and admired you a little.

Delta flew up to Levi and scanned him. "Super soldier Levi Ackerman, also known as Legion. Welcome."

Levi frowned a little. "Thanks?"

"I am Delta. I assist Miss Stark."

You walked over and smiled. "Hello." You cleaned your hands, then shook his as you said your first name. "I prefer that and not the Stark part. I love my dad, but I am with you, Bucky and Steve."

He nodded. "Right...you have a nickname? Ironwoman?"

You shook your head. "No thanks." You laughed a little. "I'm a tech and mechanic."

"Tech brat."

You laughed. "Okay."

He slipped into your room and looked around. "Tch, not bad. You clean well."

"Thanks."

He picked up a few plans of yours. "You're pretty smart too."

You stood at his side and hummed. "I guess so."

"You are. This is good stuff."

You took a plan. "It's not as good as my dad's work."

He put down your plans. "You shouldn't think so badly of your work. You're better than you think." He stared at you. "I've admired you from afar."

You blushed a little. "Me too."

He cleared his throat and walked over to your weapon area. "This is unique."

You picked up a device. "This is a special gun. It has no bullets! It fires like this sonic blast. It disables people and knocks them back."

He checked it out a little. "That's amazing."

"It's alright. I could do better." You tapped away on a computer. "I have new EMP grenades as well. This will target my dad's armour and anything similar."

He played with it. "Interesting."

You nibbled your lip. "I'm working on new armour as well for you all. It's going to take some time, but I will get it done."

"Thank you."

You bowed. "You're welcome."

Levi felt his cheeks burn. "I'll umm...keep an eye on you. Not that I don't trust you, it's just umm...I want to help."

"Thank you."

You frowned a little as you tried to get your tool into the weapon, but there was resistance. You pouted and forced it a little more. "Come on." You slipped and burn a line across your hand. "Shit!"

Levi walked into your office, as he was now a permanent feature there, with snacks and drinks. "Hey, tech brat." He looked over at you. "Are you okay?"

You shook your head. "Fucked my hand up."

He rushed over and inspected the burned line on your hand. "Tch, clumsy brat."

"I know."

He grabbed the medkit and sat next to you. He started cleaning the wound. "Relax."

You let out a long sigh. "Sorry, it just hurts."

He hummed and put burn cream on. "Don't force things, okay?"

You nodded. "Okay."

"You work way too hard." He wrapped up your hand. "You should rest."

"Not with a war going on."

He held your hand. "Are you sure you're okay with going against your dad?"

You frowned a little in thought. "It's odd. He's taught me so much. He's a bit of an ass, but he's a smart guy. However, he has this all wrong. He sees all this with tunnel vision. I understand his loss. My grandpa is dead, but Bucky had no control over himself. Instead of hunting Bucky, he should be stopping the people who manipulated and hurt Bucky."

"You're a better person than your father."

You smiled a little. "Dad's selfish, he always has been but there's a reason for it. With Grandpa dying on him, he kind of just closed up and just thought of him and only him."

He played with your hand. "Is he good to you?"

You shrugged. "Sometimes. He gets lost in himself. You see, his dad was gone because he was killed. My dad was gone, emotionally and mentally. He loved his tech and money a lot more. I know he loves me, but it would have been nice to have him around more when I was little. It was only when I showed potential in tech when I was a teen that he took notice."

Levi kissed your cheek. "I'm sorry."

You locked eyes with Levi. "It's okay. He's my dad and I love him. I do. I know he'll think I'm terrible for this." You looked away. "That's I've been dragged into this, or I'm an ungrateful kid, but I know what's right and wrong."

"You're incredible."

"I'm not."

He kissed your hand before standing up and packing everything away. "You got that new armour for me?"

"Yeah." You grabbed the parts and stacked them on the table. "This is it. I made sure to include the two wings for your symbol."

"It's perfect. Thank you."

You smiled a little. "It's all yours."

He pulled on the tight and flexible armour. He bent and twisted his body, then looked over at you. "This is amazing."

"I'm glad you like it."

He walked up to you and held your hands. "I appreciate it."

You blushed a little. "I just want to make sure you'll be safe when you face off against my father."

"Thank you."

"Be safe. I'll support you all and get Delta to help."

He leaned closer with his lips close to yours. He gulped, then turned his head away. "Stay here and don't leave this safe house. It'd kill me if you...if you got hurt again."

You hugged Levi. "You'll protect me, I know it."

You tapped away on your computers as you controlled and sent commands to your bots. You watched the camera feeds and mainly kept an eye on Levi. You were scared and worried that he might get hurt.

You jumped when one of your bots went, then the others slowly went offline due to your father. You sent commands to Delta and got her to stay with Levi. You smiled when Levi looked at Delta and smiled back like he knew you were gazing at him.

You sat back in your seat when it was clear the fighting was over for Levi, the last part was between Steve, your father and Bucky. You called back Delta to the base. You blushed as Levi followed Delta, but then he split off to get something.

You let out a long sigh and waited for Delta. You looked over to your window and saw her fly inside. "Thank you for protecting them."

Delta snuggled up to you. "They mean everything to you, so they mean something to me."

You hugged her tightly. "Was dad mad?"

"He enquired about you, but I assured him you are very safe and healthy. He isn't mad, he is proud you took a stand, but wished you were with him."

You sighed. "Well, I have to be my own person."

"Oi?" Levi walked over. "Your armour saved my ass."

"I'm glad."

He blushed a little as he hid something behind his back. "You uh...you helped me a lot, you and Delta."

"I needed to make sure you were safe."

He hummed a little. "I umm..." He offered you flowers. "Thank you."

You hugged them to your chest as your cheeks burned. "Thank you."

"You're better than you think you are. If it weren't for your help and assistance in our fight today, we would have lost."

You put the flowers in a vase as you listened to Levi. "I don't know about that, but I'm glad I could help."

Levi took your hand and lifted it. "It scarred"

You turned to him. "Yeah, it did."

He leaned closer and kissed your hand. "Sorry that happened."

"It's okay." Your cheeks burned. "It doesn't hurt or anything."

He pulled you closer. He said your name softly as he held your chin. He tugged you close and lightly kissed your lips. "I worry so much about you. You're always on my mind. So, I guess I'll just have to keep you with me all the time."

You giggled. "You asking me out?"

"Yes."

You wrapped your arms around his neck and kissed him. You hummed and sighed as Levi gripped you in his arms. You pulled back before you lost your breath. "I will go with you. I want to and I want to be with you."

Levi smiled as he felt his heart sore in joy. "I'll keep you safe. I promise. No more fighting, no more silly fights, no more wars, no more pain. We'll go somewhere safe where we can just be ourselves and I can love you."

"Let's go."

Oliver Wood took quidditch quite serious, and would never fault anyone else for doing so. His chest swelled with pride when he found his team already on the pitch practicing, before their scheduled time. Maybe it was that they’d be playing Slytherin next week that had them finally taking the game as seriously as he did (they were Gryffindor’s biggest rival). His chest deflated when he saw (Y/N) playing keeper. How could they let her play?!

It wasn’t that he didn’t like (Y/N), they were good friends. Fred and George often said it was quite obvious he fancied her. Maybe, that’s why he had such a problem with it, quidditch could be a dangerous game! Of course it wasn’t against the rules for students not on the quidditch team to play around on the pitch and fly, but it should’ve been... at least for her. His first game on the team he took a Bludger to the head 2 minutes in and was out for a week!

Oliver found himself just watching for a bit; annoyed but distracted, he was fond of her smile and the wind catching her hair. Well, he was fond of it until Fred was hovering beside her, both laughing as her smile grew. Oliver couldn’t hear what they were saying so he had to make it up in his head and he was irritated that Fred had the nerve to suggest such. Oliver was quite glad he heard George yell and break his trance, “MUM’S HERE NO MORE FUN AND GAMES!”

Oliver tried to seem normal, as they all settled down and got ready for practice. He brushed off a friendly greeting from (Y/N) and tried to ignore the thoughts of her all together while she put the broom away. It wasn’t going to be the easiest task, given the fact that she usually settled in the stands to watch them practice.

It was a brutal practice... he had the tendency to do that: take out his frustrations on the pitch. It was pretty obvious that he was having an off day, but the team knew it was best to just suffer through it and hope next practice he would be in a better mood. Poor Fred seemed to get the brunt of the abuse.

(Y/N) was a bit concerned. It’d been awhile since she’d seen Oliver work himself and them this hard and that was after a particularly hard run in with Marcus Flint. (Y/N) just worked on her potions homework and waited for practice to end. It ran longer than usual, and her worry only grew when she didn’t see Oliver exit the locker room with the rest of the guys. She waited a few minutes before deciding to just walk right in.

“Oliver, you still in here?”

Oliver’s eyes widened at her intrusion, he’d just gotten out of the showers and wore only a towel around his waist, “Bloody hell, (Y/N)! Just barge right on in, will ya?”

She rolled her eyes at his tone. “What’s wrong with you today?”

He thought about responding with a simple: nothing, but they knew each other too well for that. It wouldn’t work. “Why were you out there playing today?”

“Is that what you’re mad about? We were just messing around, practice hadn’t even started yet. It was just a warm up.”

“Yeah, but you shouldn’t have been warming up with them.” Oliver approached her and as he sized her up, he really didn’t feel like he was being silly. She stood a good head or two (maybe three) shorter than him, and all around the girl was just tiny. A good gust of wind could’ve knocked her right off that broom, “You could’ve gotten hurt.”

(Y/N) was used to this, but that didn’t make it any less frustrating. She wasn’t a child, even though everyone seemed to think she was. It was rather disheartening actually to be treated like this by him... she wondered if she was a bit taller and a little more filled out if this was the conversation they’d be having while he stood before her basically naked. “Oh, sorry. I thought something was actually wrong, I wouldn’t have bothered had I known you were just being a git. It’s not different than you playing! You could get hurt, in fact out of the 2 of us you’re the one with more quidditch related injuries.”

Oliver ignored her, they wouldn’t reach an agreement on the subject anyhow. He decided to go in on something else bothering him, “What are you doing here anyways? I figured you’d be back in the common room with Fred or whatever.”

Fred? He was two years younger than her (granted you definitely wouldn’t realize that by looking at them) and sure he flirted with her. It was Fred, he was flirty and goofy. It was the boy’s personality and had nothing to do with anything. “Honestly, Oliver you are too much sometimes! You’re going to act like I’m a child and then turn around and act jealous in the same breath?”

Did she really think he viewed her as a child? That wasn’t it at all. Maybe he needed to get over himself and finally come clean. “I don’t look at you like you’re a kid... and you call me thick.”

“Okay,” Sarcasm dripped from her tongue, “You act like I can’t do anything for myself, you’re mean to any guy that pays me any mind, you hardly let me carry my books for myself!”

“And there’s no other explanation for that?” Oliver’s eyes widened in disbelief when she didn’t speak up. He’d called her thick as a joke, but maybe... “Oi! Just make me spell it out, why don’t you? I fancy you, (Y/N)!”

Oliver Wood just confessed attraction to her. Was it some sort of joke? (Y/N) obviously had a crush on him, plenty of girls in their year did. She felt a little silly for being so oblivious, but most guys adopted her as a little sister of sorts. She’d had a few boyfriends here and there, but it wasn’t like they were lining up for her. And there she stood shocked and confused, “If this is a joke it’s not very funny.”

Oliver chuckled at the girl, she was still there so that must’ve been a good sign. “I’m not joking.”

“Why would fancy me? You guys said I looked like a first year yesterday.” She crossed her arms. Of course she wanted Oliver to like her, but something didn’t seem to add up.

“That one was a joke! And I didn’t say anything I just laughed,” He defended himself, but he supposed that didn’t make him sound much better. “I like your size... I think it’s cute.”

Honestly, (Y/N) had grown tired of being called ‘cute’, but she didn’t mind it that much when he said it. There was only one logical response to this in her mind (although there probably were a few more ways in all actuality). She grabbed his hand and pulled him closer to one of the benches where she promptly stood on top of one. Oliver smiled a bit, catching onto her plan, "You know you could've just asked me and I would-"

(Y/N) cut him off, he was being annoying anyhow. Her lips crashed against his and Oliver immediately a wave of relief crash over him. The doubt that had still lingered in his mind was long gone and all that he could focus on was what happening. He'd held the desire to kiss the girl in front of him for so long and now that he could feel her lips against his, he didn't want to feel anything else.

(Y/N) placed her hands on his chest, firm and still damp (up until that moment she'd somehow forgotten about the lack of clothing he was wearing). She knew this was highly inapproptiate and if McGonagall had any idea what her two students were currently up to she'd have their heads.... or at least a month of detention and quite a few house points. Call it teenage rebellion or maybe just lust, but it only fueled the desire to keep going. Oliver felt the same and pulled her flush against him, his hands felt so large against her clothed body that she shuddered to think what they might feel like against her skin.

For a first kiss, it was quite efficient, their mouths moved in tandom like they like dance partners that had been working together for years. Before she even really aware of what she was doing, (Y/N) found herself shedding her clothes (Oliver helping her out), it wasn't long at all before she'd practically caught up with the boy. She stood before him in nothing but her knickers, and perhaps she might've felt a little embarrassed baring herself in front of one of her closest friends, but Oliver didn't give her much of chance to even think those silly thoughts before his hands and lips were exploring her body.

How they’d gone all this time without each other seemed like a mystery that couldn’t be solved at the moment. Oliver lifted her up, a task easily accomplished given her stature and his training, and instinctively (Y/N) wrapped herself around searching for stability that she easily found. She arched herself into him involuntarily when her back hit the cold wall; the action earning a groan from Oliver.

Fred and George waited and watched from behind the stands. When (Y/N) and Oliver both exited the locker room hand in hand and foolish grins on their faces, their faces lit up. Oh the material they’d have to torment them! Honestly they hoped the couple wouldn’t even bother trying to deny it, they didn’t seem to bother trying to cover it up, or at least the twins assumed by the state of their hair. “Georgie, you owe me a galleon!”
