hi, i'm the anon from the previous ask! 😊 glad we agree that we want silly goofy happy bucktommy, but also a healthy dose of relationship drama to makes them even stronger and even more secure in their love. the tarlos sl with the lizard was adorable! especially when thinking of bucktommy in endgame terms, i hope we can witness them getting to know each other gradually, and actually see them discuss the typical big questions that should be discussed in any romantic relationship imo. moving in, kids, marriage, pets, past trauma, hopes for the future, likes and dislikes, sex. there is so much to explore. and so many things in life that can cause friction (and positive growth!) in a relationship. fingers crossed we'll get to see all of that with bucktommy 💖

Oh yeah! For sure! This show is dramatic af so I don’t expect any smooth storyline for anyone. We always got fanfics for the fluff!

And like you said, I’d also love to see the steps of their relationship and the questions that come with it. I really would like for the sex talk conflict to be brought up on screen cause there’s some things there that could be really cool to see. What I’d like is for buck to take a long time to have sex, because this relationship is different, not just because it’s his first with a man, but given how buck is a slut (affectionate) a good conflict that could come from it is him being questioned on why he’s waiting so long (maybe by the 118 because they know he’s a slut) and we could see him confessing that he’s maybe scared of “ruining” it with tommy, that maybe he’s afraid of losing him, since all the people he had sex with eventually left. But at the end of the episode tommy reassures him and it goes great. Maybe I’m just rambling non sense here idk, I just thought of it lol

And yes! Fingers crossed! I just want them back on my screen!

If my mom sees a significant amount of blood she gets lightheaded, and has fainted on some occasions. Once it happened when we were kids, I wasn't there to witness it but I heard the story from my dad. Basically my brothers, around 7 or 8 at the time, were playing outside while my mom was making their lunch, and she accidentally cut her finger. It wasn't anything serious, but it drew a fair bit of blood and she passed out. My dad saw this and rushed over, but he didn't really know what to do so he just sort of started slapping her to wake her up (not recommended, but he had no idea and panicked)

At that exact moment my brothers both came in from playing, and all they saw was our mom unconscious on the floor and our dad slapping her. So, like, without even saying a word to each other they both just INSTANTLY start whaling on him, like, full blown attack mode to defend our mom. Which obviously didn't help the situation, but she did wake up and everything was fine.

Now our dad says that he's actually really glad they attacked him over what they thought was going on, because it means he raised good boys. And I still think that's true, they're very good boys.

#i think about this story sometimes like yeah I'm proud of them for that too actually. good job baby brothers #they're not babies anymore of course they're turning 20 next year which is crazy #but they're still the type of people who'd do something if they saw something of this sort happen for sure #respectful of women and everyone else too. they're good guys #I'm glad I ended up with them living in my house against my will for like 14 years #anyway i have no idea where i was for all this but my best guess is probably a friends house given the time period #i was always at my besties house lol #i hope she's doing well too actually. haven't spoken in forever...#bestie from greek elementary school... if you're out there... let's get muffins and fanta at the bakery across the street again someday 💜☮️

there has been more moments than i can count in the past seven months where i felt destroyed by all the death and carnage i've seen due to the colonialism and imperialism of the world. but there was something in particular about hind's death that made me think the world would stop turning bc how could anything continue given how gruesome and inhumane her death was? and yet, the world did not stop. and i thought we were once again left to remember her story only in our minds as she became another number, as her murderers went on killing unpunished, and as her mother grieved with rage when all she wanted was to keep her daughter warm and as safe as she could manage in this man-made hell on earth.

however, hind, a girl who only got to experience her kindergarten graduation, is now being immortalized in universities across the nation. her story did resonate to the masses and we will not let her be forgotten nor forgive those complicit in her death. real justice would be having hind alive, but these students are showing that they will stop the world and burn the status quo it upholds to the ground if it means her people can truly be liberated.

#any mention of her always makes me bawl like it will forever haunt me how terrified she was yet still believed help was coming #so seeing these kids coordinate specifically to keep her memory alive is just so beautiful and hopeful #seeing the hall of my alma mater where i had my worst physics lab discussion ever changed to her name just broke me lol #may the memory of that building only be of her now <3 #u of m agreed to divest so let's pray this will only lead to more justice for hind and the palestinians!#free palestine
