Prompt: "Who needs to look at the stars when I can look at you?"
One night, we sat outside on a picnic blanket, wards around us so that teachers nor students would see us, but we could see everything. The stars, the lake, the lanterns lighting the castle so late at night.
It was cold, but that just gave us an excuse to lie close to each other. Truthfully, we were almost on top of each other, his head on my chest as he looked at the stars.
“That one looks like a snake,” he said, pointing upwards at some cluster of stars that looked like any other.
I smiled into his blonde hair. “I don’t see it, truthfully.”
“Really? It’s pretty obvious. You see, there’s the head, those ones make the body and the tail. And that bright one is the eye.” All the while, his hand was in the air, tracing those imaginary shapes the way he traces my body.
I make a non-committal noise in response, a deep hmm, as I stroke my hands through his hair.
At my lack of a proper response, he twists his head up. “Are you even looking at it?”
“Darling,” I sigh, a smile on my lips, “Who needs to look at the stars when I can look at you?”

super serious and put together b turns into pure mush at the sight of a. i'm talking the brain stopped functioning call 911 bc we think they suffered brain damage. no they're just in love with person a
having their own secret code. whether it be hand signs behind their backs, secret looks, or secret touches—as long as it's a secret then i will eat it up.
person b admiring how person a brightens up any room when they get excited. "the look of love" as some would call it
two people that help each other heal. they've both had rough pasts, and when they meet each other—initially they hate it but—things start to mend (hometown cha cha cha anyone???)
banter and teasing at first meeting, but the more they get to know each other, the more they begin to connect.
person a + person b fighting over who has to sleep on the couch (they're staying at the other person's house), until they both agree on sleeping in the same bed together
friends to lovers but the other party did not consider them friends. (yikesssss)

affection prompts – tad bit suggestive
⇴ person a misses person b (even though they're right next to each other) so a takes b's leg and pulls it over theirs
⇴ person b is putting their necklace on person a, and stares at them for a hot minute after it's put on. then person b starts leaning into person a and pressing kisses onto their neck.
⇴ "c'mon, you can stay in for five minutes. please?"
⇴ person a is sitting on person b while they are making out when person a feels something below them. cue person b looking up with a sheepish smile while hiding in the crook of person a's neck.
⇴ person b is running their fingers across person a's hair. across their bare back. along their arms. along the back of their thighs. gentle, light touches along their body while person b is is kissing your shoulder.

⇴ "oh, my partner? don't even get me started" and they go on a long tangent about the adorable thing their partner did today. their audience is sick of them because of how much they're praising their partner.
⇴ "it's only you. it's always gonna be you."
⇴ person a and person b are laying in bed together when person b just pulls person a into their chest. no warnings, just hold me.
⇴ person a and person b sit on a small piece of furniture together and have no qualms about sharing it. in fact, it's like they relish in the proximity.
⇴ eating breakfast together while preparing for the day.
⇴ packing bags for the other person. person a is in a rush but person b already has their bag ready and packed.
⇴ ^^ probably because person b has memorized person a's habits and knows that they'll probably wake up stressed and panicked. so, person b gets some stuff ready for person a so they won't have to worry as much.

⇴ person a + person b are both looking for each other, and they wander all around the place until they finally meet in the middle, where they both crash into each other
⇴ enemies to lovers (kind of) because they're in opposite factions that feud. until one day they run into each other on accident, immediately want to kill the other, and get trapped together. slowly, they discover that their own factions are awful, and they must work together to stop injustice (mk storyline!!!)
⇴ super serious and put together b turns into pure mush at the sight of a. i'm talking the brain stopped functioning call 911 bc we think they suffered brain damage. no they're just in love with person a.
⇴ having their own secret code. whether it be hand signs behind their backs, secret looks, or secret touches—as long as it's a secret then i will eat it up.
⇴ getting so tired that person b falls and person a has to catch them. person b ends up laying their head on person a's shoulder, and person a is now stuck with person b
⇴ "i'm not falling in love" and they fall the hardest (idc how used it is i will eat it up until i die)
⇴ person b admiring how person a brightens up any room when they get excited. "the look of love" as some would call it

acts of service prompts
⇴ person a is lying in bed but has to get up and get their computer for work. while hearing person a complain, person b gets up and grabs the computer for person a (midrant).
⇴ "let me pay you back." "no." "no? why?" "because i love you."
⇴ person a is slumped asf and their head is in an uncomfortable position on their pillow. person b gently lifts person a's head up and places it comfortably on person b's shoulder/bicep.
⇴ person b is not very vocal about how they love, so they tend to show person a that they love them with actions. person b always covers the corner of the table, walks on the side of the sidewalk, and puts a hand over person a's head when there's rain (and no umbrella).
⇴ "shit, i forgot to grab an umbrella. i didn't know it was raining" (sad face). "it's okay" (grabs jacket and puts it over a or puts a hand over a's head while running through the rain together)
⇴ grocery shopping but person b is putting everything in the bags in specific categories based on different factors so person a doesn't have stress about where anything is placed (just me?)
⇴ person b finishes up a project for person a because person a is on the verge of collapse ("when did i finish this??" and person b is just like "last night")
⇴ person a knowing that person b doesn't take care of themselves, so person a comes over to person b's house and brings them a care box. it's filled with all their favorite snacks/drinks (bonus points if person b didn't tell them what their favorites were, person a just knew).

⇴ "are you kidding? you thought you needed to ask?" (percabeth anyone??)
⇴ person a & b are sitting around together, until b notices that a is shivering. they get up and sprint towards their shared room, grabbing a blanket and wrapping a in it.
