During the good days, he's very attentive to you

There are some moments where he hides himself from you

He's so afraid that he'll hurt you or something will come and take you away from him

But each time, you're there to coax him out of that darkness with a gentle smile and a reassuring voice

He enjoys having a routine with you

Each morning you get up together and have breakfast

In the afternoon, you both share tea and pastries

And at night, you both put on colorful matching pajamas while you read to him

He just really enjoys affectionate time with you

Your arm wrapped in his, the occasional kiss on the cheek or hand, and being entangled in each other's embrace every night during bed

Whenever he has a nightmare about his sister or finds himself going too mad, he seeks you out

You're able to bring him back better than anyone else

He likes to bring home lavish clothing for you to wear

One of his favorite things is playing dress up and watching you try on all the stuff he's gotten for you

And if there's one outfit he finds especially pleasing, he'll take you in his arms and sway you around to whatever song pops in his head

During his low moments, he'll lay against you and ask you to tell him a story

It doesn't really matter what it is, he just enjoys hearing your voice and feeling your chest vibrate against his ear

Job: Police Officer

Oh you little tattletale.

He’s not too surprised by your efforts in trying to keep him from getting caught.

Hell practically half if not most of his followers are or used to be coppers before joining him.

You’re no exception.

Expect to get anonymous calls from him talking and asking about anything other than any more information on Gordon being on his tail or big plans the precinct has been working toward.

For example, one day he called you while on shift to just say, “When are ya gettin’ off cop doody?”.

He has a printed and digital copy of your work schedule.

As we see in Season 4,he has complete control over Arkhams guards and prisoners, even saying that he wants to make a show of his escape, further displaying the extent of his 'showman complex'.

For the sake of the prompt, if he had any minor inconveniences with his little escape he wouldn’t turn down you assisting him in his plans.

Though do keep in mind his showman complex and that unless you want to be discovered as a traitor, you’ll need to discuss with him a plan where you won’t be seen as an accomplice.

He’ll leave little gifts for you on your desk mostly to show his appreciation for all that you’ve done for him.

How he gets them there, you’re not too sure.

If you don't care for his gifts, he'll offer other ways to show his appreciation. (I'm winking under the eyepatch)

Gotham!Jervis Tetch

Job: Doctor

“Twinkle, twinkle, pretty doctor, how I long to unlock her. In this asylum, you shine with smite, but in my heart, you are my light.” (Yes, this is similar to him and Lee’s interaction.)

When he got sent to Arkham, there wasn’t much he was looking forward to.

Except getting back out on Gotham streets and getting revenge on James Gordon.

But when he meets you? Now there’s something to look forward to.

Once he realizes you’re on his side and help him escape the first time, expect to hear from him often.

Quite often in fact.

When he gets sent to Arkham a second time, doctor visits and check ups are a lot more fun now.

It’s like two kids in kindergarten, passing secret notes to one another while the teacher isn’t looking.

Some being about a plan for his escape while others are all laughs and giggles.

He is a gentleman when it comes to showing his gratitude for your assistance.

That is if he likes you of course.

Gotham!Jonathan Crane

Job: Forensic science technician

When you first met, Jonathan didn’t trust you.

In fact he hated you.

Anyone associated with the GCPD and Jim Gordon, he hated.

He blamed you all for the death of his father.

It took a bit of time and patience for him to fully trust you.

Even when you started becoming a full time mole for him, he still kept you at an arms length.

No matter how often you’d update him on the GCPD and their plans, or Jim Gordon’s whereabouts, he’d just give a vague form of acknowledgment or confirmation in your words.

The only reason he started to put his whole trust in you was when you started showing interest in his experiments.

Especially his toxin.

He starts enjoying your company more when you start helping him perfect his toxin.

You both find out it comes in handy that you’re able to get information on your former colleagues' fears without any suspicion.

He’s able to find weak points in practically every police officer in the precinct.

He starts showing his gratitude for your help later on.

Though he does tend to act vague about it.

So Jerome is holding you at knife point at your place of work, on the one night you were left alone 😃

Now Jerome is hella confident and a smug bastard, he always has a comeback for any insult. A joke or witty comment for any situation. But now?

Jerome.exe has crashed. However he regains his composure pretty quickly and ooh boy is he pissed. But he’s still smiling because it’s Jerome.

You whore, is this really your best attempt at staying alive?! He now has his hand wrapped around your neck, in an almost vice like grip.

“Well aren’t you sweet,” shing, he’s holding a switchblade to your cheek with his other hand now, “ I bet you’d look very pretty tied up and left bleeding out in a warehouse, has anyone told you that?”

You think for a second…or at least pretend to look like you’re thinking.

“ No, but that does sound tempting, you seem like you’re good with your hands, I’d prefer if you took me to dinner first though. “

Mmkay he needs a minute. What? No, he’s fine! There’s nothing wrong with his pants either! At least that last comment was more his speed rather than something soft that made him feel warm and fuzzy for a second.

His grin had faltered for a brief moment, but it came back just as quickly as it had left. The switchblade has been set down gently on the counter and the hand that was once around your neck is now gently grasping your chin.

“I’m gonna let go of you so that we can…” he looked you up and down,” go get some dinner, talk a little more, all that jazz.” His voice is very low but he has that grin on his face that is just so…loud, in comparison.

“But”, ope the grin is gone and he’s talking to you through grit teeth now 😬😬😬 ,” the minute you try to run or I hear you scream-“

“What about if I’m screaming your name?”

A low and eerie chuckle erupted from him as he guided you by the waist towards the back door. “Oh, Doll, I can already tell we’re gonna have so much fun together, so what are ya hungry for…?”

i don't usually write like cohesive headcanon lists also sorry that this took me like 3 weeks to get back to im sick in the head, also this will probably mostly just be a more comprehensive compilation of stuff i've already posted. also some miah too

biggest fucking hypermobile valeska truther

do i think he has a medical dx for whatever connective tissue disorder he has going on? absolutely not

his joints dislocate and pop whenever he strains anything too far, if anything i think he's a fan

never in his life would he use a mobility aid of any kind

you can't give him compression wear he'll lose his sparkle. (the sparkle in question being him popping his fingers in and out of their joints to freak people out)

plus just in the show he's always bending and moving constantly

he sits in chairs with his knees bunched up his legs folded over he spins in circles extends his arms

you can't convince me he doesn't sit at tables with his leg propped over his own shoulder

rip Jerome Valeska you would've loved bending over backwards across a table

and subsequently pulling something in your lower back that will continue to pop out of place and ache for the next like four years

again, probably not a huge issue i think he's a fan

i think that Miah is also hypermobile but like she's taking way better care of her body lets be real

compressive braces for her knees and elbows she's like fine

also the opposite end of the spectrum. the chronic aching is killing her. you however could not pay Jerome to take a tylenol

sleeping happens to him. rarely

honest to god i think the most hours of sleep he gets in gotham are when he's dead

when he does get any sleep he wakes up on the floor and with his feet like curled over his head

everything is where it definitely should not be

vague sounds of furniture moving around in arkham its just jerome moving in his sleep

a loud thunk followed by a sound similar to when birds ruffle up their feathers (he has a blanket wrapped around his body and folded over his face. he's stuck)

personally headcanon Jerome to have aspd, npd and bpd aswell :3c

i could go more into depth with that but its 9am. it's like basically canon though i think. like it has to be

his teeth are majorly fucked up (projecting)

his canines protrude up at the top of his gums he has a chipped front tooth and sharp molars (projecting) (i have a reference image. btw)

god knows his mother never took him to the dentist and you could not honestly try and convince me that he brushes his teeth

or does any form of self care for that matter

there's a reason his skin is so red during s4 his ass did not use any type of moisturizer after his face got cut off

alternatively i think he probably had alot of upkeep when he was under Galavan

free reign in a nice penthouse and he already stole the pajamas and weapons and food

he didn't get alot of nice things growing up, who wouldn't raid a rich dude's house and use all 57 of the soaps in the bathroom

he's making potions. and drinking them don't ask why his puke smells like winter candy apple

anyways. i think that's another contributor to him never really investing time in personal hygiene post getting murdered

reminders of Galavan make him nauseated why would he

he still has a scar on his neck, he probably doesn't remember all of it, he probably prefers it that way

Jerome was so crazy devoted to Galavan it makes me sick and i think we should talk about it more

nobody ever found out that he was behind the Maniax. nobody ever found out him killing Jerome was an act of betrayal. Jerome actively told his father that Galavn actually saw something in him, that Galavan believed he'd be a star

and he believed that !!!!! he would've gone to the ends of the earth for that man and he got killed by him the same fucking day

you can see the genuine admiration during s2, the constant need for approval and validation from him, the constant feeding into that need for approval and validation

the confusion when Galavan stabs him in the neck, his last words literally being him questioning everything he'd been promised before

idk. probably a pretty big contributor to Jerome becoming significantly more detached and unhinged post his resurrection, to him consistently needing to be the one in control of everything and everyone, even if it's under the guise of chaos

eye dee kay. like there's no way he didn't internalize Something after the Galavan thing

there's alot more sloppiness in his actions, alot of blind faith and drive to do things purely for attention and amusement pre getting murdered that just isn't there once he's revived

he still got a more impactful legacy out of it though so get fucked Theodore

uhhh i think he picks his skin alot. there's like a word for that i forgot what it is leave me alone

if you don't let him use your pistol as a stim toy he's going to tear the top layer of his lips off

Would you guys like it if I started writing fics myself? If so, what types of fics would you guys be interested in? I'm pretty open to writing stories that allude to smut or get a little steamy. The moment Jerome gets sick, it's game over

Gotham gets to breathe a sigh of relief while he's out of commission

However, that means all of the work ends up on you

This boy is already so clingy, but him becoming sick kicks that into overdrive

Will request constant cuddles and kisses

To be honest, Jerome doesn't care if you get sick or not either

In fact, if you get sick too, that's even better since then you'd get to lay in bed with him all day

And it's because of this carelessness that the bedroom turns into an actual contamination risk

He throws his tissues everywhere, has spilled several glasses of tea, and has somehow gotten food crumbs in the bed

But any time you try to come in and clean, Jerome is grabbing onto you and trying to drag you into bed with him

"C'mon, doll. Just for a bit...?"

If you refuse, he literally pouts

But don't think leaving the room will solve anything

He's constantly calling for you, insisting it's urgent

Only for you to run in there and realize all he wanted was a head rub

Jerome insists that getting out of bed is bad for his health and requests that you help him with everything

It's not even because he's lazy

He just wants to be babied and coddled all of the time by you

And unfortunately, your chances of catching his cold are pretty high

But at least then you can get pay back

He's the sweetest boy to take care of

Is hesitant to ask for your help and attention at first

But after a few times insisting it's okay, he lets his clingy side show

Be careful if you decide to cuddle with him

There's no way he's letting you out of his embrace

If you don't give him a kiss each time you check on him, he thinks you've become angry with him

Part of his clinginess is his constant need for reassurance that you're not upset with him for being sick

The last thing he wants is for you to become annoyed

But as long as you tell him everything is fine, he's okay

Will refuse to take his meds though and will need lots of convincing in order to do so

You resort to putting the meds in your mouth and asking for a kiss

He falls for it every time

Will accept tea and soup when offered, but he feels bad asking for it himself

He only really cares about spending time with you and receiving your attention during this time of being sick

Everything else is secondary to him

Jervis Tetch

Jervis's mind always seems to be going a mile a minute

So even being sick, he somehow tries to push through it and keep up with his routine

However, feeling unwell seems to make him seek your affection even more than usual

Will have you sit on his lap while he reads or works

The moment you get up, he's immediately asking where you're going (even if it's just to the bathroom)

Wants you to participate in the same stuff he is too

Did you make him some tea for his throat? Well, pour yourself a cup

Did you warm up some soup on the stove for him? Then you should join him at the table with your own bowl

He doesn't want to do much unless you're doing it with him

If you have any chores to complete, Jervis is right behind you following your every move

He may occasionally exacerbate his headache or other symptoms in order to gain extra sympathy from you

But besides that, he acts pretty normal when he's sick

His energy is definitely much lower

But he's still incredibly attentive and a gentleman towards you

Edward is 1000% a top/dom. I don't think he would ever want to be a bottom. Maybe once or twice if he wants to do something new. But he definitely prefers to be on top and in charge.

Like almost everyone else I talked about, he doesn't think sex is important in a relationship. He loves having sex with his lover because it's fun, but he doesn't do it all the time.

- stares at you in admiration anytime you dress up (not that he doesn't usually but-) . he's so excited to see what you wear everyday.

- if you let him he'll even pick out an outfit out of your closet for you. and he surprisingly makes it look amazing, maybe a little chaotic and all over the place but that's what you love about him

- if you were to wear heavy makeup and eyeliner etc. he will definitely let you put on makeup on him too (I need to see him with eyeliner omg raaaah. ) , he'd pull you on top of his lap and look up at you with puppy-like eyes as you apply the makeup. Ok soooo I love this account, and I have a request 👀 Originally I was thinking that post-spray Jeremiah would be good for this fic idea but now I can’t choose between him and Jerome, so I’m going to leave it up to u LMAO

Anyway, I was thinking of like what if R is good friends with bruce, but they’ve been kind of in a rough patch because R is starting to mentally be in and out (if that makes sense) and bruce is “too busy” to actually help them out so he’s just been annoyed with them without realizing that he’s being a bit of a dick. Until one day R brings up that they met someone that’s been helping them understand what they’re going through and feel more confident in themselves. Bruce figures out that the new person they met is J (Jerome/Jeremiah). He also finds out that J is just manipulating R to join his side only to get to Bruce. Bruce tries to warn R but they’re too far gone and they don’t really trust Bruce anymore.

I kind of now realize that this is more of a Bruce fic, but I do mainly want J to be in it? Bro idk I’m desperate for a J x gn!reader fic (and my attention whore touch starved ass is projecting). The words that came out of Bruce's mouth would have been sharp and almost suffocating as well as painful if he had said them a few months earlier, but now they were like steam, like the flame of a lighter that was almost completely finished for Y/n.

They were still meaningful to them in a way, because Bruce still meant something deep inside them, which is why his words echoed in their heads like the first time he hurt them in one of the worst moments he could do it.

Y/n should have hated the millionaire boy but as the days went by he could no longer do so, the burning sensation inside their chests that hurt them emotionally had faded because it was due to him that they met the one who helped them the most at the worst time in their lives.

It all started with a small fight, with Y/n wanting to open up to Bruce to show him and seek help after several weeks of feeling like the world was devouring them, a negative feeling of pressure as if something was crushing them and not letting them breathe; it was a bad idea though because the only response they got from the one they thought was their best friend, the one who would understand most of all was "Geez, don't make everything always about yourself...I'm too busy to take care of this exaggerated thing that's only in your head'. In a way Y/n had expected this, Bruce had been 'too busy' during that time and had started to behave annoyed and dismissive towards them, preferring to take care of his own things instead of thinking about others.

This was what prompted Y/n to leave the manor, with a feeling of pressure in their chest and their breaths quickening, they felt their pulse quicken, drumming against their chest, if they looked down they could see how their chest moved followed by the deep breaths and choked sobs; the falling rain seemed to be there to make things worse, there was nowhere dry for Y/n to take shelter but they didn't care, in fact after they reached their limit they leaned back against the wall, feeling again that so familiar tingling sensation spread from their hands throughout their body, their breathing becoming even more erratic and that feeling of not being able to get enough oxygen returned as they slumped to the floor trying to calm themselves down but in a way not wanting to in the hope of throwing it all out and getting better later.

They felt alone and lost, a fitting moment for Jeremiah who was right nearby to approach and interact with them.

The first thing Y/n noticed was that the rain stopped falling on them probably because of an umbrella and then the shoes, it didn't take long for them to recognise the pale man's style as he continued to look down at them seeing himself in their place, remembering his own panic attacks when he was still locked in the bunker and Jerome was still alive.

He slowly knelt by down never touching the ground and keeping his piercing green eyes fixed with Y/n's y/e/c's who had not yet recovered "Now, now...does that sound like the way to behave in public, you might attract a lot of unwanted attention, huh" he lifted their face to look them in the eyes again when they shifted their gaze "deep breaths, yes?" He showed them how to do it by breathing deeply with them as he helped them up "I think you're having a panic attack, has that already happened to you yet?" he asked receiving a quick shake of the head from Y/n "let's start counting together...1,2,3,4,5,6,7".

As soon as they managed to calm down Jeremiah walked to his car asking if they wanted to get in, Y/n wasn't sure but they really needed to feel better and at that moment a shroud of apathy had fallen over them, they didn't care about anything, if anything was going to happen that night it was going to happen so they walked to the car, getting in through the door the man had opened and putting their seatbelt on before leaning their heads against the window looking out at the falling rain and the depressing environment that was Gotham CIty, they managed to close their eyes for a moment to try and calm themselves and not drop any more pathetic tears in front of one of the most wanted criminals in that city; they tried to suppress their emotions that were coming out again and they were succeeding before a gloved hand wrapped itself around theirs, causing them to shift their attention from the window to Jeremiah's porcelain face, all it took was a slight smile and a squeeze of his hand to reopen the faucet of their emotions.

It all ceased again after they entered the flat and had some time to calm down, they accepted a pajamas and stood by the fireplace with a blanket as they stared blankly into the fire, lying on the sofa with no discernible emotion on their faces, only the previous tears that were now dry on their cheeks, their eyes still a little red and puffy and their cheeks redder from the cold and crying.

Jeremiah's gaze was fixed on them the whole time as he spoke to Ecco, who later took charge of preparing hot tea for their new guest to drink.

The more time passed the more things improved, at first Y/n didn't feel any progress and it seemed so strange to open up to Jeremiah making him their personal psychologist, the advice he gave was strange at times but it worked and they went step by step.

They slowly drifted away from Bruce like a shadow to the appearance of light, all thanks to Jeremiah who drew them towards himself and his ideas to make them drift further and further away from the world and Bruce.

Jeremiah spent more and more time with them, listening to them and being there for them whenever they needed him, cheering them up and making them overcome that depression and constant anxiety almost completely by understanding them, sharing his own experiences by bringing them into a more confident and perhaps making them become a sort of weapon of battle.

Y/n felt understood and despite the complete loss of the rich boy's friendship everything improved, finding the salvation they were looking for in Jeremiah Valeska.

The months flowed by as fast as the water in a mountain stream and changed as it did, even Bruce changed during that same time realizing how he had been behaving and how the lack of Y/n beside him made him feel, leading him to do some research to find out what exactly had happened after inviting them once to apologize, to have a hot chocolate together and noticing how Y/n acted cold and almost stranger to him, hinting at something like he had met someone.

That someone was indeed the boy's own 'enemy', he had discovered his identity in a few days and could even see the manipulation underneath Jeremiah's kind and sympathetic gestures as he tried to get Y/n to go over to his side against Bruce.

It was those words that didn't hurt Y/n in the slightest, it was as if they went in one ear and out the other even as Bruce's hands grasped their shirt trying to pull them back to their senses receiving as a response from them a phrase that had come out of his own mouth long ago "The world doesn't just revolve around you, Bruce".

Bruce's dark gaze was now incredulous as he registered the words he had heard realizing their power, he shouldn't have behaved this way with them months earlier "Y/n/n...I've been a dick to you but you have to listen to me, Jeremiah is just manipulating you to get to me!" "Jeremiah was the only one who was there when I really needed someone and the only one who helped me and made things better by also making me realize what was wrong....even if I wanted to I wouldn't have anyone, I don't trust you anymore Bruce and you can blame yourself for that."

This statement and seeing them walk away caused a mischievous smile to appear on Jeremiah's face, he was now certain he had fulfilled part of his plan the only thing he didn't know was that Y/n were aware they were being manipulated from the beginning but they didn't care.
