ain't life's a biatch. but anyways you aint here to read my bitching so on with the story
************
Sokkla Saturday 2022 Week 2: Assassin Azula saves Sokka's life
Bedroom,
Safehouse
Agna Q'ela
Watching his chest rise and fall, Azula wondered if bringing him to her place was a mistake. Especially when just three days prior, she bought a ticket to Agna Q'ela for the express purpose of claiming his life and cashing in a fourteen million dollar paycheck. Nothing personal, just business. And yet, here she was, sheltering someone who had committed the cardinal sin of performing business on Continental grounds, for which there was only one method of atonement: death.
The fact that he had made it this far without incident (that she knew of) spoke volumes to the fact that he still was not someone to take lightly despite having been supposedly retired from the scene for the past ten years. Ten long years in which his moniker of the Ijiraq was spoken off in hushed whispers around private tables at many a Sankan establishment, his deeds taking on mythical status as he too became myth.
Yet now, the Ijiraq was here in the flesh, no longer words on paper but a real physical being and she found herself hopelessly taken by him, even if his already battered body now sported more scars and scrapes, the largest of which ran across his abs after some amateur decided to toss their hat in the ring and attempted to blow up Sokka and claim the reward for themselves. Deciding that sleeping on the bed was much more comfortable than on the chair or sofa, she threw caution to the wind and crawled up next to him, letting sleep wash over her after expending countless hours fixing every gash and scrape on his body.
The first thought that hit Sokka as he slowly came to was the fact that one of his hands was bandaged, whilst the other was definitely tangled up in some female's hair. Steadying himself with deep breaths, he slowly looked around before settling on where his other hand was entangled in said female's hair.
"Su-Suki?" he whispered hoarsely. In response, the head on his chest stirred slightly, to which Sokka realised that it was not, in fact Suki laying her head on his chest but rather someone else. Taking a few more deep breaths to calm himself down, he tried to recall what had happened yesterday, only to find that he could only remember bits and pieces.
Shaking his head, he opted to kick that particular can down the road and instead figure out who the mystery girl was and how to extricate himself from under her. Clearly, she wasn't of Water Tribe stock, which left either Earth Kingdom or Fire Nation that much he was certain. Gingerly, he lifted the hand that was slung over his chest when he noticed the beginnings of a tattoo on her wrist. Flipping it over, he saw that it was a red and blue dragon intertwined around twin lightning bolts.
Why does this tattoo look so familiar?
Where have I seen it before?
Caldera? Fire Fountain? Ugh my head hurts.
Placing the arm back down, he took in his surroundings, looking for something that could conceivably be used as a shank.
Just in case.
Soon enough, the mass of hair rose from his chest to reveal two amber eyes staring back at him.
"Good morning?" he ventured.
"Mmm..seems like it. You sleep well last night?"
"I…my head hurts. Wait…why am I naked?"
"A bit too late to be bashful now, isn't it?" the mystery girl smiled and Sokka felt his heart skip a beat at how incredibly beautiful she looked, the way the soft streams of sunlight made her face glow much like a princess. Immediately, a wave of guilt hit him like a freight train as he felt he was disrespecting Suki's memory, a small frown appearing on his face that she immediately picked up on.
"What's wrong?"
"No-nothing…just…never mind. Did-did we do anything last night?"
"Chivalrous aren't you? Nothing happened between us last night, if that's what you're concerned about."
"Your sheer nightgown seems to suggest otherwise."
"Like what you see?"
"Perhaps, though as it stands my heart already belongs to someone else."
"Then we'll just have to keep it a secret."
"The only way to keep a secret between two people is if-"
"- One of us is dead. Heard it a million times before."
"You're not from the Continental, are you?"
"The Continental? What's that?" she feigned, praying he didn't ask further
"Nothing-just..I don't want someone as pretty to get caught up in my problems. It never ends well."
"I can take care of myself, you know. I'm not just a pretty bimbo."
"Clearly, you aren't. After all, I doubt some airhead knows how to perform field surgery." he replied, pointing to the neat row of stitches that ran across his abs.
"Whoops, guess you caught me. Whatever shall you do?" she teased.
"Whatever shall I do, huh? Spirits, you have no idea…."
"What's the matter, did my beauty break your brain hmm?" she teased, snuggling closer to him as Sokka felt her hand wander dangerously close to his groin area.
Throwing caution to the wind, Sokka murmured a private apology to Suki and cupped her face with his good hand, bringing her in for a searing hot kiss as she cupped his member and began to stroke, making him groan in pleasure. Breaking their kiss, he slipped a hand through her nightgown and returned the favour, finding her already wet for him.
"Someone's been a very naughty girl."
"You're no goody two shoes yourself…" she panted, as Sokka's fingers moved from teasing her clit to entering her. With each searing kiss, more of their clothing ended up on the floor till all that was left was their birthday suit. Sitting in between his legs, Azula drank in his body, starting from his rugged looks down to his lean physique, culminating in his rather large member that she knew would definitely have her waddling like a newly hatched turtleduck by the end.
"Like what you see?"
"I could ask the same about you."
Cautiously, she climbed on top and began to tease him with each snap of her hips, the entrance of her folds teasing his head.
"Mmm, just like that princess, just like that." he moaned, hands caressing her hips as he let her find a comfortable pace.
"My eyes are up here, Sokka." she panted, as she tracked his deep blue eyes that settled on her breasts, which swayed back and forth as she rocked her folds across his member.
"I suppose it can't be helped, the way your tits move is just…hypnotizing."
"Bet you can't wait to see them bounce when I ride you into the ground, don't you?"
"It's that obvious?"
"Mmm hmm."
"Then what are we waiting for?"
"Just the words I was waiting to hear."
Wrapping her hand around his cock, she positioned her entrance and slowly took him, a satisfied purr escaping her as Sokka filled up every inch of her, hitting all the right spots that made roll her eyes when she finally sank down to his hilt.
"Agni you're big." she breathed. "Need…a moment."
"Take your time, princess, whenever you're ready. We've got all the time in the world to do this right."
If only you knew Sokka, if only you knew. Azula thought to herself, as she rocked back and forth in a steady trot, every moan and gasp that escaped her lips a sign telling her just how fucked she was. Clasping her hand in his, he guided her to her left breast, giving it a rough squeeze and a tease that only served to reinforce that inconvenient fact.
"Oh Sokka…soo good..you're going to make me cum…Hnnnggggh.." she whispered sultrily, as her muscles tightened and she soaked his member in her love juices. While she was recovering her breath, he moved her hand from its perch on her breasts down to her sex, where he toyed and rubbed her clit while he bucked into her, seeking to give her a back to back orgasm.
"So tight and wet, just for me."
"Y-y-yes…. oh Sokka there, right there-" she moaned, her back arching once again as he catapulted her into another wave of orgasmic pleasure, leaving her only capable of fragmented speech and soft pants. Sitting up against the headboard, he pulled her in close and peppered her face with tender kisses that left her wanting more.
"You close?"
"Mm hmm."
"Me too, princess, me too." he breathed into her ear, giving it a small nibble that set off tingles down her spine.
"Cum for me Sokka, cum for me…..please…"
"Wh-where?"
"Do you really have to ask?" she huffed, as she wrapped her legs tightly around him.
"I don't want to-"
"Shhhh, not now. Don't ruin the moment, please." Azula replied, before capturing his lips in hers, their tongues exploring each others' mouths as Sokka responded to her needs by pulling her in close and wrapping his arms around her back, locking her in position.
With one last thrust, Sokka went in as deep as he could before releasing his seed in her and setting off her orgasm, her muscles greedily milking him dry as she too smothered his cock in her own wetness. Holding each other in their arms, both of them buried their heads in the crook of the other's neck as the post coital haze descended over them.
"You know, I never really got your name, princess."
"Do I really need to when you can call me princess?"
"It's only fair, you did ask for mine after all."
"If you insist, you can call me Sakura."
"Sakura huh… a pretty name for a pretty little dragon like you."
"Thank you." she blushed.
"You're not too bad yourself."
"Just you wait."
"Is that a promise?"
"That's a guarantee, Sakura. I swear."
"You best bet I'll take you up on that." she replied, laying her head on his chest. Turning her head, she looked at the clock and sighed, the time telling them that they had more or less spent almost half the day in bed.
"Am I making you late for work?" he asked with a tinge of concern in his voice.
"No, it's fine, don't worry."
"If you say so."
Gingerly, she lifted herself off Sokka, a gasp escaping her lips as she missed having him in her already, a small white trickle running down the inside of her thigh.
Seeing her stagger to the door, Sokka was about to get out of bed when she responded "I-I'm fine."
"Shaky legs?" he smirked as he leaned back.
"Cocky aren't you?"
"I'm not the one who almost stumbled into the cupboard is all I'm saying." he shrugged. Finding no retort, she instead replied "Just…stay where you are. I'll uh..clean you up."
"Sure."
*********
Standing in the shower, Azula let the hot water splash over her as she cursed herself for falling head over heels with her target. Not only did she start copping feelings while reading his dossier, she had to go and make love to him.
Agni Azula, what the fuck where you thinking opening up your legs like some slattern?
Not everyone can say they fucked the Ijiraq and lived to tell the tale though. Besides, what's wrong with having a little fun on the job?
Everything!
"Fuck." she cursed, pounding the bathroom wall with her fist. At this rate, you might as well dig another grave for yourself, it's only a matter of time before they find out and put a bounty on your pretty little head.
"Agni Sokka, what have you done to me, you little shit?" she huffed, before slumping down on the floor, letting the shower rain on her. With a deep sigh, she turned off the shower and stepped out. Wrapping a towel around herself, she grabbed a small basin and filled it up with some hot water and grabbed a washcloth, before heading back to her room.
Stepping in, she saw him muttering something while staring at the locket that he wore around him.
"What's that?" she asked, as she sat beside the bed and wiped him down with the washcloth.
"Something from a long time ago in another life."
"Sorry."
"For what? You weren't the one who-never mind. Point is, it's not your fault."
With that, she continued to work in silence, cleaning him up. When she brushed against his cock, she saw Sokka wince slightly.
"Are you okay?"
"I'm fine, just….well…having a pretty girl like you half naked is…well, rather arousing and um…"
"What's the longest you've gone back to back?"
"Sakura! You can't ask questions like that out of the blue!"
"Why can't I? Besides, we already had sex once, it's not like we have anything to hide."
Lies, you definitely have something to hide. He may not but you sure as hell do. When are you going to come clean to him?
Shut up self. Not now.
Dropping the towel, she once again swung herself on top of him.
"Guess we're going to find out together huh?"
"Spirits Sakura, you're going to fuck me to death aren't you?"
"Well…if that's what you want, that can certainly be arranged." she purred while stroking him in her hands, feeling Sokka grow turgid in her hands before she once again sank down on his length.
********
"Sakura?"
"Hmm?" she stirred in his arms.
"I wasn't too rough, was I?" he asked, placing a kiss on her forehead.
Shaking her head, Sokka continued "I wish we could just stay in this bed forever."
"Me too."
"I think…I might, no, I've definitely fallen ass over kneecaps for you."
"Must be the sex talking. After all, we did how many rounds?" she smiled, poking him in the nose.
"Don't ask me, I didn't keep track. And no, I don't think it's just the sex talking, though it certainly got the point across."
"I suppose I too, am falling for you." she whispered back, the words leaving her mouth before her brain realised what she just said.
"Well that makes two of us." Sokka replied, caressing her face.
"Should we get cleaned up?"
"We should. I feel sticky and sweaty all over. Oh, and we definitely need to change the sheets."
"Yeah."
Sliding off the bed, they both supported each other to the bathroom. Taking a seat on the edge of the tub, Sokka ran some hot water while she rummaged for some waterproof dressings. Removing the old dressings, she gently wiped it down before applying the new ones, making sure it was wrapped tightly around him. Satisfied, both of them slipped into said tub, where they immediately started to lather soaps and shampoos on the other before rinsing.
Draining out the now filthy bathwater, Sokka ran a second round, letting it rise up to his knees before shutting it off. Letting the hot water soothe their tired muscles, both of them savoured the feeling of being securely wrapped in each other's arms. As the water finally grew cold, both of them reluctantly released each other from their respective embraces and stepped out from the tub. Grabbing a towel, they both dried each other off, before slipping on a bathrobe and exiting. Making their way to the living room, Sokka heard a growl come from her.
"Hungry?"
"I wonder who's fault it was, hmmm?"
"Now now Sokka. you were just as eager if I recall correctly."
"Guilty as charged."
Clearing out the table turned operating space, Azula put back the medical supplies and cleaned off any blood stains in addition to making sure that Sokka didn't catch anything that would lead him to believe that 'Sakura' was anything but what she said she was.
"Anything in particular you're wanting ?"
"Surprise me."
*******
Half an hour later, Azula was beginning to seriously consider dragging him off to the nearest priest and making him her husband, consequences be damned. After all, not only had he shown to be far and away the best sexual partner she could ever ask for or want in bed, he was also talented in the kitchen as her tastebuds exploded with flavours in every bite she took of his food. Even so, in the back of her mind a veritable war raged between her rational and emotional selves.
Agni Azula, are you really going to let yourself be swayed by some Water Tribesman with a big cock and chef grade cooking skills?
I'm so fucked aren't I ?
You still have time to salvage this.
But what I don't want to?
This man is going to be the death of you.
"Sakura?"
"Yes?"
"You're spacing out again. Is something on your mind?"
Shit, he noticed.
Gotta make a choice now.
"No. Yes. I mean…it's complicated."
"Clearly."
Walking over to the drinks cabinet, she grabbed a bottle of wine and poured herself a glass, downing half of it before coming back to the table.
"Are you okay? Th-"
"I'm not-my name isn't actually Sakura."
"I figured as much."
"And you're the Ijiraq." Instantly, she saw his deep blue eyes turn from an inviting cerulean to a dark angry blue.
"Congratulations, you found me." he snarked, placing his utensils on the table as he knew there was no point in trying to fight. Not when she could immediately electrocute him before he even got anywhere close to her.
"I suppose you got the telegram from the Continental?" he asked, to which she merely nodded.
"Fourteen million dollars is a lot of money. So why-"
"-did I save you? I've been asking myself the same damn question ever since I hauled your bleeding ass into my safehouse."
"Why even save me if you're going to kill me anyways?"
"I told you I don't know!"
"Then answer me this….do you have feelings for me?"
"Yes."
"Please don't lie to me."
"I can't, Sokka. I can't. Not about this." she choked, as tears started to form in the corner of her eyes.
"What is your real name?"
"Az-Azula."
"Tell me Azula, do you have feelings for me? Or is that all Sakura and the real you wants nothing more than to claim that bounty?"
"I told you already."
"But I want you to say it as Azula, not as Sakura."
"I do Sokka, I do. Fuck I'm so lost and confused and gah!" she screamed, hurling her glass against the wall before breaking down in tears, the waterworks coming out in force.
"This was supposed to be my last job,but you-you had to just go and make this complicated!" she sobbed.
"I don't want to kill anymore Sokka, I'm done."
"Then you don't have to."
"If-if they found out I-they'll kill my baby sister if I don't kill you. You know the rules."
"How old is your sister?"
"'Sh-she turns twenty two in two months."
"Do you love her?"
"Are you asking me to choose?"
Kneeling in front of her, he placed her hand on his chest and replied "The world would be a better place, a more peaceful place if someone like me were removed from it. But family, you hold on to that for dear life, no matter the cost."
"I've already come to terms with my past. If I die, I'll see her again. But if I live, I'll only cause more pain and misery. You pulled me out of that bomb blast didn't you? I remember now. How many innocent people died just so some piece of trash gets a payday?"
"Sokka-"
"Azula, please, if-if you feel anything for me-no, if you love me you'll listen to me and do what I tell you to. Sacrificing your sister to spend the rest of your life with a dead man walking is pointless. There's plenty of fish out there in the sea."
"But none of them are the Ijiraq. You are one of a kind."
"As is your sister."
"There has to be another way Sokka, there has to be. I don't care how high the cost."
"I-fine. I know one last method. But first, we need to escape the city. Okay?" Getting back up on his feet, Sokka pulled her close and kissed her forehead.
"We'll make sure your sister is safe, I promise."
******
Two weeks later
Agna Q'ela International Airport
Ticket Booth
"Good morning, how may I help you?"
"We'd like to purchase two tickets to Ember Island please. First Class, if possible."
"Can I see your passports?"
Pulling out two passports from under the coat, the man handed it over to the clerk. Glancing at the couple and the passports, she asked "Sir, could you take off your sunglasses?"
Obliging the clerk, the man took it off briefly, squinting as he did before putting it back on.
"He has sensitive eyes."
"I see." the clerk replied, the scepticism evident in her voice.
"That'll be six hundred talents please."
Slipping a gold coin across the counter, the woman replied "Keep the change."
"S-sure." Hastily printing their tickets, she sent them off on their way, not wishing to draw too much trouble to herself.
******
One hour later
First Class Cabin
Airship 'Soaring Phoenix'
"Well that was a breeze. I almost thought she was going to call security on us." Sokka sighed in relief as he arranged their baggage in the spacious cabin, which afforded them not only an en suite bathroom but also a spectacular view of the outside, the former of which was paramount on their list as they wished to avoid socializing with the passengers as much as possible. After all, there was no telling if there were Continental people on board said craft.
"Now, dear husband…what shall we do to pass the time?" she teased, her deft fingers working their way into the hem of his pants.
Turning around, he tilted her chin up and replied "Indeed, my dear, whatever shall we do?", before capturing her lips in his.

Fandom: The Vampire Diaries/The Originals
Day 11 Prompt: "You lost it. Well, we lost it."
Summary: Klaus and his girlfriend have been together since they were humans, surviving together for a thousand years. They don't intend to let anything tear them apart.
Word Count: 1,352
Category: Angst, Fluff
Warnings: Canon-typical violence, not descriptive
A/N: This doesn't even follow the Originals timeline/canon a little bit lol
Putting work into an AI program without permission is illegal. You do not have my permission. Do not do it.
I groaned as I slowly came back to consciousness, my head throbbing. The last thing I remembered, I'd been talking to Genevieve, a resurrected New Orleans with who'd been dancing on the line between ally and enemy.
She took a great, giant leap into the enemy category when I forced my eyes open to find her smiling at me, looking immensely satisfied with herself. I tried to stand, maybe make a move to rip her head off, but my wrists were chained to the walls on either side of me. I was trapped.
"I'm going to kill you," I spat, not bothering with pleasantries or pretending. Genevieve smiled like she'd expected me to say that.
"I know you think we're the bad guys here," she said, giving me a sympathetic expression that made me want to rip her head off. Literally. "But we're not. You've been dating the bad guy, and you've been so blind you haven't been able to realize it."
I rolled my eyes so far back in my head that I could see the wall behind me. I'd heard this same nonsense a thousand times from a thousand different people, and it never got any less irritating or boring.
"I'm not going to hurt you, Y/N," Genevieve said, walking towards me with a very menacing swagger in her step. "I'm just going to make you see the truth."
Before I could hit back with a retort, she raised her hands to the side of my head, and I went spiraling back through my own memories.
For a witch who'd managed to catch me, one of the oldest vampires in creation, in the home of my boyfriend, one of the other oldest vampires in creation, I'd expected more, honestly. But her plan wasn't particularly creative.
She forced me to relive some of my worst moments in my thousand years with Nik. We'd been together as humans, and he'd turned me not long after Esther turned the rest of them, so there was plenty of material for her to work with. Nik and I had been through hell and back, mostly due to enemies, but sometimes due to each other.
Genevieve made me sit through a few particularly bad moments, then pulled me out of her little trance, staring into my eyes like she expected some kind of connection.
"For a thousand years, he's lied, cheated, and backstabbed," she said, her voice low and grave. "He's left a trail of blood, pain, and suffering in his wake. You haven't been spared from his list of victims, even if you've convinced yourself you have."
I closed my eyes, taking a long breath in through my nose. This was getting tedious.
"We've decided to put an end to his reign of terror. We'd like you to join us. So what do you say?"
I fixed her with my best 'really?' stare, which I'd perfected using on Nik.
"Genevieve, let me explain something to you." My voice was quiet, faux-patient, with an undertone of promised violence the way I'd perfected from hearing Nik do so many times. "For more than one thousand years, Niklaus Mikaelson and I have had each others' backs, through everything. We're partners, best friends, and the loves of each others lives. One thousand years of a relationship does not come without bumps, and problems, and things we have to spend a long time working through. Every single time, we have done so successfully.
"One thousand years as a Mikaelson has also come with hundreds of people just like you, Genevieve. They've tried to get to Nik through me, or they've tried to turn me against him, or a thousand other attempts at causing us problems by breaking us apart. And not one of them, in all that time, has succeeded. And do you know what else, Genevieve?"
She cocked an eyebrow at me and gave a little snort, but I could see the way her shoulders tensed and the flicker of fear in the back of her eyes.
"Every single one of those people who tried to come at me and Nik? They're dead. And we're still standing."
Genevieve snorted, louder this time, shaking her head as she straightened and backed away from me. I stared her down, letting a feral smile slowly drag its way onto my face.
"Fine. If you won't help us, then I have no more use for you. So-"
"Oh dear. I hope that sentence isn't going to end in a threat against my lovely partner over there."
Genevieve whipped around, and I smiled at the sight we both found over her shoulder. Nik had arrived, covered in blood and grinning in the way that made my heart race. Clearly, he'd worked his way through at least some of the witches outside to get here. I grinned back at him.
"Your hold over this place, this world, is coming to an end, Klaus," said Genevieve, standing her ground remarkably well. "The two of you have terrorized this place long enough."
"Now you're bringing my girlfriend into it?" asked Nik, raising one eyebrow, a teasing tone in his voice. "Well, I really can't let that stand, now can I?"
"You're not going to have a choice," Genevieve growled. With that, she flung her arms out, whipping up a witchy storm to throw at Nik just as two more witches came into the room. Nik held his own alright—he was the Original Hybrid after all—but he couldn't stand on his own against three powers like this forever.
He needed help. And I was going to give it to him.
I closed my eyes, getting into the headspace I'd had to reach more times than I'd ever wanted to, but that had gotten Nik and I out of more than a few hard spots. Pure rage and a desire to protect the man I loved washed over me, and I pulled against my restraints with all my strength. I dislocated my thumbs to get them out of the cuffs, stifling a scream, then got to my feet and rushed Genevieve before she could realize I was free.
The next minutes were a blur. They always were, whenever Nik and I were in a fight like this. After landing a few hits and killing both of Genevieve's little helpers, I saw Nik go down. He dropped like a sack of potatoes, and I saw red as I whirled on Genevieve.
A few moments later, Genevieve followed Nik to the ground, although she was a little more dead. I stayed standing, trying to recover from the adrenaline. After I'd had a few moments, I crouched down next to Nik.
"Hey. Nik, wake up," I said, gently shaking his shoulder to try to rouse him. After a moment, thankfully, his eyelids fluttered. A second later, he sat into a seating position, looking ready for a fight. I quickly reached out to calm him, to reassure him that we were fine.
"What happened?" he asked, eyes still a little wild, even as he saw the bodies around us and started calming down.
"You lost it. Well, we lost it. Genevieve kidnapped me to get to you, you lost it on her and her little followers over that. She seriously hurt you, so I lost it and helped you finish them off. Same thing we've been running for a thousand years. We're alright."
Nik nodded, letting out a sigh and sagging a little. Then, he looked at me with a grin.
"You'd think after a thousand years they'd learn, wouldn't you?"
I sighed. "No kidding. Maybe this'll be the one that sticks."
Nik and I shared a smile as I leaned into him, kissing him softly before standing and offering a hand to help him up. No matter where we went or how much time passed, people would probably always try to come after me and Nik. But together, we were completely unstoppable. We'd spent the last thousand years proving it, and we'd spend the next thousand doing the same.

Propaganda:
For Shadowpeach: "ok so, we all know from that one tumblr post that yaoi is two blokes doing fuckall and yuri is when there’s themes and shit? well these two (shadowpeach) have So Much Themes. they were super close friends for years and years (both immortal) before their epic breakup scene (wukong was trapped under a mountain and macaque refused to free him) (he wasn’t entirely in the wrong but that’s another story) (also wukong killed macaque there was that, that did happen) (its complicated)
from the Moment we see these two, all we know about them is that they’re the most divorced ever. as time goes on, we see the complexities in their relationship, and they introduce a lot of the overarching themes and motifs of the show (hero and warrior pairs, peaches being a symbol of their relationship, etc). also they’re both girls to me
tmnt theme song voice toxic codependent yuri!"
"theyre So So gay divorced and have an incredibly complicated and toxic relationship. also according to that one tumblr post yaoi is when theres two blokes doing fuckall and yuri is when theres themes and shit, and these two have So So So many themes and shit. theyve got motifs out the wazoo. peaches are a motif of their relationship and in the very end of the s4 finale wukong hands macaque a half-melted peach flavored (and shaped) popsicle. this is yuri to me"
"They used to be semi-immortal bff's, but then they fell apart and literally one of them died(bc of the other), then he revived, then got semi-consumed by revenge™ and tried to kill each other for a while, but they are cool now and they gave the sweetest little smiles when they finally talked- *fangirls* ok ok, look at it this way: it's a royalty au but it's canon."
"Well, they are toxic doomed yuri vibes, in my.most opinion. But also their designs are pretty gender I think.. mostly wukongs imo. And ik eyelashes aren't inherently feminine but theyre both some of the few(if not only) male characters in the show with visible eyelashes. Also if it counts, out of the relationships that I've seen compared to theirs, most are canonical sapphic relationships from other cartoons (catradora and bubbline notably)"
For Arthur and Linus: "THEY ARE SOO YURI!! OLD MAN YURI!!! LIKE!!! JUST LOOK AT THEM!!! THEYRE SO ADORABLE"
"A warm, loving caretaker of magical children who are orphans falls in love with the fat neurotic caseworker and changes his life for the better."
For Thoschei: "i. why great
They are each other's narrative foils. They are archenemies. They were childhood friends. They might not have been married, but they are divorced. They call themselves best enemies. They are the "i can fix them"/"i can make them worse" duo. They've proposed to each other (to rule/travel across the universe together), but each declined the offer from the other. They've kissed. They've killed each other. They've killed for each other (the first to do so was the Doctor who is the protagonist and the hero, but this fact was revealed in an audio drama, not in the TV show). The universe's too small for both of them. "The cosmos without the Doctor scarcely bears thinking about" is a real quote from one of the episodes from the 1980s. They are war criminals. The Master commits atrocities to attract the Doctor's attention and admits it. They are not able to get rid of each other for good, nor they really want to. One of the showrunners literally spent the BBC's money to make his E2L I Can't Decide fanvid for them and make it a part of an episode.
ii. why guy:
They'd been in male bodies for more than 40 years…
iii. why yuri
…until one of them regenerated into a woman. After some time, the other did so too. Sadly, they haven't interacted in their female bodies on screen, but the fandom makes do with fan content.
in conclusion: this is The guy yuri if i've ever seen one"

What is your opinion on SuFin from a Swedish perspective?
I think I've talked about this in the past, but I don't mind going into it again with hopefully mentioning at least SOME things I haven't already mentioned.
Now, I should start with the fact I personally really like SuFin, but used to HATE the pairing in the past because how the fandom portrayed them both. Nowadays I mostly keep to my own corner and only really talk with a few people, so I've grown to love SuFin more based on canon and my own ideas for them.
Tumblr media
To be honest I tend to focus more on the Hetalia characters as persons in general with a few historical references/trivia, but honestly, they have a lot of potential together.
Sweden is sweet and shy, but he has mischievous and rebellious sides as well. He also cares a lot about the people around him. (This can especially be seen with how he constantly defends Iceland and how he interacts with Sealand and Ladonia). Though his feelings for Finland is canon he also doesn't pressure Finland for an answer/feelings in return.
Meanwhile Finland is a caring and kind person, and he's not afraid of constantly standing up to people who finds Sweden intimidating. Finland is the person who constantly recognizes that while Sweden "looks scary", Sweden is also a very kind person.
Tumblr media
Now, in canon, we actually don't know if Finland returns Sweden's romantic feelings, but it's obvious they still care a lot about each other a great deal.
With that said, if they became a couple I think it'd happen closer to modern time, and while I personally headcanon Finland loves Sweden back, I also think it took Finland a long time to decide if he even wanted a romantic relationship despite his own and Sweden's obvious feelings.
Now, I don't believe (hws) Sweden himself would ever do something to hurt (hws) Finland, but we also have to keep in mind the Swedish leadership and government haven't always been very kind to the Finnish people. Being in the Swedish Empire wasn't great for (irl) Finland - for a long time it was just better than being under one of the other countries in the area.
Tumblr media
Anyway, at best there would be a weird power imbalance between (hws) Sweden and Finland if they had a romantic relationship somewhere between 1000-1900, even if Sweden himself never intends/intended for it - not to mention homosexuality wasn't even accepted or acknowledged at the time as something fairly common.
Most people hc Finland as Bi or Pan, so Finland could likely "pass" in the past by showing interest in women and ignoring any of his feelings towards non-binary people and/or men. But Sweden is canon homosexual, who only really have shown romantic interest for Finland in canon. It's more likely Sweden (tried to) bury his feelings deep, deep inside to not literally get killed by people for who he is.
Tumblr media
Fans also (STILL) love to joke/bring up Sweden calling Finland his wife, but in canon Sweden only did it ONCE and then stopped when Finland protested against it. No matter what you think Sweden's reason was for calling Finland his wife, he stopped after Finland told him No.
I repeat, Sweden STOPPED.
He respects and respected Finland. Sweden listened when Finland said he didn't want to be called "wife".
Tumblr media
So yes, I think they'd work really well together and have a sweet and loving relationship - but it would take a long time for them to make anything official.
We have a LOT canon moments between them. Everything from them adopting Hanatamago together, Sweden getting kids, to them constantly visiting each other, and Finland constantly defending Sweden from people who finds his looks intimidating - just to mention a few things.
Honestly, they'd probably be an "inofficial couple" for YEARS before they became official, but they'd get there eventually. Through both good and bad they've been there for each other for +1000 years at this point.
They're nations, and they can afford to take it slow.

I haven't written any fics recently, so take this list of Moments I wrote about Sunshine and Deacon! None of it is necessarily canon but rather me trying to figure out their dynamic
Tagging: @railroadlesbian @bleumanouche @sirmanmister (no pressure! just offering the chance haha)
Sunshine and Deacon come across a raider camp that has some people locked up and the decide to have a little fun with busting them out. A little work together challenge if you will. Sunshine goes to the front gate, Deacon takes the back, and they're both testing their lying skills to basically walk in the front door before raising hell. They both succeed (relatively) although some things fuck up and they have to improvise from their. The people get saved, the raiders get slaughtered (some running away screaming), and Sunny tosses back a grenade at the place as they walk away with arms wrapped around each other's necks. The implication here is this is pretty normal and practiced for them at this point.
Playing poker with the RR post HP going undercover, and the two of them cleaning out their fellow agents for the bits and bobs they bet. Glory in particular ends up losing incredibly poorly and she realizes at the end the two of them had been working together to split the winnings (the winnings not even being money, but knick knacks, snacks, and the life. they're a nonprofit, they don't have money).
Sunny and D sitting with Tinker and tossing conspiracy theories with him and each other and then he gets disappointed when he realizes that neither actually believes in them like he does they're just fucking around. Sunny shrugs and says they could be real, but the knowledge doesn't change her life at all so what's the point in worrying about? Deacon thinking to himself about how differently they view life and knowledge.
Playing baseball in Diamond City with each other and the kids and it generally causes a ruckus and they get told to quit so they all end up going back to the Dugout for nuka colas and food. Sunny and Deacon both take turns smiling fondly at the other while the other is wrapped up in telling stories to the kids. Sunny tells Deacon he'd make a really good teacher.
Playing pranks on the Brotherhood of Steel while Sunny is "in captivity" and generally just making the soldiers look like idiots. This includes stealing shit and misplacing it on purpose, Deacon talking circles around their ideology while Sunny aids him, and purposefully misunderstanding orders to create chaos.
Generally being silly competitive over kills which ends in them both lying constantly to one up the other because they're both great liars. This is observed by an outside party (Leo? Mac? Who knows) who point out how silly and ridiculous those numbers are to which they both start defending the other.
It's sunset on a rooftop somewhere and they've had a couple of very bad beers (maybe they just got that beer bot for the guy in Goodneighbor). Sunny suddenly and abruptly opening up to Deacon about her relationship with Piper and her pseudo-relationship with Veronica when something reminds her of them. She talks very casually about the revelation that she's probably just unlovable. Deacon is caught between wanting to yell "no your wrong" and not being able to be vulnerable, and so he says, "Eh, I'm not ever settling down with anybody. We can be unlovable together" or something to that extent.
Sunshine is having a bad migraine day and can't go outside. Deacon isn't used to her being like this and Sunny tries to hide it because she hates being seen as weak. His gust instinct is to leave her alone until she's ready to be bright and cheery again, but he pushes past that and goes to lay down beside her in her dark room and tells her stories. Anything he can come up with as long as he can. They can't see each other's faces and Deacon's heart is beating fast at being so close and intimate with someone, and he wants to bolt. But he stays and he lets Sunny softly hold his hand. He offers to get her water and food and take care of her in little non-invasive ways, and at first she flinches, but lets him take care of her. Lets herself be vulnerable too.
I think it makes sense for Deacon to have a dissociative disorder. He starts just kinda not being there in one of those quiet moments where they have to sit in silence for mission reasons and the stress is compounding. Sunny doesn't try to force him out of it but rather she holds him and grounds him by being this physical presence that reminds him that he's real. She tells him stories about her travels, not the outlandish, but the things she misses and loves about the Mojave.
Deacon does actually ask about Sunshine's past, but he's careful about what he asks about so as to not have her close off. He's constantly looking to know more about everything and everyone, and most the time Sunny offers a lot of the fun voluntarily, but he loves stories about the Mojave so he wants to know what it was life. He likes to fly off to the escapist fantasy of other worlds and he wants to go see the West Coast so badly but he never can. Eventually, I think she takes him there and shows him everything she can. He finally gets to travel for fun.

send 🌵 and i'll recommend a canon rp blog
@manufactoredxbyxdesign I'm obsessed. Billy's obsessed. I didn't know I needed Wesker in life until they showed up. Now I'm doomed. Their writing is incredible. I read every thread they have, every ask they answer and all their ooc posts. They're just that good. They've given Wesker such depth while keeping him cruel and someone to fear. They also haven't shied away from his sexual side. Which is just so good to see. And though I'm a pest, they put up with me.
send 🍀 and i'll recommend an oc rp blog
@shesboundtobruise I've been writing with Rhi for nearly ten years now. I've written across from her on every blog I've ever made and no verse, ship or thread has ever been a repeat. Not only is Lou amazingly well thought out and given so much depth and life. All her OCS are. None of them are the same. And each one brings something good, something new to the table. I'll never get tried of writing with her.
send ✨ and i'll recommend a multimuse blog
@d4ngerous Listen. I love them. I love every single one of their muses. I love their writing. I love that they're unhinged and don't give a fuck what anyone thinks about them. They write what they want when they want. Not to mention they're an amazing writer. Who puts such thought and care into each one of their muses. It's a wonder to watch. I want a hundred more threads with them.
send 🌼 and i'll recommend a blog with beautiful writing
@thesilverandjetsystem Cory is a damn gem. I was a fan of the system before I stalked him from afar but now I'm just.. Gone. Head over heels for the boys. His writing is beautiful, thoughtful but it's also dark and spicy. The little world we've been writing in disco is killing me. I love it so much. And I now can't imagine not speaking to them everyday.
send 🪵 and i'll say a positive thing about my own blog
If I must.. Then I must. I guess I'm glad I've stopped caring what other people think about what I want to write. I've stopped caring as much as I can about what people think about my writing. And I'm glad I've decided to stop being scared of people not liking me or thinking I'm nothing more than a bother.

so like. im kind of a sucker for Meeting Each Other Before You're Supposed To And Then Not Realizing It At First When You Meet Again type tropes & i was kind of zoned out thinking about it all day & ive kind of just added to my oph mc's canon bc of it?
this isnt a fic or anything just me rambling. idk if i can actually write a whole fic out rn so im just putting out what i can lmao lol better this than nothing
tw for Child With Mysterious Illness That May Kill Them (except its like. the mc. so obviously they dont die)
so. Baxter was always sick as a child. they had some genetic autoimmune disease that made it so every time they got sick, their body would sort of. shut down and attack itself? bc it couldnt tell The Sick apart from Their Body. so they were constantly in and out of hospitals because of it. unfortunatley though, bc of how immunocompromised they were it meant that while they were in the hospital they couldn't really leave their hospital room
also worth mentioning that their parents were The Original CEO Of Panacea Before Charlotte + His Administrative Assistant & they were kind of a little bit used as a guinea pig to find a cure for their autoimmune disease (good intentions only on their part, but they really fucking dropped the ball so hard there. didnt even come close to catching it. and by good intentions i mean they were doing this for their kid and their kid only- any cure to come out of it would cost millions)
Ethan, after blowing up his neighbor's garden shed in retaliation for them smashing his cello, ended up having to do community service hours to make up for it. he chose to volunteer time in the children's ward of a hospital. i'd say he's about 16, Baxter is 9 or 10
after a few weeks of spending time in the children's ward, he realizes that there's this one room that's always got a patient in it but he's never actually seen said patient. out of curiosity, he sneaks in when no one is paying attention & meets the kid. they're sweet, and very obviously haven't had any human contact outside of doctors and nurses and their own parents. they tell him that they've been in that room for some time, & they just want to go outside, just once
so. yknow. naturally.
Ethan breaks them out of the hospital.
not like breaks them out breaks them out, but he takes them to the park right across the street and they get to sit in the sunshine for a bit before he takes them back
he gets in huge trouble for it and is asked not to finish his community service hours in the hospital
Baxter does get sick from it, but them getting to be outside, even for just half an hour, meant everything to them. their world went from their tiny hospital room and what they could see of the hallway from their door + what was out the window to something so much bigger. and it kind of gave them hope? it gave them the energy to actually want to overcome their sickness, bc it might mean that they could go to that park again
they do, however, eventually end up assuming that it was a fever dream that they had due to being super sick & watching Peter Pan too much (guy w red hair + green shirt whisks them away on an adventure-- they did always want to be wendy darling) and they kind of forget the details (it doesn't help that their mom insists that they had a guardian angel who helped them recover)
Ethan just kind of assumes that they died-- they transferred hospitals shortly after & no one would tell him anything when he tried to visit
they almost meet again when Ethan punches Declan Nash- Baxter was there and they did see the punch happen, but they didn't get to interact with Ethan at all
neither of them realize this until Baxter is stuck in quarantine after the biological attack (Baxter didn't name themself Baxter until they were in college, their deadname was some normal boring biblical name so Ethan wouldn't recognize them from that). they're sick as hell and should be resting, but they refuse to lie down and get rest. they insist they made a promise to someone that if they ever ended up hospitalized again, they would never get so weak that they couldn't walk, but that they can't remember who it was, just that it was their "fever dream guardian angel"
when Ethan finally gets them to lie back down, they tell him about what happened when they were a kid, that they weren't sure if it actually happened or not, but that they had thought about it so often that they had eventually decided that if they ever met him again and he was a real person, they would kiss him about it as thanks for helping them
and then they both Realize.

Here's another thing that was missing from Danganronpa - the main games at least, because I haven't played any of the fan games I've heard are out there:
The Ultimate Trendsetter
I still like the idea of an 'Everyone Operating In Full Knowledge of What This Is' DR4 (or v4, I guess), and this is building on that. And I'm being coy with what I'm calling this character type 'cause I don't want to instantly give it away, but basically, this is the Ultimate Rulebreaker. 'Rule' can extend as far as social norms, setting records, or actually inspiring some new trend of some kind. It gives options, but it's mostly to hide the literal 'kills by breaking the rules' thing they've got going on.
Their personality could be anything - brash and inspiring like Kaito, deceptively polite yet lethal like Celeste, or completely blasé until it's Go Time like Chiaki. Doesn't matter, because they can be anywhere on the villain-to-hero scale and it won't change that they'll be an antagonist.
Ideally, this is also someone who's already done the impossible to throw the player off the scent of their tactics. I'm thinking 'Returning winner from the last season, who won as the blackened in the very first trial'. Groundbreaking, right? Technically that makes this DRv5 or DRv4.2, because that's all 15 other students gone after just one round and right when it's the most difficult to get away with something (so many witnesses and people investigating).
They character should be pretty open about it too: "I simply went after the loneliest one before anyone had built any friendships with each other. That way, no one came looking for them until it was too late to tie any clear circumstantial evidence to me. That's usually what nails everyone else - reliable witness accounts. :)"
Let's say this one's the first trial. I think my other theory about the Ultimate Danganronpa Hater and Critic covered the fourth and fifth trials, and my one about hiding the victim's body could be third case shenanigans, but this one's got a definite set-the-tone Case 1 vibe.
So!
Dead kid at the end of a hallway, very openly in plain sight.
The hallway's been clean. The person's been very clearly laid out, suggesting they were moved from how or where they fell. There are obvious signs of death, but to draw from the canon, let's say there are multiple incisions over their body that the Monokuma File confirms is the cause of the death. No weapons or objects are around them.
The victim should be someone who's had some bite to 'em. Narratively, this is gonna be the group's warning to not let the excitement of being on the show overshadow the threats around them.
Extra points if someone from the Investigation side tries to pull off a 'perfected' version of an almost successful murder from their qualifier game, or someone from the Blackened side calls the killer out by recognizing a tactic that they themselves pulled off, except done much more carelessly. No really, extra points: there's some bonus prize in there for any Blackened that makes it to the final two or for any Investigator who wins by killing this time. Good God, after those stupid Truth Swords from DR2, it could even be some stupid Pen Versus Sword motif with Ultimate Might up for grabs as the championship's title. That's exactly what a show that's 56 seasons in would do.
Hell, if you wanna go hard into the "Trendsetter won in the very first round" idea, these are all winners of an earlier game here to play in the Ultimate Championship finals - so everyone's on the same level of knowing what to do, having seen it happen, having seen what works and what didn't, and a solid mix of people who won as the blackened plus those who won by cracking cases. Should be fun to see who won by getting away with murder working alongside those who won through investigation (and hey, that'd incorporate my little Fuyuhiko theory too).
Anyway!
This victim went too hard bragging that they were gonna win, maybe even motivated to get the bonus prize (as a winning Investigator from their qualifier), but surprise, surprise, they're dead first.
The investigation has people searching for the original kill site, the murder weapon, and any opportunity people may have had.
The Trendsetter's going to be helpful in reminding everyone how deceptively difficult the first round will be. True, this is when they have the most witnesses, but they have the least idea of who everybody is and nobody walked in without examples of how to strike. And this person moved fast, whoever they were, which is smart because they now have a series precedent for everyone losing in the first round to a blackened student. Nothing's guaranteed anymore.
Somebody finds a knife. Somebody else finds a sharp chisel. Somebody else finds a decorative spear. All these weapons are in different corners of the school, all have blood on them, and there's not a drop of blood elsewhere in those locations. If we keep to my growing Tartra-verse canon and have the Ultimate Danganronpa Critic here, they might point out how the spear seems like the most likely weapon to fit with this "obvious callback to Mukuro's death in Season 1."
That's the first layer to crack: what's the murder weapon? With the maximum number witnesses in the smallest amount of available space during the first round, it's too risky for someone to drag a corpse from any of those locations to where it is now (plus there's no drag marks in the blood that's pooled), but it's just as risky to bring a weapon from where these three originally were, kill the victim, then sneak it back while it's covered in blood. And a whole spear? No way. In fact, it's looking like that blood was planted to throw them off. They don't even know if it's the victim's blood - that's also risky to carry, so maybe it was the killer's own blood.
All three weapons are ruled out. Nobody found any other weapons, so they're stuck there for now.
The second layer to crack is where the victim was murdered. If the killer couldn't drag anything away without getting caught, then where the victim died probably held special significance. Thing is, the only thing 'special' about this hallway is... well, it's a hallway. It's long and empty, and according to everyone else, far enough away from the others to avoid hearing anything, but there's nothing unusual about it otherwise.
That's right around when someone should ask why the victim was there themselves. They would've had to go there willingly, because the thought of being lured somewhere during these finals seems ridiculous. Were they trying to set up a trap for someone else? But who would the trap be for if that hallway was so far from everybody? It'd make running from a long-ranged weapon difficult - like a bow and arrow or throwing knives - because there's no corners to hide behind, but surely everyone would assume that and avoid walking down it in the first place. The best guess everyone can make is that the victim was following someone else to sneak up on them, but quickly became the prey.
Drama starts. Team Investigation starts accusing those bloodthirsty Blackened for automatically knowing how to kill somebody trying to murder them first in some warped fight or flight reflex, and Team Blackened starts accusing the Investigators of all chasing the bonus prize by getting away with any kind of murder. I'm not expecting any kind of friendship from these folks, but absolutely a kind of mutually beneficial alliance that every Battle Royale gets into. It's easy here at first because there's that divide of "who won and by what method".
I wouldn't be surprised if the Ultimate Trendsetter was behind it either, having convinced (or implied) that if all the Blackened work together, at least two of them could survive to the end and win the bonus. It'd trigger a counter-alliance among the Investigators, who'd very quickly realize (by having the Trendsetter again imply) that if they didn't band together right then, they'd be on their own against a newly unified Team Blackened. Whether or not the Trendsetter was telling the Investigators the truth, Team Blackened would either already honestly exist or be deceived into needing to exist now that Team Investigation was locked in.
This all 'implies' that the Investigators are the only ones who'd kill somebody that won as an Investigator (again, because Investigators don't get a bonus prize unless they kill this time). At the same time, it 'implies' that that's the perfect cover story for the Blackened, as if a bonus prize - they don't know what it is - would magically be enough to ignore the real prize of winning Danganronpa at all.
In other words, no dice on the murder site.
Finally, they start going through each other's alibis. The Trendsetter's sounds rock solid - they were in their room trying to get some rest. Any snarky accusations of "Resting up so you could murder us?" is met with, "No, I'm sick. I have a cold. And I'm on Team Blackened, so I can't get the bonus prize by killing." Some others on Team Blackened - and only on Team Blackened - can vouch for this account, which leads to more, "You're all covering for each other," claims. That one's snubbed off as extra ridiculous because everybody knows accomplices can't win unless they're the ones actually killing. It looks more and more like Team Blackened has no incentive here, while Team Investigation is lawlessly prize-hungry. The two cliques click even further into place.
The thing is, this is a competition. Right now, if they don't solve this case regardless of what 'team' they're on, one person is going to win at everyone else's expense. Team Investigation bites the bullet on working with their very smug enemies by doing what they do best: investigating.
Each person on Team Blackened explains how they got away with murder to mine those stories for clues - things to look out for in this case. Team Investigation narrows in on those patterns for everyone: an open kill is no good because these need to be sneaky, and nobody kills someone that'll make them the obvious murder suspect. Killers either try to frame someone else or play off the victim's trust (even if it's only a temporary truce) to get them alone.
Well, no one's been framed for this. The problem is that it seems like a ghost did it. They can rule out suicide because it's the first round of the finals and the victim really wanted to win. But when it comes to the other pattern - trust - they hit another wall. The victim would've been someone who won by investigating until the end of the season, and who was openly declaring an intent to kill and get the bonus prize. Team Blackened wasn't going to work with anyone like that, and Team Investigation wasn't going to be anybody's accomplice. That should technically mean nobody trusted the victim enough to talk to them and build up any kind of friendship.
... Which sounds really, really, and suddenly familiar.
They ask the Trendsetter how they won their round. The Trendsetter reminds everyone about their alibi and how no one stood to gain anything by lying to corroborate it, then re-explains.
Let's just commit to the Ultimate Danganronpa Critic being here. :P The Critic points out that while nobody could trust someone on Team Investigation because of the bonus prize, by that same logic, everyone could absolutely trust someone on Team Blackened. That makes Team Blackened the suspects again, which is about to cause more drama before the Critic says, "We also know that a Blackened won their season in the first round before by targeting someone who was lonely and before anyone could become friends. So our killer is probably someone who helped make sure the victim had no one on their side, even if they were doing pretty well at that by themselves."
This is when both teams start discussing when the cliques were made. Sure, there's a bonus prize, but the Critic runs through all the other 'prizes' Monokuma's promised in the past. Is that what they're naturally aiming for? Or did someone convince them that the other team was aiming for it, just to keep everyone scared? And as they dig and dig, they realize the Trendsetter was the one who put the 'two teams' thing into motion.
The Trendsetter handwaves that by saying Monokuma's also had millions of dollars as the prize before, and anyway, the thought would've occurred to everyone eventually. People just like being in groups - it happens. Except the Ultimate Danganronpa Critic points out that every season where someone won by investigating, it was because everyone eventually worked together as a group. The ones who refused were usually the ones who died first - or, in the Trendsetter's case, won immediately. When it comes to why the victim was in that hallway, there was a way to lure someone down it after all: the same power of friendship that brought the Trendsetter here for the championship.
The Trendsetter's going to entertain this. If they're the suspect despite such a strong alibi, how did they kill the victim from their bedroom? The Monokuma File said they died from being stabbed all over their body, and the killer wouldn't have been able to leave with a blood-covered weapon (or blood-soaked clothes) without being seen putting those three weapons back or returning to their room.
The Critic's got answers for that too: those weren't the murder weapons. The killer could've prepped those as false evidence while they were investigating and could take their time walking around to those corners of the school. As for how the victim got stabbed, the killer left that part up to their accomplice.
The Trendsetter's about to explain the thing about accomplices again when the Ultimate Danganronpa Critic goes full Byakua-Is-Smarter-Than-You and Nagito-Is-Admiring-You about how they never said there wasn't an accomplice, just that the accomplice couldn't win as the Blackened, and how they're so delighted to see something completely new after 56 seasons and be there to see it firsthand! The accomplice in this case was the one person completely unaffected by the killing game: Monokuma himself. Those stab wounds are impossible for someone to pull off from their bedroom, but completely possible to trigger remotely - say, for example, by skewering someone with a bunch of spears. This means that 'homage' to Mukuro's death was not the Critic exaggerating.
This is ridiculous, the Trendsetter will protest. Monokuma can't interfere with any of the students, so there's no way anyone can ask him for help. The Critic'll point out that no one would need to ask. Once a rule was broken, Monokuma would send those spears out automatically. The only thing they need to prove now is which rule was broken.
The Trendsetter's gonna be all kinds of upset about this. For one thing, even if that's what happened, why is the Critic singling them out as the suspect? Why not anybody else? But the Critic assures everyone that once they figure out the rule that was broken, they'll have the proof they need to know who was behind everything.
The group - working together - goes through the list. For the championship and especially these finals, almost every rule that was previously in effect is back in play, minus any that contradict each other. This includes classics like "The game will continue until only two students remain (à la Rule 6 from DRv3)," "Destroying any property without permission is expressly forbidden (like Rule 10 from DR2)," and of course, "Sleeping anywhere other than the dormitory will be punished accordingly (just like Rule 3 of DR1)." The Critic puts the question to the group: the victim looked pretty laid out on the floor, didn't they? What if they weren't moved anywhere so much as they...
... laid down?
Oooooh boy, the Trendsetter is not gonna be happy about that one (and neither's the Ultimate Danganronpa Hater). First question: someone had a forbidden nap and that suddenly makes it a murder?! The Critic says yes, because if it was only a rules violation, they wouldn't be having a trial. The victim had to have been set up. So now that they know how the victim died, they can finally reveal the murder weapon.
(Cue the too-stupid-to-live one going, "Huh?!?!?! I thought the spears WERE the murder weapon?!?!?!" Like an idiot. Worse - like a casual.)
The Critic asks Team Blackened - everyone who vouched for her - why it wasn't strange for the Trendsetter to be going to sleep while the rest of them were still awake. When they repeat that the Trendsetter had a cold and needed sleep (cooperating, finally), they start digging into any proof they had that the Trendsetter was sick at all. Some coughing maybe, but nothing extreme. The nap, certainly. Definitely the cough syrup the Trendsetter'd been drinking.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
A murder weapon that no one would suspect, that wouldn't leave any blood, and that could knock someone out if they - for example - both drank from the same spiked bottle as friends. After all, even if there was a bonus prize for killing and it was only for Team Investigation, no one here was just going to drink something handed to them. Unless, maybe, whoever was handing it to them drank it too, to prove it was safe. And the Trendsetter did go right to bed at the same time the victim was comfortably on the floor.
With such a tucked-away hallway, it was unlikely people would stumble onto the body right away, and it wasn't as if anyone would come looking for the victim with everything that was said. Just like the Trendsetter's previous game, there was likely going to be a lot of time that passed before the evidence could be tied back to them, but what sealed their fate was true to the spirit of Danganronpa: witness testimony - and for the very alibi the Trendsetter themselves had set.
That stupid 'you must sleep in your rooms' rule has bugged me as being useless for so damn long, on top of that 'you cannot destroy property without permission' rule. The whole point of this is to use those rules to someone's extreme advantage, and in my mind, the Trendsetter won their first round by asking Monokuma for permission to destroy a surveillance moniter, then covered it up like an hay target and swapped it in ahead of the Ultimate Archer's next bit of practice. They were gonna wait for as long as it took after they got close enough to learn that person's schedule, and it was just the right amount of time for them to be far enough away while still getting the first and only kill of the season.
Hell yes, Monokuma would go for that. Shit would be hilarious af. The rules were available to everybody. But without the same convenience of having someone known to regularly impale something with sharp sticks, the Trendsetter picked a different rule to break. With that, they might've set a trend for winning on the first round, but they clearly couldn't keep the Ultimate Streak. :)
100%, the Critic would be saying that out loud lmao, before going to back to whether this still counted as a Mukuro homage or something between Sakura and Sayaka.
There's also no way that they, having absolutely been on Team Investigation, wouldn't bring home the ending that should've happened for DRv3's last trial: the detective will finally be the one that does it.
Bonus prize acquired. :D

What did you think about dick being the vampire king? I thought it was ridiculous but also works so good because dick is handsome and he makes me bark like a cliche cartoon wolf
I think it's both hilarious and interesting - if it's done right. Because on the one hand, so far, we've only seen straight up murder dick, we haven't seen him be strategic or 'normal vampire' self. just, you know, mean and murdery.
not to mention, he took damian with him - so I'd like to see how he acts in the next issue/with damian before I decide if I like vampy dick or not. (I mean, obviously he murdered most of his family, which was both bad and hilarious all in one, rip tim.)
in terms of story/writing, though, it kind of came out of left field, and while I'm enjoying the series, it's reminding me hardcore why I avoid things that James Tynion writes. Like, there was no build up or clue finding or anything? it was just hmm well okay joker's dead (and all issue 6 they're acting like they've talked about thinking it was the joker the whole time and, correct me if I'm wrong, the joker wasn't mentioned once???? so why tf did they think joker was vampire king, or even bring it up???) so it's gotta be one of us! and like, they didn't even give us a panel of everyone looking at each other before dick's like lol ok it's me teehee. there was straight up no reason dick had to reveal himself right there at that moment.
and like i said, I'm curious to see how he is a) with damian, whether he turns him or keeps him a captive human and b) with a damian who hates him. because while the whole scene of him murdering everyone was objectively silly - he just wouldn't?? to me, yeah vampire dick would be violent and rabid and all that, but to protect his family, not kill them, even if they did go against him. and I guess in this ~vampire lore~ it really takes your humanity? because i mean. it's just like Ollie said with Hal - Hal claims he was still in there, but Hal would never do these things? Bloodlust etc is one thing, but like...you get turned and you're immediately like 'power or nuthin no matter who gets in the way.'? yeah, i've read enough vamp stories to know that doesn't necessarily have to be the case, and didn't need to be here.
and oh my god rip tim that poor lil doofus. one thing to kill him but good lord the curb stomp was unnecessary and so fucking funny jesus christ.
(at the same time - bitch made SURE tim was dead. like yeah he bit damian and apparently just dropped him, only broke cass's arm, and offered to turn jason/tried. but tim? talk about overkill. damn tim what did you do to him in this universe.)
but can confirm, even my ace ass was like 'oh my god murder vamp dick is the hottest creature ever created. 🤤🤤🤤'
but oh my god can we talk about how much jason cares for damian in this series. its all i want their canon brotherhood to be 😭

My thoughts on Carol and Daryl's relationship since #AngelaKang took over and where they go from here...
(sorry, it's long)
The episode that caused D0nnie fans to celebrate is also the same episode that completely sunk the ship. Bonds. It's way more than "It's not like that." It's the fact that AK explained that the ONLY reason Carol was pushing Daryl toward Connie is because:
- Carol is the one and ONLY person who kept him tethered to the group. That's why he was fine staying out in the woods (She had her own family), and why he came back as soon as her SON explained to Daryl that she needed him back.
- As much as she doesn't think she's good for Daryl, she recognizes that she's his tether to the group, she doesn't plan to survive, and she wants to find a good person who will take care of him when she's gone. But how weird would it be if she was like, "Hey...Laura could be good for you. You should consider that.", when we never saw him bond with Laura? They needed to establish a bond between him and Connie, and she was the PERFECT one to do that with, because she's an absolute angel of a person and LR has chemistry with EVERYONE. Connie is a character that it's impossible not to like.
If you relate AK's comments to everything we've seen so far and what we know of the spinoff, what it says to me is "Carol wants Daryl to be with Connie if she's no longer around. IF she's no longer around."
But now she's not planning on going anywhere, and she's ready to move forward as Daryl's life partner, whether the life partnership is platonic or romantic. They're a unit. A package deal. Carol just didn't realize that before, because she didn't see herself as being able to fill that role."
When Carol freaked out after the cave blew up, she said (paraphrasing) "You cared about her and I took her from you". That all happened because she had just tried to kill herself while taking out the horde. She failed in killing herself in a way that protected the group, but she also thought she killed the person she hoped would keep Daryl close after she was gone. She was faced with her absolute worst fear: losing Daryl due to either not being able to protect him or due to her royally fucking up in a way that hurt him. That's the whole reason she escaped before. Because of Daryl and her fears surrounding losing or disappointing him.
He hadn't let her escape back to the boat, and it resulted in her having to grapple with her worst fear - losing him.
He tried to save her and it resulted in him having to grapple with his worst fear - losing her.
Fortunately they didn't permanently lose each other. But it's worth noting that their worst fears are confirmed by their extreme reactions. We've seen Daryl terrified once and ONLY once. When he realized that Carol was about to kill herself. That look on his face isn't remotely close to anything we've ever seen from him.
Carol's meltdown immediately after the cave wasn't remotely close to anything we've seen from her before.
Neither one knows when to stop. Carol with her running away and acting alone, and Daryl with his constant need to go after her (convincing her to not get back on the boat).
They can't lose each other. It's their worst fear. And because they've now come dangerously close to it happening, the only way they can move forward is to acknowledge that fear to the other person, acknowledge *each other's* fear of it, sort out all the feelings that surround it, and make the decision to move forward together as partners, fully cognizant of the truth behind all their fears and motivations.
We know that this very last part is happening. That's already canon. But as is typical with many fictional storylines, the characters don't know this yet. And this is why we haven't gotten that heart to heart yet. Because when they finally expose that honesty to each other, when they finally acknowledge that they're truly life partners and why, it's going to completely change their relationship- in a good way. If you go back and watch all of their scenes throughout all 11 years, you'll notice how they're so obviously holding things back from each other. They don't lie to each other (other than Daryl in 710 and Carol in 10A, but they had their reasons). They're not dishonest, but it's just so obvious that there's a barrier there that they haven't broken down yet. The tension is always palpable. Always.
As much as it sucks for them to keep dragging this out, it's terrifying from the showrunning perspective to finally make such a popular ship canon. They essentially have to fix something that isn't broke, which is also why they had to kind of break them in the first place if that makes any sense. People have fanned over Caryl for 11 years. But is much of that because people love angst and speculation? When that's removed, will people still love Caryl just as much? Will fan fiction still be written? Will die hard Carylers finally after getting what we want see them being intimate and think, "omg this is too weird and different. I'm suddenly uncomfortable."?
Richonne, prior to it happening, didn't have that same MASSIVE, angsty, protect-them-at-all-costs fanbase. There was WAY less risk if it didn't work out. Caryl going canon is so huge that it's almost as severe as them changing the genre of the show. They want it, they know the fans want it, but how do they go about it in a way that respects their 11 years of history, and doesn't leave room for them to become "stale"? They tear them apart and then bring them back together as a couple as close to their spinoff as possible.
It sucks, but it's typical from a TV standpoint, and the fears are extremely valid, even if we don't see them as being valid.
That said, they can still put them together as early as 10B and still give them angst. There's ways to do it. Perhaps them leaving starts off in a way that it looks like one of them is going to have to leave and one will have to stay. Im just theorizing here. They could very well make canon happen in 11B and give them nothing but happiness and rainbows, for all we know.
As for Leah, as dumb as it might sound, I think her purpose served not just to get Daryl drawing comparisons between his only romance on the show and the love of his life, but also to prepare the audience in a way. "See? Daryl's capable of this. But we're not going to show him being as physically intimate with her as we've seen him be with Carol. But we'll let you know that stuff happened between him and a woman that looks like Carol, because that's what's coming and you better start accepting it now."
I have badly managed ADHD. I'm NOT good at expressing myself without unnecessary rambling. But I just wanted to share my thoughts on how I look at everything, and I hope at least some of it makes sense. If you made it to the end, you're a saint. lol.
Let me know your thoughts!

I Want to Write a Mikayuu Series
Tumblr media
Okay.
So um.
If you're reading this, HELLO. All of you long time ONS fans probably don't know me, but I'm Alison and I'm a hardcore Mikayuu, Mitsunoa, Gureshin, etc shipper. I've been in the ONS fandom for almost a year and dear god. The amount of people telling me that Mikayuu is queerbait is just making me really sad 😅 I'm a writer, and I'm the type of person who honestly feels like the author of a series should have the ability to choose how a story ends without influence of their readers. I mean, if it's their story, then it should be their ending, right? However, I also do have some qualms when it comes to how this "love triangle" between Yu, Mika, and Shinoa is being portrayed. This is entirely my personal opinion, but I feel like Shinoa seems to be forcing herself to love Yu. I honestly don't think she cares for him in a romantic way, but more of a very deep-rooted admiration or even envy that she's trying to convince herself to be romantic love. And Yu has said multiple times that he values Mika's life above his own, that he doesn't know what he would do without him if he were to die again (I mean the fact that he suffered seeing his best friend and potential lover die a first time was definitely scarring enough, PLEASE STOP TORTURING OUR POOR BABIES). And it's basically confirmed by now that when Mika said I love you in the manga, it was in the romantic sense. Even though I wish, I hope, I dream, and I pray that Mikayuu will become canon, I honestly can't say for certain what I think will happen. I think it could sway any way, with Mikayuu becoming canon, Yu and Shinoa becoming canon, or it being one of those ambiguous endings where it's heavily implied but nothing actually happens. And in order to make myself feel better when stuff like this happens, I tend to rewrite the entire story with the ending that I would have liked to see ;)
You're probably wondering where the hell this stranger is going with this. Well, I want to write a book. A series, actually.
One that's inspired by Seraph of the End.
Now, if you're interested in hearing me out, then feel free to keep reading. But if not, continue on with your scrolling, no hard feelings. But if you do, and I really hope that you do, give me a chance to explain.
I want to write a series inspired by Seraph of the End called Bloodsucker (working title, obviously). And this series is going to be a reimagination of ONS with an ending that I would have loved to see in the anime and manga. I plan to have three main characters (please keep in mind that I'm going to have name changes): Yuichiro, Mikaela, and a brand new character, Epic.
Tumblr media
Now, I would begin this series a bit before the anime and I'm assuming the manga begins. I'd start with introducing our main three characters as they meet in the orphanage (yes, Epic would be a part of this orphanage as well) and how Epic and Yu try to make moves to run away only to be stopped by Mika and Akane.
I plan to include a scene between Epic and Akane where Epic tries to run out in the middle of the night only to be stopped by Akane, and this is what caused Epic to develop a crush on her (Epic is a girl btw). Then I would begin the whole shit with the vampires and how they set the world on fire and shit, but instead of the apocolypse, I'd make it so that most of the adults died in the fire while the kids were taken alive (because young blood is better and whatnot). This includes our little Hyakuya family. The directors would have tried to trade the kids lives for their own, and due to their selfishness, the vamps killed them and took the kids anyway.
This would begin my first story arc: the prewar.
Tumblr media
Epic, Akane, Mika, and Yu would all be living under the vampires at this point along with the rest of the kids in their orphanage. I plan to include lots of moments of bonding that heavily imply Epic loves Akane even though she doesn't know it yet and Mika loves Yu, but Yu is fucking oblivious. The four begin to plot their escape, but while Mika and Akane (yes Akane too) are making deals with the vampires to help out with their family, Epic is constantly finding herself getting dragged along to visit Queen Krul. The pink haired vamp has a soft spot for her for some reason and often tells her that Epic and her family are "special" or sum shit. And she's super confused and semi grossed out. But none of the vamps ever dare to hurt her so she thinks it's fine. Then one day they all plot their escape and it's much more planned out and lengthy and less rushed than it is in the anime. Things almost seem to work out until the vampires stop them
And Mika and Akane DIE.
I know. I'm horrid.
Epic is standing here in shock as she watches the love of her life die before her and Mika BEGS for Yu to take Epic and run while they can. So while in the series only Yu survives, he obeys Mika and both him and Epic survive this. They're found by Guren (a new character I haven't come up with yet lol) and Yu is super protective over Epic, not wanting anyone to take the only piece of his family he has left (he's a fucking mess without Mika let's just be honest) and Guren ends up taking them under his wing.
Now we hit the second arc. Still with me?
The War.
Tumblr media
Hold onto your hats everyone because this is where shit is about to get complicated. So I do plan to have a bit of a time skip into the current spot where Yu and Epic are attending school with Guren as their father figure and they've become very close. So close that Yu refuses to work with anyone else but her. They end up getting onto Shinoa Squad (obviously going to be completely different in my version) and they get put onto the battlefield. But here's the catch. Well, two catches.
Yu and Epic do have demon weapons. I do plan to try to incorporate that into this. BUT the backstory is different. I plan to make it so that the vampires obviously see the humans as fies. Insignificant things that are more playthings than threats. And they didn't want to have to deal with killing all of them, so they sent demons in their place to handle it. But the humans were able to form deals or "contracts" with the demons and therefore turned the vampires' own secret weapon against them.
Now, catch no. 2
So, Epic, Mika, and Yu aren't seraphs in this. But they are something else. I'm going to try to explain this as simply as I can, but each of them (besides Mika since he doesn't have a demon) have 3 souls inside their body:
Soul 1 is their current soul, the one that identifies as Mika or Epic or Yu.
Soul 2 is their demon soul, like what Asuramaru is to Yu.
And soul 3 is their archangel soul (I might change that name later on).
So I'm just going to come right out and say it. In this series, Epic is the villain.
Yes.
You read that right.
Epic is the villain. But she doesn't know that she is. These Soul 3s were reincarnated into the current bodies of Mika, Epic, and Ari (and I know that's not exactly how it works but screw logic this is just a fucking concept) from their lives centuries ago.
These souls existed way before vampires existed and Epic (or Essie) was very close friends with Yu (or Aytigin). Aytigin was in love with Haru (Mika) but for one reason or another, they couldn't be together. Essie wanted to do something, willing to do anything to make the two of them happy. So she made a deal that brought the vampires into creation so that Haru and Aytigin could be happy. She was willing to sacrifice everything that they stood for so that the two of them could be in love together.
She had good intentions, but of course Haru and Aytigin were furious because now the vampires were turning against the humans and they all basically died. Until they were reborn respectively, but unknowingly.
Now picking back up in the present, Yu and Epic are fighting in one of the main battles and the two are very confused when the vampires make a very deliberate attempt not to hurt Epic. They're unsure as to why, but Guren tells them not to worry about it.
Suspicious bastard.
Anyway, it's revealed finally that MIKA IS ALIVE
BUT HE'S ALSO DEAD
Yes he is a vampire. And Yu falls in love all over again upon seeing him, and after a bunch of struggling, Epic gets kidnapped. At first she gets strangled by Lacus and then she gets kidnapped by Ferid who doesn't kill her surprisingly.
Oh and uh... Ferid is nice in this. He's still a fucking creep, but he's a lot nicer than he is in the series. I plan to make Queen Krul or whoever I turn her into be the villain.
Tumblr media
Anyway, they take Epic back to the vampire palace or whatever and Queen Krul and Epic are reunited! And Krul is the one who reveals to Epic exactly who she, Mika, and Yu are and this is what sparks Epic's fall to insanity.
I mean, she's the killer. She's the one who brought them into this world. She's responsible for every death the vampires cause.
I would go crazy too.
So, she manages to escape (partially thanks to Mika) and the two join Yu and the others again and it's revealed a second time exactly what is going on. And while no one actually blames Epic on the Shinoa Squad, that doesn't stop people like Kureto and even herself from blaming.
And this causes her demon to go haywire.
She begins losing her marbles, almost killing her teammates and trying to kill herself, all while the three begin to experience dreams or visions of their Soul 3s.
While all this shit is going on, there's heavy romance between Mika and Yu because these two lovers just got reunited and FUCK did they have glow ups but yes -
Oh. And there is another spark for Epic, even though she doesn't think she's worthy of love.
Okay. I'm just gonna say it.
Lacus falls in love with Epic. Yes. You read that correctly too.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I plan to make the two of them get trapped together at some point and they have to work together to escape. It's during this time that Epic realizes he's not all that bad and has some form of self control and he realizes that she's the most interesting thing he's ever met in this disgusting and boring life and damn do her eyes look pretty-
But yes. She forms a permanent alliance with him that he jokes about as marriage and they meet on other occassions too, but lol yes.
Anyway, blah blah blah, more fall to insanity, the Soul 3s take over their bodies on multiple occasions and there's a lot of bonding and fighting and Epic and Mika somehow manage to get some of the vampires on the human side.
And in the end, Epic and Yu basically sacifice themselves to save the human race and kill Queen Krul. It's a very rough ending I haven't quite perfected yet, but Yu has a moment like he did with the King of Salt. But though he inflicted a lot of damage, it's not enough. So while the team is worried about him, Epic takes this opportunity to fix her and Essie's mistakes.
She allows both Essie and her demon to take control of her body and dies on the battlefield. Queen Krul is eliminated. Most of the vampires are gone. The humans won.
Horray.
Epic is dead.
Kinda. Yu and Mika take her back home and this is the preview to the last arc where everyone's in the hospital and Epic's in a coma. Mika and Yu barely ever leave her side and it's only when Lacus of all people comes to visit that she fucking wakes up.
Okay. Are you still with me? Now come with me to the final arc.
The Post-War.
Tumblr media
No my friend. It doesn't end there. Because Mika and Lacus are still vamps and life still sucks and I drank too much coffee this morning.
No it's not over yet.
So flash forward a couple years and Kureto and Crew are working as the heads of this city. Stuff is being rebuilt, people are settling down in homes, Lacus and some of the other "good" vampires find jobs, and Mika, Yu, and Epic get a house together (in case I didn't mention before, Epic is pansexual. She loved Akane dearly and I plan to include scenes where she sees her in her mind and dreams like Mikayuu so she's never truly gone, but she falls for Lacus too when he's not being a sadistic asshole). Things are going strangely when
BAM. Epic and Yu come up with a cure for vampirism.
How, you may ask? I don't fucking know, I haven't read about it in the manga yet but before we come up with an idea for it, imma say they came up with it through a spell. They share their findings with Guren and soon all vampires are being cured, most notably Mika, Lacus, and even Rene.
BUT and there's always a but, Kureto passes a new law claiming all vampires to be property. That any vampire or previous vampire or even vampire supporter/owner that tries to disobey these new laws is to be killed immediately. Now Epic and Yu are in jeopardy because their ex-vampires are in danger (Epic and Lacus have been hanging out a lot more and he's proven himself to be a decent guy. Contrary to popular belief, I headcanon him as not really knowing what to do when he actually cares about someone since he's been a heartless vamp for so long. So when he turns to Mika and begrudgingly asks him for LOVE ADVICE of all fucking things, Mika is ready to die). So basically, Mika and Lacus end up getting locked up along with the other ex-vamps (including Ferid which was a pain in the ass) and did I forget to mention that there's a proposal?
Oh yeah, Yu proposes to Mika and the blond still has yet to give him an actual answer because poor baby is still having a hard time accepting that Yu can love a "monster" like him.
But anyways, now Epic and Yu are furious and SHINOA SQUAD IS BACK IN BUSINESS. With the help of Guren and Shinya and everyone, they form a sort of rebellion and blah blah blah they manage to get Mika and Lacus and everyone out and blah blah blah they all get separated and Lacus begins to get INSANELY protective of Epic and ends up confessing his feelings to her before he nearly dies and blah blah blah did I forget to mention that I'm making Mitsunnoa and Kimizuki x Yoichi canon and blah blah blah.
Epic kisses Lacus as an instinct. Lacus kisses her again. Mika accepts Yu's proposal then almost dies AGAIN. I kill off some characters for emotional tugs and after a ton of more fighting and revenge and psychological breakings later, Kureto is killed. And Guren (or someone else haven't decided yet) is the new head of their city.
Epic, Mika, and Yu finally let Akane and the kids go. There's a lot of Shinoa Squad bonding but this is a summary so I haven't included much besides the main three. Epic and Lacus becomes canon. Mika and Yu get married. Guren and Shinya get married. Shinoa gets pregnant.
And everyone gets the FUCKING HAPPY ENDING THAT THEY ALL FUCKING DESERVE BECAUSE FUCK
I do plan to be slightly ruthless like the creator and include a lot of heartbreaking scenes, but it's going to be much different than ONS but I still want it to hold on to some core relationships.
I just want them to be happy. And I just want to make other people happy because fuck I JUST WANT TO BE HAPPY
So. Yeah.
That's Bloodsucker...
So my question to you is... if I wrote this shit.
If I sat down and typed about 30 books roughly inspired by Seraph of the End and Mikayuu and Mitsunnoa and shit...
Would anyone read it?

Follow up rambles from this amazing post about Raph's plurality you should totally read if you want to. I would also like to thank the Constellation System (@december-rains) for giving me feedback on my grammar usage that I kinda messed up on and helping me with figuring out some information I couldn't decide on! You guys should totally check lune out!
Also, once again, please don’t screenshot/repost this post without my permission. I know it’s “only headcanons” but I would rather you ask before doing so. Also you can reblog since that’s not reposting.
Updated info:
Origin: Traumagenic and Protogenic (Mixed Origin System)
Savage is also Trauma-Locked (see the last post for the rest of his roles/identities, linked above)
---
Headcanons:
- Red is reckless and hard-headed. He's usually the one who does dangerous stunts for fun and gets angry the quickest. Even though he's pretty blunt as well, the guy is still pretty hard set in getting the rest of the system and turtle brothers through difficult times. An example of this is when Raph's brothers continued to eat poison despite it being, well, poison and fought with Raph over babying them or them learning to actually solve things by themselves. Red wasn't trying to say that they shouldn't ask for help in any sort of way, but he wanted nothing more than Leo, Donnie, and Mikey to learn how to do things without depending on Raph so much or just continuing to be irresponsible. It's unbelievable for Red that they won't even go out on missions a lot of the time despite them all collectively agreeing to be heroes. - Red is a foodie and has more than once ate so much food that their body suffered major stomach aches and gotten really sick. Mind scolds him each and every time. - Raph watches spy/action movies frequently ever since Red introduced them to him when he was younger. Sometimes rolling around and pretending to point a gun everywhere when on missions/patrols. All his brothers tease him for it. - Red and Raph sometimes co-front whether intentional or not. This causes them to be unsure of who is fronting or/and blur together. This often happens when Red decides to be involved with Raph's brothers without Raph leaving or because the body is in danger and he needs to quickly move them out of the way, only taking enough control to only move the body and protect it. Only on rare occasions do they co-front for long periods of time, especially since it is still fragile for them, and if it's focused on too much one will be forced back. - Red's voice is a lot rougher and a bit deeper than Raph's, despite the two being harder to discern from one another compared to everyone else in the system. - Mind practically lives in their inner world and it's rare for him to ever front unless it's to take care of the body, comfort someone who is fronting (usually by co-fronting and for example comfortingly rubbing the bodies arm), they've been forced to front (Red and Raph have been forced away/other reasons), or because they were positively triggered by something in the outside world that causes them to front (Like the strong smell of cinnamon or song Mind may love). - Mind is a very calm person, everything about them is practically soothing. They usually are the one everyone goes to for advice and comfort because it's something they radiate constantly. They're pretty peaceful but could practically kill you with their stare of disapproval when something bugs them. They're not very blunt, liking to think things through and adjust to the person they're around and talking to, making sure that they say what they know will get through to them or that Mind's presence isn't bothersome. Plus, they're practically the Mom friend but actually takes care of you like a soft-spoken mother. His ideas may not be the best but he tries his best to help everyone in the system and helps Raph with the people on the outside when he's having trouble. - Mind has a thing for bubbles. He loves the way they pop, make little soapy rainbows, and how much of a mess it makes after you've blown a whole bottle. In the outside world, Mind will practically jump to the front to blow some bubbles if offered. In the Inner World Mind's Station has bubbles floating around it constantly. - Mind might not be the best singer when it comes to anything fast or really upbeat, but slow and lullaby-like songs are his thing for sure. Mind has distinct memories of Splinter singing to the turtles when they were younger and learned it to help Raph and Savage when they're scared, upset, or unable to sleep. Mikey once asked if he and Splinter could do a lullaby duet. They said they would, but they haven't yet. Everyone wants nothing more than to hear it so they're all waiting for the day that two of the best lullaby singers put on a show. - Mind's blue eyes glow dimly,
making them a bit otherworldly than everyone else. His voice is pretty feminine, quiet, slow, and soft. He speaks the most formally out of everyone besides Donnie. - Mind likes to braid their mask tails from time to time. Red always compliments the look when he sees it. - Mind keeps track of everything within the inner world by using a very large computer. Using files and keywords in a search system to organize and find information easily. - Savage is someone who hates fronting. Practically avoids it at any cost and the only time he does front is when he's forced to, and it's always forced. He's emotional, most of the time non-verbal, and the most untrusting of everyone else out of everyone in the system. He hates the world outside just as much as he does the Inner world if not more and he wants nothing but for the outside world to never exist in the first place. - Savage is 6 years old, the youngest out of the system. - Savage is pretty silent and only speaks when he's distressed or so angry that he's on a warpath. He might be seen as the stereotype for the "evil alter" for systems, but he's not. He's far from it, in fact, and never intended to reinforce something so hurtful. He's simply a little kid who's forced to front when Raph's left alone for too long, and the pain and loneliness of being the worst feeling in the world. Even if he is the only one who can take it. But, despite his loathing for existence, he's a sweet kid. He loves strange animals, rock candy, and climbing things. He has fluffy pillows and likes the piece of brown cloth always wrapped around him, it comforts him and it's his own personal little blankly for wherever he goes. - Mind is the one who takes care of Savage, constantly giving him first aid for his climbing accidents, bathing him after he's dirty from his cuts, and playing in the sand/dirt in the Inner World. Mind is the only one Savage somewhat trusts out of the whole 2 worlds, and the only one he can even think to feel safe with. - Savage loves animal crackers. - The little Snapping turtle has neon bandaids constantly littering his skin other than bandages and bruises. He has no pupils and has gotten the nickname white eyes for that reason, it being the only nickname he'll allow people to call him other than his name. - Savage is the one out of everyone in the system that looks closest to a dinosaur. - He likes hanging from branches with his tail and digging pointless holes with his claws. - It's canon that Raph has a peanut allergy (Mascot Melee), but I feel like he's also allergic to Pineapple. - Mind pitched the idea when the body was a pre-teen to wear bracelets so everyone on the outside knew who was there, even if Red and Raph are the ones always present. Red wears a red thread bracelet similar to this:
Tumblr media
Mind wears a blue, white, and turquoise bracelet that looks similar to this:
Tumblr media
Raph usually doesn't wear one, but when he isn't fronting for an unusual amount of time, anyone else being the host would wear a bracelet to show Raph is co-fronting/co-conscious with them. The bracelet being a pink, yellow, and white mini rubber band bracelet Mikey made for him when he told him about Mind's idea:
Tumblr media
And, even though Savage doesn't front, Mind made sure to include him by having a neon lime green triple rope bracelet:

---
That should be it for now! That's mostly the information for their system other than their Inner World, but I haven't really made anything for that yet, so I guess I'll make a third post for that eventually! Thank you for getting to this point! It really means a lot! Asks are open if ya'll wanna send one in about any of this!

Hey would you mind telling more about Grey? I'm new to this oc character and i want to learn more about him. His personality, his life, how he meet Little Cato and the team squad and more important how both him and little cato fell in love with each other?
Ok, I'm gonna put this under a read-more cause it's gonna be pretty long.
I haven't decided everything about his backstory yet so there are parts that are still pretty vague, but when he was a baby his parents were fugitives who had to leave Ventrexia because they were accused of betraying their planet. While they were being chased by ventrexian guards, they ended up reaching a planet called Xaridya, inhabited by lizard-like people. Knowing they weren't gonna make it, they managed to make Grey land on the planet hoping that at least he would survive. He crashed on a village where he was found by a Xaridyan named Mara, who quickly grew fond of him and raised him as her own. He lived 15 years in the village, until one day the planet was sucked into Final Space. He spent the following weeks trying to survive and helping the other villagers, some of whom died of Final Space poisoning.
Now this is supposed to be the part where Grey and Little Cato meet. I came up with all this way before season 3 started airing, and knowing what I do now it doesn't make much sense anymore but reject canon embrace fanon I say.
At one point the Team Squad lands on Xaridya not knowing they're being followed by the Gary zombies. Grey and his friend Kari are patrolling the area in that moment. They've heard of the Gary zombies before and know that they're dangerous, so when they see Gary they assume that he's one of them and that the rest of the Team Squad is also working for Invictus. The Team Squad splits and Grey and Kari notice that Little Cato, Ash and Fox are moving towards the village so they attack them. Little Cato, Ash and Fox try to explain to them that they don't want to hurt them, but they're interrupted by the Gary zombies. They hide, and the zombies don't see them, but they find the village and most of the villagers are killed, including Mara and almost all of Kari's relatives. Grey and Kari rush to the village to find that it's been destroyed, so Little Cato, Ash and Fox take them in knowing they wouldn't be able to survive on their own.
Little Cato and Grey's relationship has a rocky start. Grey just lost everything and except for Kari he is now surrounded by strangers in an unfamiliar place, so he tends to isolate himself and will only talk to Kari. Little Cato being the sweetheart he is tries his best to offer emotional support and to make him feel welcome with the Team Squad. Eventually, Grey starts to feel more comfortable around him and to open up more, and the two get pretty close. Grey is the first to develop feelings for the other, and he's in denial about it for a good while and tries to make his crush go away because of his own insecurities.
Personality-wise, Grey is quiet and shy (although one way to get him to talk is if you ask him about swords). He likes to have his alone time and while he's generally calm and doesn't get mad often, he will become more irritable if you invade his personal space. He tends to keep things to himself so it takes a while to get to know him but once you do you'll see that he's really a sweetheart. He tends to put others before himself and he's very loyal to the people he loves. And if anyone crosses them...well, he has a sword and he's not afraid to use it.
I think that's everything, thank you for the ask! I'm happy to see you want to know more about Grey :)

My church offers no absolutes / she tells me "worship in the bedroom" / the only heaven I'll be sent to / is when I'm alone with you
"How was the dining with the good masters?" the Tesseract asks. Loki swears it's sarcastic.
"Terrible. The ones that didn't demand for me to leave were whispering and staring, and some even pitied me… I should have never told Odin that you showed me," they sigh as they lay down, seiðr creating a glass of wine in their hand. Usually, his magic has a tickling sensation, playful and livid. But since Frigga's death, it's numb.
"You're right, I don't belong here… I don't belong anywhere…" they sigh, staring into the goblet with the red liquid. Perhaps, if he could find the strength to end it all…
"No, this is not the solution to your problems. You won't find your family there," it cuts off the train of thoughts before Loki can even process it.
"The only person I ever knew as family is there, Tesseract. Why can't I join?" they don't cry from the mention of Frigga, they haven't done it for weeks. He's just as numb as his magic now, the talks with the Tesseract and goblets of wine being the only things that can make him feel something, but they start weakening too.
"She lied to you, like Odin did. They taught you your magic, yes, but also how to hide what you feel and who you are. She is to blame for the nothingness you feel now, just like Odin is. Tell me, is that what family does?" it argues.
Loki opens their mouth, but closes it again. "No… then, what do I do?" he asks, staring at nothing.
"You live, until you find something worth dying for," it responds, voice softer than ever. He just scoffs and brings the golden goblet closer to his lips.
A blue light makes the goblet vanish before Loki can take a sip, filling them with the dark red liquid. "Hey! That's my favourite tunic, you needn't stain it!" He glares at the top right corner of his chamber.
"You have not taken it off for a week,"
"Because it's my favourite tunic,"
The stone lets a sigh. "Go take a bath, change to your second favourite tunic, try eating something that's not wine and act like you're the heir of two thrones for once or I'll teleport you to Muspelheim and let you burn,"
Loki sighs and gets up, following the shower order (especially because they've started to feel their hair going oily and gross). He had almost missed the feeling of scorching hot water on his skin, even though it started to hurt since his Jötunn form came to the surface.
When they walk back into their chamber, damp hair dripping on their second favourite tunic, they spot a tray of fruits and tea on their bed. "Thank you, Tessie," he smiles and sits beside it, his stomach begging for him to raid it.
I was born sick, but I love it
"I am not negotiating. Not until this monster is out of your house!" Gæirasson spits, small vacant eyes glaring at Loki. They don't shift their face or posture, but the room still freezes.
"Please, reconsider your words. One should not offend a prince like this," an elf notes, as if Loki cannot speak for himself.
"You're to ask for permission before you speak, Gæirasson will only get angrier with you." Odin had told them before the council.
"Please, learn how to manage your fury. You'll start a war without realising it if you keep going like that," Frigga had said countless times.
"A prince of monsters, yes. Isn't worth any more than the Giants I've sent to Hel," the outrageous man growls.
"Do not let him speak to you like this, you're worth much more than these words," the Tesseract says. Loki breaks his posture to take a deep breath, and then turns to Odin with a calm face.
"Father, may I answer to those words the way they deserve to?" they ask, never breaking the collected face. It fools Odin enough to nod a yes.
And Loki lets a grin appear, showing his fangs.
The water inside the goblets turns into ice as Loki rises from their seat, pale skin fading to reveal a blue and marked one. With his new height and black horns, he barely fits in the room, bloodshot eyes glaring at the old man enough to make him think that the thin irises would turn into daggers and stab him.
The man shivers, but not from the cold
"We are not afraid of your riches or your army and your bravado is fooling no one, G-Gærasson," they state, not breaking eye contact as their tongue strammers.
"You think you can scare me when you can barely speak, Giant?"
The negotiation table breaks in half as Loki slams his hand on it. "You have spoken enough!" they yell, summoning a new wave of shivers down the lord's body.
"You will leave this room unharmed only because of my mercy, and you know well that your words have given me every right to kill you right here and right now. You want to bring war to my house, I don't give a fuck. You know why? Because we both know very well that I can chop your soldiers to pieces without using neither my Frostbite nor seiðr and with ease. Go ahead and start a war, I have no problem to end it. The only demand the palace has is for you to pay us with the gold you owe and get lost. Or else, your house will cease to exist and will stay in history only as an example of what happens to those who anger me!" he growls, never breaking eye contact with the lord and not mouthing a single lie. Gæirasson loses his colour, stands up and leaves, panting like a dog.
"Loki, enough. You have your war, are you satisfied?" Odin asks after the door closes.
Loki's fiery eyes turn to the king.
"Satisfied? You should be the one to do this! This man offended our house and the throne greatly, they canonically deserve execution! And you made me sit there like a coward and listen to those insults!" they yell, this time out of frustration. The old Loki would never raise his tone at Odin, good thing he's gone.
Odin takes a deep breath, trying to keep themselves under control. "My son, I understand that you're going through a bad time, but there's no need to lash out like this. Would your mother like seeing you growling and yelling and cursing like a sailor?"
"You have no right to bring her up, she has nothing to do with it!" Loki's fury only gets wilder after this. But Odin does not coward away.
"I said enough! Shut your mouth and leave right now! And you'll be in charge of the war, since you can end it with such ease," he yells back, ten times louder and more intense. Loki lets the Æsir glamour return but doesn't lower themselves more as they walk away.
"You started a war, do you regret it?" the Tesseract asks as long as they're alone in a corridor. Loki grins.
"Not a bit."
Command me to be well / Amen, Amen, Amen
Loki walks around in his room, his fingers picking up each other once again. They tried to quit this habit after Frigga's death, but to no avail.
"Te-te-tesseract," he calls out, biting his tongue at the stutter. Since they've started the war, this annoying stutter has come back at full force, probably from the stress.
"You summoned me, Entropy?" it asks, more like states. Usually, Loki would find comfort only with the stone. But now, it only makes him move nervous.
"Y-y-yes. I did-I did call you to-to…" they puff out some air, closing their eyes with shame.
A hand grabs his hands, making them calm down. Loki raises their head to face an illusion of the Tesseract, trying to mimic contact.
It's a form of a body, tall and lean and glowing blue. Its eyes are looking at him with sympathy, face soft. It's the most breathtaking person Loki has ever seen.
"You can speak freely with me, don't fear," it smiles, tilting its head. Loki lets out a sigh.
"You said that, w-wh-when I'm r-ready, I-I'll agree to your-to your commands. I-I am ready," they speak, not even trying to mask up some confidence.
"I'm glad to hear. But, you'll have to acknowledge that there'll be a cost-"
"I don't care. I-I've lost ev-ev-everything already. You're th-th-the only one left," he lowers his head.
The hand moves to their face, cupping their cheek and brushing its thumb against their cheekbone, huge blue eyes staring into them. He can't help but tilt towards the hand, closing his eyes and breathing slowly.
"Perhaps you shouldn't… I've caused you enough pain, why seek out for more?" it doubts. It's almost funny, listening to doubt in a voice Loki knew to be so determined.
"I-I-I'm sure. Ple-please," they whisper, opening their eyes again. The form nods.
"Very well, Entropy," the serious and awe striking voice Loki knows returns, moments before the blue form vanishes in a light.
