warnings: none??
a/n: dad!jay dad!jay dad!jay !!!!! they have a little boy (his name is dylan) and a newborn girlie (what should her name be)
------
Grumbling as the alarm went off, you blindly reached over and whacked Jay on the chest. “Why’s it have to be so loud?”
Jay chuckled, silencing his phone’s alarm. “It’s not even that loud, babe.”
You glared at him through narrow eyes. “If I wasn’t about to pop right now I’d give you a piece of my mind.”
Letting out a hearty laugh, Jay got out of bed and folded his portion of the comforter back up, trapping the heat for you. “Only a few more weeks, babe. Then you’ll be able to move without having to pee every two seconds.”
You slowly followed Jay, yawning and rubbing the nine-month bump as you headed into the kitchen to package your son’s lunch.
He had recently started kindergarten, and loved telling you and Jay about all his escapades with his classmates as he learned different things.
“I could’ve done that, you didn’t have to get up.” Jay said, popping a capsule into the coffee machine and starting it.
Shrugging, you zipped the lunchbox closed and set it next to the matching blue backpack, one hand going to rub at the sore spot on your back. “I knew I wasn’t going to be able to fall back to sleep.”
Jay noticed, and his hands slowly made their way to the exact spot that bothered you in your first pregnancy. “Who do you thinks going to ask me out today, hm?”
Laughing softly, you clicked your tongue at Jay. “You really enjoy that, don’t you? Miss getting hit on?”
Jay shook his head. “Don’t miss it one bit. Just enjoy seeing those soccer moms think their whispers are quiet.”
A few weeks ago Jay had mentioned that some of the moms at drop-off had been talking about Jay, commenting on his lack of wedding band and no significant other ever at drop off or pick up.
“Momma, when will you go to school with me?” Dylan asked, your son finally making his appearance in his pajamas.
“Soon, little bug. Once Little Sister is here, I’ll drop you off with Daddy some days.”
Dylan frowned. “Can Sissy come now?”
You huffed, wanting nothing more than to deliver the weight that seemed to be constantly on your bladder. “I wish, but I think she needs a few more weeks.”
Jay smiled into his coffee cup, phone chiming with a text from Hailey. “Come on, Dyl. Let’s get dressed so you can show your friends your new shoes.”
Dylan beamed at the thought, and followed Jay back to his room, leaving you alone in the warm kitchen. The aroma of coffee lingered as you found a chair to rest in, hand absently tracing circles over your distended belly.
A sigh of contentment escaped you; this was your world, and despite the groggy mornings and occasional aggravations - like trying to convince Dylan to brush his teeth properly - you wouldn’t change it for anything else. That was the beauty of family - it wasn’t always perfect, but it was yours. And that made all the imperfections precious in their own odd way.
The sound of Jay's voice pulled you from your thoughts as he asked Dylan to choose between two shirts. You smiled, knowing how seriously your little boy took these morning decisions. Sipping on some water and slowly standing up, you decided to start breakfast.
The scent of eggs and bacon soon filled the room, joining the still lingering coffee aroma. Dylan would be excited; he loved his simple morning breakfasts. As you were flipping an egg, Jay returned with Dylan in tow. Their matching grins caught your eye.
“What are you two up to?” You questioned playfully, adjusting your hold on your bump.
“Nothing,” they both chimed in unison, their grins growing even wider.
“Okay,” you drew out the first syllable, grabbing a plate and moving the eggs for Dylan to eat, blowing on them as you cut them into pieces.
“Eat, then Daddy will bring you to school.” You smiled, cracking a few more eggs and grabbing a tortilla and the toppings you knew Jay liked, quickly making a breakfast wrap for him.
Wrapping it in foil, you smiled to yourself as you heard Jay helping Dylan put on his sneakers.
“Ok, we gotta go, Little Man! Go give Momma a kiss.”
Dylan skipped over to you, wrapping his little arms around your legs, promising you he’d come home with a drawing to put in the nursery.
Thanking him, you smiled at Jay as he grabbed the wrap and his badge, stopping to press a kiss to your forehead. “Take it easy today, babe.”
“I will. Go break hearts and catch perps, Jay.”
——
Jay hid his eye roll as he followed Dylan to the drop off location, ignoring the looks from the few single mothers nearby.
“I mean, who in their right mind wouldn’t grab that ass? He’s such a good dad, too.”
Jay overheard one of the mothers and shook his head, stifling a laugh. He still found it amusing and somewhat flattering to know that he was the topic of their little gossip circle. But he also knew firmly where his heart lay - at home with you and Dylan, and soon, your new little girl.
As Dylan scampered off towards his classroom, he turned to Jay with a big grin. "Daddy, do you think I can tell Mrs. Johnson about Sissy coming soon?"
Jay bent down to his level, ruffling his hair affectionately. "Of course, buddy. I'm sure she will be thrilled to hear it."
At that moment, a pair of giggling women walked by, shooting him suggestive glances over their shoulders. He merely smiled politely before turning away.
Arriving back at the car, Jay pulled out his phone and saw a text from you: Feeling better now that the house is empty. How did drop off go?
He quickly typed back: Smooth as always. He's telling all his teachers about his soon-to-be little sister.
Satisfied, he started the vehicle and headed towards the precinct. His phone chimed again with your response: That's my boy! Take care at work, Jay.
He chuckled as he imagined you grinning at your phone, feet kicked up on the coffee table even though you often chided him for doing the same thing.
——
The routine didn’t shift for the next few weeks, but the gossiping mothers were surprised when Dylan was dropped off by Will one day, Jay at the hospital where you were currently resting with the newest addition to the family.
“Uncle Will, can we see Momma and Sissy after school?” Dylan asked, tugging on his uncle’s hand.
"Of course, buddy," Will replied with a soft smile, watching as Dylan's face lit up with joy. "I bet they can't wait to see you."
Once Dylan scampered off towards his classroom, Will indulged in a moment of silence. He was used to the emergency room's relentless noise and bustle, so the unfamiliar hush of the school yard in the early morning was a welcome respite. A group of mothers were huddled together, shooting glances his way. Perhaps he was becoming part of their gossip routine now too - he silently hoped otherwise.
Meanwhile, at the hospital, Jay could barely tear his gaze away from you sleeping peacefully, the tiny bundle in his arms a testament to your strength and love. His heart swelled in his chest at the sight; you looked more beautiful than ever, your face radiating an exhausted but blissful glow as your daughter, their daughter, clung onto his finger with her small hand.
Just then, she stirred awake and let out a soft whimper which turned into a loud wail. He quickly got up and started to gently rock her, not wanting her cries to disturb your much-needed rest.
“Hey there, little princess,” he cooed softly as he bounced her gently in his arms. “Let’s not wake Mommy up now.”
After a few minutes of gentle rocking and hushed lullabies - Jay trying his best to remember the ones you sung to Dylan when he was an infant, the baby quieted down, blue eyes peering up at her father.
“Hi, munchkin. You already have half of Chicago’s first responders wrapped around your finger.” He whispered, soft smile at his lips as he thought back to the replies from his team when he sent the photo of the baby in the group chat.
"The other half is itching to meet you. Just wait until Uncle Will gets a hold of you. You're going to be spoiled rotten." He laughed softly, mindlessly tracing a finger over his daughter's tiny forehead.
His phone buzzed where he had left it on the bedside table. It was a message from Will letting him know that Dylan had been dropped off at school and asking if they could come by after school to see the baby.
Jay's heart swelled, even more, knowing his son was equally excited about his little sister's arrival. Jay quickly typed a response, assuring Will they would be more than happy to have visitors later in the day.
——
The day passed in a flurry of nurses checking vitals and bringing meals, phone calls from family and friends, and quiet moments spent marveling over their newest addition. Dylan was bursting with energy when Will brought him by after school, his wide eyes taking in everything with an infectious excitement that had everyone in the room smiling.
"Momma, Sissy is really small!" Dylan whispered in awe as he approached the bed, carefully peering over the edge of the bassinet.
You chuckled at his innocent observation as Jay helped him climb up onto the bed to get a better look. "Yes, she is," you agreed with a fond smile. "You were that small, too, Little Man!”
Dylan looked at you with wide eyes, shaking his head. “Nuh-uh!”
“Mhmm!” You replied, fixing his shirt as he squirmed to get another look at his sister.
“When can you and Sissy come to school?” He asked, looking at you.
Jay laughed quietly, and you looked at your husband. “Soon, Dyl.”
——
Two weeks later, you consoled the crying baby as Jay helped Dylan put his backpack on. “Can Sissy come meet Mrs. Johnson?”
Shaking your head, you carefully strapped the little girl into her carrier, softly rubbing her cheek. “Not yet. Maybe during the spring concert, but she’s still too little.”
Jay stood up and grabbed his keys. “She can help Momma and Daddy drop you off, though. That sound good?”
Dylan’s face lit up at the thought. “Yeah! Everyone will get to see her!” He jumped excitedly before Jay guided him out the door.
Satisfied with your successful early morning, you carried the baby carrier to the car and buckled it in securely at the back seat. Moving around was still a little tough for you but you were slowly getting the hang of things. You climbed into the passenger side, glancing back at Dylan who was squirming in his seat with anticipation.
The drive to the school was filled with Dylan's non-stop chatter about what he was going to show his little sister. Jay had a soft smile on his face as he listened to his son, occasionally glancing at you in admiration and shared joy.
Once they arrived in front of the school, Dylan unbuckled himself and carefully opened your car door for you. “Be careful, Momma!” He cautioned, making Jay chuckle as he followed behind with his son’s backpack.
You smiled, letting Jay go ahead with Dylan so he wasn’t late, working to unstrap your daughter’s carrier so Dylan could see her one last time before he was in school.
“Jay, haven’t seen you the last few days. Is everything okay?” One of the mothers who had tried to hit on Jay asked, faux worry on her face.
Jay wore a smile as he turned to the woman, Dylan's hand tucked safely in his own as they made their way toward the school entrance. "Yeah, everything’s great, actually. My wife just gave birth to our second child," he responded casually, nodding his head towards the car where you were carefully lifting the baby carrier.
The woman blinked in surprise before offering a tight-lipped smile, "Oh, I didn’t know... congratulations."
"Thanks," Jay replied with a nod before turning his attention back to Dylan whose bundle of excitement was barely contained. As Jay opened the door for him to enter he looked into the bright eyes of his son and smiled reassuringly, "You ready?"
Dylan nodded eagerly, already tugging on his father's hand to drag him inside. Jay followed docilely, striding up the hallway towards Dylan's classroom.
Meanwhile, you were still out by the car, struggling slightly with the baby carrier that seemed to weigh even more than your now two-week-old daughter. A few mothers noticed and stepped forward to help you, their faces lighting up at the sight of the infant bundled up against the cold.
"Oh she's absolutely adorable!" One woman cooed, and you recognized her from when Jay was telling you how one of them started to wear low-cut tops after he started doing drop off duty.
You walked with them to the doors, smile brightening when you saw Jay and Dylan at the door, the young boy wanting to say goodbye to his sister.
“Bye, Sissy! Bye, Momma!” Dylan smiled, giving his sister a kiss and hugging your legs, unaware that his farewells caused the mothers who had walked with you to gasp lightly.
Jay’s smile widened at Dylan's display of affection, ruffling his son's hair gently, "Alright, champ. We’ll pick you up later. Have a great day at school."
Dylan nodded eagerly before disappearing into the bustling school building with his teacher. The remaining mothers turned to you, their surprised expressions replaced by warm, slender smiles as they admired your little girl.
Back in the car, you laughed as Jay started the ignition. “Think I felt the daggers from some of the moms when they found out you’re married.”
Jay snorted, turning back to the road to your house. “Well, that or when they found out we have great sex. Either way, watch your back, babe.”
You gawked at Jay’s remark, hitting him in the chest. “Jay! Your daughter is listening!”
“Oh, she’ll hear worse when Ruz babysits her." ------ a/n: send requests if you wanna!!

Best friends older brother trope with Gojo (smutty af)
Tumblr media
Gojo, your best friend’s older brother, fuck this is going against every girl code in the world. You grew up with them, your families were close so you spent every summer at their grandparents and they came with you on holiday. And to be fair, you never saw him like that anyways, that was until this summer. Usually, he’d be stuck in hisgaming with friends or outside playing basketball. You stayed with your mother for the first half of the summer, and you were invited to stay with their family for the rest as she had a holiday booked with your father and Gojo’s parents abroad. It was just like normal, except well it was evident that he had a really good summer.
Walking into the living room and dumping your bag on your best friends bed, you went to get a glass of water and some snacks to watch some tv with. But there he was, hair annoyingly perfect and my god did he have abs now? Sweaty, shirtless and glistening. You could’ve had an aneurism right there and then. “-n, Y/n?” Spaced out of course you did, “Hey! How have you been stranger?” He throws a signature smirk your way and did your stomach just flip flop?
This isn’t right, you should see him like a brother or at the very least a very platonic friend. You both conversant with each other, it was like no time had passed- he still teases you and you still get playfully annoyed at his dumb remarks. You explain the situation, that you’re staying here until both of your parents come back from their vacation. “Well, it’s good having you around it hasn’t been the same without you.” You couldn’t tell if he was flirting with you or just playing around.
Days turned into weeks, and your time at the Gojo house proved to be an adventure of its own. There was an unspoken tension between you and Satoru that made you confused the most. It was the late-night conversations on the rooftop, stolen glances across the dinner table, and playful banter filled the air. There was an undeniable magnetism pulling you and Satoru closer together, yet the fear of jeopardizing your friendship held you back.
With each passing day, the bond between you and Satoru grew stronger, and the line between friendship and something more became blurred. The forbidden desires that had remained dormant for years began to surface, igniting a flame that couldn't be extinguished.
One scorching afternoon, as you lounged by the pool, the heat seemed to intensify between you and Gojo. Your friend left to hang out with her boyfriend so it left the both of you to try cool down in the pool. Beads of sweat trickled down your temples as you watched Gojo emerge from the water, his toned physique glistening.
You shook your head, unable to tear your eyes away from him. The air was thick with an unspoken tension, and your heart raced in anticipation.
“Do you feel this? Tell me I’m not crazy,” he starts to swim closer to you, “We can’t do this, you’re my younger sisters friend,” Gojo is looking at your lips and deep into your eyes.
“Yes, you can, I’m eighteen and she doesn’t need to know and if she finds out she can get over it.”The heat is unbearable, the tips of your noses are touching and you’re breathing in synchronicity. “Fuck,” he pauses, “I guess we are.”
Closing the gap between your lips, kissing you in the pool, underneath the water, his fingers are already slipping inside the lining of your suit, long, insistent. “Gojo,” you plead.
Sitting on the edge of the pool step, you settle in his lap- your chest still underwater but your head available for his miscreants. As you settles over his lap, a growing bulge you pretend isn’t there, like his dick isn’t burying itself up in your skimpy suit. “Please, Gojo,” you whine, you start to ache- unconsciously grinding on him. “I gotta say, I love hearing you say my name like that.” Kissing your neck and bitting the love of your ear, sending shivers down your spine.
“You’re already wet for me right now, I can tell the difference between the slick your pussy makes and water.” He pulls the bikini bottom aside and his cock slides between your soft thighs, up against that wet flesh. Prodding. Teasing. Hard.
As he stretches you open, the initial thrust inside is slow and pleasantly sharp. He's big, shifting his hips slowly for you to take it all in. He feels unlike anyone you’ve ever been with; there's a sadistic edge to his slowness, dragging each stroke as if he wants to slide over every nerve in the tight confines of your cunt. “Fuck, I know you like this so let me hear it, she’s gone to the shops and won’t be back for a while.”
Moaning louder and whimpering his name like a mantra you listen well to his commands.
You gasp into his mouth, unconsciously raising your leg up to wrap around his waist as he supports you with his arm, your fingernails clawing at his shoulders as you feel yourself reach your high, the coil in your tummy snapping. Water rushes around your waists, splashes between your bodies, and you feels so warm, so weightless. Blissed out and fucked out.
“Gonna cum? I know you are I can feel it, it’s ok I’m right here, you can do it, don’t act like you don’t want me to fuck you even harder than this. You’re clenching and squeezing my fat dick that’s buried in your cunt, I’m right here babe. Come for me baby. ”
“Y/N? Gojo? I’m back! What’s up?” Your friend of five years asks, Gojo drapes his arms around you like he’s giving you a hug, innocent, friendly. “Nothing much, it was too hot in the house and we wanted a dip in the pool,” you quickly added.
“Ah, well I have an assignment that’s due tomorrow so I can’t join you but I put the ice cream in the freezer so feel free to get one.”
Gojo’s sister leaned in to theatrically whisper, “But if I catch you eating my Ben and Jerry’s cookies and cream ice cream I’ll kill you.” You shifted yourself further back into the pool to avoid her seeing what you two are doing, immediately regretting it because Gojo’s dick hit a spot that sent you a little haywire. Causing you to gasp. Your friend looked at you in concern, “Just stood on my foot wrong” reclaiming your composure.
Gojo started to rock his hips, pushing back into your soft body, ass bouncing against him underwater, before the door hushes over the frame again. Quietly shushing and grabbing a handful of your soft ass, squeezing and rubbing. He buries his fingers into your flesh till you feel that you’re going to be bruised. At this point, his cock is so hard that the friction of it inside of you makes you feel so full, that it’s so achingly deep. You cum fast and hard, ducking your head under the water and covering your mouth lips with his hand.
“We need to do that again. Fuck.” He whispers into your ear.

Gojo satoru x fem!reader
“Let’s get married”.
Satoru declared as soon as you both were left alone. And those three words changed your world completely.
Being the sister of ‘The Strongest’ was far more difficult than people would have thought. It was not glamorous, as all your friends used to think. Yes, Satoru-nii was the best big brother you could’ve ever asked for, and you had no complaints whatsoever about him. However, the rest of the Gojo clan wasn’t as perfect as they liked to show to the outside. No. Far from it. In reality, they were a bunch of conceited, hypocrite and misogynistic senile people, whose only concern was to ensure Gojo eventually had an heir to keep the family legacy.
Your brother, on the other hand, couldn’t care less about getting married and giving the Gojo clan the heir they oh so desired. No, he was more concerned with pissing them off and, on the rare occasion he actually bothered to visit the family estate, dote on you.
You see, you were nothing compared to your big brother, who had inherited the most powerful family techniques in centuries. Despite having cursed energy, your abilities were average, nothing special. Therefore, your parents deemed you of no use, and didn’t let you attend Jujutsu High. You were a porcelain doll, collecting dust in the corner and just waiting to be married off to the best suitor your parents could find. To your utmost dismay.
They already had had the perfect heir. You were just an unplanned nuisance. Satoru was the real deal. And you were absolutely fine with that. Really. You saw the pressure your big brother had been subjected to from the moment he was born and opened his eyes.
The expectations the higher ups had on him, the way they wanted him to be a perfect little robot and follow their orders blindly. Satoru’s rebellion, however, was the last thing they expected. And that was your favorite thing about your brother. He never listened to anyone, only ever doing as he pleased. He knew no one would oppose to him. He was the strongest, after all. What could they really do?
As you two grew up, you were always joining Satoru-nii’s mischievous plans of ways to piss your parents off. You were his greatest ally in your household, and he was yours. Satoru-nii was the only thing that made life in the Gojo estate bearable. You were each other’s best friends.
The day he left to attend Jujutsu High, you were a wreck. You remember clinging to him for as long as you could, refusing to leave his arms, and when he got settled into his dorm and it was finally time to say goodbye, you were a sobbing mess. He was just as bad. The last thing he wanted was to leave you behind with your shitty parents, but he had no choice. And, with a heavy heart, tears rolling down his cheeks in a rare moment of vulnerability, he promised he would come back to you and when the day came, you would never be parted again. He pressed a tender, chaste kiss on your forehead to seal his promise. Which leads you to your current predicament.
“I’m sorry, what?”
You asked as you tried in vain to process his words.
“Let’s get married”.
Gojo simply shrugged, a smile on his face as he looked at you through his dark shades.
“How can you say that so nonchalantly? And what are you thinking about? For fuck’s sake, we’re siblings Toru-nii!”
“Oooh, swearing now, are we? You really became a big girl while I was away, huh”. He hummed, shaking his head amusedly.
“Focus, Toru-nii. Where’d you get this crazy idea from?”
You tried to make your big brother come to his senses. You were on the verge of having an aneurysm from the way he seemed so at ease with the whole thing. That wasn’t the worst thing, though. You were more worried with the fact you did not find the idea so bad. What was wrong with you? Maybe all those years living with your family had made you go insane. You shook your head, trying to get rid of such unholy thoughts.
“The higher ups are pressuring me to get married and have an offspring”.
Satoru said seriously, crossing his arms over his chest as he sat on your bed. You followed suit, sensing the shift in the atmosphere as you sat across from him, hugging your pillow close to your chest in an effort to create a wider gap between your bodies.
“They always have, nii-chan”.
You said softly, sympathizing with his displeasure.
“They’ve been trying since you became of age, and you always managed to avoid it in the end”.
Gojo groaned, taking off his sunglasses and rolling his eyes. If the situation wasn’t so serious, you’d be laughing from his childish antics.
“Ugh, I know. But this is not like those stupid dates they used to settle. They actually gave me an ultimatum”.
“Nii-chan-
You tried to placate his anger, before he cut you off.
“I know, right? Like, how dare they threaten the strongest jujutsu sorcerer in recent history?! The audacity of the old farts!”
He started to complain nonstop. This was your time to roll your eyes.
“I’m sure you’ll find a way to get out of this situation, Toru-nii. You always do”.
You smiled encouragingly. Your big brother was just blowing it out of proportion, exaggerating and making the details seem worse than they actually were.
“Except that this time I can’t, little sis. They said that if I don’t find a wife in one month, they will find me one themselves”.
Satoru looked you straight in the eyes, and damn, those baby blue eyes of his still made you weak in the knees. Ever since you were kids, he would always talk to you without a blindfold or sunglasses when he wanted you to do something for him. And you caved. Every. Single. Time. Of course, the bastard knew it all too well. Still, you kept your resolve.
“I don’t see what’s the matter. They’ve threatened you many times, and it never worked. Why’s it so different now?”.
“Mom and dad found you a suitor”. He declared, straight to the point.
You gaped at him. How did he know? It was partially true. Although your parents had already decided on the perfect husband for you, it had not been made official yet. And, until the announcement was formally made, you would hold onto every last shred of hope you had.
“It’s not official”. You replied, stubbornly.
“Come on, they already scheduled a date to make the announcement public”.
He said it with such certainty, you knew Satoru couldn’t be lying about this. Fear settled deeply in your heart. They had really scheduled a date? If your nii-chan wasn’t lying to you, and you knew he wasn’t, he never once did, then you were helpless.
“I-I’m sure that if I talk to them…”
“What, they’ll listen to you? They’ve been dictating your whole life since you learned how to walk, sweetheart”.
Unfortunately, Satoru was right. Trying to talk to them would be absolutely useless. You were stupid for even entertaining the idea.
“I know it is not ideal, sweetheart, but this is the best solution for both of us. Do you really want to marry the pervert Zenin Naoya?”.
You grimaced. That was totally repulsive. You could never marry him. The men from the Zenin clan were even worse than your own family.
“But, Toru-nii, this is wrong. We’re siblings!”.
You still tried to reason with him, but the words didn’t seem so firm coming out of your mouth. At this point, you knew you were trying to reason with yourself more than your brother. Oh God, you were just as sick. Picturing yourself getting married to your very own brother shouldn’t feel so good.
“Darling, I thought we had already crossed that line a long time ago”.
Satoru smirked, getting closer to you, your knees touching as he took the pillow from your hands and threw it over his shoulder in the bed. You gasped, eyes huge and mouth open like a fish out of water. You two swore you would never speak of this again.
“Toru-nii!”
You admonished him, refusing to face his bewitching blue orbs, instead focusing on the sage green wall in front of you.
“Oh yeah, I still remember when you came to my room in the middle of the night, wide eyed and with the cutest pout on your pretty little lips, begging me to teach you how to kiss-“
You put both hands on his mouth, silencing him.
“I was just fifteen!”.
“Well, you came to the right person. I’ve always been a great teacher, if you know what I mean”.
Satoru winked.
“Ugh, stop being so cocky”.
A beat of silence passed before Satoru cleared his throat.
“So, what do you say, sweet sis? It’s either you live the rest of your life in a loveless marriage, or you become the wife of your mature, amazing, sexy Toru-nii…”.
“Okay, okay, I get it!”. You stopped him before he got carried away.
“Say, if I agreed to this”. You eyed him carefully.
“Mhmmm”. Gojo encouraged you to continue.
“How would you make it work? I mean, last time I checked, marrying your sibling was illegal”.
Your nii-chan smiled widely, already knowing he had won the discussion.
“Don’t worry sweetheart, I’ve got it all covered!”. He clapped, pleased with himself.
“You arranged it all before knowing whether or not I would agree?”.
“Is that a yes?”.
Satoru leaned even closer, playing with a strand of your hair while watching your face intently all the while. You immediately felt your cheeks grow warm. Being close to Toru-nii always made you nervous. He looked like a predator analyzing its prey, a hungry expression on his handsome face. You gulped.
“Toru-nii, stop teasing me”. You pleaded.
“You need to say the words, sweetheart”.
He whispered, face mere inches from yours. His hand was now caressing your cheek.
“Yes, nii-chan. I will marry you”.
“Good girl. Now, how about we put the lessons I gave you back then to use? I don’t want my future wife to feel neglected”.
Those were the last words he said before he pressed your lips together.

Hey hey hey - 🦭
Can you do an Alpha Larissa X Pregnant Omega Reader. Where reader is pregnant with twins one a boy, and the other is girl. And Larissa is proud like a peacock, that she managed to give her mate and wife a litter of two pups when her family was known not to conceive a litter. ( for more that 4 generations they never managed to have litters in their family, and reader broke the curse. )
Babies then are born and Larissa is shocked when her pups are both born with white hair just like hers. Larissa cries to reader in happiness and reader is laughing and showing her family through camera another generation curse broken. ( white hair is very hard for Larissa’s family to conceive, but that genetic inheritance has been shown through generations before it stopped and miraculously Larissa was born with it and now her pups have it. ( Which is a miracle for Larissa’s family.) both families jokingly saying that reader is a miracle worker.

•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
Life with your Alpha is more than you could’ve ever dreamed off, you remember how she found you suffering alone through your first heat, how scared she was to not be able to help. With your past and how Omegas are treated you couldn’t tolerate touch of any kind especially in heat. Your pained whimpers and whines of fear whenever an Alpha was in close proximity to you broke the blondes heart. It was then she realised, you were destined to be her Omega. She didn’t get this way with any of the other Omega staff, just you.
With time and effort from both of you, your Omega called for her to help during your heat about a year later. Now being your Alpha and girlfriend Larissa did everything and anything to ensure your comfort and safety. Time is a great healer of wounds, and with Larissa by your side you finally got to heal. Heat after heat she proved to you she’d be here in whatever way you need and want her. Happy to just cuddle and scent you into a little moment of peace or to give into her wolf and take her Omega.
The little test with the bright blue lines sat on her desk as she went to make her morning tea. After your previous heat, you’d noticed you felt a little differently, some of the older Omega students even noting your scent was off, so naturally you panicked and well. You’re pregnant. It’s not something you’d planned for right now but with that little blue plus starring right at you, you knew that this was the perfect time.
To say Larissa was extatic would’ve been an understatement, the moment she saw that test, you became the most fragile diamond in the world. Larissa always had to be touching you at all times. And when your stomach started to swell? Well, she was always rubbing and holding your stomach as you leant your weight on her. Introducing you as her gorgeous wife to be. She made sure you got every craving, she was there for every appointment, bout of sickness and even the false contractions.
Giving birth that night will forever be a memory. A perfect prince entered the world with a little squeaky squeal of protest, absolutely perfect in every way. Itching to hold your new pup until another sharp contraction hit. Something was wrong. You immediately called for your Alpha in fear, instructing her to be with your son despite how exhausted and terrified you were. And just a few minutes later your daughter arrived. “It’s a girl” was all you remember before blacking out.
“Alpha?” You whined coming back to the world, “where’s baby boy?” You mumbled not even being able to open your eyes yet. “Shh my sweet omega, he’s right here with his sister. You did so good my love. A litter of pups. So beautiful” she whispered eyes never leaving the sleeping infants. “Two?!” You mumbled trying to sit up despite the strong aftershocks of giving birth to two babies, “I thought I imagined her.”
Only when you held your daughter in your arms did you finally believe it. You’d given your Alpha a litter. Knowing the family history for Larissa it’s unheard of to have a litter. No wonder Larissa is grinning from ear to ear. Only then did you realise you hadn’t been able to dress the pups in their outfits, thank god for getting one for each gender! Larissa gently taking your daughter as you undressed your son.
“Sweet girl? She-“ happy tears trailed down Larissa’s cheeks as she spotted the Snow White curls on your daughter’s head. Larissa didn’t know where her hair colour came from, no one else living in the family had it, yet here her baby girl was with the same stunning feature. “Alpha” you murmured taking your son’s little hat off to show the same coloured hair. “Y/n! They are perfect. Your perfect. My perfect darling Omgea”, your precious litter completing your family was all so perfect.
Larissa’s aunt couldn’t wait to meet the pups, your family stood with her as they all awaited the new arrivals. Larissa, proud as ever carried both car seats into Nevermore, got you settled on the sofa with both babies in your arm, water in your favourite flask at your side. “Theodore Rodwell James, this is your family baby boy, our sweet prince” you murmured happily allowing your mother to hold her grandson. “And this beauty is Isla Arwen Saige, our little surprise” you murmured before handing her off to Larissa’s aunt. “Auntie look at her hair” Larissa prompted unable to wipe the smug smile off her face. The shock around the room being nothing but a beautiful buzz as both babies were passed around the family and congratulations given to the new mothers.
“Two curses broken, what a little miracle worker you are dear” your mother teased before pressing a sweet kiss on your cheeks. “M sweet girl?” Larissa murmured after taking a seat next you. “Alpha?” Was all you offered as you lulled your head to rest on her shoulder. “My darling omega, thank you for this blessing”

Chapter 2 - “Hates the Perfect Word”
Tumblr media
▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣▣
“Don’t stay out here too late, Baby.”
Sergeant Ken Lemmons was only partly joking with Baby when he said this to her. However over the three weeks of getting to know the stubborn blonde, he realized it wasn’t so far fetched for her to lose track of time.
And that would be proven correct as Baby was still out on the Airstrip, working away. She found it difficult to leave seeing as the view was so beautiful. The sunset painted the sky a warm orange and pink tone. A calm breeze briefly passed her, ruffling the tall grass, the trees, and even the bottom of her dress as it did so.
Sighing, she found a comfortable spot on a nearby crate. Busying herself by screwing two engine pieces together with a basic rod. The action was done smoothly like muscle memory.
A loud sound of an engine and the screech of tires had broken her peaceful state. Internally rolling her eyes, Baby prepared herself.
That could mean only one thing.
The jeep made a rough stop in front of her causing her to look up at the person responsible for the interruption.
Major John ‘Bucky’ Egan.
Even the thought of his name sparked annoyance in Delilah. She couldn’t pinpoint what it was about him that was so infuriating.
Maybe it was the way he walked around base like he was the king of the world. He had everybody under his spell, especially her brother Gale. She couldn’t understand how the two had ever became friends.
Or maybe it was how he would sometimes get caught looking at her but would never say anything.
It was like a game of tug of war. Always giving her signs of interest but then taking it back as if he physically and mentally couldn’t bring himself to go there with her. Like something was stopping him, more like someone.
She had a pretty good idea of who.
“A little birdy told me you were out here.” Leaning back in his seat, Bucky faced the woman.
Delilah, uninterested, gave him a nod before focusing back onto her work. “Never really liked birds.”
“Sad to hear that. They’re real fascinating creatures. I’m more of a unicorn guy myself-”
“I bet you are.”
After a beat of silence, Delilah glanced up to see him staring at her once again. It could’ve been because she had just rudely interrupted him but by the way the corner of his mouth twitched into his signature smirk made her think differently.
His eyes held nothing but admiration as he kept his gaze on her. The way she smoothly worked away like it was her second nature was wildly attractive. Not to mention the quick wits that shamelessly left her pretty mouth, which instead of feeling insulted he would always feel more amazed by her.
“Gale send you out here?”
“No.”
“So tell me…Major Bucky,” The name rolled off her tongue as a taunt. Placing the tool and engine piece down beside her, she leaned back onto her hands. “To what do I owe the pleasure of being in your presence?”
Bucky watched as she seductively crossed her legs and tilted her head awaiting for an answer. The reminder that she was his best friends little sister kept blaring in the back of his mind. But it was so damn hard to listen to.
“Maybe I just want to be in yours.” Copying her action, Bucky tilted his head. “You ever think of that?”
”It’s hard to when you’ve been avoiding me like the plague.”
He knew exactly what she referring to. Part of it was intentional but at the same time he really never knew how to approach her. Which was odd for him.
John Egan never struggled in talking to women. However he would always overthink with Delilah. She made him nervous, in a good way.
“Can’t say I know what you’re talking about, sweetheart.” Bucky let out a nervous scoff knowing he had been called out.
The use of the nickname made Baby raise her eyebrows in surprise. “That’s a new one.”
“You like it?”
“I’m not sure yet.” She shrugged her shoulders. “I’ve been called many things, Major Bucky, but sweet has never been one of them.”
“What?” He dropped his jaw dramatically, pretended to be shocked. “You’re the sweetest.”
Bucky watched as she let out an adorable laugh as she threw her head back. A small wave of pride washed over him at the fact that he got her to smile, let alone talk to him for more than five seconds.
“If I’m sweet then you’re a good singer.” She playfully jutted.
“Oh,” He placed a hand on his heart. “You wound me, Baby. I’d have you know I’m an excellent singer.”
“A little birdy told me differently.”
Looking away Bucky chewed away on the piece of gum in his mouth. Damn, she was good.
“If this birdy happens to be tall, boring, and has a head full of blonde hair on his head than you should ignore him and come see for yourself.”
Delilah laughed not taking him seriously. “Yeah, okay.”
“I’m serious.” He said. Eyes connecting with her honey brown ones. “There’s a dance, day after tomorrow. Come and I’ll make it worth your while.”
“Might skip out on this one.” She declined.
Nodding Bucky looked down. An idea popped into his head that might change her mind. “Huh, guess you Clevens are more alike than you want to admit.”
If there was anything he learned from witnessing the Cleven sibling duo was that they both were complete opposites. Buck was more serious, rule follower, and never really liked to do anything risky.
And although he didn’t talk to Delilah much, he would notice how she liked to do things in an untraditional way. Her presence here as one of the first female mechanics proves that. She also loved to make fun out of most situations. A small joke was always at the tip of her tongue and she could never keep it there.
He’d like to bet she loved to dance too.
Picking up the tool beside her she pointed it at Bucky with an annoyed glare. “Take that back right now.”
Bingo.
“Makes sense.” He shrugged his shoulders innocently. “Guess the ‘never have a good time’ genes got passed down to both of ya.”
“I can have a good time.” She rebutted.
Bucky nodded, not really convinced at all. “Okay.”
A moment of silence passed as Bucky continued to poke fun at Delilah as she thought over his words.
Letting go of her cheek, the one she was anxiously biting, Delilah sighed. “What times the stupid dance?”
A smile of victory took plastered across the Major's face as he mentally celebrated. “I’ll be there at 8:00, that’s when the real party starts.”
“Can’t wait.” She gave him a fake smile.
Taking a look around, they both knew that it was about to get dark soon and should head back.
Reaching over the passenger seat of the Jeep, Bucky propped open the door with one arm. “Hop in, sweetheart. I’ll give you a ride back.”
“I have a bike, you know?”
“That old thing?” Simultaneously the two turned to look at the bike leaning on the side of the crate she was sitting on.
“Yeah,” Delilah smiled proudly. It was one of the things she built on her own when she first got here. “Isn’t he pretty?”
“He?”
“Well you men always refer to your cars and planes as woman, so I’d thought I’d return the favor.”
As the blonde continued to admire her piece of work, Bucky’s gaze shifted to her. Taking in her smooth tan skin and pretty freckles that he’d like to individually kiss. And finally her full lips that were just calling his name.
He watched as she grabbed the handles of the bike and easily kicked her leg over to get on it. He furrowed his eyebrows. “Baby?”
“I’d rather ride a thousand miles on this old thang than one in there with you.”
He was left speechless as she petaled away without a second thought. The fact that her and a Buck were siblings was still a shock to him.
No matter how different the two were they both had something in common. The Clevens had captured John Egans heart. With a Buck it was respect and friendship. And with Delilah.
Oh, Delilah. He hadn’t even got to know her fully yet and she already had him hooked.
Snapping out of his trance he started the engine before catching up and riding along beside her. Now he was back to looking between the road and her pretty side profile.
“Still got you to go to the dance with me.” He gloated.
Once again, John Egan had managed to make her smile. Shaking her head she tried to petal faster but he would just match her speed. “I hate you!”
“Hates a strong word.”
“Hates the perfect word.”

* * * * *
It was a snowy December evening and Harry finished work early for a change. Being a busy journalist who worked for one of the biggest media companies in the world, he never finished before the sun went down. Even before he’d been promoted to his high position now, and he was just some young fresh-faced Uni graduate assistant who rarely saw the light of day. Waking up early and finishing late. He was always running off much less sleep than your average person, and even when he was at home he was busily typing away on his laptop. But despite his strenuous hours and stressful workload, he loved his job a lot, and openly admitted he was a workaholic.
This was why he needed a roommate. He worried for his sweet girl while he was away during the evenings.
At first, he couldn’t think of anything worse, he’d had roommates in Uni who literally made him want to pull his (gorgeous) hair out and swore to himself he’d never do anything like that again if he could avoid it. It wasn’t that his job didn’t pay well, in fact, he was very wealthy and he could’ve gotten a sitter for the days but it just didn’t seem practical to have a sitter every day for the rest of his life. And no, his sweet girl was not a partner to crawl into bed with during the evenings, or a child who needed his attention throughout the day.
His sweet girl was his spotted Dalmatian named Peaches, who got lonely during the long nights he’d stay at the office.
Y/n had been the perfect candidate for a roommate. Who he had met through a mutual friend Niall, they went to school together apparently and Niall worked with her now. He vouched that she was easy to live with. There had been a period of time when he had nowhere to go and Y/n let him live rent-free in her flat for a month until he could afford to get back on his feet. She was stupidly kind and generous, sometimes to a fault, but if you had the privilege of her friendship you were so lucky. When Niall explained to Harry what a good person she was Harry believed him. Niall had this great ability to see people’s true intentions, and when he looked at Y/n he saw a beacon of light coloured like spun gold.
Y/n worked for most of the week too, sometimes on weekends if they needed extra hands or she felt like going in, but her hours were flexible despite being a baker, which was unusual for her occupation. But she had a good group of workers who all loved their jobs even if it wasn’t exactly high-paying to work for her, which meant Y/n’s day-to-day life was pretty breezy. And during Harry’s hunt for roommates when Niall mentioned that this friend looking for an apartment with roommates happened to be a girl he was happy, because girls were usually clean and smelt good. Y/n very much smelt good and left a warm touch to the once cold large apartment. Quickly after she started living there, suddenly vases of flowers appeared everywhere, paintings were strung up on his grey walls, hand-knitted rugs found their way onto the couch, food was baking in his oven and Y/n’s contagious warmth filled every room. Harry had grown up with just his mum and sister and there was something he liked about having a feminine touch that made it feel homely. He liked how soft, caring, and gentle they were. Y/n was so sweet, whenever he had a bad day she made a tea and let him complain for however long he needed. And she and Peaches got on great, Y/n took her for long walks in the park near their flat and sometimes she even took Peaches into her work and the gorgeous pup would just sit in the front greeting customers.
The tires of Harry’s car rolled against the snow as he steadily drove through the busy middle of the city to the familiar route of Y/n’s bakery. She’d ran it for a couple of years now, having bought it fresh out of culinary school. It used to be a bookshop that was owned by a lady called Miss Green, now it was called ‘Sweets & Things’ and very successful with all the locals. Before they’d became roommates and he’d even known of her existence Harry remembers eating a particularly delicious danish pastry with blueberries in it, funny that a few years later his roommate made him fresh ones when he’d had a particularly rough day at work.
During the Christmas season the little bakery picked up a lot more. Y/n found herself catering for lots more events starting from October and she didn’t know why but people seemed to need more sweets around this time of year. Halloween needed lots of cookies and sweets, but something about Christmas drove her sales right up. Maybe it was what got them through the bleak winter weather. And since Harry knew she’d been a bit stressed by it all lately, not that she would ever complain that wasn’t her way because she loved her job and was grateful to live out her dreams, he thought it might be nice to drop her some dinner since she’d been neglecting proper meals during the work week.
He picked up some takeaway from this little mexican place near his office, Niall had raved about it a few times now, he got an array of food from the menu and asked what they thought was best. Now he had three big bags of spicy smelling goodness heating up his backseats. He knew that Niall and Y/n would be eternally grateful and Harry wouldn’t mind eating with their company tonight. He forgot not everyone ate takeaway at their desk in the pitch black like he did.
His car pulled up out the front of Sweets & Things and he saw the golden bright lights were still on in the front area of the bakery, but no one was behind the counter manning for costumers. Snow littered the grass and concrete out the front, all the benches people sat at were caked in a thick layer of white and Harry shivered at the sight of outside. His office heaters were broken so he was actually always sweating, no matter the season.
He parked his car lethargically and the sound of Fleetwood Mac cut off with the engine. He knew that the bakery stayed open until nine during the holiday season since Y/n had been working much later than normal and he’d asked about it, Harry checked his watch, and there was a little bit until they would shut down but it didn’t seem all that busy. And his friends deserved to eat after all.
He locked the car and walked along the path shivering and hugging the food to his body in attempt to warm himself up. He wiped his dress shoes against the welcome mat as he pushed the door with his broad shoulder, his dress shoes clicking on the tiles as he entered the bell above the door rang and he heard Y/n’s soft sweet laugh from behind the counter and footsteps. A warmth wrapped around his body and the smell of sweet baking and pastries filled his nose.
The shelves with glass casing showed to be practically empty of sweets. This made him smile. Y/n always felt particulary chirpy when people liked her new creations of the week.
He felt his face start to warm up now and he sighed to himself.
“Hello! Welcome to Sweet & Things, what can I get y—” Y/n’s voice began in her usual script to customers stopping when she saw him, “Oh, Harry! What are you doing here?!”
She rushed around the counter to come give him a cuddle in greeting. That was something about Y/n that took him a while to get used to, she was very physically affectionate. He opened his arms for her and held her happily.
She looked cute as ever. Dressed in an apron that was covered in all sorts of powder and a little pink blouse that hugged her figure, paired with her favourite well-loved Levi’s, her shoes were these dark pink boots that made little clicks on the tiles. She looked beautiful, despite the fact she was running off less sleep than usual, she’d been here since the early morning and was probably very tired by now. Her hair was up in a messy bun that she’d thrown back with a pen and her face was bare of much makeup today. She was just in some lip balm that he could smell was strawberry-scented.
She pulled back from his warm arms and smiled up at him as if she hadn’t seen him weeks when in reality he’d driven her to work that morning. They carpooled and in the evening she’d either walk or catch the bus but usually Niall offered her a lift home.
“I just thought I’d bring you and Niel dinner, it’s from that Flaming Green Jose’s place he was talking about.” He said showing the bags of food.
Y/n smiled this really big grin that Harry loved to make appear on her precious face.
Y/n knew Harry was a bit of a grumpy old bastard sometimes, he tended to complain and not like new ideas, but he really was the sweetest thing underneath his stern face and scary resting stare. He was a sweetheart underneath it all. Even though he was so intimidating and tall Y/n always thought he was quite delicate looking. He looked pretty even under the harsh light of the front room, he was in one of his usual business outfits he wore to the office that made him look especially good. Today’s suit was all black and he had a big beige-brown coat over the top to keep him warm in the cold and this deep dark crimson scarf that Y/n had bought him when she noticed he had no scarfs, he said how much he liked her purple one day it was so soft he said and she decided then he needed one too. His long curls of brown hair were dusted in snow and messier now that it was the end of the day. She was sure it was from running his hands through it, he did that a lot when he was concentrating or thinking.
She rushed forward hugged him again with a big squeeze and kissed his cheek in thanks, he smelt so addicting and her head was the perfect height to smell his clothes that smelt like he always did. Like tobacco, vanilla, and his citrusy and woodsy shampoo.
“Well aren’t you just a doll?” She said with a smile.
Harry couldn’t help but smile back at her looking down at her as a dimple formed in his normally stoic face. She pulled away from him hand still holding his bicep as she examined all the bags in his hands. Even though he dressed very formal always, he still had his touch on things, like his rings. Harry always wore dozens of amazing large rings, and nail polish too. Y/n had conviced him a few evenings ago to choose this nice lavender colour rather than his normal black. He said he would only if she would match him. So her nails were littered in that same colour and she was reminded of him whenever she looked at the chipping colour while she was kneading dough. And underneath those long shirts and pants were so many inked pieces of skin, that suited him more than you’d think.
Y/n loved when, usually on Sundays which were his day off, he was sat at home in just some pyjamas that showed all the ink and she could ask him the stories behind each while they did laundry. She liked him in suits of course, there was something very attractive about it, but she liked him all cosy and casual too. He barely ever dressed that way, only at home. She felt lucky to see him that way.
She snapped herself out of her daydreams about his gorgeous hands and that cross tattoo she loved when her tummy rumbled hungrily at the smell of the delicious dinner.
“Niall! Harry brought us dinner!” She called out and Niall stepped out of the kitchen. He looked similar to Y/n, dressed casual too, because she didn’t think uniforms suited her place. The shorter man was in a pair of his own baggy jeans and this brown knitted jumper and a pair of ratty old sneakers. His bleach blonde hair was in messy spikes and he had a pair of glasses on today instead of contacts.
“Haz, is that Flaming Green Jose’s?” Niall asked instantly without even greeting him properly as he walked over to sniff and grab at the bags.
Harry nodded lifting the bags in show, the green plastic was printed in the familiar taco on fire logo that proved it was in fact Flaming Green Jose’s.
Niall practically drooled and looked up at him eyes lit up like a kid on Christmas.
“I could kiss you, mate!” He said, his Irish accent dancing off his tongue.
Harry grimanced at him and handed over the bags. “Please don’t. Just take the tacos.”
Y/n giggled by his side squeezing his arm in her usual way when he said something that made her laugh.
Niall and Harry quickly began to set up the containers of different Mexican dishes while Y/n grabbed some cutlery, cups, and cold water for them all to enjoy their late dinner. The bakery had a few tables for people to sit and enjoy snacks at, and only for one portion of the day did they serve hot drinks, Niall was also a trained barista, which was perfect because she thought coffee suited a lot of her sweets.
The three of them set up their food in one of the booths that was a cherry red leather colour. The snow was falling heavily outside now against the windows and it had started to quiet down out there. Not as many shoppers or people finishing work were wandering around outside as usual. The storm was keeping people, hopefully, rugged up and warm inside.
Y/n dreamily looked outside as she turned the big overhead lights off and switched on just the fairy lights she had strung up for Christmas spirit. They were a nice soft golden orange glow for them to eat.
The three friends enjoyed their dinner quietly as the radio hummed some old jazz Christmas songs, they were all huddled together really close and Y/n leaned into Harry sleepily which he didn’t mind at all. The bakery was warm but Y/n felt chilly now that she was sweating away in the kitchen. Harry wrapped an arm around her shoulder to help warm her as they lazily chewed down their food. Even though he’d stripped himself of his massive coat and scarf he was still rather warm.
Niall was right it was quite good food and a family-run business which was always nice to support. Y/n knew how it hard was to be a little business in the busy city of London.
The three chatted about nothing particularly worth noting, just talking about normal Harry, Y/n, and Niall things and enjoying the food. Harry was very hungry so he’d barely spoken a word just chewing lazily beside Y/n. When all the food was gone and they all felt sufficiently full Y/n kissed Harry’s cheek once more.
“Thanks again for dinner, H.” She said softly eyes drooping, now that’d she been fed she was getting a bit sleepy.
He smiled, a big one for Harry, he was almost showing teeth.
“I know how hard y’guys have been workin’, just wanted to help in some way.” He shrugged like it was no big deal. And it wasn’t too much of a big deal but the fact he’d thought of them when he’d gotten the night off was sweet, he was so busy and he chose to spend some free time helping friends. That hardly matched his scary persona.
This made Y/n’s heart swell and she spoke softly. “Thanks, Haz.”
“Yeah mate, you’re the best.” Chimed Niall wiping his face with a napkin. Niall had devoured his food contently.
Their little dinner together was interrupted by the door swinging open, the bell ringing, and a couple of two walked in.
Y/n stood up, moving from the warmth of Harry.
“Hi! How can I help you?” She said plastering a smile on her face, walking over and tying the back of her apron back on.
The couple ordered a few Christmas cookies decorated like pieces of art and some cream horns that Y/n had made that morning. Y/n handed them their bags took their change and waved goodbye.
“Have a good night!” She chirped to them.
They smiled and waved. “You too, Y/n!”
Y/n came back over and sat down again, looking over to Niall tucking her knees up to her chest. “Is it gingerbread time then, Ni?”
Niall nodded throwing his head back with a sigh.
Gingerbread could be quite tedious. Especially the way Y/n decorated them. She really made them all individual pieces of art just for people to eat them. Which was beautiful, but also very time consuming.
Harry looked over, “I thought gingerbread was quite easy, Y/n makes it so quickly.”
Niall scoffed. “That’s because Y/n’s a machine. But even she can’t do this many cookies alone.”
Harry looked over at the tired pair of bakers and down at his hands. He tried to think of the last time he’d made gingerbread. Must have been with his sister Gemma when they were kids visiting their grandparents. But he thought if he could get an interview with James Hadden (a man who notoriously never answered questions to the media) then he could bake some cookies. How hard could it be?
“Let me help then. Many hands make light work.”
Y/n blinked. “You hate Christmas,” she stated.
He looked over at her. “But I like your Christmas cookies.”
Y/n decided not to fight him on it. “Alright. Niall find him an apron I’ll start setting up.”
Y/n began getting out all the ingredients they’d be needing this way they could each make a batch to save time. She grabbed flour pouring enough into three bowls for each batch, some unsalted butter, brown sugar from the cupboard, some eggs from the fridge, baking soda, milk, and all the spices. As she looked at the array of ingredients laid out on the steel bench she noticed she was missing the most with most important ingredient; golden syrup.
She walked to the stock cupboard and saw the big bottle of golden syrup sitting on the tallest shelf. Adam, a really tall baker, had been working earlier he must’ve put it there. Y/n tried to reach on her tiptoes though it was no use, her fingernails only just grazed it.
When a hand came out from behind her gripping the big can it startled her and she turned to see Harry standing behind her.
“Oh, you scared me,” She giggled.
“Sorry, Love.”
She followed him back out to the kitchen. He placed the big can down on the bench and she took in his form. His long shoulder-length hair was pulled back in a bun now, and he’d taken off his suit jacket and tie, his black shirt was rolled up to his elbows and the buttons on his collar were undone. He had an apron on now too, one of Y/n’s collection, it was pink and frilly with flowers.
Y/n softly explained to Harry the process of making the batter and he was intently listening to her every word watching her through his lashes. Soon enough the dough was perfect and all three of them rolled out the dough the perfect width which meant Harry had to re-roll it. Once Y/n gave a thumbs up of approval they began using the cookie cutter shapes and cutting the cookies out.
Harry had the make hearts and stars, Niall made gingerbread men and women, and Y/n made circles and snowflakes.
Eventually, they put in their first batch, a little after 10. They kept re-rolling the dough and cutting as many as they could until the batches vanished. Harry was very good and gentle with his technique, and some were wonky but Y/n loved that he was helping and it took her years to perfect her cookies so he was doing very well for his first time. She selfishly wanted to keep his batch for them to go home and eat but she didn’t.
By 11 all the batches were cooked or still cooking. Niall was on oven duty and Y/n was teaching Harry how to decorate.
The ginger people were decorated all classic. White iced smiley faces and an outline around their body, little chocolate buttons for the outfits and a pinch of icing sugar to look like snow. Harry tried his best to do them and Y/n loved their imperfections it was like real people; all individual.
The others needed to be painted in colourful swirls of festive landscapes and honestly, they looked like individual paintings. Harry was amazed at her steady hand and ability to decorate such creative and individual designs for each cookie.
“Y’like tha’ bloody Andy Wharol of cookies, Y/n.” He said.
And she giggled her concentrated face cracking to a smile. She looked over at him. “It’s just practice.”
“No, it’s not.” Said Niall, from his station. “I’ve been practising for ages, your baking is just pure talent.”
By midnight the last batch had cooled down and they were all decorating together and Y/n was humming along to the Christmas playlist she had put on.
Niall twirled Y/n around and they sang along goofily. Niall and Y/n had been friends since culanary school which felt like years ago now. They were only teenagers then. All baby-faced and wide-eyed, now they were older and still just as immature when put together. When Y/n opened her bakery and she needed extra hands he was the first person she called.
Niall was her best friend, and Harry had easily become her other one. Even though she was so tired and it was late, and her feet ached. The boys made it better. Niall singing into a spatula and Harry refusing to dance or sing was what kept her going the final stretch. She stopped decorating to go over to Harry, she looped her arms through his waist forcing him to step away from the bench and she tried to make him sway with her.
His body stayed still and she moved closer to the front of him, in hopes of seeing his face.
“C’mon! Dance, Grinch!”
“I don’t even dance when it isn’t Christmas, Y/n.”
She huffed arms crossing, “Please?” she asked, fluttering her eyes best of her ability in hopes of convincing him.
Harry melted at the sight. She was so cute, even Harry couldn’t say no to her. He sighed like it was the most horrible task anyone could’ve asked him and she held out her hand with a smile. He grabbed it and she raised her hand for him to twirl under and he obliged spinning even though he was much taller than her. She leaned in close to him hands landing on his hips as his landed on her shoulders in an embrace while they swayed. She sang softly, and very off-key and Harry just shook his head.
She was like a ray of sunlight, and he was like the moon. She looked up at him, “Thanks for helping,” she said softly.
“Of course….you’ve done way more for me.” He said.
She just shook her head and was about to reply but Niall cut them off.
“I gotta’ get home to Max soon.” Max was Niall’s recent boyfriend.
“Sorry, let’s get back too it.” Y/n said pulling away from Harry.
By almost 1 AM they were finished with every cookie. It was perfect. They would probably all sell out tomorrow. Y/n grabbed two handfuls one for Niall and one for Harry. She wrapped them like she would for costumers. She tied two pink ribbons and handed one to Niall.
“Thank you for all your hard work, Ni, I’ll see you Monday?” He nodded smiling in his easy going way, and pecked her cheek.
“Bye, Pet, see you Monday.” They waved him off and they heard him leave when the bell chimed.
Y/n and Harry turned the lights off and grabbed there things. Y/n put on her layers of clothes. A big red coat, her lavender scarf, and her blue beanie that had a fuzzy ball on top. She grabbed her bags and keys and they locked up the shop.
At least tomorrow both her and Harry had the day off.
The walk to the car was brisk but short, the snow had stopped now and but it was still freezing. The pair stayed close by to one another, trying to keep warm as they walked quickly to the car.
Harry started the car as fast as he could and cranked the heat and while they waited for it warm up they finally tried the few pieces of gingerbread she’d saved for them.
“Y/n this is so fucking good.” He said looking over at her. His hair was back down and he’d put on all his layers too. She smiled.
“All you, H.”
He just shook his head. “You’re the best.”
She looked over blushing. “And you’re the sweetest.”

FRIENDS?
Tumblr media
Hello everyone, this is my digital diary which I’ll pour what’s in my head. Hope you enjoy my writing and feel free to reach out to me!
— — — —
summary: you’ve met Jude through your close friend which put you in the same friend group but even though you’ve fancied him from the jump you’re also scared because you know how footballers can be
pairing: Y/N - Jude Bellingham
genre: angst / fluff
— — — —
“Are you done putting the decorations up?” your friend Chris asked. This was his christmas party and you were helping him add the finishing touches.
“Yeah I’m almost done. Don’t worry it’s going to be great.” you said reassuringly.
“I know but this is my first christmas in Madrid and I want everything to be perfect.” he said coming to the living room to see the final product.
You have known Chris since you were in high school, your parents knew each other and you were cordial until the end of high school when you both decided to move to a bigger city. You, for education and him to pursue his music career which has been great so far. He had put out 2 albums in 2 years and had big success.
When you were new to the city, you two bonded over the loneliness you sometimes felt and that prompted your close friendship. Even as he gained followers and became famous, he made sure you were with him. He invited you to events, referred to you as a sister in interviews.
“It’s going to be amazing!” you exclaimed as the doorbell rang. He went to open the door welcoming his friends which consisted of some influencers, producers and even one or two footballers who listened to him and invited him to games.
You hugged them as everyone was coming in and complimenting the party and you. Being one of the few people who wasn’t a celebrity, you’ve put a lot of effort into your appearance tonight. You wanted to look good.
“Hello, darling.” you heard someone say and you absolutely knew who he was. It was Jude freaking Bellingham. You’ve met Jude through Chris as well and you’ve formed a semi close friendship over the last couple months, though you couldn’t help but develop a massive crush on the guy from the day you’ve seen him. He was everything you’d wanted, handsome, nice, sassy, tall and funny but you always remained cool. Even though you sometimes felt his eyes on you for too long or his hand on the small of your back, you knew how they were and you couldn’t blame him. He’s in his prime and playing for one of the most prestigious clubs in the world, he could get anyone he wanted and you reminded yourself that a couple of times a day just to get him out of your mind.
“Hi Jude!” you said and hugged him.
“You look incredible.” he said while his nose was in your hair, the hug lasted an eternity before you decided to pull back.
“Thank you, you look great too.” you said slightly blushing. He had this kind of effect on you, he said things that wouldn’t normally make you feel things like this. He really looked amazing, though. He was wearing a black button up shirt since this was a special occasion but you knew whatever he was wearing didn’t matter he just was devastatingly handsome.
“Okay, let’s get this party started!” Chris yelled as everyone around you cheered including Jude.
It had been a couple of hours into the party and everyone was pretty wasted at this point. You were also a little dizzy but not too bad. It was going great with games and traditions and right now you were sitting on the couch between Chris and Sofie, one of your friends and playing cards when your eyes caught Jude’s. He was out by the pool and drinking alone, deep in thoughts.
You excused yourself and went over to him. He didn’t notice you until you were just in front of him.
“Don’t party this much, you might regret it tomorrow.” you said in a teasing voice.
“How can I enjoy myself if you’re far from me?” he asked in the same tone.
“I-you could’ve come to me.” you mumbled in a newly found confidence. Maybe you shouldn’t have had that last glass of champagne.
“You wanna sit?” he asked as he slides on the sunbed. You carefully sat next to him hoping you weren’t in his space much but on the contrary, Jude felt like you were too far away and gently placed his hand on your waist pulling you closer.
“This is better.” he mumbled, clearly more intoxicated than you’ve ever seen him. He was always a flirty person with you but this was next level.
“What were you thinking?” you asked suddenly remembering seeing him sitting alone silently.
“I wasn’t thinking of anything.” he answered but you just raised your brow.
“What? I wasn’t!” he said like a kid that’s been caught.
“I know you better than that Bellingham.” you said.
“Well, if you really know me, you tell me what I was thinking.”
“That’s not how this works!” you exclaimed laughing. He joined after hearing you.
“I was thinking about you.”
“What were you thinking about me?”
“I was thinking” he trailed off. You decided to wait and not pester him.
“…about you.” he confessed and looked up to your eyes staring intensely. It’s like he was trying to read your thoughts about his confession.
“Jude” you said, sighing. You wanted to believe his words so bad but seeing every footballer you know being a player, you found it hard to believe.
“Y/N” he said in the same tone, trying to get your attention to him.
“It’s true, I was thinking of you.” he tried again.
“You’re just drunk.” you chuckled slightly trying to lift the mood. You were in denial, hoping he would just stop this before you say how you feel about him embarrassing yourself because you were too close to saying how you always think about him as well.
“I am.” he accepted. “But that doesn’t mean it’s not true.”
You gulped and your eyes closed for a second before you opened them again and saw him even closer than before. Your eyes shifted to his lips and he watched your every move carefully. Just as he was leaning in, one of your drunken friends yelled out to you stating she was going home before being sick. You turned to her immediately afraid that she’d realize what’s going on but she was too wasted to even see anything. You got up and went to her without even glancing at Jude embarrassed about being this afraid. It wasn’t like you haven’t thought about kissing him, it was just you knew he was drunk and didn’t want to be just someone for him to spend the night with and leave without caring.
One by one, everyone started leaving. It was just Chris, his situationship, you, 2 of his friends and Jude. The night had slowed down and you were just on the couch talking about life until Chris took his lady’s hand and took her upstairs before telling you to crash wherever you want to.
You started cleaning up before going up to the guest bedroom that was designated for you. You took a trash bag from the kitchen trying to empty plates until you felt another presence in there with you. It was Jude.
“Did they leave?” you asked, trying to make conversation. You were still pretty nervous about your moment out by the pool.
“Yeah.” he said shortly. Just as he was bringing the glasses on the counter he stumbled and nearly broke them before pulling himself together.
“You’re barely walking straight, just stop Jude.” you said laughing.
“No, I’m not!” he said offended.
“C’mon.” you said taking his hand in yours to help him balance, taking him to the guest bedroom. He drove there and there’s no way you were letting the starboy of football drunk drive on christmas.
“Where are you taking me?” he asked like a child.
“The guest bedroom, you need to sleep.”
He didn’t protest, just followed you but held your hand harder. Just then you realized how you were holding hands but didn’t want to make it awkward and pull your hand back.
You entered the room followed by Jude and sat him on the bed. He still didn’t let go of your hand. You tried pulling back but he didn’t let you.
“Jude, you need to rest.” you said smiling softly.
“Where are you going?” he asked.
“I’m going downstairs to clean up a little and rest too.” you explained.
“Where?”
You actually now realized this is the only spare bedroom in Chris’ home.
“On the couch.” you said sounding more like a question.
“No you’re not.” he said making you sit down with him.
“Yes I am, we can’t fit in one bed.” you said terrified about the possibility of sleeping next to Jude. You already knew you couldn’t even relax just hold your breath the entire night.
“Are you calling me fat?” he asked, smiling.
“No, I’m calling you big.”
“I heard girls like that.” he smugly said. Of course girls liked it, especially me.
“Well, some girls do.”
“And you don’t?” he asked curiously.
“Jude, you’re wasted. Just sleep.” you said trying to change the subject.
“I’m not even tipsy Y/N. I’ve only had 2 beers.” he said like it was obvious.
“What-Well you looked drunk.” you said shocked.
“That was the only way to get you to pay attention to me. Look, you’re taking care of me.” he said motioning your intertwined hands.
“Well, that’s what friends are for.” you said looking down.
“Yeah, friends do that. But we’re not friends.” he said before leaning in and capturing your lips with his and kissing you softly.

nothing can be certain except (death) and taxes

Steve always hated the idea of soulmates.
The idea of a perfect match out there for him could have been a comfort, if it weren’t for the words carried on his arm his entire life. How cruel was it, for the universe to have perfect matches but only confirm them at the end of their time together? The words could’ve been a comfort, if they weren’t the confirmation of the last words he’d ever hear from his soulmate before they left the world permanently.
I love you.
How cruel of his soulmate, to leave him with those words.
Steve didn’t know Billy was his soulmate—there was no way of knowing, really—but he knew. It was obvious in the way that Steve’s entire world changed the moment Billy moved to town, and in the way that even hearing his voice was enough to bring a smile to Steve’s face.
The other man hadn’t made it easy, especially in the early days when he was more a feral cat who struck out at any signs of affection made toward him. He could be rude, and often picked fights first rather than try to talk things out, but he was also fiercely protective of the people he cared about, and the more people who cared in return the more Billy seemed incapable of going without a gentle touch, even if it meant most of the time he and Steve ended up tangled together in a pretzled mess when they spent time with one another.
And the thing was, Steve was happy. Totally, painfully so. He looked upon Billy and wondered how anyone could ever make him feel so much all at once. Then he’d look down at his own arm and wonder how much it would hurt to go back to how it had been before, without Billy.
The Upside Down had taken so much from too many people, but Steve knew, standing on the second floor of Starcourt Mall, that he would be the one to ensure its downfall, no matter what.
Time moved both too slow and too fast, leaving Steve helpless to watch as Billy stood between El and the Mind Flayer, arms stretched out wide as if to accept his fate without fear.
He heard screaming, likely some of it was his own. He wasn’t sure how he made it to Billy’s side so quickly, just that he blinked and suddenly his knees were stained red from all of the blood spilling from Billy now.
“Why’d you have to do that, you asshole?” Steve felt like he was choking on every breath, the air stinging against his chest as he watched Billy’s chest stutter and falter painfully. Please, take the air from my lungs. I don’t want it if you’re not here.
“‘m sorry.” Billy’s eyes were on Max’s then, but the hand Steve was holding squeezed, as if to let him in on the secret too.
He knew Billy had a complicated relationship with his step-sister, one that he’d admitted could have been better once they got out from under his dad’s roof. If they had more time.
It was like Steve was watching all of the time they were supposed to have melt away around them. It seeped out onto the floor like the blood that was supposed to be keeping Billy’s heart beating.
“You’re supposed to stay,” Steve said the moment Billy’s attention turned to him. There was a glassiness to the man’s eyes, as though he wasn’t really seeing Steve. He’d take it anyway, because there wasn’t enough time to wait for Billy’s attention to refocus. He wasn’t sure it ever would. “What happened to graduating and getting the hell outta here? Getting in your car and just taking off?”
He’d balked at the idea of driving off without any plan, with minimal bags packed. Now, Steve would do anything if it meant they could have that future. They could slowly make their way to California, stopping at all of the cheesy tourist sites along the way. Steve would wrestle Billy into a dorky hat at the largest ball of yarn in the country and would make a solid attempt at getting arrested for trying to pet a bear at Yellowstone. He’d share sketchy motel rooms with him and complain about how uncomfortable the mattresses were, and even accept the teasing about him being a rich kid through and through.
He’d take all of it, for just a little bit of time.
Billy was coughing now, and the dark blood staining his lips and chin were only another sign of the inevitable. Even through all of that, he managed to say something.
“I lo—”
“No,” Steve snapped out, hand still holding Billy’s squeezing tightly. No, it wasn’t time. He wasn’t ready to lose him, not when they were just finding out that they’d been right this whole time. “No, don’t say it.”
If he didn’t say it, they could have more time. They could have more, as long as those three words on Steve’s arm were never spoken aloud.
Except the light in Billy’s eyes faded all the same, and the words he’d never actually said felt like a mockery on Steve’s arm.
Tumblr media
“Steve, you have to go to the funeral. You’ll be upset with yourself later if you don’t.”
Robin still came by, sometimes. He wasn’t good company, hadn’t been since Starcourt, but she sat with him anyway.
“He’s not dead,” Steve said, arms curling tighter around his pillow like if he just held on it might feel like Billy eventually.
“Steve.” The words were sad, wobbly with tears he knew she was trying to bravely fight off.
“He’s not. He didn’t say it, so he’s not gone.”
They’ve had this conversation before. Once, three days after Starcourt when she was still required to watch over him in case his head injury from the Russian interrogation turned for the worst. It had been in the late hours of the night, both of them laid in his bed awake and staring at the ceiling. She’d turned to face him, hand coming out to hold onto her friend when he admitted what he knew.
Billy couldn’t be dead, because if he was then he would’ve said it.
“I know you lo—” The word cracked harshly on her tongue. “I know how important he was to you. But he’s, there’s no way he made it. You know that, right? He’d want you to move on.”
The thought alone had a dull laugh building in Steve’s chest. The longer it sounded the more hysterical it came, until he was laughing and letting out hoarse sobs in between. Robin’s eyes were wide and her lips were parted in both shock and horror at the outburst, clearly not knowing how to handle him now.
“He wouldn’t,” Steve said once the laughter died down, leaving behind only the tears. “The bastard would’ve told me not to move on. He’d expect a mourning widow for at least a decade, maybe two. But I won’t do that because he didn’t say the words so he’s not dead. He can’t be, he’s too stubborn to die in this fucking town.”
“Have you…you didn’t say the words on his arm either.” Max, the little traitor. “You’re allowed to love someone even if they’re not the one, you know? Maybe there’s someone else out there, and that’s not to say you have to stop loving him, just that you can love this person too.”
It was the more reasonable answer, but the mere thought of accepting that Billy was truly gone sent his heart threatening to burst straight out of his chest. There had to be another explanation, because there was no way that the guy who snuck out near every night despite the threat of discovery simply so Steve wouldn’t be lonely in his big, empty home wasn’t his soulmate.
“I can’t mourn someone who’s not dead, Robin. Tell Max and Susan I’m sorry.”
Tumblr media
When the Upside Down inevitably came back, Steve didn’t feel his usual amounts of fear.
He was determined—completely focused and ready to take down the thing that had taken too much from him already.
When Max admitted that the visions being sent to her by the fucking thing were of Billy, Steve thought he’d only ever see in shades of red.
Because how dare that monster try to twist and mutilate any of Max’s affection for her brother into something like guilt? How dare he try to ruin the shaky truce that they’d come to just before Billy died?
How dare that monster wear Billy’s face, and use his voice?
Even if it took the rest of him, Steve would make sure that nothing from the Upside Down to crawl its way into Hawkins ever again.
“Steve! What the hell happened?” That was Robin’s voice, though it sounded further away than he thought she actually was.
He was still seeing in tunnel vision, vision slightly blurry and blood pounding in his ears as he surveilled the scene, ensuring no more of those demobats had appeared.
He didn’t even feel the bites taken out of him until the others got near, Nancy’s worried gaze focused on the exposed skin just above his hips.
“Hey guys, I think I found the gate,” Steve forced out on his next heaving breath.
That was a lot of blood, wasn’t it? It seemed the Upside Down took his promise seriously and would try to take literal pieces of him with it.
That was fine, so long as this ended with Vecna’s plan stopped short in its tracks.
“Something’s coming,” Eddie called out, eyes watching the treeline ahead of them as Nancy and Robin looked over Steve’s wounds. They wouldn’t be fatal, at least not for awhile yet. He still had enough time to avenge his soulmate’s not-death.
Steve didn’t have his trusty nail bat, or much else in the way of a weapon. But he’d taken down a pack of demobats with nothing but his hands (and teeth), so whatever had the nerve to attack them now would come to regret it, of that he was sure.
It had to be another trick. Maybe this was Vecna trying to take hold of Steve’s guilt now, forcing him to see the one thing that repeated in his head every night in his dreams. Because walking out of the trees now was Billy fucking Hargrove, still in a bloodstained white tank though having also acquired a jacket that looked suspiciously like one Steve used to wear constantly in his earlier high school years.
“You shouldn’t be here,” the fake Billy called out, “you’re doing what the fucker wants.”
Robin was nudging Steve’s arm, threatening to send him toppling into the dirt with how unsteady his injuries had already made him. She looked more hopeful than he felt, watching him with confusion as if she expected Steve to take off running into fake-Billy’s arms without question.
He knew Billy couldn’t be dead, but why the fuck would he be here?
The fake-Billy was upon them now, stood in front of Steve and looking at him with one eyebrow raised. It was this look that made Steve’s knees crumple in on his own weight, because God that was such a Billy move to challenge him even while announcing his not-death.
“You’re not dead,” Steve gasped out, stumbling back a step in an attempt to stay upright. “I knew you weren’t dead.”
“Then why d’you still look like you’re seeing a ghost, Harrington?”
The smile on Billy’s face was small, a little tug of the corner of his lips like he was still insistent on hiding it around other people. It said enough, though.
This was Billy, back from the dead. He hadn’t said the words and he hadn’t died, and all of that time Steve thought they’d lost was never really gone after all.
The kiss was pretty bad, by Steve Harrington standards. He rushed forward too roughly and their teeth clicked together awkwardly as Steve grabbed both sides of Billy’s face and pressed their mouths together. They had a better kiss right after, when Steve pulled back and watched Billy with a wild gaze until the blonde pressed their lips together again, hands holding onto Steve so tightly he was sure there’d be bruises left behind later. He didn’t care, not when it was another sign that Billy hadn’t truly been gone.
There was something desperate and wild in Billy’s eyes too, like he hadn’t quite believed this moment would ever happen either. Steve didn’t know what he had to go through to survive this long in the Upside Down, and while he’s sure he’ll find out eventually he can’t bring himself to care in the moment because all he could think was Billy isn’t dead.
“I lo—”
“I know, me too,” Steve cut him off, never wanting to hear those words in Billy’s voice. He knew, too, that eventually he would just as he’d known that their end did not come in the main walkway of Starcourt Mall. But for now, he could find peace in delaying the inevitable, in letting their hold on each other say everything those words could have and more.
There was still so much to do, too many important parts of their lives to fight for and protect. It felt a little more possible, though, with Billy by his side.
After all, who else could say they cheated the universe? They’d confirmed for themselves what everyone else could only guess at: Steve Harrington and Billy Hargrove were meant for each other, and it was as simple as that.

“Should I go with the slutty nurse outfit or the slutty cheerleader?” You say, holding out your options for your friends to view.
Nancy and Robin were currently laid out on your bed assisting you with the perfect costume. You’ve been friends with Nancy since freshman year of high school. On the other hand, you and Robin weren’t always friends. You had your tiffs with one another back in high school but, in college, you decided to turn a new leaf and practice positivity. You ended up apologizing for your mean behavior towards her and ended up cool friends since then.
Tonight you were hosting a small gathering at the sorority house with just a few friends since the rest of your sorority sisters were out partying at a frat house instead. It felt like betrayal but you didn’t mind. After all, they’ll only be missing out on what could’ve been the best night of their lives.
“Definitely the slutty cheerleader,” Nancy selects. “It’ll be a homage to your high school origin story.”
“You bitch,” You giggle, throwing a stuffed animal at her. “I was hardly a slut. I mean, sure, I messed around with our 12th grade Chem teacher and some jocks her and there…but I’m totally innocent.”
“Isn’t it a little…basic, though?” Robin chimes in. “Most girls do the slutty cheerleader look. Hell, even Vickie’s thinking about it.”
“But you’ll tell her not to wear it because only I could be a cheerleader for the night….right?” There’s a threatening inflection in your tone.
“Yeah, of course.” Robin agreed, nervously.
“Great! And what will you girls be wearing?” You say as you looked in the mirror, putting the costume over yourself.
“I’m gonna be a sexy spy.” Nancy mimics scanning around the room with a gun.
“I’m going as Mia Wallace.” Robin beams with joy.
“Who?” You and Nancy say in unison.
“From Pulp Fiction. It’s a cult classic.”
“I would’ve heard about it if it were a classic.” You say.
“It’s an old movie. It’s got a pretty wide fanbase even today.” She retorts.
“Well, no wonder I don’t know it. Old movies always creeped me out. Why are they all in black and white?”
“I-it was… in the 90s.” She blinks at you, dumbfounded.
“Oh. Was it before I was born?”
“A little before, yeah.”
“Yeah, I don’t usually care for things that were made before I was born. The world didn’t have me in it so it couldn’t have been that groundbreaking.” You shrugged.
Your cellphone rings and you immediately picked it up without looking, believing it to be your boyfriend.
In a bubbly tone, you answer with a large smile.“Jacie-kins,” Your smile drops when instead of hearing your boyfriend, you hear heavy breathing. “H-hello, who’s this?”
But no answer. Just the shuddery, heavy breaths of a perverted stranger. You hang up.
“Everything okay?” Robin asks, concerned.
“Yeah, just some creep over the phone.” You shivered, throwing your cell onto the bed.
Nancy looks at the caller ID: Unknown. “I haven’t answered unknown calls in forever. Especially with the rumors that have been going around about receiving those calls.”
“Ooh, yeah! I heard if you receive those calls that it means you’re next.” Robin adds.
“Next?” You whispered.
“Mhm, rumor has it…the ghostface killer calls his victims the day he plans on murdering them.” Robin explains.
“Nah, that’s not right. He calls his victims then waits another 24hrs and then you’re dead.” Nancy says.
“Pretty sure, you’re wrong, my dear.”
“Well, I’m in the Newspaper club so I’d know.”
“I have google and reddit—”
“Girls,” You called out, interrupting their bickering. “You’re no help. A creep just called me and now you’re freaking me out about all this talk of murder.”
“Aww, relax, Y/n.” Nancy wraps an arm around your shoulder.
“Yeah, it’s only rumors. None of that shit’s real or makes any fucking sense.” Robin says.
“Exactly! Like how would this ‘ghostface killer’ have any of our numbers? Who even calls people these days?” Nancy laughs.
“Yeah,” You say, your nerves calming down. “You’re right. It’s probably that loser at the Chipotle I gave my number to so he’d leave me alone.”
“Oh, honey. That’s why you always give out fake numbers,” Nancy says, patting you on your back. “Now chop, chop, ladies. We have to prepare. The guests will be arriving in another hour or so. Text Chrissy to get ready. Where is she, anyway?”
“Probably off doing coke. Anyway…Robin, did you send the messages about the personas for the Murder Mystery?” You questioned.
“No. You said you’d do that.”
“That was before I had to go to my yoga class. My instructor wants a toxic-free environment so I couldn’t use my phone. As Vice President, you should’ve been on that ball, sweetie.”
“But, but…”
“Don’t worry, little bird. We’ll just choose our personas out of a hat at the door, okay? It’ll be more fun that way. See why I’m the president? I’m always thinking ahead.” You give her sweet smile before heading back into your closet.
Robin continues to glare in your direction.
————
The gathering had finally begun and the 4 of you were lined up on either side of the door to greet the arriving guests. First arrival was Jason who dressed as a jock to match your halloween costume.
“Jacie-kins,” You greeted at the door, kissing his cheek and extending the hat full of little notes in his direction. “We’re choosing at the door. It was all my idea.”
“You’re so fucking smart, babe,” Jason compliments. “And you look hot. Love the pigtails.”
“Awww, babe.” You giggled.
“Can we move this along, please?” Chrissy says, rolling her eyes. “I’m not sure why I’ve gotta stand here, too.”
“Because we’re welcoming the guests into our sanctuary. It’s called ‘being polite’, Chrissy.” You say, with a feigned smile.
Then came in Vickie and Jonathan, who greeted their designated sorority girl lovers. It was looking to be a full house so with that you allowed everyone to meet in the living room. Just as you were about to close the door, a hand halts it in place. You let go, waiting for the intruder to enter.
Steve.
“Heyyy! Long time, no see, King Steve.” You pull him into a hug.
“It’s great seeing you, too, princess. Sorry I didn’t get to wear a costume. I wasn’t sure if you’d be doing a theme.”
“Yes, I apologize. I told Robin to send the texts about the event details but she forgot. But a few bumps in the road is no big. The guys’ll be so happy that you came. You’ve gotta tell me all about University in New Y—” You paused your sentence, eyes falling upon a familiar face standing at the bottom step of your porch. Someone that reminded you of your harsh past.
Steve’s eyes follow yours then looks back at you. “Oh, I hope you don’t mind. I brought a plus one.”
“N-no. I don’t mind. I’m on a path to healing now. So it’s totally fine. I didn’t even know you two were friends,” His eyes bore straight into yours. You quickly look away. Extending the hat towards them, you began to tremble a little. “H-here. It’s a murder mystery party. You get to choose your persona.”
“Sounds fun.” Steve smiles, pulling out a piece a paper then enters the home.
Eddie approaches you, your breath hitches. He smirks, raising a hand and shoves it hard into the hat. You jolt at his sudden action.
He chuckles. “I got one.”
“You can go inside now.” Your wavering voice so low that you cleared your throat and repeated the phrase with more confidence.
“Inviting me into your home? How sweet.” He whispers, invading your space before peeling away from you. He ogles your body up and down then takes his strides towards the living room.
Gathering your composure, you fixed you adjust your costume then headed inside. Like you predicted, the boys were ecstatic to see Steve but the opposite reaction was given for Eddie.
“What’s this freak doing here?” Jason asks.
“Hey, hey. There’s no need for that.” Steve defends.
“No, actually, I don’t mind. Let’s hear what else you’ve got to say in that empty little head of yours, jock strap.” Eddie challenges.
Jason lurches up to his feet, his face inches from Eddie’s. Rolling your eyes, you come in between them.
“We’re all adults here. We don’t need to this,” You cup Jason’s face, making him focus on you. “Let’s just have a fun night. Forget the past. Hmm?”
Jason looks between you and Eddie then sighs. “Fine.” He says, through gritted teeth.
“Perfect. So, let’s all have a seat on the carpet and go around the circle to explain our personas. No revealing yourself as the killer, of course. I’ll go first,” You smiled, giddily. “I’m Kitty Reeds, a B List movie star. I’m known for being very dramatic and I’m always looking for my next big break.”
“Sounds familiar,” Robin snorts. You nudge her. “Oh, right! (in a transatlantic accent) I’m Cha-cha Wilde, defense attorney. You looking for someone to bail you out, I’ve got ya. Even if you did do it. What about you, babe?”
“This is so fun,” Vickie giggles. “I’m Mayor Helen Goodwill. I make anything happen long as there’s a little bit of bribery on the side.”
“I’m Cane. Vance Cane. Undercover spy.” Jonathan gives his best James Bond impression.
“I’m Alfie Reeds, playboy wannabe director married to Kitty Reeds.” Steve says.
“Ooh, sorry, Jason,” You teased. “Stevie’s my husband for tonight.”
“I’m Reagan Paris, reporter and sleuth. It’s right up my alley.” Nancy says.
Chrissy reads. “Max Mars, a comedian who overexplains every joke.”
“Mace Freely, town lunatic.” Eddie simply says.
“Fitting.” Jason mutter under his breath.
“Who are you, sweetie?” You ask.
He looks down at his card. “I’m Bob. Just…bob.”
The power goes out, the 9 of you looked around the room as if to find the culprit.
“What just happened?” Nancy asks.
“Are we already in character?” You inquire.
“No, just really would like to know why the power went out.” Nancy explains.
“Looks like there’s a storm. No one’s allowed to leave due to flash floods.” Steve says, holding out his phone for everyone to see the news.
“Bummer.” Eddie says.
“It’s fine. The party must go on. I’ll just get some candles and I’ll be right back down.” You rushed upstairs, taking the candles from your dresser.
Suddenly, you felt an eerie presence. A shiver goes down your spine as if you knew something bad was going to happen. You scanned around the room. It’s quiet.
“Mama!”
You jolt up, looking down to find that your talking stuffed animal had fallen off your bed. You were being paranoid. Shaking your head at your foolishness, you made your way down to the group.
“Hope you guys like the scent of vanilla and jasmine.” You smiled, putting down the candles on top of the coffee table.
You could feel Eddie’s eyes looking up your skirt, as you bent over to light the candles. Smoothing your skirt down, you quickly sat beside Jason, curling into his arms. Eddie’s stare making your skin crawl.
“You guys wanna play truth or drink?” Eddie suggests.
“That sounds fun.” Robin says.
“Yeah, I’m up for it.” Chrissy also agrees.
“We’ll spice it up. Everyone will write down a secret about themselves, put it in a hat. We’ll read them aloud. If you wanna own up to it, raise your hand. If not, drink. But should you drink…you’d still be admitting something,” Eddie’s eyes are trained on you. “Unless of course, any of you in here are too pussy to play.”
You swallow hard. “I wouldn’t mind but I’m sure someone’ll mind. Sometimes, secrets should remain secrets.”
“I don’t mind.” Steve chimes in and the group soon follows including your own boyfriend.
“Okay. We can play.” You gave in.
Everyone wrote down on a piece of paper, throwing it into the hat. Once all secrets were received, you picked one out.
“I like pineapple on pizza.” You read out.
“What monster would something like that?” Robin asks.
Vickie raises her hand.
“No.” Robin says, disappointed.
“I’ve always liked it. But that one time on that pizza date, you ranted on and on about people who put pineapple on pizza. I just couldn’t show you the real me.”
“Vickie, I’d love for you to have all the pineapple pizza you’d like if it makes you happy.” Robin comforts.
“You mean it?”
“Course, babe.” The two share a kiss.
“Awww, already this game’s off to a wholesome start.” You smiled. “Next: ‘I ended up in handcuffs for mooning a cop’.”
The group’s eyes land on Eddie. He shakes his head, pointing over to Chrissy who dwindled at her thumbs, nervously.
She raises her hand, embarrassed. “It was Mardi Gras, okay. I was drunk and the cop didn’t exactly mind it.”
“Hmm, good for you,” You say, impressed. You pick up another paper, smiling, only for your smile to quickly fade. “I’ve thought about breaking up with my partner for someone in this room…W-who wrote this?”
You look over at Jason. “Not me! My card was about my foot fetish.”
“Well, mine was about me lying about taking tarot reading classes.” You admitted.
“You lied? You told me to dump my sugar daddy because his aura was dark and he was giving bad vibes. I could’ve paid off my student loans!” Chrissy seethes.
“I may not have taken classes but I’m still in touch with my spiritual side. That creep definitely gave off bad vibes. I saved your life.” You defended.
“My confession was that I sleep with a night light sometimes,” Robin cowers then says under her breath, “It’s quite comforting, actually.”
“And I said that I watch…hentai.” Jonathan says, rubbing at the back of his neck.
The room was silent, eyes falling on Nancy. She was the only other person in the room in a relationship. She stammers. “T-that isn’t what I wrote.”
“There are only 9 papers here, Nance.” Steve says.
“Nancy…” Jonathan looks at her in betrayal.
“It wasn’t me! This has to be some kind of joke. Unless…Y/n… did you write this?”
“What?! Of course not.” You were stunned.
“Or was it you, Robin?”
“No way, Nance.”
“I told you both in confidence. You two were the only ones who knew.” Nancy’s voice rises in octaves.
“I wouldn’t ever do some shit like that to you, Nance. We’re besties.” You tried to reach for her hand, she pulls away.
“Or so I thought!”
“Let’s just continue the game, alright? It doesn’t have to end so horribly. It must’ve been a joke or something.” Steve calms the situation.
“Fine,” Nancy crosses her arms in front of her. “Let’s do this.”
The group put in another set of truths and you pick out a secret: “Y/n may act like a whore but she’s a fucking virgin slut only good for sucking off every guy she likes.”
“This isn’t even the game. It’s supposed to be your secret, Nancy.” You growled.
“I.Didn’t.Write.That!” She hisses.
“Then who did?”
“I don’t fucking know.”
“Well, I’ll just keep narrowing it down until I find the fucker that did.” You rummaged through the pile. “Here’s one: ‘I regret choosing to move to a college my girlfriend wanted and not my dream school. I hate her everyday for it’. Hmm, I wonder who’s that?”
“Jonathan?” Nancy says, staring hard at him.
“You ask me to follow you to your dream school. Now you’re trying to break up with me. Who is it? Who are you trying to leave me for?” Jonathan says in a biting tone.
“Fuck you. I have nothing to say to you. You hate me!”
“I hate you for giving me an ultimatum!”
“You know what…fuck this. I’m going to my room.” Nancy runs upstairs.
“We’re not done talking.” Jonathan follows her up.
“This is fucking insane. I’m getting to the bottom of it,” You read out another. “I fucked Y/n’s boyfriend.”
Your heart drops into your stomach. “Who the fuck wrote this?!” You notice Chrissy squirm the way she did when she was holding something back. “Oh, hell no. You’re fucking Jason!”
“I didn’t write that.” Chrissy whispers.
“But it’s clear as day!” You shouted, yanking away from your boyfriend. “Tell me this isn’t true.”
“It’s not.” Jason says, jaw clenched.
“You’re fucking liar! I can see it in your eyes.” Tears stream down your face.
“Okay, so I did. How could I not? You never fuck me. It’s always head but never any pussy. Maybe I wanted something more. Chrissy gave me that and more.”
“You bastard! You know why I can’t be intimate with you.”
Eddie speaks up. “Oh, funny you should say that, Y/n. Here’s something to jog your memory,” He clears his throat then reads, “I was bullied constantly for sexual assaulting someone who’s in this room. In reality, I was framed because I decided to help the whore who’s been sucking the teacher’s cock for good grades.” He raises his hand.
The group stares at you. You begin to hyperventilate.
“You fucking bitch!” Jason yells.
“You’ve constantly cheated on me! I mess around with a teacher, now I’m the bad guy.”
“You lied about being assaulted, though. That’s really fucked, Y/n.” Vickie says.
“No. No! You don’t understand. None of you! I really was assaulted. It just wasn’t Eddie. It was the Chem teacher. He made me do things for him. I couldn’t tell anyone! I only said it was Eddie because he helped me into his trailer that night. I didn’t want the rumors to spreading that I’m fucking the freak. So I only did what I could to protect my relationship and my reputation.” You broke down.
“You still fucking cheated on me.” Jason growls.
“And you still accused an innocent person of assault. That’s some serious shit.” Robin adds.
“I don’t have to prove myself to any of you. You all would’ve done the same if you were—“
“Ahhh!”
An ear-piecing scream interrupts the dispute. Everyone exchanging looks before rushing upstairs. It came from Nancy’s bedroom. Jason takes initiative, stepping forward and picking up the defense baseball bat of the sorority home. You all follow close behind with a flashlight in hand. The door to the bedroom opened just a crack. He hesitates then like ripping off a band-aid, he pushes the door and it swings open.
There’s nothing. The group piles into the room, scanning around. You hear gurgling noises behind you. Lightning strikes the moment you turn around, it’s Jonathan tacked on the back of the door, a knife through his neck.
“Ahhhh!” You scream so loud the group jolts, turning to look and screaming as well. You stumble back, falling onto the ground. Another bolt of lightning lights the room, you were in a pile of blood near Nancy’s lifeless body beside the bed. You scream blood murder, looking between your bloody hands and the body.
Scrambling off the ground, you’re the first to run out and everyone runs after, going down the stairs
“Holy shit! What the fuck?!” Jason exclaims.
“Did we just see that? Please tell me this isn’t real.” Vickie sobs.
You were speechless, shuddering as you looked down at your bloody clothes. You feel a hand rest on your shoulders and you immediately jolt.
“You okay?” Eddie asks, concern in his tone.
“No. I’m not fucking okay! I’m covered in my best friend’s blood! We have to call the police!” You shriek.
“All of our phones are dead and the powers out!” Vickie cries.
“Guys, w-we shouldn’t have left Jonathan in there. I heard gurgling. That means he’s alive. Right?” Chrissy says.
“Not for long,” Jason counters. “Did you see the way he was put up?”
“Man, I’m trying not to!” Robin says, running her hands through her hair.
“This has to be the ghostface killer. Like you and Nancy spoke about, Robin,” You deduced. “He’s probably after me.”
“That was just a little Halloween story, Y/n. It’s not fucking real.” Robin says.
“Ghostface is very real. Only not the way you think.” Eddie says.
“Who the fuck’s Ghostface?” Jason questions.
“A killer with a face of a ghost.” Eddie says, nonchalantly.
“Face of a ghost?” Chrissy says. “Like with hollowed out eyes and shit.”
“Yep. Every Halloween, he feeds his cravings for revenge, picking out those he chooses one. by. one. He usually preys on young college kids like us. Inhibitions lowered, dumb, alcohol fueled college kids. He’s definitely after us.” Eddie explains.
“You’re only saying that to scare us.” Vickie says.
Eddie puts a hand over his chest. “I swear it. There’s articles all over about this guy.”
“Eyewitness accounts?” You asked.
“There are no eyewitness accounts.” Eddie admits.
“Because he’s not real.” You say, believing you’d caught him in his game.
“No, because he leaves none.” He simplifies.
Everyone stays silent in their fear until Robin began to freak out again. “When I was told this would be a murder mystery party, I thought ‘wow, how cute?’. Now I’m wondering what the fuck I just signed up for! We have to get out of here.”0
“I can’t leave without Steve.” Eddie says, defiantly then adds. “He’s my ride home.”
“Where is he, anyway? He just disappeared.” You say.
“What if he’s…dead, too?” Vickie whimpers.
“We don’t know this for sure. We’ll have to go looking for him. Everyone, arm yourselves with anything you can find. We’re going to look around this place, find Steve, then get the fuck out of here.” You ordered, picking up a sharp high heel.
“That’s your choice?” Chrissy asks, incredulously.
“It’s protected me plenty times against creeps.” You defended.
“Okay, if we’re going to cover as much ground as possible. We’ll need to split up. Me and Chrissy, Robin and Vickie, Y/n and Eddie.” Jason plans out.
“I’m not going with him.” You say, hugging yourself.
“Why? Scared you’ll accuse me of assaulting you again.” Eddie challenges.
“I divided us evenly so we’ll all have partners. Plus, I’d rather not be around you right now.” Jason explains.
“Fine. I don’t want to see you either.” You grumbled.
“Should we really split up? Regardless of whether we’re all mad at each other, it’s best if we stay together. That’s like rule #1 of horror movie logic.”Vickie suggests.
“This is real life. Not some kind of shitty slasher flick.” Jason says.
“We’ll find Steve quicker his way, babe. Then, we’ll be outta here in no time.” Robin convinces. Vickie sighs, nodding.
“Okay, that settles it. Eddie and Y/n, you go downstairs to check the basement. Vickie and Robin, you both check upstairs—”
“B-but he can still be up there?” Vickie whimpers.
“We’d have seen him if that were the case.” Jason counters. “You’ll be fine. Me and Chrissy will search downstairs. If we hear anything, we’ll come straight up to you.”
“O-okay.” Vickie stutters out, warming up to Robin’s arm around her.
You scoffed, crossing your arms. “Figures. You would give yourself the easiest job. Hell, we’ve practically searched this area just standing here.”
“We didn’t check the kitchen, though,” Jason argues. “Chrissy and I’ve got plenty to search. Now, hurry up and go to your positions or else we’re all dead.”
You huffed. The group breaks out to their separate spaces. You were stuck goin down a dark basement with a guy who’s probably pissed enough to leave you for dead.
The door to the basement creaks open. It’s pitch black. You flick on your flashlight, searching around the room.
“I-it seems empty.” You say, nervously.
“Then, go.” He whispers near your ear.
“I…I don’t want to.”
He grunts, taking the flashlight from your hand then heading down the steps. “Scaredy-cat.”
“Don’t leave me.”
You cling onto his leather jacket, following after him. It was a dusty old attic that you’d never given yourself that chance to explore. You’ll be making note to give this place a makeover if you do survive.
“Nothing here.” Eddie says as he gets to the bottom, flashing the light around the room. He suddenly turns to look at you eyes dark and primal, he’s close.
“What?” You say, looking up at him as he towered over you. You’re frozen by fear as if he’s put you under his spell.
His glides a finger between the valley of your chest, collecting the blood that has not yet dried. He trails the blood down your neck. You shudder under his touch. What was going on with you?
You hear the start of an engine revving outside. You recognize that sound anywhere. It’s Jason’s truck and he was planning on leaving you all.
“They’re fucking leaving us!” You screamed, snapping out of his trance. You run up the steps hoping you’d get to them in time. The door was shut and locked. You banged your fists against it. “Eddie! They’ve locked us in here!”
“What?!” Eddie runs up, banging alongside.
But it was no use. No one can hear you.
You run back down, climbing up a short book shelf to peer through the small basement window. It was hard to see through the rain but you didn’t hear them skirt off. Maybe they’ve changed their minds. You squint your eyes, looking through the heavy rain as best as you could. A ghost face appears, staring directly at you.
You screamed, falling backwards off the shelf. Eddie catches you in his arms before you hit the ground.
“What’s wrong?”
“Ghostface! H-he saw me! He knows we’re in here.” You were panting heavily, tears flowing down your face.
The door to the basement suddenly cracks open and you both look up in terror. Eddie flashes the light towards the door, noticing a hand slowly wrap around the frame. It rips open revealing Robin and Vickie.
“Oh my god, we thought you were the Ghostface killer,” You cried, running up to exit. “He looked right at me!”
“Yeah and fucking Jason and Chrissy drove off.” Eddie adds.
“We heard. Also, we didn’t find Steve. But we found his jacket.” Vickie sobs, holding it out. “We think the killer’s got him, too.”
“Shit.” Eddie says, defeated.
“We have to leave. It’s only the 4 of us now.” You shivered.
The front door swings open, hitting the wall with a loud bang. The ghostface killer was standing right in the door way, head tilted to the side and bloodied knife in hand.
The group screams for their lives running in opposite directions. He guns for you first, nearly cornering you into the wall. You rush past him, gunning for the door and grabbing your car keys from the side table.
There was no way you could get far in this weather, but you’d figured you’d get far enough because it hadn’t began flooding too bad yet. You enter the car attempting to put the key into the ignition. You notice blood on the key. Then, your eyes peer into the rearview mirror focused on the backseat. Your soul leaves your body. Chrissy and Jason’s bodies were in the backseat both with slashes in their necks.
“Oh, my god. No.” You sobbed hard. Ghostface standing right outside in front of your car. It gave you an idea. Starting up your engine, you revved it a bit to intimidate him. You were preparing to run him over only for the engine died out. You were shit out of luck.
Ghostface approaches you slowly. You were pretty much hyperventilating as he approaches you. He opens your car door and your sobbing hysterically. Just as he reaches out to you, you jab your car key into his chest. He hollers, falling backwards into the mud. You rush out the car, looking down at him. He lift’s his head up, the mask falls.
It’s fucking Steve!
He yanks the key out of his chest, anger on his face.
“S-steve? What…why…how…” You were paralyzed by complete astonishment.
He’s getting up now. You stumble backwards, head-starting your chance to run.
“Hey, Y/n,” Steve says with a psychotic smile, holding out a piece of paper with word ‘killer’. “What took ya so long? The game’s almost over.”
You shook your head at him before running back inside the home. He calls out your name, running after you. You slam the door shut in time, locking it. You cowered away from the door, stepping back and looking at it as he pounded against the door.
“Little Pig, Little Pig. Let me in.” Steve singsongs from behind the door.
Then, you hear what sounded like an axe colliding against the door over and over. You ran, knowing you had little time to hide. You crash into Eddie, screaming before bawling hysterically into his chest.
“Eddie. It was Steve all along. He’s killed everyone. We have to find a way out of here while he’s busy with the door.”
“But, kitty, we’re right where we need to be.” Eddie smiles a toothy grin.
Your eyes widened. “You’re…a part of this?”
“Duhh. I thought you’d figured that out by now. Guess I overestimated you.”
“W-why?”
“Why? Fucking why?!” He shakes his head in disbelief. “You bullied the shit out of me for no reason. You and your fucking popularity robots. That’s the fuck why I did it. You fucking accused me of sexually assaulting you. If I really wanted to…I would’ve.”
“You didn’t have to kill my friends!”
“Friends? It was so easy to tear you guys apart. It took less than an hour for you all to be at each other’s throats. All Stevie and I had to do was reveal your secrets and it was chaos ever since.”
“How the fuck did you know all that? I could understand the situation between you and me, but what about Nance?”
“Oh, Robin!” Eddie calls out.
You’re breath hitches, noticing Robin coming out the kitchen.
“Robin, how could you?” You cried.
“Because I wanted to be sorority president. And you messed with Steve’s boyfriend, that means you mess with me, too. Also, I just don’t like you. You’re a fake little witch who pretends you’re oh so very sweet. I know the real you, though. We all do.” Robin says.
“Where’s Vickie? You kill her, too?” You sneer.
“Nope. I put her to sleep in my room. She’ll wake up just fine in the morning and it’ll all feel like a dream. She’ll never suspect me for a thing.”
“Was it worth killing all our friends?”
“My friends, Steve and Eddie, they’re right here. I have no blood on my hands. They just simply took out the trash and I let ‘em. In exchange, my girlfriend’s spared. That’s all I care for.”
“You’re all fucking sick.” You spat.
“Yeah, but, so are you.” Eddie says.
“I’m not like you. I’m not like any of you!”
The door slams open. It’s Steve only he’s sporting the mask again.
“You hurt me real bad, baby. I’ll have to punish you.” Steve teases.
You immediately run upstairs, hearing their laughter bouncing off the walls. You ran into the bathroom, locking the door behind you and hid in the bathtub.
“I don’t care what you guys do to her. Keep it down. Don’t want Vickie waking up.” Robin says.
“You got it.” Steve says.
“Here, Kitty, Kitty.” Eddie taunts.
You can hear him and Steve laughing away, searching for you. Slow, heavy footsteps approach your door. You cover a hand over your mouth to keep yourself from screaming. The doorknob jiggles.
“Door’s locked. Looks like she’s in here,” Eddie says. “Wanna do the honors, big boy?”
“Uh-huh.”
Bang! Bang! Bang!
It’s the sound of the axe eating through the door. You began sobbing loud into your hands, knowing they’ll be in here soon. There had to be someway out. You look up at the bathroom window. You were at the top floor but you had no choice but to try.
Just as you squeezed half your frame through the window, the door busts open. The shower curtain’s yanked to the side. You cried and it only made them laugh harder.
Eddie wraps an arm around you, pulling you back inside. You struggled against his hold, scratching hard at his arms around your waist. “Let me go! Please!”
He carries you to your bed, using your extension cord to tie your arms up over your head.
“Let me go!” You cried.
“Why should I?!” Eddie screams, eyes wild. “You never once apologized for your lies! And I think I know why. I think…you don’t feel sorry at all. You liked making me feel like shit.”
Steve picks up a stuffed animal, pretending as if it were speaking to you. “You like hurting people. So do we.”
“That’s why no matter how many times you say that you aren’t like us, you know deep down…” Eddie grabs your face, puckering your lips. “You’re a cold-hearted bitch.”
You yank your face away from him. “If you’re going to kill me, just do it. I don’t give a shit anymore. Robin’s probably going to ruin my life if I live anyway.”
Steve pulls off the mask, looking at you with shock. “You’re friends are all dead and you’re still worried about your reputation. You’re a fucking twisted individual. I like twisted.”
Steve’s hands trail up your thigh.
“What the fuck are you doing?” You growled.
“Ya see, Y/n, we have no plans to kill you. At least, not yet. We’re going to fucking ruin you. I’ve been meaning to have taste of that sweet cherry.” Eddie says, licking his lips.
Steve glides the knife against your tummy. “I should cut you for what you did to me. But you just look so prettily wrapped for us,” He tears at the cheer crop top along with your bra. Your breasts hitting against the cool air. “Can I ruin her now?”
“No, Stevie. Gotta take our time. What’s the chance we’ll ever come across a virgin whore? You take her mouth. I’ll get that tight pussy ready.”
“Stay the fuck away from me!” You projectile spit onto Steve’s eye.
He laughs, wiping it away with a gloved hand. “She’s fiesty.”
“Yeah, but I could do without her talking. Unless she’s gagging, I want nothing outta her.” Eddie comments.
“I can do something about that.” Steve removes the cloak, before unzipping his jeans enough so that he can pull out his hard cock.
Your eyes widened at the sheer size of him. He was enormous. Perfectly trimmed pubes that framed around the veiny length.
“Nice, huh?” Eddie says, noticing you gawking at it. “Stevie, she’s practically drooling for it. Give the girl what she wants.”
Without warning, Steve slams himself down your throat, gripping your hair to force you up and down. Meanwhile, Eddie hikes up your skirt and pushes your white cotton panties to the side. He teases your clit. You moan around Steve’s cock.
“Damn, that’s good. Her mouth’s fucking amazing.” Steve groans.
“She’s had lots of practice,” Eddie says, circling a finger around your entrance. “Let’s see if we can train her to take our cocks righhht…here.”
He plunges a finger into your hot pussy, knuckle deep, the cool silver ring around it hitting against your clit over and over.
“She’s wet as fuck. You hear that, big boy?” The sound of your juices squelching and your gagging filling the room.
“It’s music to my ears.” Steve says, pinching and rolling your nipples expertly between his fingers, while thrusting into your mouth.
You found it hard to speak with a mouthful of him but he’d managed to understand that you were trying to say something.
He pulls of your mouth, a thick line of spit connecting you. “I made a vow of celibacy to my Holistic instructor, you assholes. If you fuck me, you’ll be ruining my innocence.”
“That’s the whole fucking point, hippie slut.” He says, adding another finger into you and you arched, crying out. You involuntarily grind your hips.
“Oh. She likes that. There you go. Ride daddy’s fingers,” He groans, palming himself through his jeans. “Fuck. I can’t wait no more. I’m ready to split her apart. You wanna be the first to pop that cherry? I know you’ve been waiting all night, Stevie.”
“You deserve it, Eds. She was your choice after all.” Steve says.
Eddie nods, smiling at his lover before looking down at you. He flips you onto your stomach, his hand colliding with your ass; watching the way your ass rippled.
“Wanted to fuck you from behind the moment you bent over that table?” Pulling your underwear down your legs, he decide to keep the skirt on you; finding it so hot.
Your tied hands are between your legs now, face pressed against the mattress, ass up. Eddie runs himself through your puffy, wet folds coating himself in enough of your juices. Then, he bullies his way through you. Just as he promised, he splits you open on his cock.
You cried out, biting the sheets. He’s pounding into you over and over, marveling at the way your tight little cunt swallows his massive size.
“Look on the bright side, Y/n,” Eddie says between pants, spanking your ass. “At least, you won’t be considered a liar anymore. Fuck back against me. Take this dick.”
You obey, rock back against him. He stills himself letting you do the work for now. Eddie tastes your creaminess on his fingers. He closes his eyes to savor it while you continued to bounce onto his cock. He understood Steve was probably feeling left out as of now.
“She tastes amazing.” Eddie collects your essence coating his length, shoving a finger into Steve’s mouth for him to taste.
You shouldn’t be so turned on by all of this but watching Steve’s tongue work around Eddie’s finger made you clench around him. You also found yourself, rubbing at your clit which was conveniently exposed over your tied hands.
“She’s touching herself, Eds.” Steve chortles.
“So greedy for your own release, pet.” Eddie says, caressing your back.
“Shit. Yes. Oh , fuck. I’m close.” You pant and whine.
“I’ll make you cum, kitty. The hardest you couldn’t ever imagine.” He pummels into you, pulling on your skirt like they’re your reigns, steering you into your first orgasm.
You were getting louder and louder, wailing like you were in distress. This only egged him on further.
“Oh fuck, daddy please.” You sobbed.
“I was wrong. I think I like hearing you talk.” His nails dig into the soft globes of your ass. You rub frantically at your bud as your first orgasm washes over you.
“Oh, god! I’m cumming!”
“I feel it, pet. You’re soaking my cock.” He laughs.
“Holy shit, it’s so intense. So good.” Your eyes roll back, trembling like you were possessed.
“Told you,” He pulls out. He hadn’t cum so you were questioned why he’d ended it. “She’s all yours, big boy.”
Oh, god! You weren’t catching a break with these boys.
“I wanna look at her face when she cums.” Steve flips you onto you back again.
“Untie me please.” You pleaded.
“Will you be a good girl?” Steve asks.
“Yes, so good.” You whimpered.
Steve looks up at Eddie. Eddie nods his approval. It was all Steve needed to release you from your restraints. He spreads your legs, your knees pressed against the mattress. He slips into you with ease, stretching you out as well.
“Busy those hands, pet.” Eddie growls.
You do. One hand stroking Eddie’s cock, the other pinching your hardened nipple. You draw him into your mouth and he immediately cups your head, forcing you to swallow him down your throat.
Steve grabs Eddie by the neck, forcing their lips in a passionate kiss as he continued to wreak through your walls.
The room was filled with your moans and you felt like such a shitty person knowing that these men were both responsible for the deaths of your friends and also for giving you the hardest orgasms, you’d ever experienced.
You were experiencing orgasms back to back with each nudge of his tip against your spongy button.
Tears sprang from your eyes at the intensity, toes curling in the process. You were going to come for a final time but this time they’d come along, too.
“Pussy’s so tight. Glad you saved yourself for us.” Steve groans.
You pull your mouth off Eddie’s throbbing length. “I’m close, Daddies. I wanna cum with you.”
“Then, keep sucking, whore,” Eddie shoves himself back in your throat, drool running down your chin as you do your best to swallow around him. You jerk him with a frenzied need to taste his cum on your tongue.“That’s it swallow me down.”
Steve flicks his thumb, rapidly over your sensitive nub. He’s hardly pulling out of you now, forcing you to feel his cock nudges up further and further into you.
“Ah, shit. I’m gonna come in you, baby. Make you a mommy to our babies.” Steve whispers, looking down at you like you were his prey.
“Oh god, yessss.”
You beat him to an orgasm, soaking him in your creamy arousal. His lips are on Eddie’s once again, their tongues fighting for dominance until he lets out a moan, painting your walls. Eddie shoots into your mouth right after, forcing you to swallow it down fast so you can breathe.
Steve presses a kiss to your lips and it’s the first time you’ve been kissed all night. He pulls away and Eddie follows after, kissing you with more of an aggression to Steve’s tenderness. After a few more languid thrusts, Steve pulls out of you plopping on one side of you; Eddie on the other side.
You were all panting. You stared between the boys, confused on what they wished to do with you.
“So does this mean I’m free?” You ask.
“Fuck, no. You’re ours. We own you forever now.” Eddie says.
“Plus, you’re an accessory to murder.” Steve adds.
“I didn’t kill anyone.” You say.
“But you’re a part of us now. Anything that happens to us, you’ll go down, too.” Eddie threatens.
“Fine. Then, if I’m a part of this thing. I have my own target I want taken care of.”
“Robin’s off limits, pet.” Steve says, shooting you a daring look.
“Not Robin. That Chem teacher that made me suck his cock when he could’ve just given me good grades.”
“Ooh, always wanted to work my way up to teachers.” Steve says, a manic smile on his face.
Eddie looks at you, almost proud. “You’re already getting the swing of things.”
You yawned, curling up between in them. “Anything for my daddies.”
“We’re not done with you yet, kitty.” Eddie says, tugging you by your hair, pulling you head back against his chest.
Steve kisses and bites your exposed neck. “We’re only getting started. We haven’t even punished you yet.”
You’re in for a long, long night.

Chibs Telford x Reader - Perspective
For @munsinner who requested this story so long ago for my dialogue prompt writing challenge!
Dialogue Prompt 380 - I'm breaking every rule in the book by being here
Everything was going to shit.
And what’s one thing that came when things went to shit, other than more shit?
Perspective.
That’s why Chibs was here; at Y/n Tellers front door, working out how to tell her he loved her.
Because he’d had enough; enough of sticking to the rules, enough of trying to be the good guy, enough of denying himself the one person he craved more than anything.
Y/n Teller.
The princess of Charming, his best friend's younger sister, the one woman he swore he’d never fall for…
He’d tried.
He’d tried so fucking hard to not fall for her, and even when he did fall, he tried so hard to push those feelings aside and act like they didn’t exist.
But there was no one else for him.
No one else could magically make him smile on the dark days, no one could make him laugh as loudly nor could anyone calm the storm that tore through his mind late at night when he couldn’t sleep.
Y/n Teller was the only woman who could.
And selfishly, he wanted more.
Even though he knew he shouldn’t.
He wanted more than late night chats at 3am, more than stolen glances when no one else was paying either of them any attention, more than a possibility of love.
He wanted her, completely.
He wanted to tell her how he truly felt.
No more secrets.
No more ‘almost’ moments.
He wanted her to be his; and to be hers in return.
He wasn’t a saint, by any stretch of the imagination, he’d done things he’d regretted or wished he could’ve changed.
The last thing he wanted was for Y/n to become another regret, another ‘what if moment’ in his life.
He could work out the consequences later, but he needed her to know how he truly felt.
He knocked at her door, a small chuckle slipping past his lips when he heard her swearing about who was waking her up at this ridiculous hour.
Her swearing continued when she opened the door, wearing a fluffy dressing gown and matching fluffy slippers. Even in the middle of the night, when she wasn’t even trying to look good she was still the most perfect woman he’d ever seen.
Her anger soon diminished when she saw who was standing there.
“Chibs?” She questioned, her eyebrows narrowed in confusion as to what he was going here in the middle of the night.
He didn’t answer; silence descended upon both of them, as his mind tried to work out what he was going to say to her now that he was here.
“Filip?” She asked again; softer this time as she placed her hand on his shoulder; her confusion shifting into worry.
A million thoughts raced through her head about why he was here; had something else happened with the club…
“I’m breaking every rule in the book by being here,” he muttered, as he took a step towards her.
Those words brought her back to reality.
A small gasp fell from her lips as she processed the words he said; she knew what he was talking about.
There was only one rule she knew of that he could be referring to, and it made her heart skip a beat.
“I need ye, lass, and I’m done pretending I don’t,” he continued; his eyes meeting Y/ns as he took another step closer towards her, she didn’t move, she just stood still letting him almost close the distance between them completely.
“We shouldn’t be doing this,” she breathed shakily as her arms wrapped around the back of his neck.
“I know,” he agreed quietly, glancing down at her lips before meeting her eyes again.
“We should stop,” she whispered, her lips now inches away from Chibs’.
“Is that what ye want, love?”
That’s not what she wanted at all.
But she knew that if they did this, if they broke the rules they’d both been sticking too for so long, she could never go back.
“No,” she answered simply.
That was the only answer Chibs needed before he closed the small distance between them.
The world melted away.
For a moment, nothing else existed; it was just the two of them, losing themselves in one another.
Without a word, they moved together, back into her flat, where Chibs kicked the door shut.
They kissed with a desperation that spoke of a need that had been building for far too long.
Chibs pulled her in close, his breath hot against her ear. “Yer mine now,” he mumbled, in between kisses,  “and I’m not letting ye go.”
And with that, he picked her up, carried her to the bedroom, both of them knowing that after tonight, things would never be the same again, but both of them being too lost in each other to care about the consequences.

Armand’s treatment and how it impacted his life.
(‼️ Spoilers for Wakfu Season 4 and its first four episodes ‼️)
One thing that saddened me a lot when I was watching episode 4 was how Armand revealed to Amalia that he had wished he could go on adventures with her and the brotherhood sometimes.
Tumblr media
This surprised me at first but I soon realized that it made perfect sense.
Armand was always jealous of her but I initially thought that it was only because she had the most attention from people, even their father. But Armand is the type to keep his thoughts to himself which would explain why despite how we see him looking at Amalia with a disapproving look, we never really got to hear him express his thoughts to her. His reason for wanting to go on adventures with her is also made clear: not only does he want to explore the world because it seems like fun since his sister always felt happy because of it, but the major reason is that he wants his father to look at him just like how he looked at Amalia.
Tumblr media
When he finally tells her all of his thoughts and what he wants, we can’t help but feel like what he wishes to have can no longer be granted. Their father died not long ago, it is now too late to do anything.
Armand could’ve spoken up during all those years Amalia went to go on adventures. He had all the time in the world because he was always beside his father at all times.
Tumblr media
But no matter how close he was to him, Armand never had the strength to speak his thoughts just like how Amalia dared to do so. It’s ironic really, Armand had the time and the moment to tell his father everything and yet, he didn’t because he didn’t think it was in his right to speak about himself and what he wanted to try.
The years of constantly seeing how his sister was getting loved by the people, how she was being viewed and called a hero by the very same people he was working hard to protect in his own way, how their father kept praising her constantly for whatever she did, how she kept getting adoration for adventuring and risking her life to save her people, while he was instead cooped up in the kingdom learning and practicing how to become king, left him in a position where he believed Amalia always had the upper hand on anything even when he wanted to express himself.
He had learned that every time he proposed an idea or even said some of his thoughts out loud during a particular situation, he would always get shut down by either his sister or his father, sometimes even both (the time when he decided to use a barrier of vines to block Ogrest’s tears but his father told him that his attempts were just “alright” when they were actually very effective for some time, the time where he told Amalia that she can’t leave while his father is terribly sick but his father supports Amalia and encourages her to go with Yugo, the time when Armand stated that none of the rulers had come to support them but his father cuts him off by saying that the queen of Bonta at least brought Joris to them which made Armand’s words sound minuscule and not as serious as the prince intended, etc.)
Granted, sometimes he deserved it (like the time when he got slapped by Eva when he was disrespectful to Dally in the OVAs or the time he did not listen to Amalia’s warnings when she told him Nox was coming and when she tried explaining who Yugo and Adamaï were back in Season 1 but not being listened to despite having Eva to back her up) but the majority of the time, he was trying his best to please his father and barely got a good comment for it.
So it wouldn’t be far-fetched to think that Armand never spoke about what he wanted to his father because he had a strong feeling that the answer wouldn’t be a good one.
As if things couldn’t get any worse for him, when his father takes his last breath and Armand was the only one there for him, who has been by his side all this time, who has devoted his entire life to training, learn and work hard to be like his father, he had only words for Amalia.
Tumblr media
To hear his father only speak about his youngest sister and not mention him at all, must’ve terribly broke him on the inside. Even when his father was on his deathbed, he did not address everything that Armand did for him.
And it’s sad to see this happening.
Even though his relationship with his father and sister was mostly shown in the background, it was pretty obvious that their family had some issues that no one wanted to address in the room.
I feel like, in a way, we can somehow relate to Armand.
To feel like we can’t speak our minds properly because of a sibling or a figure in our lives who has shown to be better than us, even when we do work very hard to get noticed we barely get any comments or praises of the same size as theirs, to feel like we don’t matter as much as them so we should just stop talking and let them have their spotlight at all times.
Tumblr media
And when we finally get the chance to gain our confidence or get into a position where we don’t feel as self-conscious as we used to before, we come to find out that it’s already too late to express ourselves to the people we’ve been waiting to truly be honest to, because they’re already gone or have moved on from you.
Tumblr media
Armand’s case is a bittersweet and albeit depressing one.
What could have been a story of adventure, even if just for one day, was never realized. What could have been an experience that could have felt like a lifetime never happened. What could have been an adventure where he finally has his fun and gains a unique brotherly sisterly duo bond in combat would never become a reality. And what could have been a special moment in his life where he gets to personally know his sister’s friends would always stay a dream.
If only he knew that even a brotherhood member, Evangelyne, has a sister, Cleophee, who had her fun in the group. And even if it was just for a few days, a few moments, Eva’s sister had cemented her place in the Brotherhood and became an official member. To think that even if he had stayed a bit in the group, he would have not just become a part of their lives, but also become a part of their brotherhood.
But despite it all, Armand kept his chin up and looked forward to the future. He did not wallow in his sadness or blame Amalia for his silence during all these years. Instead, he pulls her up and tells her to not be saddened by their father’s departure, especially in front of his tomb tree, and consoles her as they hug.
Tumblr media
Unlike anyone else, I believe Armand was able to push his selfish thoughts away (which involved blaming his sister for everything) and instead behaved like a king, someone who, despite not gaining everything he wanted in life, kept going and faced forward for what was to come.
Even though he has not been abandoned by his family, he did feel like he might've been behind everyone else at some point in his life.
He may have not been a part of the brotherhood but he’ll always have a place in his sister’s heart after what he did for her.
And I believe that his competence and his will to protect his kingdom without leaving for adventure would make him get along greatly with a certain white dragon.

Austin and Me
“Wife to the ‘king’. Icon to the world. Destined for more.”
Tumblr media
Summary: At 18 years old, she fell in love with Austin, at 20 years old, she became his wife, by 22, she was his doll. In which Cynthia’s life changed drastically after falling head over heels with a man that promised her the moon and the stars. She takes us down the memory lane of what could’ve been— the perfect marriage.
Inspired by the book: Elvis and Me by Priscilla Presley.
I do not condemn any of the portrayals I decide to do about certain people, it’s just fanfiction. And it would be divided in parts.
English isn’t my first language so I’m trying my best!
It was one hot day in California, June 13th, 2023. I was packing my stuff while he slept peacefully, as if nothing was happening around him. I had to wake him up, if not then he’d resent me for the rest of his life. I opened the blind right beside our bed, letting the sunlight enter aggressively and making him slowly open his eyes and speak groggily.
“Baby— what’re you doing?” He spoke as he was still lying in bed, I sat besides him and started putting some small stuff from my nightstand inside my velvet box.
I dreaded to say this for a long time, I wasn’t an insensitive or cruel woman, if I could I would like to take pain away from the world but we had reached my breaking point and not any kind of reconciliation would work now. I took a deep breath and turned my head harshly towards him and said the words that would torture me forever.
“I’m leaving.”
——————————————————
All my life I’ve been going back and forth between México and L.A, it’s been my two homes since I can remember. I was born to a new formed family, my mother met my dad when she already had a baby which was my sister, and since then my parents had two more kids.
I’ve always dreamt of being an actress, ever since my father forced me to watch ‘Viva Las Vegas!’ and ‘King Creole’ with him. For two years, my innocent little me actually believed Elvis was still alive and somehow young, so my dream was to act besides him. I cried hours when my older sister told me Elvis had died decades ago.
My parents always told me that acting was a waste of time and that I wouldn’t make it, not because I wasn’t talented but because out there, there were people that were the same or even more talented than me.
But somehow, I was making it, I had my debut when I was 14 years old and since then I was constantly booked— I adored doing any sort of horror movies, I was a scream queen if you know what I mean.
Once I turned 18 years old, my career was stable, I wasn’t no A-Lister but people at least recognized me, that’s when I was invited to a party, which obviously— my parents didn’t want me to go, they were very strict when it came to permissions, specially when those permissions involved other actors.
“You want us to let you go to a party with other actors?” My mom asked rhetorically as we were setting the table for dinner.
“Absolutely not.” My father interrupted firmly, he was quite strict.
“It’s the weekend, why can’t I go? I’ll be with Elle and her sister.” Hollywood was separated from my family life, my parents didn’t like hearing about actors or nothing, just me and my movies.
“Who are those people, we don’t know them. So no.” My mother was harsh whenever she wanted to, and I get now their distress of being adamant to not let me go to that party, I wish I had listened to them.
I was a girl that was sheltered all her life, so with a sigh and pout I walked to my room, mumbling some cuss words as I knew it would be difficult to convince them.
Surprisingly, Elle and Dakota convinced them, Dakota was older, she had been an adult for quite some time and she knew how Hollywood worked. Freaking out I waited for the day and picked up something from my closet, which now seemed to be all wrong in the eyes of an excited me.
Vintage clothing, go-go boots, Mary Jane heels. I chose something I could work with. I chose a 60s baby blue dress, it only reached mid my thighs so I knew it was good, I grabbed some blue heels too and for my hair I went all out as always, I liked the 60s, my fashion icons were women from that era so I teased my hair to the high heavens, creating a bouffant, my makeup was also heavy around the eyes, black eyeliner and two pairs of falsies, I liked it. I smiled once I saw myself in the mirror, this was me.
The party was surprisingly chill, nothing like the parties I heard about so I was comfortable but I stuck out like a sore thumb, I started to regret going all in on my own style until I saw him. Long blond hair, tall, blue eyes, perfect nose and he was wearing black pants and a white tee. I recognized him immediately, not only was he Hudgens’ ex but he was also the guy that was on one of my favorite movies: Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure.
We stared at each other for some long minutes, until he finally got closer to me.
“Hey— I know ya. You’re the girl from that movie about the psychotic grandparents.” He said playfully, he pushed his hair back.
“I am. Cynthia.” I extended my hand shyly and he accepted it, shaking it and squeezing it a little bit. I was not a fan of the long hair but he looked handsome enough.
Austin knew my age but there’s no problem on asking, once he knew I was legal enough, he hit it off right away. Austin couldn’t help but eye my whole look which made me think he was judging me.
“I like your dress.” Austin laughed. Feeling embarrassed, I snapped at him.
“I don’t even even know why I decided to wear this stupid dress and stupid hair today!” I snapped harshly, which only made him laugh.
“Little girl has some spunk.” He joked which made me feel even more embarrassed after snapping at him.
“Thanks.” I rolled my eyes playfully. He was 7 years older, for some reason he acted as if he was 20 years my senior.
Since that night, we both started seeing each other. He was my first real boyfriend— I think he liked that, he liked the idea of teaching me what love was, he felt that responsibility.
My parents weren’t at all okay with my relationship, for some reason they said that no relationship with an actor could ever turn right. Once again I wish I had listened to them. He trusted me enough to talk about his late mom with me, when we were in his room after an hour of being intimate or whatever we were doing.
“I wish my mom could’ve met you. She would’ve really liked you.” Austin whispered to me in full confidence, he felt like I was the kind of gal his mother always wanted for him, not someone like Vanessa.
“I wish I could’ve met her too.” I whispered back to him softly, I hated seeing him with tears in his eyes while he talked about his mom because I didn’t know how to comfort him.
“She was my whole world… my mama.” Austin rubbed his eyes and sniffed some tears, I tried cuddling closer to him.
Take my advice here: never date a mama’s boy.
“Why you? Why can’t he go back to dating women older than him? You’re only 18.” My mom nagged me, sometimes I felt bad because not only did she have to worry about me but also for my younger sibling, who were barely even teenagers.
“He’s not like you imagine, mami.” I tried excuses for my relationship, they didn’t even know him that well to judge him.
“Oh really? He’s just another damn white actor. Tu crees que tu papá va a dejar que te cases con alguien cómo Austin? (Do you think your father will allow you to marry someone like Austin?)”
I stayed silent, marriage had not been discussed by Austin and I, we were still in the honeymoon phase of the relationship. I was happy— we were happy. Out first Valentine Day’s was amazing and it made things finally official to everyone. Austin gave me this beautiful locket with his picture inside, great gift.
I think he also liked that things were pretty much private between us, I barely posted him on my Instagram since he barely posted me on his, he liked that I wasn’t loud, bitching and moaning about our relationship.
“Should I marry her?” Austin asked his older sister, Ashley, who was engaged herself.
“I don’t know, Aus. She’s not your type.” Ashley never really liked me, she was weirdly a Trump supporter and well— it’s not like Trump was the most inclusive person.
“She’s exactly my type, she’s not bossy or loud. She’s a brunette— well I would rather her being more natural and drop the jet black hair. But she’s exactly what I want.” Austin said.
“You do whatever you want, just remember that marriage ties you down. Don’t let her cut your wings.”
I was 19 years old— marriage was the last thing on my mind. I was happy with my career and surely acting in more stuff gave me more fame and people started to recognize me more. But every action has its consequences and not wrapping it before tapping it caught up to us.
Have you guys heard of shotgun weddings? Well us was in some way. But the wedding should be another part of this.
Tumblr media
So, this is the beginning. Austin will be kind of an asshole just cause his behavior is kinda inspired by Elvis.

Cater Diamond Thoughts
hey hey part 2 of my insatiable brainrot. been sitting in my drafts for like. weeks. it's Cater's turn. he's gyaruo (and im gyaru if u didn't know!) so i've been obsessed with him for like. months now.
summary: a small collection of thoughts about Cater Diamond that has no chance of curing my permanent unending gyaruo brainrot. help me please. content warning: suggestive content, implied sexual encounters, creepy (ish?) behavior, gn!mc, proofread once or twice at best. a/n: Cater's turn raaaaaah! this isn't exactly nsfw but all the same I'd really prefer it if MINORS DIDN'T INTERACT! thanks! also a reminder that I WILL NOT WRITE NSFW FOR TWST CHARACTERS CANONICALLY UNDER 18. thank you very much for respecting my boundaries! and i promise part 3 of the pervert obey me thing is in the works! <3
MINORS/AGELESS BLOGS DNI IM SO SRS.
thank you! enjoy the read!
Cater Diamond who is aloof.
He finds himself not caring at first, especially when you decide to spend all your time with other people when he could’ve been the perfect upperclassman. He finds himself not caring when he watches you get swept away by the hotter, older upperclassmen. He finds himself not caring when you can’t come by Heartslabyul as often anymore.
And then, very quickly, he starts caring. He doesn’t know why or how, but you somehow managed to become an object of his desires when he tries very hard to not let that happen with anyone, ever, at all. Sure he’s liked people, but he has never been spurred to act on it. So he doesn’t know why he goes out of his way to speak to you, to do things with you. Why does he invite you to go for tea and take cute pics? Why does he text you out of the blue just to share a silly thought or idea? Why does he jump for joy whenever he’s invited over to Ramshackle Dorm? And why do you go along with it every time?
He's mystified at how you've managed to break his aloof structure in so little time. But he's not going to let you get away with it. Now that you've caught his attention, he's going to ensure that he catches yours.
Cater Diamond who is secretive.
He's the kind of person to keep things casual on his end, regardless of how committed the other party may be. He wants to know everyone's deepest secrets and desires, but prefers to keep his under multiple layers of locks and keys. Most of his relationships were almost always one sided, mostly because he could never keep himself tied down. He didn't like to be owned, but he liked to be desired.
After growing up in a house with two older sisters, he hadn't had much privacy, and hadn't had much secrecy either. But once he was exposed to different worlds, he made it a point to keep himself a secret. Talking about home was stressful, and working through the stress surrounding it was even worse, so he always kept his emotions a secret. His sunny disposition and eager attitude was more than enough to catch interested stares, so he kept it up. He was a bit of a tease, but people liked that. The problems came when people grew close to him and expected him to open up in return. That is usually when things would end or grow stagnant. The terrifying ordeal of being known and owned was too much for him. No commitment, no permanence, no promises. Just silly temporary flings, hookups, and infatuation. He was never tempted for more.
And yet, with you, he finds it hard to not want to be yours. He craves your attention and will do anything to receive and retain it. It is especially satisfying when he manages to draw you away from others and instead towards him. It gains him more than a few displeased glares, but who cares? The only person whose attention he cares about anymore is you.
Cater Diamond who is clever.
It may not seem like it, but he's got more than a few tricks up his sleeve.
He will first ask you for your schedule, under the premise of wanting to spend more time together. When he has it, he memorizes it until he knows it off the top of his head. He keeps a close eye on your social media to track your favorite places, and asks you to go there with him, saying he wants to try something new. He plans out random encounters, few and far between enough to make them seem coincidental. He doesn't follow you, but he does show up. And because of that, he begins to stick out in your mind.
He'll fish for your attention every chance he can get. He'll post the most random, silly things just to get you to like it. He'll click his pen a few too many times in class just to get you to glance over at him and watch him click it repeatedly. He'll fake a stumble if he's walking in front of you just to get your help. He'll put up his hair differently in flight class just so he can catch your questioning stare. He'll do all these things just to feel your eyes on him, so that he can feel like you've noticed him. And if he's brave enough, when he catches your gaze, he'll smirk knowingly, his eyes creasing up at the edges and say "You're staring," as though that wasn't exactly what he wanted.
He can't bring himself to confess first, so he'll bait you into doing it, by planting the idea in your head in perhaps not-so-subtle ways. He'll mention the incoming Valentine's Day and how badly he wishes for a confession, or he'll bring up the topic of crushes often as though he's dying to know who you've got your eye on - all the while knowing it's him. When you finally crack and cave, admitting your feelings for him, his heart soars. Of course he accepts your feelings, and while the fear of commitment eats at him just slightly, it's muffled by his fulfilled want to be yours.
Maybe you fell first, but he definitely fell harder.
Cater Diamond who is prideful.
He's never been proud to be tied down, ever. But it's with you and he's learning to enjoy it. All he does is talk all of Heartslabyul's ears off (and anyone else who will listen) about how wonderful you are, or how beautiful you are, or how he adores every little thing about you. And while he does indeed love you, there is something satisfying about the palpable jealousy that hangs in the air when he mentions staying the night at Ramshackle Dorm or going out on cute little photogenic dates with you. His eyes glimmer with pride every time someone sucks their teeth or rolls their eyes or lowly growls. He doesn't even remotely feel threatened.
He tries not to flaunt you too much, for fear of being overly zealous, but he offers his arm to you every time you walk together. He kisses your forehead sometimes when he sends you off to class. He takes as many pictures as he likes of you in your cutest outfits. And he always makes a show of it if you sit near him at lunch. He can't help it. He's just so proud. The question is, is he proud to be yours or proud to have you?
Cater Diamond who is capable.
It doesn't take long for you to bed each other; romance wasn't the only thing blossoming between you two. Cater very quickly proves himself to be far more than adept at such activities, but recognizes that there is love in this too, this time.
In the past, he always did it how his partner liked it to keep them interested, ensuring both parties were happy, but only to his own benefit. He never said "I love you" or anything as flimsy and daunting as that. It was always whispered moans and whines from him and his partner, various curses, vulgar descriptions, and a cry to signify release. Nothing more, nothing less. If such committed words were uttered, he'd stop seeing them. He always made it clear that that's never what he wanted to hear. He only wanted to hear how good they were feeling, how close they were, or what they wanted him to do or what they wanted to do to him. It was always just to get off or satiate a burning attraction, never to demonstrate love.
Like the past, he wants to make you, his partner, feel good, but unlike the past, it is a demonstration of love. He will do everything in his power to ensure that you know that he loves you through every technique he knows. He thinks of you first and him second. Whatever you want done is done, however you want it, whenever you want it, all to show that he loves you. He doesn't care. As long as it satisfies you, anything's worth it. And he does satisfy you. Every time.
He never gets tired of hearing his name moaned out on your tongue, and he never gets tired of the taste of yours, sweet as honey, lingering on his lips like a whisper.
Cater Diamond who is devoted.
He's been tied down, slowly but surely. Whether you planned it or not, you've simply got him wrapped around your finger. Of course he knows this, but can't bring himself to want to tear away. He is safe and comfortable with you, and all the things you've shown him. He quickly finds that, instead of being proud to have you, he's proud to be yours. He's proud to be loved in the way he's learned to love. Whatever residual fear he has of commitment, or loss of control, is all dissolved when he looks at you, your hand curled around his, your eyes watching him.
He takes pictures of you all the time to remind himself that he's yours, and he curls into your chest at night to remind himself that he's yours, and he bathes in the jealous stares of his peers to remind himself that he's yours.
And he wouldn't have it any other way.
Cater Diamond who is in love with you.

i wanna talk about PJO episode 3, spoilers ahead!!:
-
-
i’ve been seeing some people complain about details they didn’t add from the book, but i want to talk about the extra details they *did* add:
i’m genuinely so pleased with the way they handled how percy responded to the oracle prophecy because it’s just so realistic, they are all scared kids and that fear presents itself in different ways, and annabeth and percy being cruel to each other because of that fear is so realistic; i love that grover talks it out with them and i love that percy is being honest about how he feels with both of them. it’s genuinely so important to me.
“i’m feeling so alone, i don’t know what to think or who to trust.” percy tearing up and his voice breaking??? i can’t do this im gonna cry forever.
when annabeth tells him how she could’ve turned him in and he asks“what’d you do?” “i killed her sister” and when percy tells her about medusa asking him to betray them and annabeth asks “what did you say?” “i cut off her head” and when grover says “as long as the three of us are together none of us are gonna be alone.” IM actually unwell the trust that they are gaining between each other is so realistic; annabeth opening up the littlest bit warms my soul :,)
and they are just kids!!!!!! they don’t know what they are doing!!!! all they have is each other and they all have the world on their shoulders, and the way they wrote it and the way walker, leah, and aryan are portraying the emotions behind that is just so perfect to me. i’ll never shut up about this show it’s so good (and the little consensus song they sing is so funny)

A CRITIQUE OF OMORI, PART 3: MARI AND THE TRUTH
Tumblr media
NOTE: Reader discretion is advised. By clicking on “Keep reading”, you willingly choose to continue reading the post.
OMORI spends a considerable amount of time trying to ingratiate you to Mari as a character. In Headspace, she plays a motherly role to Omori and the gang, providing endless positivity and advice to the party whenever they take a break at her picnic blanket; at one point, Kel even begs Hero not to tell Mari about him and Aubrey knocking Basil over the same way a child would beg someone else to not tell their mother after messing up. In the real world, everyone who knew her only ever speaks of her as being kind and gentle, and the official walkthrough guide even calls her “the glue that holds everyone together”.
As wholesome as all of that may seem at first glance, this is one of the main problems with Mari’s writing: the game tries to get you to love her so hard that it comes off as overly aggressive character shilling. For instance, during the second picnic Omori and his friends can have with Mari en route to Basil’s house, Basil wishes to be more like Mari and notes that she always seems to have everything under control, Hero compliments her on how she always makes everything look easy, and Aubrey describes her as "effortlessly graceful". As with Basil summing up each of the characters via flowers, the game spells out the character’s personality for you right at the start rather than allowing you to parse it for yourself over the course of the story.

[How should I know? I literally just met her a few minutes ago.]
If the shilling had been limited to Headspace, it could’ve been a powerful narrative tool to show how much Sunny idolizes his big sister and foreshadow that his perception of her is unreliable. The problem is that what we learn about her in the real world reinforces said unreliable perception; as with the photo album and the main characters’ childhood, the narrative paints the real Mari as too impossibly perfect of a person to be remotely believable. Not only did she switch beds with her brother when the latter started to have difficulty falling asleep, she also let him sleep with her when he had nightmares, took the blame for him breaking one of their mother’s vases and even saved him from drowning once. She also bought Basil his signature photo album, bought Sunny a giant building block set as a gift for one of his birthdays, carried Sunny back home after he fell asleep on the bus, pitched in along with Sunny's other friends to buy him a violin for Christmas, was the perfect match for Hero and generally served as the group’s caring mother figure in the real world as well. C’mon, love her already!
Of course, such a flawless angel is too good for this sinful earth. That is why, after spending the entirety of its runtime building up to Mari having killed herself due to her own mental issues, the game pulls a last-minute plot twist and reveals that Sunny accidentally killed her by shoving her down the stairs during an argument they had over Sunny breaking his violin on the day of a recital they were to perform at. As evidenced by the datamined text from the “Truth” photo album, the game gives no consideration to Mari’s perspective on the matter and only focuses on Sunny’s feelings. It’s all about how he was overcome, how his fingers were shaking in pain and how he was sick of practicing over and over. How did Mari feel when she saw her brother destroy the fruit of her and his friends’ hard work in one fell swoop? How did she feel being perpetually dissatisfied with the waltz she obsessively practiced, trying to reach the unreachable standards she set for herself? These are questions the game doesn’t bother answering, because Sunny and his feelings are of central priority to the story at all times, even if it comes at the expense of other characters, their own feelings or even logic.
(speaking of logic, the game never explains why Sunny and Mari were arguing at the top of the staircase in the first place. the piano room, which is most likely where the two practiced since Mari's piano is located there, is on the first floor of their house, while Photo of an Argument shows them them having said argument on the second one. peak writing)
Additionally, the story fails to properly establish just how strenuous violin practice was for Sunny. The only bit of set-up for the argument the game provides during the main story is Lost Library's “Saturday morning cartoons” book, which isn’t much and requires the player to make a giant leap from “Sunny doesn’t like violin practice because he misses out on watching cartoons with his friends” to “violin practice physically hurts Sunny and he resents Mari for her perfectionism”. Likewise, the narrative’s prior and consistent portrayal of Mari as flawless is incompatible with the plot twist’s insinuation that she overworked Sunny and was harsh on him when he made mistakes, which makes the twist feel even more inorganic than it already is.
If the game left the twist at Sunny shoving Mari down the stairs, that probably would’ve been enough. However, it subsequently inserts Basil into the scene, him having bore witness to the argument and Mari’s murder. This doesn’t make sense on a logistical level because the game never explains how Basil managed to get inside Sunny’s house and why he was there in the first place. Not only does Basil not try to call an ambulance/find the nearest adult to help, he comes up with a plan to cover up Mari’s murder by framing it as a suicide. Basil’s multi-step plan is not something one would come up with in a situation of high anxiety and stress: it feels nearly premeditated, and at no step of the way does Basil seem to have had second thoughts, like one would if they were acting irrationally. Furthermore, the sheer tonal dissonance created by the fact that Basil of all people came up with an idea this demented isn’t disturbing as much as it is absurd. It reeks of the writer assuming that a topic like murder instantly makes a story Deep and Complex without putting any thought into it, and it seems Basil was written into the twist solely to absolve Sunny of any responsibility for the cover-up.
Finally, the game inadvertently implies that Mari's suicide wasn't investigated properly, if at all. The clues indicating that she didn't hang herself are obvious, such as the fact that she seemingly used a jumping rope and her stockings being clean as opposed to stained with grass and mud from the ground around the tree. Such a break from reality isn't much of a significant problem, but it does become rather conspicuous once you notice it. Fans tend to theorize that Sunny's parents somehow knew the truth and possibly bribed the police into dropping the case, but there isn't enough concrete evidence to support this theory.
The knowledge of the twist is imperative to understanding just how aggressive and transparent the shilling becomes. Some of the most notable moments that explicitly demonstrate what the player is meant to think about Mari include divine light shining down on her grave in the town’s cemetery, her farewell to Sunny at the end of the North Lake segment, where she is briefly shown walking on water, and her brief conversation with Sunny in his house's piano room on One Day Left, where she apologizes to Sunny for “pushing him too hard”, implying that her brother killing her was somehow her fault.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Mari isn’t a character in her own right - she is the quintessential fridged woman, existing purely as the object fueling the main characters’ grief and being important only when the game needs to assure the player that Sunny killing his sister wasn’t much of a big deal. After all, even the person he killed is shown to forgive him for what he did.
Speaking of Sunny, his actions in the aftermath of the incident paint him as rather reprehensible. Not only does he vandalize Basil’s most precious belonging and then leave him alone, but he also chooses to lie by omission to his friends and his parents, letting them believe that they failed her because of the assumed nature of her death as a suicide. On top of all that, the game seems to heavily imply that Sunny blacked out the photos due to Omori’s influence; considering that Omori is apparently meant to be the personification of Sunny’s depression, this reads as a convenient way to absolve Sunny of any responsibility for his horrible actions by making his Evil Mental Illness the culprit.
It’s time to talk about this game’s depiction of mental illness, then.
