So, here's my plan:
I am going write down everything I'm doing around the house for the next few months, making sure that I do everyhing PERFECTLY, following EVERY SINGLE RULE my roomate made up, and even signing all the dates where I am not in the house (like when I am in my hometown, or even when it's a full day in university if I go out early morning and come back late evening) just to make sure that the times I got nothing done I got a valid reason (I fucking wasn't there).
I am going to do all of this, writing everything down as backup because my memory is shit, and the next time my roomate acts like a bitch and complains about whatever the drama of the day is I am going ballistic. I will have my backup and I will be ready to defend myself with concrete proof because I AM DONE.
And if she's still acting all cold and resentful, all because last time I dared to defend myself and talk back, then she's the problem. And I will tell her to her fucking face: if you're not able to see a genuine attempt at making things right and the good will to want make up for past mistakes (even if she fucking exagerated them, but I will cut this part out for the sake of peace), and everything is always bad and wrong, then you are the problem.
It's not my fault if you're never happy, and it's not my job to make you feel better.

Coriolanus Snow and Anakin Skywalker are perfect examples of really interesting characters who had every chance to do the right thing but repeatedly chose wrong even though they were surrounded by good people, all because they had one person whispering in their ear and convincing them to be selfish and to hurt people instead. There is no point where they have to do what they do, it’s their choices that make them compelling.
They’re also both incredibly controlling over the women they claim to love but are quick to try and physically harm them when they realise that they’re actually human beings who will not blindly follow them. It’s very clear they were possessive, not actually in love. To sincerely love is to respect someone’s agency and neither of them were capable of that.
Another trait they both share is that, despite being layered and well written but fundamentally flawed characters who turn to evil by their own free will, if you cast an attractive actor to play them, there are always going to be people who blindly ignore the entire plot just to defend them and justify their actions. Being a victim of abuse or oppression does not excuse you from being a perpetrator.

Wahhhhh thinking about cannibal Saiki and his loving boyfriend Kuboyasu again (yes, AGAIN, you read that right)
Read more for people who don’t wanna read that kinda stuff,,,
Kaido asks him one day, almost joking, “would you be willing to, like, cut and prepare and potentially even cook the Meat(tm) for him” and Kuboyasu is quiet for almost ten seconds and Kaido is like “JOKING. THE ANSWER IS NO. DO NOT CONSIDER IT.”
Or Saiki comes back with blood on his mouth and Kuboyasu kisses him without a second thought—Saiki pulls back and he’s like “…You realize I just fed right” and Kuboyasu is like “yeah what ab it” before realizing. Yeah.
Need Kuboyasu to reach a point where he’s questioning his morals. Because yeah it’s one thing to date someone who eats people (even if they’re awful people and Saiki needs it to Survive) but it may be another ballpark to actively begin supporting and loving that part. Need him to take a step back and look at all the things he’s done in his past and wonder how far this is from that, if he’s desensitized or just down bad for his shawty. Like morally.

I am so normal when writing break-ups. The most normal person in the world. Mental stability 10/10.
TW for ??? I don't know what the hell I just wrote. I guess implied Eating Disorder and Suicidal thoughts, and whatever the fuck this is because I don't know--
This is Sanuso btw. I had too much fun writing fluff now it's time for the angst.
The plot is basically Sanji breaking up with Usopp for reasons I cannot explain yet because I'm gonna drop this fanfic like a bomb in a few days when it's done and then run away.

having vague thoughts about E3 and the current state of AAA game development in general..
like yeah direct promotions have had more of an impact than Big Events for me, and the main thing I'd want to see out of E3 are trailers for new games or the conversations that follow online - but a few points on that
I can just as easily look up “new games for [platform] [year]” on youtube
Something about the way AAA games are built these days makes me get bored of them ⅔ of the way through, if I even make it that far, on top of them charging more for less content and hiding away the rest behind multiple DLC packs
I've mostly been buying indies the past few years and have gotten a lot of fun out of them; they continue to deliver a nearly unrivaled experience of fun gameplay mechanics and interesting/emotional stories at a ridiculously low cost
I also have emulators for going back and playing old games I really liked so I'm not exactly desperate for new games
and idk!! weird to see E3 officially ending but I also think the landscape is very different these days including the game companies themselves. I'm not a game dev so I can't rly speak to what the change has looked like on their end over the past 10-20 yrs.
