I am 33, born male, and have had major self image issues my entire life. I hated seeing myself in mirrors, pictures, you name it. I honestly thought it was kinda normal so I just accepted it.

Now about 3 weeks ago I was at my girlfriends house, we have been dating a little over a year now, and have plans to move in together soon. Now recently she has shaved her head to support of her friends with cancer (side note thenl treatments for that friend are going very well). She had since bought some wigs to wear while her hair grows back out. We were joking around as I have male pattern baldness, and when she went to the bathroom I jokingly threw a wig on and waited. She came our, saw me we laughed for a bit and she said "you know I think you'd make a pretty girl" we laughed some more but those words triggered something in me.

Cut to a few night's ago she asked why I've been acting weird lately and I just told her how i was feeling. She said "alright let's do this " and when I asked what she told me she was going to give me a bit of a makeover and put me in one of her dresses and if i liked it then good. I was nervous and asked what if I did like it would she still be attracted to me. She just responded with "Baby you know I'm bi, guy or girl you're still mine." Her words reassured me honestly i love her so much.

Anyways she finished the make up, fitted a wig on me perfectly and got me in a dress and even helped me put a bra on and stuff in a little so i could see what breasts would kinda look like on me. Now I expected to see myself in the mirror, laugh this off and move on right, but I didn't. She did an unbelievable job, like I looked like I had been born a woman, and when I saw myself in the mirror for the first time in my entire life, I liked what I saw. I probably stared at myself for a good 10 minutes before she finally asked me something. She asked what I wanted to be called. After a few seconds I said Jessie, I always like the name Jessie. She whispered in my ear "well Jessie, you look beautiful." And that was it, I knew this was who i wanted to be.

I'm nervous now though, my friends will accept it but my family are, well let's just say not very progressive. But this is what I want.

The KOSA bill, what it's going to do if passed, and how you can help prevent it from taking effect

KOSA will essentially erase anonymity from the internet by requiring people to upload their government ID or other form of identification to any social media site, as well as restricting resources and information on LGBT rights, history, racism, and more. This bill will censor the entire internet and destroy privacy while violating First Amendment rights and potentially putting minors in danger.

This also could very well mean the end of Tumblr, and I'm not exaggerating here.

Tomorrow KOSA could be passed in Senate, and from there it will need to pass in the House of Representatives before being signed into law by the president. It's not doomsday yet, but it is a dangerous situation-- and here's what you can do.

StopKOSA.org provides you with a template email to send to your representatives. You can leave it how it is or edit it to say what you want, and then send it from their website.

The website also allows you to call your representatives and gives you a template of what to say.

BadInternetBills.org, run by the same people, takes action against KOSA as well as other bills like EARN IT. At the time of posting this, over 356,000 people have signed this petition.

One last thing-- The evolution of AI images and video.

I don't really have anything good to say. AI is evolving fast and changing the world as we know it. We are adapting, but nobody knows how this really is going to end up.

A few quick points:

AI images are not art. That's all. AI "artists" who genuinely claim to have made something of their own just by typing a prompt into a generator will be blocked. (Which has been in my rules for a while, but I still think it needs to be said.)

I recommend Glaze for artists who don't want their art being scraped and used for data training. Especially with the recent rumors of an upcoming deal between Tumblr and Midjourney. There's also a similar program called Nightshade (haha, earthspark reference? anyone?🦉) that I haven't tested myself but have heard good things about.

Y/N stands on the corner of street adorned with cherry blossom trees. The air is filled with a sweet, floral scent, her favourite scent. As she stands there, a gentle breeze stirs, causing the petals to dance and twirl in the air before gracefully descending to the ground. With a smile, she extends her hand and manages to catch one of the petals. Just as the petal brushes her skin a sudden gust of wind sweeps through, snatching the petal away from her.

As the petal floats further away from her, Y/N’s attention is drawn to a figure approaching from the distance. Her smile fades as he recognizes him. He’s a familiar face that she had once held dear.

As he walks pass her, he bows his head slightly, a warm smile on his handsome face, in greeting, before continuing on his way to wherever he’s heading. As she watches him walk further away, her face remains stoic, her emotions hidden behind a mask of indifference. But deep in her eyes, a flicker of hurt and longing can be seen. Her heart aches, burdened from the curse that had been placed on her as images of their past encounters flash through her mind, until it settles on one memory. It’s a memory from centuries ago.

“You shouldn’t be with a commoner,” his voice rings loud, as he tucks a stray strand of hair behind her ear, before cupping her cheek. “A noble woman like you should be with a man of her status.”

“But I don’t want a man of nobility,” she tells him, turning her head and places a soft kiss on his palm. “I want the man who holds my heart. The man standing in front of me right now. The man I love more than life itself. I only want you. I only need you.”

Shaking her head, pushing away all the mixed emotions, she continues her walk back to her apartment only to step back in surprised when she finds the old lady who has been a pain in her side since her first life centuries ago.

"Aish," she says under her breath, frowning at the deity disguised as a sweet little old lady. She was anything but.

"Avoiding him isn't going to break your curse," The old woman smiles. The smile doesn't match the overly friendly tone of her voice.

"I'm beginning to think you don't know how to break it," the younger woman says, glaring into her soul. “That I was just some experiment to you.”

"You must confront it," the old woman advises. "Confront your sins, leave the past behind you, and begin anew. Do not flee this time. It’s really that simple. I was so sure you’d have it figured out and broken by your third life."

"I-"

"Excuse me."

A voice from behind Y/N interrupts her and causes the old woman to disappear with a smirk. She swears under her breath before turning to face the person. Her heart skips a beat seeing him, the man she has loved and lost many times standing before her.

"I found this back there," he says holding up her wallet and pointing down the street in the direction he’d been walking in.

Her eyes grow wide, her cheeks flushing with embarrassment as she frantically searches her bag for her wallet, which she was certain was safely tucked away.

"I... I must have dropped it," she stutters, feeling a mix of relief and gratitude towards him. The relief quickly fades as she realizes that this was the work of the deity, fuelling a hidden anger within her.

He smiles warmly, handing her the wallet. "I checked the ID and recognized you. I'm glad I caught you so I could return it to you instead of taking it to the police station."

"I can't believe I didn't realize it was missing."

He shrugs, his eyes filled with empathy. "It happens to the best of us."

She nods, "You're right. Thank you..."

"Park Seonghwa," he introduces himself, bowing slightly and extending his hand to her.

"Thank you, Park Seonghwa," she expresses her gratitude with a kind smile, shaking his hand.

"I don't usually do this, but would you like to go get a coffee?" he asks, appearing unsure and nervous. "If you're not busy... I mean, you don't have to... I don't-"

"I would love to," she interrupts him this time, the words of the deity echoing in her mind. Confront your sins, leave the past behind you, and start anew.

why you should vote herobrine in every single Tumblr Sexyman poll

he's one of the originals: look, a lot of these upstarts are new to the party. they may be sexy and they may be men, but they lack legacy. not so with herobrine. herobrine's been around. he's been around before sans. he's been around before bill cipher. he's one of the original originals alongside the onceler himself. know your herstory etc etc

he fits more of the criteria: look. i love benrey, i love reigen arataka, i love raymond animalcrossing. but look me in the eyes and tell me: is there a significant portion of people who ship them with themselves? once upon a time that used to be a requirement. and guess who does fit that requirement? that's right. herobrine. i mean, yeah, there's also herosteve i guess, but i was there back in the mid-2010s! i know what i saw! even to this day people will make new herobrine variant ocs! and guess what! sometimes they smooch!

he's a trailblazer: i think quite possibly one of the few more influential video game creepypastas you could cite would be BEN Drowned, but with all my respects -- he does not have the advantage of being in one of the longest-living games of the decade. herobrine, meanwhile? herobrine comes from the same time as first-era MCYT, and no matter how you feel about the phrase "MCYT" as a whole, you should know that interpretive roleplay and storytelling in the confines of video games is very, very cool and very, very important. and the first villain of every 13-year-old's minecraft roleplay? if it wasn't herobrine, he almost certainly made an impact elsewhere.

he's been through a lot: if i had a nickel for every time i saw whitewashed herobrine i would probably be a millionaire. despite being blocks he gets drawn as a stereotypical muscleman (twig herobrines get a pass they have a je ne sais quoi about them). his alive half-brother is a total asshole. people hate him on instinct because some famous jackass or another happens to play the game he's originated from. he's gotten banned from minecraft at least 10 separate times. he doesn't deserve this. he's just really been through the ringer and he really deserves this win.

i love your other guys. i do. except one or two of them but i don't want those guys anywhere near my blog so i'm not naming those fuckers. but for the most part i love like 90% of them and if it were up to me they'd all be given titles for their individual contributions to sexymandom.

but c'mon, y'all, it's herobrine minecraft. someone changed four pixels on the original steve skin and made a complete and utter legend and we can't just let that go unaccoladed forever.

Body Swap - Ritsu

First Comic (the one you're reading now is the 6th! Search #mp100 body swap on my blog to find the rest)

Summarized ID: Ritsu comes into Spirits and Such and demands that Mob go to school. However, he's speaking to Reigen in Mob's body. Dimple tells him this, and Ritsu does not believe that a body swap has occurred. In order to prove that Mob is actually the one in Reigen's body, Mob tells numerous stories of Ritsu from when he was a child. Ritsu gets embarrassed, believes him, then leaves.

Ritsu pants, having just ran into Spirits and Such. "Shige... Hey..."

He grabs Reigen's wrist and pulls him. "We are NOT missing class- we're already... 30 minutes late! oh, crap-"

Reigen pulls his wrist from Ritsu's grasp. "Whoa, I'm not going ANYWHERE!" underneath his speechbubble is the subtext: "and don't grab people like that, it's rude!"

"WHY NOT!?" Ritsu yells back at him.

"Ritsu..." Mob says.

Ritsu gets in his face. "Don't say anything! I get that he hands out here after school but don't make him start skipping class!"

A close up of Ritsu's face as he yells: "NOBODY CARES ABOUT THE STREET SIGN CLIMBER!"

Mob looks confused with a big "?" over his head. Text above his head reads "the street sign climber...?"

Mob looks over at Reigen. "Master... did you not tell Ritsu?" Ritsu follows his gaze and thinks to himself: "master?"

Reigen responds, frantically, "Why would I!? I didn't want to freak him out! I was still trying to figure out what was going on! How do I explain something like this anyway!?"

"Explain what?" Ritsu asks.

"That shigeo and reigen have swapped bodies." Dimple replies.

Ritsu looks at Dimple with a mix of confusion and disgust. He squints at him, squints harder, trying to make sense of what he just said, and then looks at him disbelievingly, lips pursed. Finally, he faces Dimple fully and asks bluntly: "What?"

Mob scratches the back of his neck. "Uhh... well, I look like master and master looks like me...."

"meaning SHigeo looks like Reigen and Reigen looks like Shigeo." Dimple explains.

"Right." Mob says. He points to himself, smiling. "So I'm shigeo, your brother."

Reigen is next to him, with a slightly pissed off expression. "And I'm Reigen Arataka. NOT your brother."

Ritsu looks done and annoyed at them. He puts his face in his hands and mutters: "This is stupid. What..."

He makes a 'come here' motion to Reigen. "We're going to school."

"Ritsu! I'm not going! Ugh- didn't you hear a word of what was just said!?" Reigen shouts back.

"Yeah, and it was dumb, so c'mon."

Mob leans in and says: "Please let him go. I don't want Master going to school as me."

Dimple says "Ritsu, come on, man. you seriously can't tell that your 'brother' is acting differently?"

Ritsu responds. "Well, yeah, but..."

Reigen thinks for a moment, hand on his chin, before going "I got it!" He explains: "Hey, mob, you know those movies where there's a clone or something and in order to tell which ones the real one, they have to say something only the real one would know?" In a thought bubble, an image of a person pointing a gun at two identical people is shown.

"Mm... I dunno, maybe?" Mob responds. Reigen huffs. "Whatever. Just say something only you would know."

Mob thinks, putting his finger to his chin. "Something only I would know about Ritsu... uh... Ritsu's favourite colour is green and he really likes tofu." Next to Mob appears a smattering of dark green and a picture of tofu.

Reigen scolds him. "Mob, anybody could know that! pick something more personal!"

"Oh, oh... hmmm...." Mob thinks again.

"One time, when we were kids, ritsu and I watched this movie about a boy who lived in the forest... when we went to the park after, ritsu tried to catch a squirrel and hit his head."

Illustrated below the text box is a young ritsu and mob watching TV. On the TV is a man with wild hair, holding an animal in his hand. Ritsu is paying attention, Mob is playing with something in his hands. Then we see an image of Ritsu leaping towards a squirrel, only to slam face first into a tree trunk.

Ritsu bursts the thought bubble, blushing. "OKAY THAT'S ENOUGH. Shige, did you tell him all that?"

Reigen crosses his arms. "I'm NOT your brother. I'm Reigen. Can't you just believe that now?"

Dimple smirks. "Do you seriously carry spoons on you, little ritsu?"

Ritsu blushes and uses his powers to push some spoons he has in his back pocket down. "No."

Ritsu sighs. "Alright, fine. Maybe I believe you... I just... don't like it."

Reigen begins to take off his school uniform pants, that are over his pajama pants. "Us neither." Mob looks at Ritsu, frowning. "You should go to school, ritsu. I'm sorry that all of this made you late."

Ritsu smiles, strained, at Mob. 'It's not big deal, uh..."

A panel of Mob, but it's Reigen's face. Reigen's face is drawn in the shows style and he is smiling slightly.

Ritsu only becomes more strained at this. He finishes his sentence: "brother." There are stress lines on his face and the background is dark.

He turns his back to them, waving. "I'll just make up an excuse as to why you're late, okay?"

"Sorry for the trouble." Mob says.

"WAIT!" Reigen shouts. Ritsu startles. "You don't maybe know how to fix this, do you?"

"No... is it a curse or something?" Ritsu asks. Reigen sighs and sits down on a seat, his cheek in his hand and his elbow resting on his knee. "Apparently not... damn it." He says.

"Well... good luck." Ritsu says. "Call me if you need any help, okay? and let me know when you're back in your body, shige." He looks at Reigen as he says this.

Reigen jabs a thumb in Mob's direction. "Don't look at me... I'm Reigen. THAT'S 'shige'. I've told you like five times already!"

Mob raises Reigen's flip phone, now charging. He smiles slightly. "Thanks, Ritsy. I'll call you as soon as Master's phone is charged."

Ritsu looks at Mob, sweating. "Ah. right." Mob is smiling at him.

It's silent for a panel.

Ritsu leaves. "Well, bye!" Mob's smile only drops a little bit.

Kai smiles out at his supporters as they chant back to him, soaking in the vibrancy of the atmosphere. His phone pings on the lectern podium, and he looks down briefly to see a text message from you. Unfortunately you couldn't make his big speech, and to be frank, Kai didn't mind. He'd done his best to seperate you, the light of his life, from his plan for world domination.

Kai's eyes almost bugged out of his head when he saw you'd attached a photo of you, across his desk in the basement, in an electric blue floral lace body suit, your thighs strapped in matching suspenders and garters.

Kai chuckled when he'd saw the selfie you sent him next, wearing an Uncle Sam hat, that was embodied with small iridescent sequins.

He couldn't deter his gaze from the first photo, it was so fucking hot.

Kai eventually looked back up at the crowd, bidding them farewell with a grand wave, not without riling up the crowd again as he walked off stage. Letting out a sigh, he entered town hall, his phone held securely in his palm as he made his way to his campaign office.

"Right, everyone out!" Kai called, startling Gary and Jack who were sorting posters and arranging "Vote for Kai Anderson" signage.

"Divine Ruler, are you alright?" Gary noticed Kai's face flushed crimson, and the thin layer of sweat that sheened his forehead.

"Yes, now fucking leave, I have shit to do," Kai grumbled, sitting down in his desk chair and tucking himself under the desk. He was hoping they didn't notice the bulge growing under his suit pants.

Bucky didn’t know you were a little at the start of your relationship. He’d heard the term caregiver before, but he didn’t know how much he’d enjoy being one until he met your little self. The first time he was with you as you went into the headspace, he fell in love with the added dynamic in your relationship. You took some time to feel comfortable with slipping around him, but he let you take your time and assured you that he loved you in both headspaces along the way.

He dove into researching caregiver/little relationships, only wanting the best for you. He did ask you what you needed from him and learned to read your nonverbal cues to fill in the blanks, but the research was helpful for things that you yourself weren’t aware of. He’d also turn to his notes when you were little and needed something, but were too far into the headspace to advocate for yourself. The accounts from other littles and more experienced caregivers helped him feel more confident in caring for you.

One of the ideas expressed in these relationships was to have separate bedrooms. At first, Bucky wrote off this idea because he liked being close to you, especially at night and when you first woke up. But then he read about how much the separate space helped other littles, and he knew he had to at least try.

He started by completely redecorating the bedroom right next to the master. The walls were painted in your favorite color, the hard floor now had soft rugs, and he built a coffee table for your tea parties(or business meetings as you called them).

At first, the new room confused you. Your little brain feared that Bucky didn’t wanna sleep next to you anymore and that you had become an annoyance. He quickly took in your crestfallen face and told you the purpose of the room, assuring you that you could still sleep with him if you wanted and that this was just another option.

Now feeling much better, you took in your surroundings. You absolutely loved the decorations Bucky had chosen and began to daydream about spending your time in this room that was perfectly catered towards you. The bedspread was just as soft as the one in the master, but it had a fun pattern. And all your coloring supplies and toys were placed in organized, easily accessible drawers along the wall. Even in your state of mind, you could see that Bucky put a lot of time and effort into this room.

Your eyes began to water and you tackled Bucky with a hug. He rubbed your back and pressed a kiss to your head. “Do you like it, bubba?” You nodded into his shirt, too shy to say anything.

Throughout the following weeks, you spent more and more time in your room. You mostly slept in the master bedroom with Bucky, but now you liked playing and coloring in your room instead of in the living room or on the dining table. Even though this room was fully your space, Bucky still maintained that you had to put your toys and markers away when you weren’t using them. He’d help you if you asked of course, but he wanted to teach you to take care of your space and your belongings.

After helping you clean so many times, Bucky noticed that you really liked taking out all of your stuffed animals and laying in a pile of them. At first he thought there was an issue with your bed, but you took naps in it just fine. When he asked you about it, you just said it was cozy and began picking at a loose thread on your shirt, a little embarrassed.

Bucky had a feeling that this pile did more for you than you could express at the moment, so he decided to make it a permanent fixture in your room. The next day, you took a nap on your shared bed while he got to work. He rearranged the furniture in your room and collected extra blankets and pillows around the house to make what you would later call your “cozy corner”.

When you woke up from your nap, he had you close your eyes as he carried you towards the next room to reveal the surprise. When you finally got to see what Bucky had been up to, you were delighted by the new addition. You wiggled a bit and pointed towards the corner while still in his arms, prompting him to carry you closer to get a better look. Bucky couldn’t take his eyes off of you as you admired the display. He felt so grateful that you trusted him with this vulnerable part of yourself, letting him see every emotion on your face. Right now, you were displaying pure joy.

“You wanna try it out? See if it’s as cozy as how you usually make it?” he asked.

You nodded excitedly, prompting Bucky to joke about your head falling off your shoulders. He gently set you down on the center of the pile. A happy sigh escaped your lips as you melted into the assortment of soft materials. Bucky felt so fulfilled from seeing his baby enjoy his work.

You had never felt so comfortable, but there was one thing that could make this better. You reached your arms out towards Bucky. “Join me, Daddy! Please?”

He dove right into the pile, hugging you to his chest and kissing all over your face. You spent the next few hours in your cozy corner cuddled up to your daddy as you watched one of your favorite cartoons.

Now we KNOW that Hunter has a crush on Willow. I mean just look at this boy and tell me he isn't completely smitten. But does HE know? That's a bigger question.

For starters, I believe that Hunter does in fact know what a crush is, at least in the text book sense. He reads a lot, so it would be likely that he has encountered romance in some form through that. We know at least he likes Ruler's Reach, which despite King's edits we know still had some of Luz's influence. Also, fans who know Star Trek have pointed out that the character Hunter's blorbo is a parody of is married to a botanist so there's no way he would miss that.

Since it's common for teens to have one-sides crushes on adults in their lives like teachers or friends' older siblings, I used to head canon that when Hunter was younger he could have had baby crush on Steve or someone (bi hunter rights!) but since in "Thanks to Them" Hunter specifies that he wasn't allowed to interact much with the other scouts I now find that to be unlikely. Willow is most likely his first crush.

As for being AWARE of his crush, let's look at the timeline.

In Labyrinth Runners, Hunter is already showing signs of his crush on Willow though I don't think he is aware of what his feelings mean yet at this point. He blushes at her, he tries to make himself somewhat presentable for her, but he doesn't really know why.

But fast forward to Thanks To Them? I think he knows by now. For this reasoning I point to the "Buff Brains" scene.

Hunter doesn't just get distracted by Willow's muscles here, he catches himself getting distracted, which leads to him snapping himself out of it and adding on his awkward "HA HA YEAH" several seconds after everyone else has gone quiet. Hunter here to me seems like he is trying (and failing, bless him) to keep it cool, as opposed to in LR when he made no such attempts, because at that time he wasn't aware he had to. Whether or not he came to this conclusion on his own or had help from Gus or Amity is a question for fan fiction.

Now the next part of your question, does Willow have a crush on Hunter? Absolutely.

But Secretly, you say, how can you be so sure of this when Willow has never blushed at Hunter? Well I'm here to say she doesn't have to, and why? Because of Raeda.

When just looking at Hunter's side of things, or looking at our canon blushy couple lumity, it can be easy to say that only blushes equal crushes, but this isn't always the case.

Enter Raine. Raine does not typically blush at Eda, even when she blushes at them, but no one in the fandom doubts that they are in love with her.

Raine and Willow are actually a really interesting comparison because for the most part they only blush when they are embarrassed. Raine especially blushes when they are on stage.

The only time I could find Raine blushing at Eda was in this flashback, and they only did it AFTER they were caught being flirty not while they were LITERALLY CARESSING EDA'S HAND suggesting they were more embarrassed about being caught than anything else. And even that blush was nothing compared to how red they get on stage.

Of course, Willow is a protective spirit by nature, but we've never seen her act so rashly to protect her other friends, not even Gus or Luz. Because if you recall, to protect her friends Willow thinks she must be both strong and wise. It would have been wiser to take a minute to come up with a plan to retrieve Hunter before jumping in, it was not so wise to try to commandeer and airship that she has no idea how to fly. This is significant because Willow's emotions are so strong here they are overpowering the part of her that's usually rational and likes to think things through before acting. She cares about Hunter so much.

So in conclusion, Willow definitely likes Hunter back. She at least is more likely to actually be aware of her feelings from early on though, since unlike Hunter she had normal social interactions growing up and is more likely to be familiar with the subject of crushes.

A guide for making a horse stencil (but it also works for cats and dogs, technically).

Edited 16/10/2023: Updated to add more info on hash ID generation and better practice.

If you've read my previous guide on making custom brushes, you'll find that it's relatively similar.

If you're brand spanking new to making any mods, this will probably take you through every single step, because I have an issue with being over-detailed.

Things you'll need:

Sims 4 Studio

GIMP

Notepad

Tools in S4S we'll be using:

Begin by making a new, empty package file, after that, open up the game file cruiser.

Find the "Pet Pelt Layer" and tick the box, after that, in the search box below the file types, write in "EP14", as this will hide cat and dog stencils that will show up.

From here, it's important that we find the right one to work with, it has to be tagged as "Stencil", in this case, it'll be the 3rd from the top of the list or - 00000000000554B4

You can definitely work with just the first one which is a pattern if you want to, but if you're completely new to modding, it will be much easier with the one I've linked. If you do choose the pattern route, remember to change it from pattern to stencil and ThumbnailKey is responsible for the thumbnail you'll see in game.

Now, grab your trusty notepad and make note of these ID's:

Once you've made note of these ID's, make sure you add the file to your current package. You can also skip writing down the ID's and just view them from your package editor screen, but I find it helps keep the workflow more compact, however it is up to you.

Now, go back to your filetype list and select "DST Image" and "RLE 2 Image":

Additionally, make sure you still have "EP14" in the search bar, for the next part we'll be using the instance search bar, as marked on top right.

Enter your first ID -

Add to package and do the same with the second ID.

Now, your new package file should look like this:

Once you're at this point, it's relatively easy sailing.

Start by going to Tools > Hash Generator and generate 3 ID's:

Edited 16/10/2023: When generating your hash ID's, please use your creator name ie.: "[YourCreatorName/Blogname]TutorialCustomFurCoat1", this will give you a more unique hash code than hoping to be as descriptive as possible when generating the hashes (in this case instance ID's). PS. You should still be descriptive.

I do it this way, descriptor + numbers, but you can do it whatever way you want to.

After that, we'll assign your newly generated ID's.

Respectively, my first ID will be used on the Pet Pelt Layer, Second ID will be used on the RLE 2 Image and 3rd ID will be used for the DDS image:

The package you're working on should now look something like this:

After this, you should save your package (so you don't lose your progress, I had a bluescreen happen and I'm still mad, so don't make my mistakes, it's easy to fix, just takes too much time).

Once you've saved your package, we can begin exporting/importing images.

For editing, I recommend actually grabbing the horse skin file. I've uploaded it to SimFileShare, it comes in two flavours .dds and .png, .png will be easier to work with, since it won't have the same layers are .dds.

Anyway, back on track we go:

Export the RLE2 image, it'll be saved as a .png, keep that in mind for later.

Once you're happy with your results, get to exporting your image.

IMPORTANT: remember to export the file in L8 format.

Once you're done with that, go ahead and import your picture into the package:

Repeat the same steps for the DST image, and you're done. Now, save your file and load it into the game:

And you're all set and done.

Why Kawi Felt Inentionally Ace Coded

This is the second post I am making about this show for this week, the first was about what I think went down around time travel in this ep and I will directly reference those theories.

Also I just think the way this episode was playing with flash forwards and backs (with both Piseang’s conversation with his mum AND Max’s convo with Kawi – ALSO A FLASHBACK FYI) is VERY INTENTIONAL. (for the purpose of keeping us both in and out of the loop)

Okay so, for the record I really didn’t plan to actively engage in BMF this week, I am mid spiral on an entirely different TV show and this show did not have my full focus while I watched it this morning.

HOWEVER

This moment

Took my attention and kept it, I was yelling and I made 2 quick reaction posts about the fact that I was yelling (1, 2)

I will add here that @dropthedemiurge posted about Kawi being definitely ace coded LAST WEEK (I couldn't find it sorry but I remember reading it) as well as this week 2 and @heretherebedork had two different posts about this this week.

Also there is legit evidence for this being about touch starvation and intimacy issues (@shouldiusemyname) and if they do this well I wont be mad but…

It Felt VERY ACE CODED To me

And it felt a bit smack in your face ace coded in a way that to me was throwing up giant WE ARE GOING THERE flags. These flags, to me, were primarily in the LANGUAGE that was used more than Kawi’s physical body langue (which was more ambiguous between the two theories), and this is even trickier because of the layers of translation involved.

So lets talk about those flags

(Also I’m demisexual and demiromantic so my own lens is definitely colouring my view)

Max’s convo with Kawi

I actually loved this convo FOR Max’s response, not because he responded well (if Kawi is ace) but because he DIDN’T respond well. This show is doing a really good job of allowing it’s characters to be flawed and I reckon both Max and Piseang got to be flawed in this episode.

my thoughts:

Max is very dismissive of Kawi in this convo, there is a real disconnect with Kawi’s tentative questions and Max’s certain responses. Again I THINK THIS IS INTENTIONAL as per above. (For anyone who wants to check again its part 3/4 from around the 2 minute mark)

Kawi doesn’t seem afraid, he seems genuinely confused about not wanting sex. And personally, I’ve BEEN THERE.

Back in the bedroom

Now here we get some fear as Kawi finds condoms, panics and pretends to sleep.

Something I find interesting about this is he doesn’t pretend to sleep facing away from where Piseang would lie or curled up, he is still placed fairly centrally on the bed. His body language isn’t overly defensive (in my uninformed opinion). Now this could just be that he trusts Piseang regardless but I wanted to point it out.

Then Piseang Time Travels (Full clown, I’m committed)

(I just watched the scene again and Kawi opens his eyes and we don’t see Piseang while the music plays, this scene is legit from Kawi’s point of view and we’ve already seen that the travel isn’t visible to the person not holding the magic globe so I AM EVEN MORE CERTAIN)

We get this moment

And Kawi’s change of experession here is so tender, I feel like this could be coded either way intimacy issues or strong romantic feelings, it’s not lust though that’s for sure. (I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be using coded for intamacy but *shrugs*)

I’m going to skip ahead to the theme park or this will go forever

The bits in between feel more ambiguous to me

Food over sex is a legit part of the ace community (the same way tucked in shirts and clear phone cases are part of the bi community from what I understand)

Then we get the rollercoaster metaphor!

This again felt to me like a rejection of the fear as the primary motivation, he directly says he’s not afraid but he still doesn’t want to

I’m not sure about this scene in the car, it mostly just felt like Kawi was fed up at this point.

Possibly this scene highlights the different places there in and how Piseang is open to new experience and Kawi’s not? This feels more intimacy coded than ace.

Restaurant Scene

Both Kawi and Piseang look so worn out in this scene, they both spent the whole day not communicating their true wants and fears and it’s left them all worn down

But Piseang doesn’t give up

Kawi responds to this sincerity and reaches out to hold Piseang’s hand.

KAWI is the one WHO REACHES OUT, again this reads as specifically felt to me as a reason against touch starved.

And then we’re in the bedroom (time skip anyone).

I’m actually not going to analyse this scene at all much. If Kawi is ace then he can still choose to have sex provided he and Piseang have communicated and if it’s intimacy issues then I also think it’s okay provided they’ve communicated first. ( idon't actually currently think Kawi is demi for the record)

Both Piseangs hands are on Kawi, but Kawi’s hands are straight down, I think this could go with either theory but personally on the few occasions I’ve made out with someone “what do I do with my hands?” loops in my head lol so I found this relatable.

Thoughts on Kawi and Kissing Piseang while he’s drunk

Honestly this doesn't feel weird to me, romantic attraction can involve kissing and drunk!kawi is just giving in to his confused thoughts and feelings, Aesthetic attraction can trick you too if you're not aware of your own identity (lol I had sex with someone before I experienced sexual attraction for the first time and felt very confused about why I didn't really feel like doing it again after even though it had been a positive experience, It was WILD), Kawi kisses Piseang because he likes him and is then confused about Why TF it doesn't feel like it's "supposed" to, *shrugs* make of that what you will.

Additional Thoughts

I’m reading into past future events now but I wonder about Pear and Kawi’s relationship.

Did they have sex?

There was clearly something fundamentally wrong with it, and the show talks about Kawi prioritising work, but it’s all a bit ambiguous and we never got any impression of intimacy. The fact that Pear is pregnant and Kawi doesn’t question if he’s the father, how long have they been broken up? Why did Pear seek out Not in the first place? Did Pear assume Kawi was gay because they didn't have sex??

ALSO

The scene where Kawi stares at Piseang while he was sleeping (Ep 9) I'm not going back to find it now or this won't get posted for like another 14 hours but it also felt ace-coded but I shrugged it off.

A. He's always trying to play pranks and thinks he's got Mob fooled, which is pretty funny to watch. Or at least that's what I thought, but it turns out Mob is really just that gullible. Reigen's like that guy who keeps building shaky towers out of building blocks, and it should come as no surprise when they collapse. He's always using some weird and question means of maintaining it all, and sometimes I just want to poke him a little bit and make him fall. ...I have to repress that desire.

>Q8. If you could become a human and become Mob's friend, what would you do?

A. Become a human... Make friends... Travel, eat food, play sports. Anything would be good, but I'd just like to pass the time as usual. That's enough to make good memories. ...or actually, I think I'd like to do sumo! Even if I can't beat him in powers, I want to use my bodily strength and muscles to toss Mob around. Let him see how that feels like.
