Fic Author Interview
Thank you for the tag @hils79!
How many works do you have on AO3?
270 (as of right now)
2. What’s your total AO3 word count?
2,888,650 (as of right now)
3. What are your top 5 fics by kudos?
Wait, We're Married?! (The Devil Judge, Kang Yohan/Kim Gaon) - 1,543 kudos
Succulents and an Overprotective Kang Yohan (The Devil Judge, Kang Yohan/Kim Gaon) 1,243 kudos
Kang Yohan's Relaxing Day Off (The Devil Judge, Kang Yohan/Kim Gaon) - 844 kudos
Protect You (The Devil Judge, Kang Yohan/Kim Gaon) - 817 kudos
Kim Gaon Is Mine (The Devil Judge, Kang Yohan/Kim Gaon) - 761 kudos
I'm honestly still kinda surprised my Devil Judge fics are doing well, considering that I don't write for the fandom anymore
4. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?
I always do, unless they're rude, then they're just deleted. There's no point in fighting/arguing with someone who doesn't understand the story I'm trying to tell
5. What’s the fic you’ve written with the angstiest ending?
Oh, my Chinese Paladin 4 fic Promise to Keep. It's one of my only fics that has Major Character Death, which is INCREDIBLY rare for me, but it's the only fic I've ever felt comfortable writing an MCD for because I was actually okay with the ending of the drama. But it won't ever happen again because I cried while writing this fic and I don't think I can go through it again
6. What’s the fic you’ve written with the happiest ending?
All of them but Promise to Keep
7. Do you write crossovers?
Yeah. I mainly do crossovers between Killer and Healer and S.C.I., but I've done crossovers with other dramas too
8. Have you ever received hate on a fic?
I did, yeah, and made a whole fucking post about it because the person was really fucking rude and not only came for me, but for my readers and if you come for me, fine, I'll just delete the comment, but the moment you come for my readers I will fucking end you
9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?
Nope
10. Have you ever had a fic stolen?
I did, back when I wrote for the Untamed. Someone had took my The Untamed Moments and started posting it, word for fucking word, in Spanish over on Wattpad. Thankfully a reader told me about it and I got it taken down but to my knowledge, none of my fics since then have been stolen
11. Have you ever had a fic translated?
Oh yeah, a few. It makes me really happy/honored
12. Have you ever co-written a fic before?
Waaaay back on AsianFanFics...haven't since then
13. What’s your all-time favorite ship?
Tumblr media
It's been almost 3 years and I'm still not normal about them
14. What’s a WIP that you want to finish but don’t think you ever will?
I always finish my WIPs, for the most part. It's very rare that I don't
15. What are your writing strengths?
Dialogue and anything that has to do with describing crime scenes or forensics. Or anything mafia related
16. What are your writing weaknesses?
Run ons, maybe. But sometimes, you just gotta
17. What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic?
I never write full dialogue in other languages, but I will use words, like "gege" or "hyung". Sometimes, I'll curse in another language, if I know what it is (mainly in Japanese)
18. What was the first fandom you wrote for?
First proper fic was either for Dragonball or Black Butler
19. What’s a fandom/ship you haven’t written for yet but want to?
I don't know, no new fandom/ship has like...caught me and made me want to write. If I watch a new show, I mainly just like...want to make an au out of it for my current ships
20. What’s your favorite fic you’ve written
My baby, my beloved, my Killer and Healer rewrite, right here: 恨君不似江楼月 | Killer and Healer.
It's a fic that I don't think I can ever top. The amount of time and effort and tears that I put into this fic...I just love it a lot. And I'm super proud of it. I mean, I love all my fics, don't get me wrong, but nothing can ever probably beat this fic
Tagging: @sunriseverse @clawbehavior @godotismissingx @fourth-quartet @ahhhnorealnamesallowed and any of my other writer friends who wants to play

Fic Author Interview
Thanks for the tag @benevolenterrancy !
1 How many works do you have on AO3?
55, for now. There will be a lot more...
2. What’s your total AO3 word count?
516,744 - which I don't know how to feel about. It seems like too little but also like... Woah. I guess it's because I'm so used to read a comma as the symbol that separates full numbers from decimals, so it doesn't really register as over 500 thousand in my brain. Because as soon as it gets into my brain that it's actually hundreds of thousands of words... We're definitely in the woah territory.
3. What are your top 5 fics by kudos?
First is Favourite Pastime with 63 - and I'm honestly really surprised by this. A Ghostbusters fic?! But I'm also really glad because... I dare say... Favourite Pastime is one of my better fics. It's pretty good.
Second place goes to The Rule of Three with 57, my Star Wars fic. It barely has any chapters, but it's still so popular and I kinda love it. Glad my fic of anger issues and sibling bickering resonated so well lol
Third is My Heart, My Liege, Mi Capitán with 53, which means we're now in song lyric title and OPLA territory and YES. I kinda love Cora's fic, I put a lot of heart into it, so I'm really glad that people like it.
Fourth place is, unfortunately, a Harry Potter fic. I mean, it makes sense. It's one of my biggest fandoms and one of my oldest fics, so it would naturally gather a lot of Kudos but... it's bad! Not this one in particular, this one is still pretty alright, but I have so many better fics that deserve this spot! I have a love-hate relationship with my Harry Potter fics...
Fifth place - and here's the big news - is Golden Spiders - my newest fic! The one I'm currently still working on! This one took off and I couldn't be happier! So thanks to everyone who made this possible <3
4. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?
Absolutely, yeah! I love hearing what people think about my fics and I love interacting with my readers. It's really, really great, and one of the things that keeps me going and motivated.
5. What’s the fic you’ve written with the angstiest ending?
On AO3 or on Tumblr? On AO3, it would be Die Drei ?? - Squid Game AU. On Tumblr, it's this one. Both Squid Game related, who would've thought?
6. What’s the fic you’ve written with the happiest ending?
The happiest?! Oh boy, I don't know. I do love a happy ending! But I also love some angst on the way, so... Take your pick! Which of my characters had it best? I think it might be Till Death Do Us Part, for as angsty as it can be? But I dunno, you tell me.
7. Do you write crossovers?
Yes! I've written some crossovers before and I definitely will again. They're always fun!
8. Have you ever received hate on a fic?
I don't know, I don't remember. Probably not but I've received some non-constructive criticism.
9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?
Yeah, by now I do write smut. But I write it using what I like to call the "Felix Krull Method" (named after a book I had to read for my finals that wrote its sex scenes in such a way), so using lots of euphemisms, metaphors and avoiding full-on explicit language because I just don't feel comfortable writing it like that and because it just wouldn't fit in with my writing style. My style is very heavy on metaphors, comparisons, allusions, so it wouldn't make sense for me to completely switch registers into your typical smut language. To be clear, I don't dislike that sort of register per se, it just doesn't work for me. This may sound like a bit of a weird way to write smut, but I've been told it works perfectly and I think it's fun, so I will keep doing it this way :)
10. Have you ever had a fic stolen?
Not a fic but a character. And that's my Harry Potter OC, Asteria Malfoy. I was very salty about it and I still am because I didn't have the guts to put my foot down back then and tell them that they weren't allowed to use the concept and name even if they claimed it was a "reference" to my fic. They should've at least asked permission!
11. Have you ever had a fic translated?
No, not yet. But I plan to translate my Auxiliary AU fics when I reboot them!
12. Have you ever co-written a fic before?
Not really, but I've helped work on fleshing out characters and such.
13. What’s your all-time favorite ship?
My all-time favourite? You can't possibly make me pick! I love all of my OC ships a totally healthy amount and am occasionally overcome by a heavy sense of yearning for them, so... Yeah. Currently very in love with Mihawk/Aurelia and Sanji/Cora though
14. What’s a WIP that you want to finish but don’t think you ever will?
Oh girl... Maybe The Rule of Three? Or my Vocalization series? Unless the hyperfixation hits, those are stuck.
15. What are your writing strengths?
Descriptions. Visualization. I love that shit. Also, I'd be willing to claim that I'm good at characterization. You can also trust me to throw in little references for the reader to find :)
16. What are your writing weaknesses?
Probably my indecisiveness. I also need to hold myself by a leash not to rush my relationships. This is especially bad with my OC Cora because, for trauma-related reasons, she reacts badly to being touched and will need some time to ease into it. So, I have to bonk myself on the head every time I want to have her hug and cuddle people because she would not do that yet. Also, I had to stop myself from having her kiss Sanji multiple times because it's just too early for that.
17. What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic?
I think it's great! Adds a bit of realism. I just always get very nervous doing it if it's a language I don't speak because I don't want to make mistakes.
18. What was the first fandom you wrote for?
The first one ever or on AO3? On AO3, it's Die Drei ???, a popular book series in Germany.
19. What’s a fandom/ship you haven’t written for yet but want to?
My currently unintroduced OCs ^^" Currently, I really wanna write a Lux/Zoro fic because I love their dynamic
20. What’s your favorite fic you’ve written?
I can't answer that because I love so many of my fics! But the longer ones are usually pretty good.

Interview with the Vampire's Wife
Interview with the Vampire's Wife by duckyboos (@duckyboos-blog) Rating: Teen and up Word count: 6k
A vampire’s wife walks into a private detective’s office. Sounds like a joke, right? Dean wishes it was.
As a private investigator, Dean has spent a lot of his time following men and women who are cheating on their spouses. So when a woman comes knocking at his door, Dean's sure it's just another one of his usual cases. Until Daphne Allen tells him she's married to a vampire. Now, this feels more like a prank. Except it isn't.
This short noir story is deliciously hilarious and somehow ends as a meet-cute. Or ugly, depending on who you're asking. Duckyboos' Dean is, as always, an excellent narrator, with plenty of puns and pop culture references to make your head spin. Castiel is charming and alluring, yet suitably intimidating for a vampire. It's a story you don't want to miss.

Evergreen Fic Rec List (Winter Edition)
This is my little contribution to the fantastic A Meal 2 Remember amc+ IWTV fan event run by the lovely people at IWTV FAN EVENTS (@iwtvfanevents)!
I wanted to share some of the beautiful fan works that brought me comfort and kept me going during the past holiday season. They were all entries for the holiday themed fan bingo that was hosted last year and while they warmed me during those cold December nights (i live in a tropical country) they also stuck with me in a way that transcends their seasonal status. These are the sort of pieces you go back to again and again even after the snow melts and all the themed candy has disappeared from store shelves.
Like a specialty tea blend that you stock up on all year round or a festive decorative piece that stays up not because you're too lazy to take it down but because it ties in to the fabric of your home so seamlessly it makes the space feel that much cozier.
These pieces are evergreen.
in the delta breeze [dare to breathe] - @blueiight
feels like home and heartbreak all at once. like a hug so warm it makes you want to cry and never let go.
I saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus - @meastyeyes
like the perfect snapshot captured in an old family photo that brings back warm memories even after it's faded and a little dogeared.
twelve days - @weather-mood & @devotiondroid
that comfort romcom that you always go back to, hits all the right beats, you know all the lines. spicy and soo sweet like a ginger cookie.

I saw a fic with an author’s note that said “I wrote this chapter instead of studying. I’ll probably fail my exam, but at least I updated with a long chapter!’ and no. No, listen. Look at me and listen.
Fanfic is a hobby and should not take higher priority than real life.
If it comes to “do homework or publish this fic,” study. If it’s “be on time to this thing or post this by 10,” choose bring on time. If it comes to “go to bed or finish this 20k chapter,” please go to bed.
We like to joke and chuckle about staying up late to finish writing, or “lol fanfic made me late for work” but please don’t actually do this.

Fic author intervieeeeeeew. Thanks for the tag @nyelung
If you want to, @llisona @sishal01 @wrencatte
How many works do you have on Ao3?
Thirty. Four of those are art pieces.
2. What's your total Ao3 word count?
441,611. A quarter of that is one fic
3. What are you top fics by kudos?
Time Travel? What the fuck? 13,327
Prodigal 3,284
A Song of a Sweet Rose 3,009
Forget Me Nots 1,349
Winchesters in Beacon Hills 993
4. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?
No. I feel like it artificially inflates the comments to kudos ratio and I don't wanna give false advertising
5. What's the fic you've written with the angtiest ending?
I don't like angsty endings. I need happy endings! However, for a gift exchange I ended the piece on a rather... unsavory note :3
6. What's the fic you've written with the happiest ending?
Prodigal! Everyone gets reunited at the end and becomes a happy family! Also the only fic I've ever completed...
7. Do you write crossovers?
Totally. I've written like four.
8. Have you ever received hate on a fic?
Allllllllllllll the time. But mostly on my big fic. Apparently people have opinions on how you should write your own au. And get mad when it's not done their way
9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?
Nah. not my jam. The most I've written is kissing.
10. Have you ever had a fic stolen?
Not to my knowledge.
11. Have you ever had a fic translated?
Yes. Into Spanish via podfic (sort of. it was on youtube with my permission).
12. Have you ever co-written a fic before?
Technically yes. I drew art for a fic that was posted in the fic itself (did sort of collab with the author on the plot itself).
13. What's your all-time favorite ship?
Gonna get real 2014 on you when I say this. Destiel. I was obsessed with SPN in high school and that shit show of a ship still remains #1.
14. What’s a WIP that you want to finish but don’t think you ever will?
Like. All my BNHA and SPN fics. I'd like to finish my BNHA fics but like. I don't think it's gonna happen
15. What are your writing strengths?
I'm told I write angst well. I think I write emotional scenes/dialogue well, but I can't be sure. I'm my own worst critique.
16. What are your writing weaknesses?
I want to say fight scenes but I think a few of my friends would fight me on that.
17. What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic?
Gonna be honest, never really thought of it. If it's non important dialogue, I write it in the og language. If it's important, italicized in English.
18. What was the first fandom you wrote for?
Harry Potter. It was a self insert oc (but not really).
19. What’s a fandom/ship you haven’t written for yet but want to?
Non, I think. I write what I want to when I want to. The only things I haven't written are ideas I'm too scared to flesh out (for fandoms I have already written for).
20. What’s your favorite fic you’ve written
Time Travel? What The Fuck? hands down. It's my special little guy. Fucking huge fic. Need to finish it so I can get to that ONE SCENE that inspired the whole thing

author interview
Thank you for the tags @gneebee & @im-immortal
Happy New Year everyone!
1. how many works do you have on AO3?
6
2. what's your total AO3 word count?
43,408
3. what fandoms do you write for?
The Walking Dead - Beth Greene/Daryl Dixon
4. what are your top five fics by kudos?
Keep Me
A Stolen Moment
La Dame Blanche
I'll Be Home For Christmas
Something
5. do you respond to comments?
Yes, and I try my best to respond to every comment I get. I massively appreciate all the support and feedback I get so I try my best to acknowledge that.
6. what is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?
Something was definitely the angstiest thing I've written so far, although I do have a second part for La Dame Blanche in my notes that would probably beat it...
7. what's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?
I Want Your Midnights probably 😉
8. do you get hate on fics?
No, thankfully I haven't had any hate directed my way since I started posting earlier this year but I know it happens.
9. do you write smut? if so, what kind?
I want Your Midnights was my first attempt at writing smut and I gotta say I'm so proud of how it turned out. Writing smut always made me really nervous but once I got started it was actually so much fun and it's defintely something I plan to do again.
10. do you write crossovers? what's the craziest one you've written?
No, and I don't have any plans to.
11. have you ever had a fic stolen?
Not that I'm aware of.
12. have you ever had a fic translated?
No.
13. have you ever co-written a fic before?
No, although it sounds like it coulld be fun!
14. what's your all-time favourite ship?
Beth & Daryl - I am literally never getting over them.
15. what's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?
I have a lot of ideas jotted down, snippets of fic ideas or scenes rather than stuff in my WIPs. I do intend to get around to them all eventually. I did have a whole Beth Lives idea that I came up with a while ago about her going back to the farm but I think it's more likely that the idea is going to get incorporated into Keep Me at some point rather than it growing into it's own story.
16. what are your writing strengths?
Oh wow, I don't know. I'm not very good at critquing myself. Hopefully keeping them as much in character as I can?
17. what are your writing weaknesses?
Right now I feel like action sequences (I'm trying to write some action sequences for the latest chapter of Keep Me) - creating the right vibe for them and building the suspense. I also think sometimes I'm in danger of repeating the same words a lot when describing something. Having the confidence to trust myself once I've written something out as well, I do look to @im-immortal for a lot of reassurance and I massive appreciate her taking the time to read the stuff I send to her 😊
18. thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?
I did a bit of this in La Dame Blanche but I don't think I'd ever be confident enough to use more than a few words at a time. Google translate is notroious for messing stuff up and I wouldn't want to do it if I wasn't confident that I was getting it right.
19. first fandom you wrote for?
Alias on FF.net - I post one very short fic there once and then Something was originally posted over there back in 2014 but I didn't write anything from then until earlier on this year.
20. favourite fic you've written?
Keep Me has my heart right now because it's the biggest thing I've ever attempted, but writing I Want Your Midnights was so much fun and really made me feel more confident as a writer.
A lot of you have been tagged already so sorry if I'm tagging you again but anyone who wants to join in please do! @burningupasun @boltthrutheheart @sasusc @fairybellworld

sometimes having thorough knowledge of fob history is a curse. i’ll really be reading a fic and i’ll be like “wait this is alluding to taking place in april 2006??? ummm doesn’t the author know this CANT take place in april 2006 cuz they were _____” and it can kind of ruin a fic for me if i’m so honest

"even if IS just said she was the villain and needed to be stopped, clear as day, people would reject it." Let's be real: the moment people started using "death of the author" to reject the Nintendo dream interview where IS confirms Supreme Leader is the villain, that's when we should've realized that people have already made up their minds and don't care anymore. It's like telling a flat-earther that the earth is not flat or trying to debunk a conspiracy theory to believers of that theory.
Tbh, I agree sometimes with disregarding the author's intent, especially in some games where the "author" wants to push "feels" and tells the olayer how they should react.
Take Berkut for instance, for a reason I still don't understand, SoV wants to paint him as a tragic figure, who ultimately redeems himself dying. You're supposed to feel bad for Berkut and sad for what happened, to the point where Alm, the Hero - who was challenged on earlier opinions - plainly states Duma is the reason why Berkut turned sour, and no one is here to tell him "uh no sorry to tell you but your cousin was a bona fide asshole".
Ditto for the devs's lunar interview about Clout's story being a "heart-warming story", like no, sorry, no matter how much you push for it, I personally don't think his story is heart warming, rather it's blood boiling.
Does it mean I use the "death of the author" like the people we're talking about?
Yeah, maybe!
But what is more gratting about those people isn't how they use DoA to make up their own canon and story (everyone can make headcanons!), but how they push their headcanon on everyone's lawns and asking for everyone else to treat it as the truth - the Aeneid is the perfect example, people really rec this fanfiction to have a "better understanding" of canon characters, or some people said it understands the characters better than the canon does. For a fanfic, sure, it's cool and all*, but to treat this as canon?
Like, there is no discussion possible between people who argue canon and others who argue using headcanons and imo that's the crux of the discourse bcs FE Fodlan is vague about 70% of its worldbuilding.
I don't like Berkut and believe he toasted Rinea because he loved being Rudolf's heir more than he loved her, but FE15 makes it uwu clear that Berkut apparently loved Rinea a lot and apparently torched her just because Duma promised him power, which makes somehow Duma the reason why Rinea was Bernie'd.
But you won't see me pop up in a discussion about FE15 or people talking about their favourite ships in that game to point out how Berkut burnt his fiancée at stake for "power" on his own volition - canon is canon - even when it blows - I'd rather rant about it and have my own HC in this space rather than piss canon-lovers/users with it.
Saying in your hcs Supreme Leader isn't the villain of the game?
Sure, do whatever you want, have a nice day, eat a sandwich, whatever. Maybe some people will join you, share your sandwich and you'll have fun developping hcs!
Saying in canon Supreme Leader isn't the villain and disregarding the dev's interviews?
That's going to be more problematic, in a way that this specific interview isn't subjective or open to interpretation (thus hcs, like Sylvia being FE4!Claude's relative or not), so people are going to disagree and be more vocal about it.
Some other blogs already explained it, but it seems like FE Fodlan attracted a lot of persons who aren't used to fandom, as in a place with transformative works and where making OCs and fics and having headcanons isn't "BaD" - so they try to retrofit canon in their headcanons because "fanfics" and transformative works are BaD etc etc (insert the general dislike for fanfictions from the early 2000s (?) and the regular/usual insults towards people who write fanfiction from the same era (them being fujos, etc etc)) so they're not writing fanfictions or arguing headcanons, no, they're just writing "totally meta pieces that are better than the canon".
Imo, the second you're disregarding canon to write something about a work, you're writing a fanfic (let it be a "real fic", random hcs, etc etc etc) and that's totally fine! You're not a "fujo degenerate" for not liking the canon and "rewritting" scenes, or building more stories about a character your like!
What's not "fine" is forcing everyone to adopt your headcanons and fanfictions - if the flower is red, you cannot force people to admit the flower is blue, otoh, if you write a story where the flower isn't red but blue, it's your story and you can whatever you want with it! Ditto with fanfic writers when someone argues canon against them, dude, you're reading a story where the author wrote the flower to be blue, like they gaf about the flower's canonical colour to be red - it's a fanfic!
Don't like, Don't read!
*not withstanding with the actual quality and body of the Aeneid, which isn't something I'd personally call cool or "alright", but that's another debate.

In light of the recent drama, I think it would be a nice if we could focus on fics we are loving instead? Would love to know of any fics you’d want to highlight so we can spread some positivity! Thanks!
I love this idea so much!! Here are a few recent faves, in no particular order:
Is This Too Much? by WeatherMood (@thatgothicgay)
Rated E || Complete, but sequels are still going! || 48k+
Sweet, healing, AMC!canon exploration If you haven't read this fic and its sequels yet, please drop everything and do so. It's about what Louis and Lestat's relationship might look like if instead of turning Louis in the church, they waited until Louis was sure of his decision. It's so beautiful to see these two actually have a relationship with a healthy basis. Lots of Loustat and really dives into his relationship with Grace too!
Before I Spill Myself by NinasBlues
Rated M || Incomplete & Updating || 50k
Polyamory, past trauma, learning trust All human, modern AU. Main ship is Louis/Armand/Jonah with past Loustat Louis is a singer in San Francisco, trying to leave his breakup with Lestat in the past. Jonah and Armand seduce him into joining their relationship.
Angle of Incidence by @apoptoses
Rated E || Complete || 9k
Devil's Minion kink, sensory play, surprisingly intimate Okay so please do read the tags on this one. But I'll have you know that this fic contains things that are usually hard no's from me, but I adore it here. I was ready to back the fuck out, but was surprised by how tender and overwhelmingly intimate it was. Basically Armand decides that he truly wants to know all of Daniel's body so they break into a doctor's office and earn the tag "inappropriate use of an ultrasound machine". Because of course this gremlin has to ruin every piece of technology ever. It's rare to find a fic that really understands how much trust there is in a D/s relationship and how vulnerable having a body can be. I was blown away.
Treat Me Gently by DeepRedBells
Rated M || Incomplete & Updating || 23k
Old Maniel, blood and lust, Armand caring for Daniel by renovating his kitchen After the interview is over, Armand returns with Daniel to New York, determined to take care of him until he either consents to becoming a vampire or dies. And now Daniel's daughter thinks her dad illegally brought a twink back from Dubai.
Please go show all these authors some love!! Thanks anon for suggesting this--I think celebrating fics is exactly what's needed rn.
And a bonus cause it's so cool: GWS 9450 TOPICS IN QUEER THEORY - NARRATIVE/POWER/EROTIC - STUART, A by king_edmund (@trinity996)

General Update!!
I’ve been really busy this past week, so I thought I’d make a big post detailing everything!
Firstly, my new fic! I’ve been working on that one for awhile and I think it’s one of the better ones I’ve written. It hasn’t done as well as some of my others - which does disappoint me a bit, but I know that a lot has happened and sometimes people need to take a step back.
In regards to Irony! I’ve finally finished writing down the rules/lore/character descriptions and motives, and I’ve finally finished the new rough outline for chapters 1 - 8 *sobs*. I’ve realized SO MANY plot holes while going through and I’ve spent a lot of time coming up with new interactions for the characters. We’re in the easy part now, since I was originally just making shit up as I went so now it’s all original stuff.
I haven’t started actually editing any chapters yet, I’m going to start once the whole rough outline is done.
Also - just a general life update - my three year journey to find a job has finally ended! I’m not sure how this is going to impact the frequency of my writing/posting, but I’ll try my best, and I want to start out slow so I don’t burn out.
Anyways! Here’s an updated floor plan for Irony!Tommy’s apartment. I had an old one, but I probably deleted it in my never ending war with my iPads storage. Also, here’s a character ref sheet for him as well (sorry the side profile looks fucked. I genuinely cannot draw them)

TL:DR : Progressing on rough plot outlines, got a job, and new artwork/references for Irony!

ooh, just when y’all thought you’d seen the last of us, there couldn’t *possibly* be any authors left out there who are crazy enough to talk to us.. we found one!
The amazingly talented, super-friendly @musette22 came along for a chat - that ended up with enough content for TWO posts - and a whole lotta fun!

Anne Rice books have this way about them where portions of them are incredibly well written and detailed while other parts sound like they were taken directly from shitty fanfics
