Dark clouds covered the sky in the blink of an eye, although just a couple of minutes ago the sun was shining, which was too scorching for you. But the rays of this source did not reach you because of the large shadow above your body.

Looking up, you saw Barb's brooding face, staring out at the green expanse of space, blinking slowly. Her massive body has blocked almost the entire area near your house, or even the entire territory where you live. People looking at this scene outside the window are already used to and understand that this Titan is under your control and in the event of an attack, you will stop it by any means.

Ahh If only.

Your head tilted toward Barb's gray limb. The curves of her front legs were the most useful and comfortable for you. You've always liked to sit in this place and just take a nap without thinking about anything.

Especially in this weather.

Dark and gloomy.

On the other hand, you just felt safe being around her in those moments. And Barb herself didn't mind having some contact with you. She was interested in your little humanoid body, which didn't want to run away. Maybe she could have left to live like an ordinary Titan on this earth, though. But it seems that these thoughts will forever be washed away by the rain that fell from the sky in small drops. For you, it's already considered a downpour, but for Kaiju, it's like a regular drizzle. Imperceptibly coming and going unnoticed.

The Titan's figure vibrated, its head tilted toward you, meeting you with a rhythmic flutter.

Narrow red eyes scrutinized you from head to toe, briefly paying attention to the details on your clothes. However, she did not dare to press against your side, as she usually did. You're hunched over, sniffing in the cool as your lightly dressed body washes over you.

You didn't want to leave so early and leave your companion in the rain.

"Is something wrong?"

Titan, in response to your question, just silently continued to watch you. The way you cringed nervously at the droplets now falling on your feet.

The moisture was unpleasant, especially the cold air blowing in from somewhere to the east. With your legs tucked underneath you, you sat up, stretching your back from the long position of lying on the Titan's limbs. Glancing at Barb, you swallowed awkwardly. The silence between the two of you has been tense and there is no telling what action is expected of the two of you. Although Kaiju was always calm and quiet, he never made any noise other than crackling. Other than that, Barb just preferred to keep her eyes on you. It's strange, but for her, it was something ordinary.

You sighed, reaching forward to Barb's head. Your fingers slowly ran over her lower so-called fangs, or grips, which were the hardest compared to the rest of her body. They were more like plates than scales. ─"Let's sit here a little longer." A yawn came out of your mouth before sneezing right into the Titan's jaw. Barb lifted her head when she felt your liquid on her. You bit your lip in shame and rubbed your nose, which was slowly starting to turn red. It looks like the cold came much earlier than it should have....

A gray giant looking at you and your actions. A clicking sound immediately swept through your ears with a hint of excitement and questioning.

"I'm fine, don't worry" You covered your mouth with your hand, drowning out another sneeze while Barb chirped suspiciously. Your front foot, which looks like braids, lifts up, causing you to stagger. The long claw was heading straight for the Titan's massive mouth. You opened your eyes in shock and pressed against your foot, intending to jump. Your heart at that moment was ready to leave your body from the force of the pounding, which seemed to be felt in all places.

"H-Hold on.."

The closer you were, the more spirit you had to jump down, which was not safe for you. Feeling safe with this Titan must have been a mistake.

It's just as much a mistake as hiding your problems and staying where you are.

─"Oh" Your body was hanging as if on a hook, but only above the ground. The clothes that got caught in the dagger-like teeth choked you slightly, but no more. Barb tried to hold you in her jaws as tightly as possible. Her torso turned straight toward your house and walked forward as you dangled hopelessly in the air like a cat. ─ "I never thought to be in the place of these animals."

Your landing was softer than you thought. It was as gentle as the Titan's muzzle, which caressed your back and saw you off with a soft click.

Sighing, you smiled.

"And who's under control in the end?"

Shimo and Mothra are finished!!! Scylla might also be finished not sure yet but probably!! And the two I’m making right now are Barb and Tiamat!!

More abt up coming designs and now finished designs

Tiamat: I wanted to give Tia look based of Adriana Lima and a mixture of ancient Asian hairstyles and Ancient Greek attire!

Scylla: Scylla is mainly based of an outfit I had found on Pinterest that I thought would suit her and as for her hair I made it based of images of Ancient Greek hairstyles, I wanted to make sure her shell could be resembled more as a bun rather than a hat!

Barb: My favorite design(so far). I wanted to make her appearance more based of Mcbling/TrashyY2K due to her name being ‘Barb’. I just taught it would suit well and she looks quite nice so far!

Mothra: Mothra is mainly based of ancient Chinese attire! I wanted to do that due to a picture that came from Twitter, I taught it would be super nice and so I designed her off of 618-907 AD mid-Late Tang Dynasty and early(?) Tang Dynasty and also 220-589 AD Wei,Jin, Southern and northern Dynasties.

How y’all met was wild-

Instead of the black cat and golden retriever trope you were more like a blunt angry bear and cute little golden retriever puppy trope

You met when you both were younger and became close friends

That’s when he got a crush on you but honestly it was relatively small

He would always try and be around you but eventually you started to see each other less and less

There was a particular reason for it

It just kind of happened that way

Now you two met again around season two which made Yugi ecstatic

Yami was cool with you relatively

Joey not so much-

The moment he fell in love with you though

Some random person tried to steal his deck from his belt so you chased after them and not only did you get his deck back but you beat the hell out of them and got them to apologize to Yugi

His heart bursted out of his heart after seeing how much you care about him

He was smitten

He was definitely not the one who asked you out

He got to scared every time he tried because he knew if you didn’t like him back you wouldn’t be super nice about it lmao

It was you who asked him out

But it wasn’t anything to fancy

You came up to Yugi at the end of school and offered to walk home with him

Which he said yes of course

When you finally got to his house you told asked him to go on a date with you

Bro almost bursted into tears

In a relationship he is the sweetest boy alive

He definitely has scary dog privileges

You come to every one of his duels because while you don’t play, you care about his interests

You always come with him on his little journeys with his friends

Then you were forced to play which you hated but won really easily even though you knew nothing

He likes physical touch with if you like it as well he’ll cuddle up to you at night and fall asleep

He always buys you food too

He is ok with the causal pda like holding hands but doesn’t want to attract attention so anything subtle he’s ok with

And quick pecks on the cheek

He tells you he loves you every night even if he doesn’t expect you to say it back

Bought matching necklaces for you to wear for Christmas

Expect him to make you breakfast whenever he can even though he is a terrible chef and you end up going to a cafe

He’ll stand up to anyone that’s rude to you and when they start to try and get physical you pretty much appear out of thin air and step in which he doesn’t like because he wants to stand up to your bullies

“Hey you don’t get to say anything about them!”

“Who the hell are you? Their plaything?”

“No! I’m their boyfriend! You don’t get to talk about them that way!”

“Why? You have a problem with it, punk?”

“He might not, but I do.”

“You don’t have to step in. I got this!”

“No, Yugi. I think I’m going to be dealing with them this time.”

Yami Yugi

You two met pretty randomly

You came up to him while he was at the arcade with his friends and you kissed him

He heard a couple Oohs but he was more concerned on who you are and why you’re kissing him

Once you broke the kiss you just walked away leaving him baffled at the situation

He followed after you and demanded to know why you kissed him

He doesn’t know what he expected but the answer ‘it was a dare’ was not definitely not what he thought

It made him disappointed ngl

He let out a little oh and then let you walk away

He thought about you ever since that day

Then he met you again

He came up to you while you were sitting at a cafe reading a book and sat down right across from you

He expected you to remember him but alas you didn’t lmfao

But even though you didn’t remember him you still offered him food and didn’t insist on him leaving

Honestly it was a little concerning considering the fact you thought he was a stranger

Somehow through all of this you guys became friends

Whenever he is in Domino City and not on his little journeys he goes out to a cafe with you

He tries to do this every Saturday but it doesn’t always work out with both of your schedules

You and Yami had the slowest slow burn known to man

He didn’t realize he was in love with you for a while

Until he saw you kissing someone else

He was so confused at what he was feeling that he went back home and just sat oh his bed

He asked Yugi about it and he was the one that made Yami realize he was in love with you

He wasn’t a big fan of the feeling

He tried to avoid you as much a possible but that did last to long

You cornered him into an alleyway and made him explain his behavior

And while he tried to lie… he isn’t a good liar‏

When he was trying to play cool you kissed him and he quickly forgot about everything and kissed back

During the little make out session you asked him to date you causing him to stop

He told you about seeing you kiss someone else and didn’t want to be in a relationship with someone who likes someone else

Then you had to explain how the guy kissed you and it would never happen again because you had your eyes set on Yami since the first day you met him

He believed you and became your boyfriend

He is much more closed off and private about pretty much everything to do with you

His friends didn’t even know about you until Yugi told them how Yami is dating someone

He doesn’t say it out loud that he loves you or engage in to much physical affection but he does always bring and buy you stuff

Anything he sees that he think you’ll like he’ll buy

Unlike Yugi, when he makes you food he doesn’t mess it up

Honestly probably the best food you’ll ever have in your life

It’s usually for special occasions only

When you two do cuddle it’s mostly in bed with you both about to go to sleep and spooning each other with you as the big spoon and him as the little one

Every new place he goes to he brings something back for you if you don’t want to go along

He invites you to every one of his matches

He is very quiet and reserved speaking wise but you can usually tell what he’s thinking based off his body language

Will watch anything you want with you while eating popcorn and other unhealthy food

He also got you this really expensive ring for Christmas

“Yami… you shouldn’t have.”

“I wanted you to know how much you mean to me.”

“I know but this! This is so…”

“Lovely? I don’t understand do you not want it? I can get you another if you would like.”

“No Yami. It’s just so expensive looking I mean have you looked at me? It’ll be like a shining red ferrari in a haystack.”

“Do you not like it?”

“No. It’s gorgeous, but you’re going to be really disappointed with what I got you.”

“Anything you get me I will treasure with my life.”

“Thanks Yami, but just know it’s not a expensive ass ring.”

“I kind of already figured.”

Joey Wheeler

This man fell for you the moment he met you… literally.

It what gots your attention so he’s not really complaining

He honestly thought whenever you two would meet you were flirting with him but in reality you were being normal

He would always flirt back which you noticed but decided on not saying anything

While he had a ‘flirty’ relationship with you and like you he didn’t love you

Until you and him went to the arcade-

You were competing against him in one of the games and when you won you let out a deep laugh making him start to laugh as well

It made him realize how much he enjoys you and he wants to be with you forever

You’re the person that makes him happy after all

As soon as he realized that he asked you out which you replied with a short yes and told him you’re going to be at one of the shooting games

He honestly didn’t know if he should be happy or sad

I mean you said yes but then you acted like him asking you out wasn’t a big deal

When he confronted you on it probably more angry than he needed you just told him you knew he liked you and expected it

He got a little bit embarrassed over that

When you two start dating he’s really sweet and dresses to impress but as time goes on he becomes the type of boyfriend that will come into your home grab your chips and watch tv with you with his stained shirt and sweatpants

Not that your complaining

He always buys you gifts when he can but he’s kind of broke so there definitely a little bit trashy

He’s usually staying at your house at night and will sleep in holding onto you tight so when you wake up you can’t go anywhere

He’s a very cuddly person and always wants your arm wrapped around him whenever and wherever

He introduced you to his sister a moth or so after you two started dating and it was safe to say she loved you

Even if she didn’t understand you

He’s also nervous that you’ll leave him for someone else so he gets jealous really quickly

If you are involved in sports like football or soccer or wrestling he’ll be cheering you on from the sides yelling something like ‘WOOOOO IM DATING THE ONE IN WHITE YEAH BABE YOU GO’ ‘Joey they’re all in white…’ ‘YUGI SHUSH’

Whenever he’s dueling the thing that keeps him going is you

You and him go out to dinner whenever you guys can

You’re the one that pays for it though

He will honestly cheer you on if you decided to beat someone up

As long as you had a good reason

“Yeah Baby you got this!”

“Didn’t you say you were heading home Joey?”

“Don’t focus on that focus on those pedos!”

“Will do hun. Do you want to join me? Your getting very close.”

“No way in hell!”

“Ok then.”

Seto Kaiba

He hated you when he first met you

You two got off to a bad start

He was working at a cafe when you came close and tripped spilling your coffee over him and his computer

You were dared by Mokuba even though you had no idea who either of them were

Since you were pretty much broke and couldn’t afford to pay for the stuff (which was over $7000) he just hired you instead

That honestly did not help

You just kept bugging him and asking him questions about the job

The only reason he didn’t fire you immediately is because he thought you were suffering while working for him (even though you were having a great time and he was the one suffering)

It was unexpected to fall in love with you

You were walking home when you saw a couple boys surrounding Mokuba

When you saw one of the boys hit him you stepped in scaring the kids off

You saw that Mokuba had a bruise forming on his check and his clothes were ripped

Since your house was so close you just took him home to get him fixed up and gave him some clothes that were to big for him so he ended up looking like Jesse Pinkman

You called Seto and when he answered he was a little agitated because Mokuba was no where to be found and he thought you would be asking about how to work the printer again

But when you told him how you had Mokuba all the agitation in his voice decimated

He let a soft that I you a hanged up only 5 minutes later he showed up at your door even though you never told him your address

When he saw you he just got this feeling that he couldn’t explain

It wasn’t until you asked him if he wanted to get coffee did he realize what he was feeling

He wouldn’t be surprised if he had hearts in his eyes for you

He told you he liked you a day later and you two started dating

The beginning of the relationship was a little awkward because of how little both of talk

It helped that you understood Seto’s schedule so you ok with him coming home really late in the night

He buys you a lot of things that you probably don’t need

You always watch over Mokuba instead of the guards when he can’t

When he does come home on time he always leaves super early in the morning

Whenever he comes home late he always climbs into bed with you

“Seto?”

“Did I wake you? I’m sorry go back to bed.”

“It’s fine. I was waiting for you but I got tired.”

“I can see that.”

“Mokuba is asleep in the other room.”

“I’ll bring him home in the morning.”

“He can stay I don’t mind.”

Tangled Web of Fate A03 | FFN

The usual, quick copy/paste briefing for possible new readers below cut.

To those new to the insanity, this is unfortunately one of those self-indulgent fics where the OC is central to the story, and ofc what’s a self-indulgent story without an MC to pair with OC? Sorry peeps, Marik/OC pairing. There is a slowburn enemies to lovers taking place in the later chapters between Atem and Yami B.|TKB if that’s of any consolation. Only canon that exists for this fic is Duelist Kingdom and Battle City arcs, with the occasional reference to Season 0 (I’m dub trash, deal with it). Ancient Egypt portion is entirely AU, as is the origins of the Yami spirits. No Yami/Hikari pairings due to the dynamics that I have placed them in. No card duels, because I suck at the game. Instead there are other game references, Ka summons, and magic. TW littered all throughout, but I try my best to mention them at the start of the chapter.

kind of a halloween request I suppose? may I get headcanons on how the yugioh boys (seto, yami, yugi, joey, tristan, duke) would react to finding out their f! s/o was a werewolf (like the twilight kind that can shift on demand), when she has to protect them and has no choice but to reveal it? I think it would be interesting considering the whole yugi has a pharaoh who possesses him thing 😂

Oh nice I like werewolves 🖤🐺 sounds like a fun request. Happy October to you 🎃🎃 this was a lot of fun writing. I encourage others to make Halloween requests, yugioh or not.

Headcanons

Seto Kaiba, Yugi Muto, Yami Yugi, Joey Wheeler, Tristan Taylor, and Duke Devlin

Yami/Atem

He found out you’re a werewolf during battle city. He was cornered by Marik's men and they weren’t looking for a duel. They were beaten by Yami fair and square but unfortunately for him they’re all sore losers.

It wasn’t looking good for him. He was surrounded by three men so he could only do so much against them. He’s 5’2 and 97 pounds.

Yami was getting beaten and doing all he could to protect the millennium puzzle.

You happened to see your beloved pharaoh in trouble and you couldn’t stand to see him get beaten so badly. Two men were holding him while the third was punching at Yami.

You transformed in a werewolf and howled to grab their attention. Upon your growls and razor sharp teeth shown the four were all petrified. You attack the men in robes with warning bites and growls. They ran for their lives in fear. A werewolf should be impossible yet here you are proving them wrong. Their fear and shock consumed them as they ran away with their tails between their legs.

Yami didn’t recognize you at first but he soon recognized you due to your clothing and eyes. As a werewolf you keep your height, hair, hair color, eye color, and voice. Your fur matches your hair and your clothing are the same as he seen before he began dueling.

"My queen, is it really you..?" Yami asked with his jaw dropped.

"Yes... it's me. I'm a werewolf. I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner. I was too afraid to. I wasn't sure how you would react."

Yami grabs your black clawed hands. Though razor sharp he shows no fear to you. He's giving you a reassuring smile.

"You should never fear speaking to me. I respect honesty but more importantly I respect you. Werewolf or not, you're still my queen."

You two hug and when Yami looks at you again you're transformed back into your human form. You both hold hands as you leave the alleyway.

Yugi Muto

Yugi was in big trouble when dartz had his soul trapped and transferred it into a duel monster. Yugi stood as a soldier awaiting the next attack on Yami.

Of course you couldn't have this be. Dartz has trapped the souls of your friends and your beloved Yugi. All the commands given to him wasn't within his heart. He would never hurt his friends or allow them to get hurt. Yami had no choice but to duel Dartz holding the souls of his friends.

Having enough you transform into a werewolf to protect Yugi and your friends against Dartz. Everyone became shocked by your transformation and howl. Dartz never saw it coming as you lunge at him attacking with full force.

The duel ended but thanks to you defeating the lost king of Atlantis. Yami was shocked by your defeat towards Dartz. All the souls returned to their rightful place and Yugi was within your arms again.

You cry tears of joy squishing him into a hug with your werewolf strength. Poor Yugi was relieved to be back but he was having a hard time breathing against such strength. When you realized what was happening to him you let go of him, apologizing.

He didn't mind the hug but you could see in his eyes how happy he was to see you even as a werewolf. Out of everyone he was the most surprised but he was also the quickest to accept it.

Your eyes, clothing and hair style stayed the same. Though your body is covered in fur matching in color with your natural hair color you still look so beautiful to him.

"Yugi I'm sorry I didn't tell you. It should've been sooner but I couldn't find the courage to. I feared I would scare you. I realize I was wrong from the looks of your cute smile."

"You're right. I still love you sweetheart but I don't want any secrets between us."

"I understand Yugi. I love you."

"I'll always love you." He reassures while holding your clawed hand.

You explain to the others what happened after you transform back to your human form. You found the courage to thanks to your encouraging boyfriend and king of games. Everyone was happy to be reunited.

Seto Kaiba

Kaiba was in some deep trouble at duelist kingdom. He was surrounded by men sent by Pegasus. Two of them were holding guns pointed directly at him. You knew Kaiba did all he could to try saving Mokuba but this was proving difficult.

You couldn't stand the thought of Kaiba getting shot at by bullets. He's reckless at times so you knew he would try running. You transform and growl loud enough to be compared to a lion. You threw their guns out of their hands in one swipe of your black razor sharp claws. They ran off not knowing what you were.

Kaiba knew it was you who saved him. His observant eyes recognizing your hair, eyes, and clothes. In your true form you look almost the same as your human self only you're covered in fur plus you have fluffy pointed ears and a tail.

"Seto you're okay! I was so worried you would be injured or worse!"

"I'm sorry I worried you.." He said in a soft tone. "Why didn't you tell me..?" He said with saddened blue eyes.

"I was afraid I'd scare you off.. that maybe you wouldn't want to date me anymore."

"I would never do that to you. You'll always be mine. You're my world."

You kiss Kaiba with your tail wagging. He kisses back eagerly. You explain to him you arrived to duelist kingdom to help him. You're equally as worried about Mokuba. You two head into the woods as you talk.

Joey Wheeler

It was after school and Joey was getting robbed by a gang. It was a group of guys. Joey was out numbered and he earned the money in his wallet for his sister's surgery.

You were walking back home when you noticed the awful situation Joey was in. You saw him getting beaten by the brutes. You decide to transform and scare them off. Thankfully you did since you didn't want to fight. It wouldn't be fair since you're so powerful and you don't wish to hurt others unless its self defense.

The gang members didn't bother fighting. They ran off as you howl and chase them away.

Joey was on the ground wondering what had happened. He couldn't believe his eyes. He didn't realize it was you until you talk.

"Is it really you?"

"Yes Joey it's me."

He looked at you up and down at your werewolf form. Same outfit, hairstyle and eyes. He thought you looked cute as a werewolf and complimented you. You giggle kissing his cheek since he's adorable himself.

He asks why you didn't tell him and you said you were afraid of scaring him. He laughed it off and said you shouldn't be afraid of telling him anything.

"I love ya no matter what, sweetie." He reassured.

After you transformed back into your human form he walked you home and listened to you about your werewolf background.

Tristan Taylor

Tristan was out on his motorcycle searching for Joey who had run after Mai. He had no idea Joey was currently dueling Valon.

Tristan had to get gas so he went off to a gas station. It was late at night so he no one was around as he was getting robbed by two men. He did his best to fight them off from stealing his wallet and keys.

You happened to be nearby since you were also searching for Joey. When you saw Tristan you screamed and decided you had no choice but to transform.

In your werewolf form you fought the two men. Tristan was speechless. When you said his name he knew it was you. He was unsure at first since he didn't think werewolves existed but who cares now that he knows he is dating one.

"Babe you're really a werewolf??"

"Yes, I'm sorry I didn't tell you the truth. I wanted to wait for the right time to tell you."

"I'm glad you weren't planning to keep it from me."

"And I'm glad you took the news so well." You kiss his cheek.

Tristan hugs you and expresses how his feelings for you don't change. He does comment how he thinks nothing else will surprise him since he's already seen so much in his lifetime.

Duke Devlin

Duke got himself into a heated argument about dungeon dice monsters with a group of duelists from his school. They made fun of his game and insulted his looks as well. Clearly jealousy and hatred for his fame in the dueling community.

Insults soon turned to pushing then punches. The fight took place at the back of the school and it was after school when no one was around.

You heard the yelling and arrived to the scene in curiosity. As you suspected it was a fight but you didn't think your boyfriend would be involved! Four students were kicking him while he was on the ground.

You knew they wouldn't recognize you so you transformed. Maybe your human form wasn't any match against them but your true form was. You howled and growled matching in volume with a wolf. They suspected a wolf at first but when they realized it was a werewolf they all panicked.

You're glad you didn't have to resort to attacking them but you're sure you must've scared Duke. Looking over to him you notice he is still sitting on the ground. He is still perplexed by the situation. When you speak his green eyes widened.

"Duke please say something. Anything. I want to know what you think."

"I'm shocked werewolves exist.. but this doesn't change our relationship. I'm sure you had your reasons for keeping it from me." He smiles while standing up.

"Yes I waiting for the right time to tell you."

"I understand. I think you better change back before someone else might see you. Your secret is safe with me."

You transform back to a human but Duke was secretly a tiny bit sad by it since he found your werewolf form so cute.

You two walked to his car so he could drop you off home. His smile never faltered as he looked your direction. You're very happy he finally knows. During the drive you made sure to explain your werewolf background to him some more. As he was driving he held your hand the whole way home.
