Who gets flustered watching the other peel and eat a banana?

Billy! Skull knows just how much Billy tries to maintain a reputation, and while he wouldn’t want to do anything to tarnish it, that would hurt the boy, he is more than happy to make Billy get flustered with eye contacts and the very seductive eating of the banana, AFTER they start dating. So, this is how it goes: they’re sitting in the juice bar… so far, only Kim has managed to get it out of Billy, that the two of them are together— no one else knows (ok Bulk also knows) and Eugene just makes eye contact with Billy the first occasion he finds. After that, Billy is glancing at Eugene nervously anyway, and Skull finds THIS the best moment to take a banana, gently peel it, rub it along with his hands and— meanwhile Billy is just looking all red in the face and Jason Zack and Trini are just trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with him. They don’t know that his pants are too tight. They suspect it’s the shoes.

Who's the sensitive one (physically)?

Billy is the more physically sensitive one. He’s got a smaller frame, and a more sensitive body, with heightened senses in a lot of places anyway, and Eugene always makes sure he’s not hurting Billy every time they get together. He knows that Billy has a giant “Fragile: Handle with Care” sign printed all over his body. He know it, he respects it. For Skull, he’s not that physically sensitive, because the tough life has given him lessons, and under Bulk’s wing, he’s taken up a lot of exercise and workout routines, trying to fix his malnourished, used to be sensitive body. (Someone pleaee hug him.)

SKULL SKULL SKULL SKULL SKULL. THERE IS NO QUESTION ABOUT THIS. ITS A GIVEN. He has a tough exterior but he tries. Oh god he tries to make it feel like he’s got no emotions. But he’s an open book, one that Billy can read even if he didn’t know the language— and he practically has a PhD in it. So Skull tries to hide his emotions, and he’s got a lot of them. Sometimes, when something hurts him, he lets it be, even though it kills him slowly. He wouldn’t confront Billy on disappearing to ranger battles when he didn’t know Billy was a ranger, keeping it to himself, the hurt that came with the self depreciating fact that “maybe I’m not good enough for him, and that’s why he’s making excuses to get away from me”. Billy found out, and he cried because he thought Eugene should trust him more than that, at least. “I love you. More than anything else. Please. Never say something like that again” That’s how the first confession from Billy had come around. And Eugene promised to be less self loathing, though that would still take some time— it’s not easy to mend what’s broken inside of you, you see.

Excuse me, AN Au thought???!!?!!? I have AU thoughts for these idiots EVERY DAY. I mean it. They’re right after my Javelia AU ideas, I’m not kidding (can’t count SkyZ. I’ve exhausted AUs with them. Ask anyone) lets see: College AU, Tattoo Artist x Florist AU, Mafia AU (ngl that one sucked in my mind) I’ve got a roommates one already in my drafts, and a demolition lovers AU that I can list off the top of my head ^^

Now let’s see, what should we elaborate on rn?? Yes. Florist x Tattoo Artist AU. Involves ton of flower language and symbolism (yes, your line with the lilies got me thinking bout this… if you remember?) so Skull runs the tattoo place in a worn out run down area of the city, and Billy has a flower shop in one of the the better areas. Billy wants to try out new things, so he decides to get a tattoo, but he doesn’t know of what exactly. It’s another cliche meet cute, where the tattoo artist he finds is Skull and asks him to draw whatever feels like it’ll go with Billy’s personality, and weeeellllll….

iv been doing a lot of ddadds reminiscing lately. that game is very very close to my heart and has been for years - it's kind of surreal to return to the fancontent i made for it having grown a bit, and seeing precisely why i latched onto mary as a character as much as i did. (hmm, the guy who'd just gotten out of a bad relationship and was also an unknowing aroace latched onto the character with relationship troubles and conflicts about presenting as someone in love, who would've thought?) (also she's autistic) (i'll still fight people on this)

mary still continues to be one of my favorite characters of all time - and i still have dream daddy to thank for a lot. it's just such a genuinely warm and sweet and funny game. it's got such a kind and lackadaisical approach to adulthood that spoke to and continues to speak to me a lot as someone kind of terrified of growing up, in a lot of ways. and despite being such a silly game, joseph's ideals of the "margarita zone" spoke to me way more than i care to admit.

i wonder if the people i'd shared ddadds servers with and the like, way back in 2019, are doing well. i wonder if the old friend i did that batshit insane mary-damien cult ending rp with that read like a damn slasher film remembers it at all. i hope the people i talked about my ocs with are doing well. i hope the mary rper i lurked on the blog of is doing well. i hope the person who made the official character spotify playlist knows how much they shaped my music taste and how much i listen to them to this day. i hope the developers of this game know it's more than a silly gimmick dating sim that was popular for a year to people. (i hope they know how much damn gender euphoria it gives me lol)

i'm a huge sap with my fandoms in general. but dream daddy's such a spot of comfort for me even now. i still think about it, and maybe one day i'll properly revisit it. and i know i'm going to be so insufferable about it when i do. my own special little margarita zone.

my mother was a crunchy homeschool nutter and her entire social group was crazy homeschool mom cultists.They were all obsessed with clean godly eating and losing weight they constantly kept repeating that they needed to treat their bodies like temples and it really wasn't healthy or good for so many reasons.

well one of the women in that group for as long as i can remember (I've know this lady since I was a lil kid) she believes it's impossible for European women to get fat because of *spins the wheel*

Yeah no one there eats bread that is why French women are so thin and healthy they don't eat bread or any kind of sweets! Once I took a picture of like some fancy imported butter from Ireland at the store to show her and she and the other moms all straight up walked away and would not look at it. They would not talk to me kept actually doin the "talk to the hand" thing and covering their ears and telling me I'm wrong and stupid and to shut up they will not look at the evidence.

This woman is in her late forties to early fifties she has convinced half the homeschool mother cult that no one in France eats bread with no evidence other then she said so!!!!!

Recently she was trying to tell me that no one in the UK eats chicken that it's "looked down on as a disgusting poor man's food" she just went on n on on this long crazy rant that made no sense at all but she acted like she was very intelligent and cultured for knowing this.

My best friend and wife is from the UK and frankly i quickly asked them and they were able to point out this lady is just batshit insane.

Like my wife mentioned there's Nandos everywhere in the UK and that serves chicken mainly I have no clue where she's getting her info or ideas.

She got super angry amd defensive and has gone off saying she has two sources "two very reliable very real and very British people who totally aren't made up there her real Facebook friends that told her yup no one in the uk eats chicken only the USA makes fried chicken poor England is missing out on chicken because they're a bunch of snobs who think it's poor people food" so that's what she believes despite a lot of common sense and evidence to prove otherwise but "how dare I question an elder?!'

I don't think that she's normal I think a lot of American children do actually learn about other countries? I learned about other countries when I was really young my mom would focus on one a month and then I'd have to do a lil presentation at the end of the month in front of my grandad and we'd cook a meal with some traditional foods from there if possible I had a lot of fun learning recipes from all over the world and we'd get a monthly cd with music from all over the world it was so cool! one of my favorite games when I was little with my grandad was he'd spin the globe point at random n then i had to say thw county, the capital, a famous food item from there and one history fact is famous person if I knew one and it was SO MUCH FUN!!!

I love the way his story is told from multiple POVs and how his character changed over time #I love how his story with Yumi is not just a black and white 'this person is evil this person is a helpless victim' story because it's more #complicated than that. it's about the cycle of abuse and about trauma and about how both of them were not right for each other. #sometimes loving someone isn't enough and you can't magically make them go back to the person they used to. #like I think Yumi stayed out of guilt and a false sense of pride even when he was for all intents and purposes emotionally cheating #and I think the biggest act of love Kan-chan was still capable of at that time was letting Yumi go and breaking up with him. #And then there's Shuuna. ah man. I like that he's sooo out of his depth lol #he's soo in love and he has no idea how to tackle the whole mess that an older Kan-chan is but like #the love they have for each other and the way they DO manage to get through to each other? yea. #you can really feel the difference in maturity at times and that's also a really well done characterization!! #I liked the one author's comment where it's said about him that he went through love on easy mode until he met Kan-chan haha #also the flashbacks... that's a lotta baggage. like I don't blame Yumi for not knowing and it makes sense Kan-chan won't forgive himself #but still. he was never just some evil guy who did that shit out of pure malice when he was experiencing so much abuse and pressure. #(which doesn't make his actions any more okay but it makes his character more complicated and tragic.) #oh and one final thing I love about this series and the connected stories: the thing about life is that it goes on and the people who leave #our lives still continue living in this world. and you may choose or just happen to never meet again. #and no matter who hurt who the memories of each other will remain. the bad. but also the good. #and hopefully you get to continue on making new- making good memories.

I started the long way to a small, angry planet but ultimately didn't end up finishing it. I may come back to it someday, in the moment it felt a little too slice of life/sweet found family vibes and that just wasn't what I was in the mood for at the time
