I was gonna type that i was trying to emulate Moebius style in Blueberry, but actually i'm always trying to emulate Moebius' style XD

In a recent drawing (the one of Toni listening to the radio) i was trying to get dark blue shadows with my poor cheap watercolours but the shadows were lighter than the rest of the picture, and way too saturated blue for shadows, at first i thought hmmm i wasn't trying to do that, it's a mistake! but then i kept thinking about how it made the whole pic quite stylish and soft and coming back to it, now i want to try to lean that way on purpose lol, innacurate shadows, incorrect abstract colors, Moebius would totaly do that

it'd be so funny if cowboy!Jimmy was asked to teach a college agricultural class, he was really good at it, all his students passed with A's, but only because he promised to beat their asses if they didn't 😭 "y'all can [redacted] with the [redacted] average grades, MY CLASS GETS [redacted] A's!!!"

also his students would be asking what it's like dating a celebrity and he's like "dati--THAT'S MY WIFE, YOU LITTLE PUNKS. NOW READ YOUR [redacted] textbooks!!"

but like, he's only tough when they try to weasel their way out of doing work because he hates it when people don't give it their all.

If a student were to come up to him for advice, he'd be sarcastic with them but give genuine advice. If any kid came up to him, asking if he could help them escape a toxic living situation, this is Jimmy:

honestly, no one messes with HIS kids 😤 he'd teach them all how to box for self defense, but the university dean is already nervous letting him teach the class simple ecology

SO EVERY SUNDAY HE TURNS THE BARN ON HIS RANCH INTO A BOXING GYM!!! Honestly, Uncle Eun Jin isn't crazy about it but he's too old to fight Jimmy sksksksk

It's not all the kids he teaches, but a few of them come for the boxing lessons and stay out of pure fascination that Jimmy is literally a modern cowboy who rides real horses. Jimmy doesn't let them ride the horses, but he takes them to go feed the ducks and sometimes Uncle Jin makes the students food :>

Very quick Logan drabble because I have given him no love....

You spot him immediately as someone new in town. It's a small town and everyone knows everyone so you pick him out quick. He's arguing with Murphy over pricing, using big words like: ludicrous, and absolutely insane, and highway robbery. You laugh and finished sorting through the seeds you want. He storms out of the store in a huff, you catch his eye with a smile. His eyes soften, his step slows almost to a stop, and somehow you get the barest twitch of a smile back, before he seems to remember he's upset and turns to finish his stomping. You hardly pay it any mind, and finish your shopping, cracking a joke to Murphy about hot headed interlopers that gets a few dollars knocked off your total.

The next time you see him you're parked by one of the swimming holes, stripped down for a quick dip before the sun gets any higher. Most folks don't care much about private property when it's over 100 degrees out, but when you pop your head up out of the water he's glarin' at you from the back of a horse. Again, something in his face softens when you grin up at him. He swings down off his horse while you make your way to the shore, you've got a towel in your trunk, but that's on the other side of the pond. Logan offers you a hand to help you out of the water, and you do your best to keep your smile when you push your wet hair off your forehead. He does his best at keeping his eyes on your face.

"You're tresspassin'," He tells you. You laugh, and his lips twitch up just slightly.

"Someone's always tresspassin'," You assure him, "Where'm I tresspassin'?"

"Walker ranch," You hum and he holds out his hand, "Logan Walker." You take it, enjoy the firm shake, the callouses on his warm hand.

"Walker," You nod, shake your head and try to dislodge your smile. You remember some girls in town calling it "Can't Walk-er" ranch, giggling over the new studs running it. You can't say you disagree.

"What's so funny," He asks.

"Nothing," You like the way he smiles at you, like he doesn't believe you, "Y'all are new to the area right?"

"Pretty new."

"Well, here's a tip," You brush the water off your arm, "It's nearly a hundred and ten degrees out, you're gonna get a lot of folks jumpin' in that pond. Best just to let 'em." Logan glances past you to the pond, and gives a short nod. He swipes his straw hat from his head and fans himself with it before thinking better of it and settling it on your head. You wonder if he knows what that means, you suppose it doesn't matter, but it sure isn't the heat gettin' to you now.

"You better get goin' then," He tells you, hooking his boot in the stirup and swinging back up onto his horse, "Wouldn't want a pretty thing like you gettin' lost in the crowd."

like like augh ok i cantttt id spoil it but i have a whole fic mapped out and i just gotta get this next solitary snow chapter cranked out (because i cant work on anew thing without at least finishing the climax) and then we're goingggg with the 4maxhalo cowboy AU because i am so excited ill be going with a gothic horror style, doing tons of historical research(towns, weaponry, and politics in the wild west-ish) and im hoping to make some art for it as well

ok, to set the scene at least with our three main characters; Forever is a retired cowboy who is now the mayor of Quesadilla Town, Max is also a retired cowboy who is now sheriff of Quesadilla Town(and runs a radio show maybe< depends on what time period constraints i put on myself or if i just wanna disregard american time period history all-together and put this in a very diff universe) and Bad, a legendary demonic cowboy who is rumored to have lived for over 100 years >:3

oh and Cucurucho is the co-owner/manager of the Federation Bank :D evil time :D
