Classy Tip #1 : LEAVE SOME MYSTERY !
Tumblr media
Classy women understand the power of leaving some mystery in their lives. They know that revealing everything about themselves can diminish their allure and intrigue. Here are a few reasons why classy women choose to leave some aspects of their lives mysterious:
∙ Intrigue and curiosity:
By keeping certain aspects of their lives under wraps, classy women pique the curiosity of others. People naturally want to know more about someone who remains a bit mysterious, and this can make them more desirable and intriguing.
∙ Preserving their privacy:
Classy women understand the importance of maintaining their privacy. They know that not everything needs to be shared with the world and that preserving a sense of privacy can be empowering. It allows them to have control over their personal lives and choose what they want to reveal. By keeping certain aspects of their lives hidden, they can prevent unnecessary intrusion and maintain a sense of control over who knows what about them.
∙ Building anticipation:
By revealing only bits and pieces of themselves, classy women create anticipation and excitement. This can be in various aspects of life, such as relationships, personal achievements, or even their personal style. By keeping some mystery, they keep others interested and eager to discover more.
• Cultivating an air of confidence:
Classy women exude confidence and self-assurance. By leaving some aspects of their lives mysterious, they demonstrate that they are secure in who they are and don't need to reveal everything to gain validation or attention. This confidence is incredibly attractive and commands respect.
• Commanding respect:
Leaving some mystery can help classy women command respect from others. By not readily offering up all information about themselves, they set boundaries and establish themselves as individuals deserving of respect and admiration.
• Sparking imagination:
A touch of mystery allows others to use their imagination to fill in the gaps. It leaves room for interpretation and allows others to create their own narratives, which can be exciting and engaging.
• Amplifying Individuality:
Leaving some mystery allows classy women to emphasize their unique qualities and individuality. By revealing only select aspects, they can showcase their best traits and maintain a sense of enigma that sets them apart from others.
• Encouraging Pursuit:
Classy women know that leaving some mystery can elicit pursuit and admiration. This can create a dynamic where others are inspired to make an effort to get to know them better, leading to more meaningful connections and relationships.
• Allowing for personal growth and change:
Keeping certain aspects of their lives mysterious allows classy women the space to grow and evolve without feeling confined by past expectations or perceptions. It gives them the freedom to explore new interests, hobbies, and experiences without judgment or preconceived notions.
Classy women recognize that balance is key and the importance of leaving some mystery in their lives. By doing so, they create a captivating presence that leaves a lasting impression on those around them. Embracing this concept can add depth and allure to one's persona and enhance their overall presence.

YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE FOOD IN YOUR HAND AND MOUTH AT THE SAME TIME!!!
Put the protein bar down between bites! Wipe your hands off before that second handful of popcorn! (Or eat popcorn with chopsticks!) Set down the fork and put your hands in your lap while chewing! Come on!

Things that are not actually classy (avoid these)
Ladies, today I want to bring attention to a list of habits and traits which are in no way associated with a classy woman (or person, for that matter).
Pointing out another person's flaw which cannot be fixed in less then 5 min - this is just basic good manners.
Wearing luxury brands from head to toe - being a walking billboard of advertisements isn't classy, it shows one cares more about clout and more likely leaves others wondering if the person even has a style of their own.
Judging other women while they're actively working on leveling up, instead of actually offering support or advice. Remember, we've all been at that early stage and it's gracious to afford them the same courtesy you wish you would've had.
Judging people's accessories or outfit based on how prestigious, luxury-brand or expensive they are - quality and elegance isn't defined only by famous or expensive brands.
Lacking critical thinking or discernment, blindly believing whatever people tell you or whatever outlets you are exposed to firsthand. If you want to be a high value woman, you need to think for yourself and form your own opinions. It's not a high value quality to be a soundboard for whatever other people around you are saying.
Being rigid in thinking and closed-minded, believing that you have the answers to everything, and that only your view can be the correct one - modesty and an open mind goes a long way, nobody knows everything.
Degrading something that doesn't resonate with you on a superficial or subjective level (aesthetics, fashion, taste, etc) - let people live and enjoy whatever brings them joy. Just because it's not your cup of tea doesn't mean it can't be someone else's favorite flavour.

Girl Talk: How To Properly Hold Someone Accountable.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
“You know that I love you, that’s with a passion but I’ll hold you accountable for your actions”
— ‘Accountable’ by BLXST
☕️ Let’s Have a Girl Talk:
In a society that often perpetuates toxic behaviors and fosters a culture of disrespect, it is crucial to explore alternative approaches to accountability. The Black Feminine Society embraces the idea that we can hold individuals accountable with love, genuine respect, and compassion, without resorting to demeaning and disrespectful tactics.
By confronting issues with a solution-oriented mindset and fostering progressive conversations, we can pave the way for positive change and growth.
This blog post delves into the power of accountability, the role of love and respect, and the importance of proactive engagement.
Accountability, by definition, involves acknowledging our mistakes, taking responsibility for our actions, and making amends where necessary.
The Power of Accountability:
Accountability is a fundamental aspect of personal and societal growth. It involves taking responsibility for one's actions, acknowledging the consequences, and actively working towards healing and restoration. Within the Black Feminine Society, accountability is approached as an empowering tool that encourages individuals to reflect, learn, and evolve. By holding ourselves and others accountable, we create opportunities for personal development and collective progress.
The truth is, genuine accountability is rooted in love, respect, and compassion. It is about holding our sisters accountable without demeaning them, without disrespecting them, but instead, acknowledging their potential for growth.
Tough love is not about harshness or severity. It's about transparency and honesty, delivered with good intentions and from the heart. It's about acknowledging the issue at hand and addressing it directly but kindly. It's about making the other person understand that they are loved and respected, even when they are being held accountable.
However, the reality is that holding someone accountable can often be challenging and uncomfortable. It becomes even more complicated when we want to ensure that the process is filled with respect and compassion, instead of negativity.
So, what actions can we take to encourage compassionate accountability in our society?
🩷 Understanding & Empathy:
Recognize the individual's experiences and feelings and validate them. By doing this, you're telling them that their perspective matters, and you're willing to walk alongside them on their journey to improvement.
👄 Speak from Love, Not Anger:
It's crucial to communicate from a place of love and genuine concern, rather than anger or frustration. This doesn't mean you shouldn't express your feelings; it just means you should do so in a way that doesn't belittle or disrespect the other person.
🩷 Focus on the Issue, Not the Person:
When holding someone accountable, concentrate on the behavior or action that needs addressing, not the individual. This approach ensures the person doesn't feel personally attacked, facilitating a more open and productive conversation.
✨Propose a Solution:
Confronting someone about an issue is the first step, but it's equally vital to present a solution, plan, or support. This positive action sets the tone for a progressive conversation and shows that you're invested in resolving the issue together, not merely pointing out faults.
🩷 Give Them Space:
After the confrontation, give the person some time and space to process the information. It's important to respect their need for reflection.

Femme Fatale Guide: Small Ways To Elevate Your Life
Fashion & Beauty:
Wear coordinated lingerie (bra and underwear) under your outfit daily
Keep at least one pair of shapewear/sculpting underwear in your closet to streamline your look under form-fitting clothes
Invest in high-quality socks and hosiery (I love everything from HUE!)
Curate a collection of basics tanks, tees, and long-sleeves that pair well with each type of jeans/trousers/skirt/outerwear option you wear on repeat throughout the week/month
Invest in a timeless black boot (one short and one tall or mid-calf), loafer/flat, pump, and white sneaker that pair well with nearly any outfit
Apply products in the order: liquid, cream, then powder (you can top all of them off with a setting spray if desired)
If you're confused about what your YLLB (your lips but better) shade is, try to match it to the darker portion of your nipple
Switch off eyes in between mascara coats when applying more than one coat
Apply lip balm before you start doing your makeup so it can absorb into your lips and ensure your lipstick/gloss/tint doesn't dry out your lips
Health & Wellness:
Get a pill box to house your daily vitamins & supplements; Fill it up on Sunday evening to have all of your supplements in your sight, sorted, and simple to take every day without a second thought
Always take your supplements with food, not coffee, to optimize absorption
Drink a large glass of water within 5-10 minutes of waking up
Invest in beautiful, large salad bowls and/or juice & smoothie glasses to inspire you to eat more salads and greens-filled meals throughout the week
Ensure you're breathing normally/not stressed when eating to avoid excess bloating; Don't use straws when possible if you're prone to trapped gas
Try the diagram breathing technique to calm your nerves when you wake up, when you're trying to sleep, wind down, or anytime you're stressed (Place one hand on the center of your chest and the other in the middle of your stomach right below your rib cage)
Learn how to give yourself a sinus massage and an abdominal self-massage to relieve everyday congestion and pain at home
