update on shitty's entertainment-whilst-illuminating: I'm back on my older sitcom bullshit lol
I should really get back to the golden girls and finish watching the show (or more accurately listening to) in its entirety but I've started the Nanny and I'm two seasons in already
listen to me. youre gonna shred some potatoes up hash brown style. youre gonna put them in a mixing bowl. youre gonna dump in a bunch of shredded cheese, measure it from your heart. youre gonna pour in a can of your choice of cream soup without adding the water. I like to use cream of cheddar to make it extra cheesy. youre gonna season to your liking, i like to use garlic and pepper. youre gonna mix that up then transfer it to a high side sheet pan. youre gonna top it with more shredded cheese then bake it at 425 f until the top gets crispy and bubbly.
"Say Cheese" A study of texture: Cheesy Baked Cream Eggs

For a quick one, I love how this came out. Mom saw a show, I looked at the website, I saw a neat egg, I drew it. I love the parcooked whites on the yolks that are juuuust starting to set and the way I was able to render that burned cheesy look! Definitely one of my faves so far!
Hopefully @lady-quen's breadbugs don't fall into the yolks before they set... Or maybe the breadbugs would like that?
Tapdancing my way into @quezify's notifications with this one. I cannot tapdance, but I can dream. XD
I love the yolk at the 4 o clock position there... the way it kind of looks a bit shriveled like it burst somewhere under the surface. Again, very proud of this one for a fast piece.
From the award-winning Taiwanese bakery famed for its Lychee Rose Royale and Red Wine Longan breads - Wu Pao Chun Bakery (吳寶春麥方店) came this Cheesy Strawberry (草莓乳酪) bread. The savoury loaf of bread (S$14.80) has wine-soaked strawberry slices and honey cream cheese giving it bursts of tangy sweetness or creaminess depending on which you bite into.
