[Kid!Lily is at her group’s table in kindergarten, she’s drawing as a teacher comes up and sees her work]
Teacher: Very good, Lily. Is this your family?
Lily: Yep! This blue one is my mom, the pink one is my mommy and the green one is mama and the purple one is me.
Teacher: That’s very sweet. You love your moms, huh?
Lily: Yep! A whole lot!!
Teacher: and who’s this with you on this page?
Lily: That’s Grandma and Grandpa B. The ‘B’ stands for “Boonchuy”, like my name!
Teacher: what about your other grandparents?
Lily: I don’t see them as much as Grandma, Grandpa B.
Teacher: Oh, okay……um, who’s all these……frog…people? With you?
Lily: That’s Great-Grandpa Hop-Pop and Uncle Spring and Aunt Polly and Fhrowbow and Uncle Sprig’s wives, Aunt Ivy and Maddie. My new baby sister was named after her! And this is Grime-pa, he sometimes has a robot arm that Aunt Polly made him. And these are Grandmas Oliviah and Yunam.
Teacher: Okay, but why are they frogs?
Lily: They are frogs, well, Grime-pa is a toad and grandmas are newts, not lizards or saluhmander, Mama said it’s “offense-ive” to call them that.
Teacher: uh huh………I think I need to schedule a parent-teacher meeting…

Never did I expect myself to be mourning the absence of english essays and writing exams and theatre class critiques. Do you understand how fucking amazing of a grade I could get on an analysis of trauma in Critical Role? On Lou Wilson and Emily Axford's finesse in portraying the heavy expectations and double standards placed on children? On Ylfa Snorgelsson's relationship to death? On the journey of a man's relationship to violence? On an analysis of grief in Dimension 20? On the pitfalls of youth? On the dynamic between humanity and religion? On the journey of self-discovery and acceptance? On love in all its forms? On the nature of choice? On everything Brennan Lee Mulligan has to say about capitalism? On the tragedy of im/mortality? On Gerard and Elody's divorce? On the unfeeling and aimless happenstance of the universe? On the role of fate and destiny? I'm not saying it would be easy. I'm saying can you imagine how fucking cool it would have been to turn in 5 pages about a dnd show, feeling good about it?

“Hurtful frustration pt. 1”
Sometimes siblings argue with each other 🤷♀️
BEHOLD THE ANGST!! My back is dead and my sanity is gone after the finals but I had this idea planned out in my drafts for a hot while so y’all shall suffer with me >:3
After Wukong and Macaque got imprisoned in the scroll by Azure Lion our two sweet little beans Yan Hao and Liling manage to escape but the atmosphere between them feels heavy.
Yan Hao obviously belongs to @lopsushi >:3
Eat up and see ya next time folks!

Why Villains Are Great
I can sum that up with one beautiful word… Versatility
For you see…
A villain can either be a someone who willingly threw away their humanity to become something monstrous…
Or they’re someone who retains their parts of their humanity, while still committing the most heinous of deeds.
They could be a demon trying to force their twisted sense of order upon everyone from atop an ivory tower…
Or just a plain bully with a soft spot that shows itself more often as time flies.
They can have the purest of intentions and cause mass suffering at the same time…
Or they are a self-righteous narcissist who sees their horrendous actions as completely justified and in the right.
Maybe they’re an ethereal, destructive, carless, and otherworldly entity…
Or a truly tragic monster.
It doesn’t matter if they’re a man…
Or a beast…
A villain can be anything or anyone, for evil has many shapes and many faces.

I'm looking at the Zora May prompts and wanna write stuff, and now my brain's just giggling with ideas LOL like--
Imagine, after Age of Calamity, that Link and Mipha get together. That has its whole set of fun and drama - a Hylian/Zora marriage would mean a lot anyway, but particularly when it's the Zora princess and the Hero of Hyrule. Link and Mipha start to have a family, Zelda is settling into being queen, and they all have their own set of stressors and joys and the three are still besties and it would be just so funny to see y'all. Like... Link takes his oath as a knight seriously, so he still assists Hyrule often, and just this scenario in my head came and--
Zelda, sighing: I hardly slept last night. I was up late researching the latest Zonai discoveries and almost forgot I had a meeting with the Rito delegation this morning. I'm so tired.
Link, hair a mess, on his third cup of coffee after dealing with one of his kids having a meltdown while the other kept everyone up crying all night, dealing with Mipha also trying to do royal duties, having just teleported over here via Sheikah towers: .....That sounds rough.
