Ok I am for real falling in love with Clara. Like... sad that she'd die before Donnie but also... what if Leo did try to hide it but Donnie figured it out himself because A) he knows his twin and knows when he's hiding something and B) he never actually got rid of/lost that old dream catcher. Does it hurt that Leo didn't tell him? Yes!

I mean, i could definitely see Donnie figuring it out, but probably not until pretty late. Like maybe when they're already away on that mission.

B/c one of the several reasons Leo wouldn't tell him, is because he knows Donnie would try to save her. He's been trying to subvert visions for a while, though usually through covert, tricky ways, but has never been able to accomplish much past changing little things. Leo knows this isn't something Donnie would be able to change, and that it would end much like how Leo's attempt to save Raph did, with extra casualties.

If Donnie knew, he would not just sit around and let it happen. Nor would he let Leo take him away on that mission in the first place. So Donnie can't know before they leave, or else he just wouldn't go.

as for why Donnie wouldn't figure it out. He trusts Leo to tell him the very important visions like that. And Leo always has, up until this one. It's just this one he never shared with Donnie.

And yeah, Leo's acting pretty shady before they leave, but Donnie can pass that off as their mission is going to get complicated or something like that. Also like, just part denial i guess. Clara's his daughter. She's the one thing (along with CJ) that he's certain he can't loose.

So if Donnie ever figured it out before it could happen, it would have to be while he was on that mission. Maybe he realizes said mission is going smoothly and that his brother seems to be dreading every communication they get from base. and he just starts putting two and two together.

I know that's not exactly what you were talking about, but honestly, if Donnie knew ahead of time, there would be nothing stopping him from interfering in it besides Leo physically knocking him unconscious.

i will never ever understand why am fans have so much beef with milex shippers.

i have been in SO many fandoms throughout my life, I've been obsessed with SO many bands whose members are shipped to the point of insanity, and it was never a problem. sure, some people didn't like the ships, but why are so many am fans acting like this is something unique? bts, mcr, dan and phil, harry potter, I've seen fucking everything. every other fandom in the world are just this obsessed with their ships, trying to prove that two men are fucking, posting theories and so on. shipping was always a thing in fandoms and always will be, especially if we're talking about male celebrities and teenage girls.

having said this, the kind of fandom i have never been in is one where grown ass women bring this much toxicity to the community and behave like children. there are hundreds of celebrities whose girlfriends are not liked by the fans, but no girlfriend ever engaged this much with the haters, probably because they realised that it would only make things worse, and the fans would hate them even more.

we could've had some peaceful end of the tour content, but no, we have this instead. every few months something has to be done by a certain someone in order for people to pay attention to her, and so that in the end fans will forget the reason they're fans and engage in stupid shit like this, defeating the whole purpose of being a music fan.

all this drama is slowly making me not want to have anything to do with am or the fandom anymore. if not for miles and him being connected to am, i would've stopped giving a fuck about alex years ago (technically not through his fault, but then also because of him). this whole thing just makes me sad because miles does not deserve to be associated with these people and the fact that he will never be able to get rid of them is so not it.

We all know how a lot of Luffy's opponents have been in some ways premonitions of the type of person Luffy could end up as if something went wrong in his life. For example Moria is what Luffy could've become had he truly lost his entire crew at Sabaody if Kuma had not saved them

And we know Crocodile is what Luffy maybe could've become had Luffy given up on his dreams and become jaded after losing to him. But like, when you think about it, that's not the only dark reflection of Luffy in Crocodile, is it

'Cause Crocodile, despite employing people for Baroque Works, did not trust anyone around him and did not considder anyone to be anything else but an employee to him. And we know he had been planning on taking over Alabasta for like 14 years (at the very least), BW being a thing for only the past four (pre-timeskip)

So like. Did Crocodile spend the last 14 years alone

Like yes he had his workers at the Casino and Robin etc, so he was like, around people, he wasn't like Brook who was in Total Isolation. But on an emotional level, has he not spent the last 14 years all by himself, completely detached from anyone, unable to trust or rely on anyone else?

That is sad as fucking shit, holy hell

And that just makes me further wonder, what the absolute fuck were Crocodile's Rookie Pirate days like?? Like did he have a crew or was he just yolo'ing it by himself???

Like. Mihawk's never been on a crew as far as we know. Kuma was a Revolutionary, not a pirate, but he wasn't like alone still. Doflaming, Hancock, Jinbei and Moria however have/had crews of their own. So what was Crocodile's deal? Did he have a crew before? Was he a captain or was he on someone else's ship? (Although surely the Government wouldn't offer the position of a Shichibukai to a cabin boy or the first mate, right)

And if he did have a crew, the hell happened to them??

Like we know Crocodile got his ass kicked by Whitebeard, I just find it unlikely Whitebeard would've pulled a Kaidou on Crocodile's crew and slaughtered them, that's not a very Whitebeard-y thing do, right?? ...Unless Whitebeard was just different 20+ years ago and was willing to annihilate entire crews. We don't know. Or maybe Crocodile and his entire crew were like Turbo Rotten from the beginning and Whitebeard figured they deserved to get wiped out, much like how we saw Shanks wipe out Kid's crew at Elbaf. Or maybe Whitebeard saw no reason to have mercy on someone affiliated with the World Government.

That all said, if we wanted to assume Crocodile had somekind of trauma that lead to him viewing people not only as disposable but also untrustworthy, then maybe losing people dear to him like that wouldn't lead to that mindset. Like Moria witnessed his beloved crew die and that caused him to want to create a crew he couldn't die, so he wouldn't go through that emotional trauma again.

Which leaves me to wonder. If something caused him to lose his ability to (emotionally) trust people, and if Whitebeard broke his dreams... Maybe Crocodile had a crew. And maybe they abandoned him when he lost to Whitebeard. Figuring they didn't need a weak captain who was probably going to bleed to death anyways. Or maybe the crew tried to take his head (after Whitebeard kicked his ass), after all, he was already a Shichibukai, anybody who took Crocodile's head could maybe attempt to take that title for themselves if the Government allowed it, and if not, at least gain more fame for themselves.

Either of these scenarios would certainly result in you losing your ability to rely on others. And leave you willing to spend the rest of your life alone. Who would have in them to go through that again.

Or maybe he came out of the womb unable to trust people and he was just yolo'ing it by himself like Mihawk right from the begining, who knows

We all know Frank's a seething ball of attachment issues, I occasionally ponder him as a Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria posterchild, particularly to people he looks up to (not naming names...Danny). Has Danny ever been too harsh in shooing him off, and felt bad--I mean *inconvenienced*--enough to do something about it?

Oh absolutely 1000000%. There's plenty of times Danny shoves Frank off of him or tells him to go the fuck away, but it's never done with enough heat for Frank to do anything more but pout or sulk for a bit before he's back to nipping at Danny's heels five minutes later. After all, there's plenty of stretches of time when Frank is off with any of the other Legion brats or annoying someone else, so it's not like Danny is being constantly smothered by this kid for it to ever truly fray his last nerve.

But the thing is that Danny has patience, not tolerance. He can tune things out, he can ignore Frank long enough until he gets bored and leaves, he can play along with whatever stupidity the kid is up to if he has nothing better to do. But the times Danny genuinely doesn't want to be bothered, do not fucking bother him, his neurotic ass cannot handle people relentlessly prodding him when he's in a bitchy headspace. Frank learns that lesson once the hard way, and of course being a hardheaded teenager, he had to make the interaction way worse because he couldn't help getting defensive and wanting the last word.

And then Danny doesn't see him around for an abnormally long time and honestly he's definitely using that as a brat-break. Taking advantage of the peace and quiet for once...then fine, fine, since the other Legion members are telling him that Frank's being extra mopey and reclusive, he'll go find him to smack him on the back of the head and tell him to get over it already.

Well, you know, they're both emotionally stunted freaks with daddy issues, so actually it's more like Danny tossing a pack of cigarettes at Frank's face and 20 minutes later the little shit is already back in his personal space asking what species of dinosaurs were still roaming the Earth when Danny was a kid.
