It Got Them
He ran through the thicket of bushes without thinking twice. "It got them. It will get me. It got them. It will get me" was the unending murmur in his mind. Quickening his pace, he jumped over the gap, barely making it across. His hoarse gasps made it evident that he had been in that frenzied state for a while now.
Can't stop now. Must get away…
His gasps were losing strength now and so did his legs. He slowed to a walk and squinted hard to see some movement behind the trees. Everything was still and silent except the branches swaying in the breeze and the hum of insects that inhabited the forest. Not here. He resumed walking ahead while taking care to not step on the dry leaves on the forest floor. Need to get out. Find a road…
But running had taken its toll on his body. He plopped down on the ground under the large shade of an old looking tree. He was scared, but more tired. He didn't even care to look up and try to make out the time from the sun's position. What does it matter? Ajit and Srishti are dead. Dead because we had to camp here. Some fancy city wasn't enough for them. And now they're fuckin' dead. Done in forever. Tears overran his face, making his vision blurry. Then, he began sobbing. Jaya. Please be safe, honey. Please God, please. He rubbed away his tears furiously. I need to find that goddamn road before it gets us, that… thing… what was it…
Shashi and Jaya had woken up that morning to Ajit's blood curdling screams coming from the other tent. They scrambled out to help but froze in horror when they saw the bloodied tent and heard gut-wrenching sounds of bone and meat being crushed. Jaya's jaw dropped in horror, and then issued a scream that stopped the commotion in the tent.
And then we ran over the rocks, but she… where did she go. Then, Shashi remembered. They had separated when Jaya had slipped down the ravine that they didn't see. But we didn't see that the night before, did we? I can’t remember... I can't stop now, gotta find the road. That's the only chance we have to get some help. Why did we ever choose this gods-forsaken piece of shit waterfall to stay at. Fuck this. Fuck all of this.
He got up and dredged on in the direction he had run all this time.
After some time, he did see something. A clearing. He picked up his pace and hobbled through the trees into… into a wall. A grey wall. A wall of concrete, higher than the trees, curving away on both sides as far as he could see. That wasn't what threw him off, though. It was when he looked up. The wall supported a dome of glass, with lights fixed here and there in the frame. It wasn't day outside. It was night. And that explained the odd feeling he had in his gut. Ever since they heard those screams, they had no time to think or see, only run. And now, after he had caught his breath, the eerie set in and now the true realisation of something being horribly wrong set in. He almost hurled, clutching his sides he knelt on his knees and started gasping heavily. We were near a waterfall. We didn't come through any buildings. There were no walls. This was supposed to be a forest, secluded and far away from human contact. What's happening? This isn't normal. I must be going insane. Am I dead already?...
At that moment, he heard a sound that made him flinch. Footsteps. Coming closer. He couldn't say if it was man or beast. He got a hold of himself and braced. But what walked out of the shadows just dispelled his guard.
A tall naked man, with corded muscles walked out with a feline movement. Long hair dripped down to his shoulders. Hair covered his entire body in a the same way you would expect a grown man to have. His eyes seemed innocent enough to give people the notion of innocence. But he had a weird smile. Filed teeth? No… They seemed to be natural. But common sense would say that no human has such pointed teeth like those of a shark, set in a perfect smile. It wasn't a man. It was a beast in the guise of one.
The man stopped in front of him, his face stuck in the same wild grin. He dropped low on all fours and nodded his head. Shashi didn't need any further explanation. It wants me to run.
No. No more. If I can slow him down, then I must. Maybe Jaya can get out. Maybe… If she's even alive. Please. Lend me some strength, if you gods even exist. Please. I need it.
And with a scream, Shashi lashed out at the beast of a man and— was grabbed by his face and threw back at the wall. His head started to bleed and he could feel dizziness creeping in. The beast had hands that felt like pillars, charging into them felt worthless. Yet still he lurched forward. The beast on the other hand just stayed in its stance, ready to pounce whenever Shashi showed his back. That never happened though. Shashi did finally go down, after his ninth try. And then he never got up. The creature just left, paying no heed to the corpse.
In his dying gasps, he could only remember his love and the life he had planned out for them, all dashed away…

Rise of the Forest God
Chapter 2 - The Forest God
When Agatha came over to visit the next day, she found herself baffled when Alice opened the door with a wide smile.
"Agatha, you won't believe what happened!" She was giddy. "Oh, it's so wonderful!"
Agatha furrowed her brows and tried to peer her head past her shoulders and into the space between the doorway. "What is it?"
"He's back!"
"Who?"
"Eustace!"
"What?!"
"Come and see for yourself!" Alice excitedly jumped up and down and took her by the hand. "He's still weak, and he won't speak, but he's here!!!"
"Alice, that's-"
"Come with me!" She dragged her along to the living room, excitedly murmuring the whole way.
Agatha froze in the doorway, mouth slightly agape.
It was him, undoubtedly, but even as he raised his head and turned it to them, he didn't look like he was still among the living. His skin was white and mottled, and he was sitting so still he looked like a corpse at first. His face was empty of any expression or life, as if his soul had been left behind somewhere far away. "Eustace, look, Agatha's here!" Alice was beaming, skipping over to the still figure.
Agatha felt the blood draining from her face.
Whatever was going on, this was not natural. And yet Alice was as joyful as she hadn't been in months. Agatha was torn. Should she tell her to leave him? What had happened to him? Or should she let it be?
"I-"
"Yes, I know, he looks exhausted." Alice's voice was soft as she sat down next to her silent husband. She softly stroked the back of his hand. "But he's going to be fine again, aren't you, Eustace?"
His chapped, white-blue lips moved, only slightly, but no sound came out. His face was as expressionless as that of a deadman.
Agatha shivered, and took a stray step back. She couldn't bear to be within his presence any longer. "Well, I... I wish you two the best of luck with th-that then... I just remembered I still need to fix my husband's coat, he ripped a hole in it again, he's so clumsy..." She laughed nervously. "I'll see you then... goodbye!"
With that she rushed out.
***
"Zombie." The child grinned.
"Don't interrupt me." The mother gently booped her child's nose.
***
Months had passed. At first Eustace's miraculous return was nothing but a rumour, but then Alice began bringing him outside, and soon everyone knew that something had happened. By the time it was summer, despite whispers of witchcraft and unholy entities, the majority of townsfolk had simply accepted the strange pair. There wasn't much else to do.
It was a warm summer afternoon. The sun was drowning the world in a deep golden glow and the birch trees were softly swaying in the wind like it was singing them to sleep. Alice and Eustace were sitting in the garden and she was making a flower crown for him. He still hadn't said a word since his return, but it didn't stop her from trying. She loved him. She loved him so much.
She put the crown on his head and adjusted it a little. "There. Isn't it lovely?"
He turned his head a little, then reached out a bony hand to feel the soft petals between his fingers. The ghost of a smile was barely visible on his pale lips. Alice smiled and snuggled up to him, wrapping an arm around his thin frame and gently placing her hand on his. She closed her eyes. "I love you."
She heard someone call her name and looked up. Agatha was standing by the old wooden fence and waving. "Alice, can you come over for a minute?"
"I'll be right back, dearest," she told Eustace. Then she got up, brushed the grass off her dress and ran over to the fence. "I'm coming!"
Agatha's face was serious. "Alice, I wanted to warn you."
"What is it? If you're talking about the apple tree don't worry, I already cut the branch before it could break off and hurt someo-"
"The shepherd was found dead in the forest."
Alice paled. "My God. What happened?"
"Something tore him up. Nobody knows what it could have been."
"A wolf? A bear?"
"Something worse." Agatha's brown eyes were narrow, and stared into the garden just in front of her.. "Where was Eustace last night?"
"Well, he went outside to catch some air at around midnight..." Alice's heterochromatic eyes widened. "Good God, he could've gotten himself killed! I'll make sure to tell him not to do that!"
"Alice, don't you think-"
"My God, thank you for the warning Agatha, he could've come to harm..."
"Alice!", Agatha suddenly snapped, grabbing her arm before she could turn and run back. "Come back to your senses! Whatever that...that thing is, it's not your husband!"
"He just needs some time!", she pleaded, flinching her arm away. "He's going to be alright! He just needs a bit of patience and care, and then it's all going to be alright!"
"Alice, he is literally a rotting corpse, it's time to just let it go!"
"He needs me!!"
They both glanced over at the young man sitting, alone, in the thick grass. He was still wearing the flower crown and softly swaying back and forth with the dancing trees. There was even some kind of tiny smile still plastered to his pale lips.
"Alice, this is madness," Agatha muttered, more to herself, if anything.
"Give me some time," the younger woman pleaded, voice cracking softly. "I swear, he's going to make it."
"This feels like something that shouldn't be messed with, Alice-"
"He'll be fine."
"Are you saying that because you believe it, or because you want to believe it?"
Alice hesitated. "Because I love him."
Agatha sighed, and paused. It felt wrong. Everything felt so wrong. Agatha knew, somewhere deep down, she needed to help the grieving woman. This... thing wasn't her husband. No, she was going to help her, no matter if it shattered her healing heart back In two. But right now... She just couldn't bring herself to do it.
"Alright... be careful, dear," was all she could mutter. She kissed her on the cheek and pulled her into a hug, not daring to let her go. "Eustace!" He clumsily raised his head. "You better damn well appreciate what Alice is doing for you!"
He nodded, but his pale face was still empty of any expression. He looked like an empty shell, someone that once held such life and humanity, but now something different masqueraded inside.
A few days had passed. The shepherd was buried and mourned for. But, one day soon after there was another crowd carrying something from the woods.
"What's going on?", Alice asked a little boy as the procession passed by. "What happened?"
"Oh, they found the milkman dead in the woods." He shrugged. "Intestines all over the place."
Agatha quickly appeared by Alice's side, fury in her face. "It happened again! Something is going on here and I'm sure your husband has something to do with it!"
"Agatha, please...!" Alice bit her lip, looking at her battered shoes. "He's not hurting anyone."
"Enough is enough!"
Suddenly a weak sound escaped Eustace's mouth. He bit his lip and tried again.
"Agatha.... please.... don't shout....at Alice."
Despite it all, Alice's face lit up and she threw her arms around him, trying anything to pull her mind away from the gathering crowd passing them. "You're speaking again!"
"Not...her fault....."
Agatha clenched he fist and took a firm step forward, glaring at the pair. "Eustace, you're hiding something."
"Agatha, please...", Alice pleaded, drawing her arms from around Eustace's thin waist.
But the older woman just turned and walked away.
On that evening while Alice was preparing dinner Eustace went out into the garden to catch some air. He returned when the sun had just sunk behind the net of emerald trees, the red sky reflecting on his white hair and giving him an ethereal appearance. He looked otherworldly.
Alice hugged him in the doorway and buried her face in his jacket. "I love you. My darling."
But suddenly she heard a woman screaming down the street.
"Something must have happened," Alice whispered, pulling him inside. "Let's close the door."
Darkness had quickly cast it's shadow over the village. But outside people gathered, with torches and pitchforks, a demonic mob, hoarsely screaming obscenities at the top of their lungs. Then someone knocked hard on the door.
"He killed my husband!", Agatha screamed from outside the house. "That evil creature killed my husband, let me in, Alice!"
"No!", Alice screamed. "It wasn't him...it can't have been him!"
"We'll break the damn door if we have to!"
"I won't let you hurt him!" Alice was sobbing. She ran back to the table and hugged Eustace, her long dark hair falling over his shoulder like a waterfall. She cradled him in her arms. "I won't let them hurt you, my darling. Just you wait. You'll be fine again. I promise."
Eustace raised his head a little and his ashen lips moved. She came closer and he whispered something, barely understandable and raspy.
"I love you...run..."
She hugged him and cried. "I love you... I won't run anywhere, I'll stay with you... I love you...!"
"Please...run..."
"I love you...!"
Suddenly he froze. Then his slender hand reached for his blindfold and pulled it away. And when he opened his eyes and glanced up, Alice was met with the full force of his golden gaze, like the sun on a summer evening in the forest.
The door broke down with a sickening crunch, and the mob flooded inside.
Eustace was sitting on the floor, Alice's head resting in his lap. Her beige dress was soaked in vermilion blood, and her beautiful dark hair surrounded her pale face like a halo of shadows. Her eyes were wide open in wonder and an expression of love was frozen on her face. She was dead.
Eustace was wearing his blindfold again. When he raised his head his lips moved. "Run... please..."
***
"And what then??"
The woman smiled. "They captured him. They decided to make sure he wouldn't ever return from the grave again, so they built him a coffin of iron, with locks and chains around it, and buried him deep in the woods, praying that no one would ever release him." She gently booped the child's nose. "Now good night, Miss Walther."

Him And I (21+) c. 1
Before yoy read:
WARNINGS: → incest, matter of life and death, multiple smuts, supportive bts, and many more
Summary: Taehyung comes back to Geongchang for a 3 weeks break and to mend the broken relationship with his dear sister. Suddenly this sick, twisted, unknown feeling pops up in his life and he realize... That he's in love with her.
But there's more to it.
Disclaimer: if you don't like this theme of incest, please do not read it. I will not be responsible if you're triggered although in this chapter there's nothing happening between taehyung and the oc. Although, it'd be best if you read the first chapter to understand the story more, just a heads up. All grammar mistakes is mine to blame bc english is not my first language and i am new in tumblr! This is a new experience to me lol. This fic is also cross posted in ao3 btw. Enjoy!
It was on Saturday.

Miu wants to practice her vocals for her performance for the audition but she just feels so lazy and all she wants is to just roll over and sleep. That's exactly what she wants. But it doesn't go as planned.

She ends up eating breakfast at 7 am with her parents and enjoying the morning air. The window is open, and everyone knows how she loves sitting by the window, so no one dares to take that spot from her. She closes her eyes as the breeze hit her face, humming in agreement. Her parents look at her and stifle a laugh. She seems to notice though.

“What?” she asks, raising an eyebrow at their faces who try to stop laughing at her for whatever reason.

She just stays still and looks out the window. How can people laugh at her? It's very confusing. What's so funny about a girl who's sitting on a chair staring out the window? She waits for an answer as she sips her coffee that morning with a hum of approval. Coffee has always been her favourite out of other hot drinks. In a way, it calms her a lot in the morning. An energy booster, too.

Her mother let out a laugh, “Nothing it's just that you stare out the window and your expression when the wind blows on your face is priceless, honey.”

Mrs. Kim said, patting her shoulder and her father's laugh also echoes as he seems to enjoy his wife's statement. What's so funny about that? She asks in her head, puzzled. She continues to stare out and let them laugh at her all they want. She notices the birds flying together in the distant, making her smile. Nature had always influenced her. It's something she can't describe.

There's something about them that calms her, like this coffee. They made her feel all warm inside while she sips her coffee and connects herself with nature. It felt so peaceful and all her troubles would go away for a reason. She remembers when she was a child, she used to run out on an adventure into the woods at the back of their house. They sometimes went camping there (funny, yeah) so she got used to the forest. She knows the trails and all, and she loved listening to nature. The wildflowers, the tall trees. They're all very heart-warming to her.

Her eyes would light up at the mention of camping because she knows her parents would drag her into the forest because that's their camping spot. She would jump in joy if ever they would go out and camp or visit the waterfall or something. She loves them very much and she'd ditch her phone anytime for nature. Maybe that's also one of the reasons why she has little friends in school; that she doesn't socialize much. But it didn't bother her unlike it bothered her parents or her brother. Brother…

Her hands that were on her thighs under the table slowly inch towards her abdomen and wrap around it instantly at the mention of her brother. Why she did it? She doesn't have an answer. It lingers on her stomach for a while, until she snatches them away and put her hands on the table, snapping herself and letting herself resurface into reality. Her parents talked about their jobs. Mrs. Kim is a writer, a not so famous one but good enough in Daegu meanwhile Mr. Kim is an ordinary office worker. They also own a farm at the back of their house, and when things get busy, she's the one handling them. She and her brother but since he's away for work now, so it's only her, not that she's complaining.

Her brother is Kim Taehyung. The Kim Taehyung of BTS. he is 23 years old, and right now, he is on tour in Japan. She looks down into the black coffee, the colour made her uneasy for some reason as she thought about him. 3 weeks he spent his day off with them and 3 days since he returned to his idol job, away from his break at this house. Taehyung. When one would think of him, everyone would say how easy going, thoughtful, and handsome he is. Yes, it's true, but there's more than that. Taehyung is more than that to her.
She could see her mother taking the newspaper on the table. It's today. Mr.Kim had retrieved them earlier when her mother cooked breakfast.

Her mother turns to her. “Look, it's your brother. The tour is a success as usual.” She says, sipping her coffee and letting Miu grab the newspaper, reading it. Or rather, looking at the headline that has pictures of her brother and his bandmates.

She stares at the now blue-haired man on the stage, a little too long that she doesn't realize how bizarre it would look to other people if they see her, staring at her own brother's picture like this. Creepy. She didn't mean to linger her eyes too long on his recent picture, but she can't help it; she misses him very much. The headline is about the Love Yourself tour that's starting again. The excerpt of it is saying about how BTS had become international and over millions of tickets being sold and clean. They're performing in Nagoya tonight. Nagoya...she always dreams to travel to Nagoya.

“You ok there, buddy?” Her father asks, looking at her with warm, kind eyes.

His face reminded her of her brother. Well, Taehyung is his son after all. Why wouldn't she think of him when she looks at her father? She smiles at him and set aside the newspaper and lean on the table.

“Nothing. It's just that...I miss him.” She said, meant every word.

Everyone knows how close they are. How the two Kim siblings were inseparable until Taehyung chased his dream as an idol that his parents approved of. Taehyung is lucky, he has parents who support him no matter what decision he makes and a sister who loves him no matter what he does. It was hard for her when Taehyung walked out because he's the only friend she ever had; no one, except for her best friend Nayeon could make her feel accepted.

Taehyung is her everything. Her brother, her friend, her companion, her…

“No need to be sad, kiddo. He'll come back soon. Besides, three weeks off is kinda long for an idol and I'm sure your time with him before he left for the tour is well spent, right?”

Yeah. It was well spent indeed. She smiled bitterly and nod her head. She looks out the window again, and her eyes scan the small hut that she, Taehyung, and their father built when she was only 7 years old and Taehyung was 11. Her eyes linger on it, remember the day Taehyung gently take care of her, making sure she doesn't get hurt when she's helping while their mother makes them hot chocolate and watch as her family works together in harmony and peace.

It was a peaceful day and it stays attached in her head. How can she forget? It was one of the most precious moments to her. The memory of her and Taehyung. She remembers Taehyung's sweating face as he lifts the woods and helped their father. She remembers how it felt so right to be laughing, to be helping, to be side by side with her brother. True, that she's very close with her brother and she will always be, according to him. Taehyung, even when he lives in Seoul, would always call them every day without fail.

She remembers how Taehyung and herself would hang out at that old hut that they built, lying on the wooden floor and looking at the trees, the breeze pampering their faces. When Taehyung had his weeks off before he left for the tour, he stayed with her there and hang out with her, listening to each other's crackhead culture talks. The way her brother hugged her, the way his head rested on her shoulder lovingly, the I love yous that they delivered to each other…

“Hey, since it's a day off, how about we go somewhere?” Her father says, snapping her out of her daydream.

He's now standing beside her mother, a steaming cup of coffee in his hands as he looks at his wife and his daughter. Her mother seems to be in sync with her husband, so they are waiting for her answer. To be honest, she doesn't mind. Even though she supposed to start her practice for the audition, that usual lazinesslingers in her body. Ever since Taehyung left, her body had been in a lazy state. Why? She gulps, remembering such an event and quickly cast it aside to answer her parents.

“Sure. Where?” She asks lazily, stirring her coffee then sipping them slowly. It's still hot.

Her father thinks for a while, leaning on the counter and think of where their destination would be today. Suddenly, he claps his hands together which resulted in her mother to flinch. Mrs. Kim has always been a scary cat, just like her. They laughed at the woman.

“You scare me!” she screamed, hitting her husband in a playful manner. Perhaps, it has been too hard of a hit because he jumped and let out an “ow.” They all laugh again, and Miu wonders about what would today be like if Taehyung is by their side. By her side. It would've been even more fun. What could he be doing, right now? Miu wonders, her laughter still lingers with them, but it dies as she stares at the black, steaming hot coffee. It's like staring at a hole. A hole in her heart that is.

“As I was saying,” Mr. Kim pause, eyeing his wife in a flirty manner and look at his only daughter with a smile as he continues. “I think it'd be fun to drive off to that favourite waterfall that you love so much. It's only 30 minutes’ drive there.”

He says with a smile as he realizes how much his daughter loves that place and as her eyes lit up with excitement at the mention of the waterfall. Good choice indeed. All her troubles are forgotten at the mention of the waterfall that she loves so much. She stands up, fixing her dress immediately and walk out of the house to their car.

“I'll be waiting in the car. Hurry up!” She ushers them, sprinting to get outside leaving her parents in the kitchen with a smile on their faces.

“Well, let's go.” Mr. Kim said, beaming at Mrs. Kim.

Born to love you: This kiss (4/?)
Leo & Alicia
A closer look at how these two came to be, and all the moments in between. If you haven't read the original when Leo met Alicia, you should do so as some moment coincided with each other. Find this and other adventures HERE
This is from the CGW(CORDONIANS gone wild) AU. A collaborative effort by @ao719 @speedyoperarascalparty @cocomaxley @riseandshinelittleblossom and myself.
Tumblr media
A couple days had passed since their kiss. Leo had agreed to participate in a charity motocross event so he was not around, leaving each of them time to think about it.
There was a gala for disaster relief in portavia, Alicia and Anitah would be meeting in the boutique to find a dress and then they were meeting Drakes girlfriend pam for lunch.
She walked through the halls in a daze, that kiss still heavy on her mind. Her feet on autopilot as they carried her to the boutique. She walked inside, Anitah already there.
“Hey, you ok? You look tired.” Anitah arched her brow.
“Oh. Yeah i'm fine. Just some stuff on my mind that's all.”
They browsed through the racks grabbing putting a few gowns aside to try on.
“So, what did you and Leo do the other day?” Anitah spoke up, breaking the silence.
"Oh, we went for lunch and then he took me to the beach."
“The private beach?” Anitah stopped looking up at Alicia.
"Ah yeah, he said they hold the beach party there during the regatta." She continued browsing the racks.
“Yes!” Anitah smiled at the memory. “Then they have the beach party afterwards. Liam took me to this place there during the social season.”
"It wasn't a waterfall, was it?" Alicia furrowed her brow.
“It was,” she grinned.
“The Forgotten Falls.” they said at the same time. Anita's eyes went wide as Alicia's face lit up
" I don't think ive ever seen anything so beautiful in my life."
“Yeah, it’s amazing! Did you jump off the cliff?” Anitah asked, now suspicious.
"we did. For, um scientific purposes." She blushed at the memory of their almost kiss.
“Mmhmm,” Anitah gave her a knowing look.
"What? I know that look Anitah. Whatever is going through that head of yours,  NO."
“I’m thinking that you’re full of shit and you’re crushing on Liam’s brother. That’s what I’m thinking.”
"I am not. He's a cool guy Anitah, we are friends that's all. We jumped off a cliff, And yes, he told me about the legend." She crossed her arms in defense.
“Oh, you mean the legend that if two _lovers_ climb to the top of the waterfall and jump in together, they’ll get the blessing of the lady of the waterfall. But yeah...you’re just friends...” she rolled her eyes.
"Hey, it was my idea. We aren't lovers and never will be. So in theory there's nothing to bless."
“Ok...so did anything happen while you were at the lovers waterfall as just friends?” she questioned.
"No, nothing happened at the waterfall. Liam called and we went back to the palace to change. We snuck out but um, Madeline caught us."
Anitah eyed her curiously. “Nothing happened....”
"Nope, not at the falls or the bar we went to." Alicia avoided eye contact. Anitah was good at getting things out of her.
“You’re not looking at me...which means either something really did happen...or almost happened...and you’re not telling me.”
"We almost kissed, twice.” She blurted out.  “But liam called the first time. And then my mom the second."
“I knew it!!” Anitah shouted
"Were just friends. Nothing is going to happen between us, so wipe that smirk off your face crazy lady. I'm leaving in a few weeks remember."
“Keep telling yourself that.” Anitah smirked.
They found their dresses and had them taken to their respective rooms and headed to the Capitol for lunch. They walked into the restaurant, Pam already waiting. “Hey pam.” Anitah hugged her “This is my best friend from back home Alicia. Alicia this is Pam, she's Drake's girlfriend.”  Alicia smiled “Hi pam. Nice to meet you.” pam held out her hand to shake it “A friend of Anitahs is a friend of mine, we hug.”
The ladies spent lunch laughing and talking about wedding plans. Anitah wanting them all to get together to look for bridesmaids dresses. She would have loved to go to New York to look for her dress and the bridesmaids dresses, but cordonia would have to do. “So  Alicia, will you be bringing a date to the wedding?” Pam asked. “Oh, no. I will be flying solo.” her answer causing Anitah to snicker, Alicia gave her a pointed look. “Don't let her lie, she will be Leos date. I'm calling it now.” She giggled.
“Oh. Are you and Leo seeing each other?” pam grinned.
“No. We are just friends. Anitah here seems to think that I have some huge crush on him.”
“You dont almost kiss your friends.” Anitah snorted.
Alicia rolled her eyes focusing on Pam “So. How long have you  and Drake been dating?”
Pam filled her in on her and Drake's relationship. Pam and Anitah instantly hit it off when she came to council Regina after Constantine had passed, Alicia also seemed to get along well with her. Drake and pam would be at the Gala that night, so Anitah made arrangements for Alicia to sit with them.
Later that evening Alicia sat with Pam and Drake. Drake sat back enjoying his whiskey while Pam and Alicia shared stories of their home towns and growing up. The ladies deciding to have a few drinks to take the edge off especially being it was Alicia's first event. “Can I ask you a question?” Pam leaned in whispering.  “Sure, i'm an open book.” Alicia giggled tipsy. “Anitah seems to think you like Leo. Any truth to that?”
Alicia took a sip of her drink “Wellllll.” she drug the word out. “I may have a tinsey little crush on him. He's fucking hot.” she said a little louder. “Whos hot?” Drake whipped his head towards the women. “You are baby. Were just making small talk.” Pam kissed his cheek,  grabbing his legs a little closer to his crotch. He shot her a warning look as he focused on his drink. “sorry. That was a little loud.” Alicia giggled. “No shit.” pam snorted. “So, you almost kissed him? Do you see anything happening there?”
“Wellllll. I may not have been totally honest about that.” Pam looked at her waiting for her to finish.  “We did almost kiss, twice. But um we. Kinda. Did kiss. Later that night.” Alicia bit her lip.
“And you didn't tell Anitah?” Pam blurted out.
“No. I wanted to, but she would have read more into it than what it was. Which was just a kiss.”
“You sure that's all it was?” Pam shot her a look.
“Yes. That's all it can be. I am more of a relationship kind of girl. He is not a relationship guy, and i'm here temporarily you know?”
Pam nodded “And have you talked to him about it since?” “No.” She shook her head. “He's away on some charity race.”
The staff carried away their dinner plates as the music began to play, people filling the dance floor.  “But if he wasn't, would you talk to him about it?”
“Yeah. I would.” Alicia quickly answered.
“Well, looks like you're gonna get the chance, because he just walked in.” Pam pointed towards the door.
“Fuck. Don't let him see me.” Alicia squeaked ducking down under the table.
“Alicia, what the hell?get up here” Pam whispered, Drake arching his brow at the women.
“Hi Pam, Walker. How are you guys tonight?” Leo asked as he approached the table. “Hi Leo. Good to see you again.” Pam politely greeted. “Rhys. What brings you over here?” Drake grunted as pams hand slipped up his leg, trying to distract him from the fact Alicia was under the table. “Well, you know Anitah's friend Alicia? I Was told she was sitting back here.” He looked around.
“Oh she's, YIKES.” Drake gasped as pam gripped his cock as he kicked his leg out, connecting with Alicia's ass.
“Ouch, fuck.” Alicia jumped up banging her head on top of the table.
Leo gave the two a puzzled look as he leaned down lifting the table cloth.
Alicia crawled out “Sorry pam, I couldn't find it.”
“Oh. That's ok, thanks for looking.” pam played along.  “Find what? What were you doing under the table?” Leo questioned, amused.
“Oh. Ahhh. Pams contact.she ah, lost it” Alicia quickly answered.
“Huh? Pam didn't loooooohh.” Drake gasped again as pam firmly gripped his now hard length.
“Drake seems to be having a little bit of an issue. Come on Drake, let's go outside for some air.” Drake and pam stood swiftly making their way to the exit. Leaving Leo and Alicia standing there awkwardly.
“Ah Hi.” she looked to the ground, biting her bottom lip.
“Hi. Dance with me?” He asked. She nodded her head and took his hand onto the dance floor. “I thought you were at a race.”
“I was, I finished early and rushed back here in time for the gala.” he spun her around. “How come?” they effortlessly glided across the room. “Well, it was your first gala, I wanted to be here so you weren't alone.” She blushed “Oh. Well that was sweet of you.” he twirled her around again as he led her across the floor.  “Wow, you're a really good dancer.”
“Thanks. I took lessons as a kid, and even now.” she smiled sheepishly.
“You take lessons now?”
“Yep. Mostly pop and hip hop. I took tap, jazz and ballet as a kid. Got into ballroom in my early teens and even into adulthood.”
“Wow, you're just full of surprises. I can't seem to fully figure you out.” He chuckled.
The song came to an end, they stood on the floor, looking into each other's eyes. “I think we need to talk. About the other night.” She spoke up, afraid if she stared any longer into those piercing blues, she wouldn't be able to stop what would inevitably happen.
They agreed to meet in Leos quarters after she quickly changed. They sat on the couch, picking a movie. “So, the other night.” He said.
“Yeah. Leo, it was amazing.”
“ but?” she gave him a polite smile.
“But I don't think it's a good idea to complicate things.”
“I'm not sure how kissing complicates things.”
“Well, kissing Generally leads to other things, and that would just be a fucking mess.”
“What other things?” He grinned.
“Fucking, Leo! I'm not going to fuck you. And if I kiss you again, I'm pretty sure im gonna wanna.” She shouted.
“So what you're saying is you want to fuck me?”  he shot her a sly smirk.
She threw her head back and groaned.
“Im saying we need to keep this strictly friends. No kissing or anything else. Just hanging out, as friends. Ok?”
“Ok. Ok. Anything you want love.” he smirked again.
The man made her weak in the knees. That damn smirk, those bright blue eyes. She couldn't let her guard down, because if she did, she knew she was a goner. Those soft amazing lips of his, that kiss still heavy on her mind. She forced herself to push the thoughts out.
They started the movie and sat there eating popcorn. Each stealing glances at each other.  About ¾ way through the movie Alicia dozed off, Falling into Leos lap. He smiled as his hand gently stroked her hair.
He enjoyed this, hanging out, watching movies or tv together.  Having dinner together or breakfast. He would be lying if he said it wasn't something he could get used to, but he just couldn't bring himself to want a relationship. The entire time he was gone during the charity race his thoughts were of her, and getting back to the palace to see her.
He stood up grabbing a blanket and pillow, laying her back on the couch, Just like a few days prior. He went into his room laying down, the exhaustion of being awake for the past 24 hours washing over him, he passed out.
He started to stir the next morning somewhere in between sleep and awake. He swore he could smell her shampoo, her perfume still on his pillow. He held it tighter “mmmm that's nice.” he softly moaned as he started to drift back to sleep.
“Leo. Oh Leo. Yes.” His eyes flew open at the sound. He wasn't hugging his pillow, it was her. She was laying in his bed, pressed up against him. And moaning his name? He could feel his length growing. “Shit. shit. shit” he groaned as he tried everything to make it stop.
He tried to move but she grabbed his shirt pulling him against her lips. He froze for a moment, not sure what to do. But as soon as he felt her tongue slide between his lips, he melted into the kiss. The kissing slowed her eyes popped open. Frozen in horror as a pair a blue eyes stared back.
“Oh my god.” she gasped. “What happened?”
“I don't know? I woke up and you were there.” he panicked. “And then you moaned my name and grabbed my shirt kissing me.”
She stood up pacing the floor. “how did this happen again? I didn't moan your name.” she snapped.
“You did. I heard it and then. He looked down, his length fully erect.” he grabbed a pillow placing it over his stiff cock.
“Were you. Having a sex dream?”
She opened her mouth to speak, snapping it shut again.
She was having a sex dream about him. And it was amazing.
“Leo I.” She was interrupted by the sound of knocking at the door.
“Leo, you in there?”
“Shit, its Liam. Just, stay here.” Leo panicked as he closed the door and ran to answer Liam.
Alicia paced in the room. What the hell was going on? How did she keep ending up in his bed? And that dream, what was that about. Did she want him? God she knew she did, but she couldn't, she didn't do flings.  Something about Leo made her want to throw caution to the wind.
Liam left Leo stood there frozen. What just happened? He left her on the couch, asleep. Just like he did a few days ago. And then he wakes up and shes in his bed. Only this time she's dreaming of him, and then kissed him. And that kiss, it was brief but so much passion behind it. God he wanted her, so bad. He couldn't deny it anymore. He took a deep breath and walked back into the room.
“What did he want?” She asked.
“Pack a bag. Were going to New York.”

Let go
Tumblr media Tumblr media
- Are you afraid of falling in love
-No I'm afraid of letting go
Another unknown season has passed by my locked doors . The four of them ran out of magic trying to sneak some glitter into my black and white life . Yet I block them out . What's the best of the winter if he's not my umbrella under the rainstorms . What's the purpose of the fallen if he's gone like a golden Leaf dancing within the fierce wind .
The fate made us make blank vows . Vows were meant to tear us apart , to split our souls and to break our hearts .He promised he would never throw one last glance at our story . He confessed if he did he would jump over the high tide to hold me and never let go .I promised I would never hold him back .Yet my selfishness got the best of me . Thus I turned around just to meet your back walking away . Leaving the utopia .Then you disappeared just like snowflakes within the rain .
After you've gone the fog spread all over the corners. The emptiness found it's way to rut inside my broken soul . My heart is barely beating. As its lost as well . As its roots are being shattered by the sudden change of weather. Yesterday it was sunny and warm . Today it's gloomy and cold . Tomorrow will be dark and freezing . The sharp pain is wandering inside my chest burning every single bone against my ribcage.
We both flashed the thunderstorm over our story . We both created this tragic disaster. Yet I was the victim . I thought I could be able to turn the page for the next chapter.  I thought I could be able to wander the next story .I thought I could be able to watch you shine like a silver star in the sky without me drowning into an endless waterfalls till no tears left to cry . I thought I could be able to give up on you and dress my naked soul another season free of pain and wounds . But no matter how deep the wound is I couldn't love you less . I couldn't care about the countless non healed scars you've scratched because at the end still they remind me of you . I do want to remember you even it means opening the old wounds by a sharp blade bleeding memories, moments, promises, we've shared upon once a time.
It's been
days
Weeks
Months
Years
Inking thousand lines
Between every word I ink  I would shed burning tears . Every time I blink trying to cage them back I fail . Each droplet leaves my soul it cracks a piece of my heart . Regardless it cracks million times per day yet ridiculously can't seem to forget about you . How comes not only my soul have fallen for you but also the brain which is supposed to be the rationale alarm and my fragile body . Successfully you've possessed me .
Those inked letters hold the past ,the present outing the future . I have no future to look for while you've gone . Future is so unclear since you've vanished . It's like I'm staring at the fascinating moon yet I'm too far to define its breathtakingly beauty because you're not here to admire it with me . Remember how fond I was with the sunset until I've watched the sunrise with you . You made it possible also to erase my desire for the rain until I've witnessed the first snow with you . My life was simply impossible until you've stepped in sprinkling only few glimpses of your charms to make it perfectly possible. Sadly now how badly I pray for the impossible to storm again . I'm tired of everything. I want to let go .
This is going to be the last words you're going to hear from me . I'm not sure if you've read my previous chapters though my guts are ringing a bell you did . Maybe you miss me the way I miss you . Maybe you want me as much as I want you . Maybe you cry as hard as I do . Nevertheless it kills us alive causing only forgotten corpses yet we live in a world where miracles never born and destinies never play fairly.
We chose different paths . You picked a shining star . I picked a stigma .
Our paths would never cross just like the day and the night . You'll be the sun I'll be the moon . You live under the spotlight .I hide beneath the moonlight.
This is the second hardest thing I've ever done in my entire existence. The first was letting go of your hand . This doesn't mean I'm letting go of this love either. I'm just gonna ink the ending . One of us had to . Since you hadn't enough courage to cut the rose . I'll sacrifice like I've always did . I'm going to cut it . I'm well aware of the consequences which it's going to bleed to death . The garden will hold a funeral but the owner of the rose wouldn't be there for its fairway. He would be crying alone in his castle calling its name more than once hoping for its shadow to appear but it won't come . It won't be part of this universe by that time .
I had you once to love you for a lifetime . Promise me this time you won't get trapped by the same mistake I've done . Free yourself of this broken love . Find yourself a new euphoria . Create yourself a utopia . Don't blame yourself . I chose to engulf this broken love as a utopian euphoria . I know we've held Blank vows . They were like empty cups . Thus at least this time make a valid promise by closing the book and throw it somewhere in the deep ocean . I'll find it and hide it where you'll never reach .
It's time I think . This is the end . Im giving up on you . But love is not over . Love is a maze where we sin . Where we wound and we heal . Where we break and we cure . Where we cry and we laugh . Where everything is against sealing a happy ending.
Next time don't break down singing . The untold truth is that I don't want you anymore. Don't let old emotions blind you from seeing the truth . Because no matter how much you still want me . The fate won't light on us .
Gift yourself the happiness I couldn't write neither for you nor for myself.
