hey aimsey i realize your lore is done and no vol2 and such but i just wanted to say thank you for the story you did tell. i was so grateful to see more of bearsmp, i loved the love your character had for others, i loved the themes of forgiveness and moving forward and grief, i love the way you told a story so much. I love the themes of being haunted (by ghosts, by memories, by the past, by guilt). c!Aimsey the world :,) hope youre doing well!

c!aimsey is so tragically yet so beautifully human. even though they have been haunted their entire life, they never fed into the cycle of violence, because despite everything she wanted to live. through heart break, abandonment, grief and even death she remained true to her intentions which is something i’ll always love about the character itself. to have someone with the ability to portray grief so honestly was such a big thing i wanted to ensure i did based on the fact it’s one of the things i never see usually in media and i wanted a way for people to see the way c!aimsey grieves and notice that it is okay. it can take weeks, months, years and you can think you’re over it but have a day where you just can’t stop crying over what you once had - and that’s okay. c!aimsey belongs to you. you are her, as much as she is you. you love her, just as much as she loves you. despite everything, she tries and you can too.

the people crowded around the cannibal pit. everyone glanced down at the unhinged person just tearing apart a new victim the king threw in earlier. It was pure gore. A blonde teen went through the prey no effort, their sharp teeth easily tearing the oily tender skin of the prey.

ranboo, wasn't so bothered, she grew used to this. She watched as another idiot died in the stupid pit. The stupid dirty bloody pit. She sighed and leaned against the wooden railing gazing off, deep into her thoughts.

A pout was painted along her face. This was definetly not fair. She was hungry for flesh too but instead she had to watch this fucking guy that lives in a pit, eat what she could've had as dinner. but of course she can't complain, she's a princess and 'she needs to be a role model'.

it was the middle of the night. ranboo was on her balcony looking at the stars. Nothing unusual or special about that. The moon's light shines right in her face. She was about to go back to her bedroom when she heard some footsteps. She stopped and her ears perked up in interest.

She did a spin and walked back to the edge of the balcony. She scanned the yard for anything weird. Maybe she's being paranoid. Maybe it's just a rabbit or some stupid animal.

or maybe it's not.

she squints her eyes looking at every inch of the backyard carefully. there was it! she spotted a bush moving and heard some giggles. She frowned. After some good minutes of standing and nothing happening she decides to step back. A bit. Just a little bit. She sat in her armchair listening to the two voices mumbling.

and well..she fell asleep, one hand holding her head while her nail was poking her cheek, the other hand holding onto the arm of the chair.

I mean, I can't say her sleep lasted. She suddenly jumped awake.

oh boy. She was greeted by giggles and pokes. Ranboo frowned and after her vision finally cleared she saw a FUCKING GUY!!! with bee wings flying above her, NUKE IN HAND, poking her head while there's this...guy she swore she'd seen before next to him just yapping about something.

They both froze. I mean all froze and didn't move a muscle.

"what the fuck are you doing" she quickly brushed the shock off and stared disgusted at the finger that was right up to her forehead. The guy pulled his finger back. He had brown hair and his eyes were covered so it was hard for ranboo to figure out who the hell was that.

She looked to his right and saw the other boy. He has blonde hair and his clothes were super dirty. oh wait she knows him!! she's..the guy from the pit. oh that guy. She looked at the two uncomfortably.

"uhm" the brunette started.

"RUN TOMMY RUN" he continued as he jumped over the balcony with the blonde following.

"HEY WA— YOU CANT FUCKING DO THAT" ranboo yelled after them. She was about to jump over the balcony too, but decided against it. It's lowkey lower class shit. She just teleported down and tried to chase after the boys.

it was a pretty terrifying sight to see a 6 foot 8 shadow with 1 inch claws chasing you full speed at 3 am.

"TUBBO POND !!" the blonde yelled while leading the way

"W—WHAT" the brunette asked confused.

"WHAT" ranboo yelled too.

suddenly the blonde, stops, mid run, and the brunette bumps into him and so does the enderman all of them falling into a pond.

"I'm fucking telling you, it was that guy from the pit !" Ranboos voice echoed through aimseys room.

"ranboo just– just calm down" aimsey tried to calm ranboo down as he put on some jewellery.

"it's probably not that deep, you know how fans are sometimes" aimsey trailed off.

"– and there's no way that blondie from the pit was outside" he mumbled.

"and how do you know that" ranboo groaned laying on her back.

"just because I do, trust me" aimsey added irritated.

"now gotta go, guqqie ain't waiting" they smiled as opening the window and teleporting away.

"yeah yeah, sure go ahead to your stupid little fucking date" ranboo mumbled under her breath.

You now own an entire village, full of shops with any necessities and an empty hotel for anyone to stay in for free

You remained pretty grounded, no matter how much money you collected

Helping everyone who came your way and never having favourites

The Dream Team absolutely adore to do business with you, mostly weapons for George and Sapnap while Dream, who mostly came with Punz, loved the TNT and armor you provided both of them

Bad and Skeppy used to visit you for cooking ingredients from time to time, but since their whole "divorce" thing you only see Skeppy whenever he needs company

Quackity comes by pretty frequently. He has a whole business himself so you two exchange a lot of stuff. Sometimes he also comes with Charlie who likes to just look around the village

Karl would sometimes pop out of nowhere, how you still don't know, but he always appears confused and forgetful so you take care of him for as long as you can

Nihachu and Eret visit at least once a month. It's rare that they buy anything, they mostly visit to see how you are and how the business is going

Phil and Techno are regular customers. Mainly because Tommy would hide himself in your hotel whenever he needed some time alone, so they'd visit to see if he was ok; but also to buy various potions and ingredients.

They would sometimes bring Wilbur with them, who had already bought TNT from you many times

Foolish is another regular, who mostly visits for materials for his builds. He visited a lot during the time he was making a statue for Dream XD

Sam visited only once, just to see what you had, before completely dissapearing

Aimsey has visited only a few times, they're always so overwhelmed by the amount of stuff you have

survival predictions

p!shelby survives purely on the basis of having skipped town offscreen. it would kinda be funny to me. if not that, she's a 50/50.

p!acho's chances are either dying in the kishi quest (for personal lore reasons) or in conjunction with p!scott (for familial lore reasons). with the current theory discussed on the powcreations discord (if both p!acho and p!apo survive the last lore stream, they end up on kishi island which they might have passed on their way to the ice wall), i personally doubt p!apo is gonna die.

i feel that to give p!apo a satisfactory ending, he's gonna have to have at least one more lore stream to tie up the loose ends. ESPECIALLY the alphie-related backstory and to have a satisfactory conclusion to the character arc. if p!acho dies in the kishi quest, p!apo is gonna survive.

i want p!el to have a happy resolution to her identity crisis. p!jojo is just there for vibes but at this point, "kill the cutie" could be in order for her.

either/or predictions

most of the 50/50 people aren't very active on the server and i jokingly call them cannon fodder bc of this; the rest are based purely on how much character lore they have (not much). p!water is there mainly because of the whole jeffery ordeal and i dunno if she's gonna live as a widow or join her hubby-that-could-have-been in the afterlife.

p!will and p!shep have upcoming lore tomorrow/day after (time zones are weird). p!shep is PROBABLY gonna survive it, given he's said on discord he'll livestream the finale, but i don't know if he'll make it PAST the finale.

p!graecie's chances of survival depend on the isles because her arc kinda ties into the nightingale faction leader thing. if the isles go down in the finale, she'll go down with them. if the isles make it out of the finale still standing, p!graecie MIGHT survive to grow as a leader in the in-universe future, but she might also die. if she dies, either p!acho or p!apo is gonna be left in charge, partially bc it would be funny but also partially for arc reasons.

p!owen skipped town back on nov 18 and i have no way of knowing if he's gonna live or die and i ain't gonna guesstimate that.

with cc!scott dropping ominous lore hints in his most recent livestream (dec 3), P!SCOTT IS ALMOST DEFINITELY GOING TO DIE. probably to the cult, his parents (derog), or his own mental health issues, since those seem to be the biggest ongoing storylines for his character.

i've always envisioned p!michela to be on the chopping block ever since p!aimsey went missing due to entwined lore. but it's hard to say she's 99% gonna die when she has barely logged on in a long while, so yeah.

the only reason i put p!kuervo in 80% is because as a (fellow) totalitarian autocracy survivor, i want to hold out hope. but realistically speaking, with the stunt he pulled with the letter to the armada, he's more likely than not to end up executed. ESPECIALLY with the ending of his most recent livestream (dec 2). and also nov 18 ending.

i haven't watched p!kyle's most recent lore (nov 17) so this is based purely on vibes (legacy, what is a legacy) from what i know about that lore stream.

p!saus because evil sword lore. p!ros just has the "kill the cutie" vibes. also hunter (powcreations discord) predicts p!ros is gonna die in the process of trying to stop p!saus from turning full evil and i honestly think that tracks, esp since mufasa is out of the equation now (as of oct 30).

p!martyn is a weird case of "dying in the pirates universe and returning to the datastream". so he technically will die but also doesn't. i think it's the villain arc spurring me into this decision.

(I just reread this and would like to apologize for the long ask! I wanted it to be short, but it got away from me)

Saw your post about Foolish's build on both DSMP and QSMP and wanted to throw what I know in the ring.

Although I joined the DSMP pretty late, were the streams I watched was mainly BBH pranking someone (changing the blocks of the path Tommy made, making a ring of cactus around one of Foolishs builds, covering Tommy's house in obsidian, adding a face to the DreamXD face multiple times, etc) I do remember when Aimsey joined the server and got a tour of the server.

I think Tommy, Tubbo, Ranboo, and Foolish were there? I know others popped on to the server to give Aimsey things bc they just joined, but it was mainly those four showing them around. I remember Foolish showing his builds off and when they got to Snowchester and should them the mansion commissioned by Tubbo and Ranboo that was never used Aimsey offered to live in it. Except the way they worded it made it sound like they were proposing to the house? So Tubbo (I think) officiated the marriage and Aimsey got the house!

Except Aimsey started getting hate for anything they tried to change, even when it could have been an improvement to something like adding things to the mansion, making the rooms smaller, changing Fundy's ice cream store into something else so it could be used again, etc. Long time viewers of the DSMP hated the thought of anything getting changed on the server bc of memories that Aimsey decided to just leave.

And for Kinoko Kingdom I only ever remember watching Karl do a hide and seek game with some friends once or twice before never being used again. So I totally agree when you say it was underutilized.

On the QSMP tho, I've been watching that from the beginning and the way people treat Foolish is just so nice. When he was making the dragon people saw how much time he was putting into it and wanted to help out. Like when Missa, Roier, Quackity, and Vegetta showed up to give him materials and offered to help with the build. And even though Foolish said he'd only ever let Vegetta help with the dragon it was still sweet that all four offered help. I can't remember if this was before or after that, but Quackity made an agreement with Foolish about how he had to hang out with others on the server at least for an hour so he didn't get stressed out.

Then with Vegetta's statue he had Leo's help switching the dirt outline into the final blocks. When Vegetta saw it he was very impressed and asked Leo if she thought Foolish would want to build another on the opposite side together as a family.

And now with Foolish helping Cellbit build his castle it was very much a joint build. Yeah Foolish is a builder so he can get things finished way quicker than Cellbit can, but it's not like Cellbit is making Foolish do everything. He's made the bridges and some pathways up to the castle and has given Foolish more deepslate when he runs out. And again Leo is there to help Foolish.

It's just so sweet to see people appreciate his builds and offer to help reduce his workload by wanting to help

It sucks that people hated on Aimsey for trying to use and improve the mansion. There really was no reason for people to do that, but let's be honest, the DSMP fandom was fucking toxic and I'm not surprised that people started to hate on a person because of sentimentality. I know for a FACT that Foolish wouldn't have cared if Aimsey changed a lot of things about the mansion, he would have encouraged them and helped them.

And also, I agree!! The way people treat Foolish in the QSMP is a breath of fresh air. They're all so sweet. They love hanging out with him. It's so fun whenever he interacts with anyone. And the fact that his dragon is almost a "sacred place" where the admins removed the reinforced hat for him and reset the server when Roier's prank went wrong (idk if the server was already set for a reset before the whole exploding thing happened or they really did reset the server to rewind the damage on the dragon, I wasn't there for it)

I didn't know about the fact that Vegetta wants to make another statue on the other side with all three of the present, that's so sweet!!! I hope they get to do it, we need a Fooligetta family build stream fr fr. Also, Quackity really made him promise to hang out with people for at least one hour so he doesn't get too stressed? That. Is. So. SWEET. I love Quackity man, he really cares about his friends, he's so cool.

Aimsey : already dead

Guqqie : already dead

Watermunch: a kestrel and kite have already died so i have a feeling a heron is next… idk why i think it’ll be water but i just can’t really see any of the other herons dying super early

Reddoons: too much alcohol

Tubbo: another kite… i have a feeling he’ll get shot in the back again and it’ll be a lot worse than him losing a hat

Graecie: the first nightingale to fall! i feel like she would die trying to save somebody, maybe from the corruption or one of the terrible beasts

Ros: yet another nightingale! graecies death was the beginning of the end, the nightingales are in shambles and something goes very wrong and Ros loses her life because of it.

Bek: another kite.. i forgot how little hope i had in these guys…. he probably attacks somebody to try level out the groups but it backfires and the kites go down yet again

Oli: a mishap with the crab wife….

Krow: holy shit another kite my god… the other factions by now have probably seen the gaps in the kites and seeing as how none of them like them, they’re gonna try remove kites from the picture, sorry krow…

Michela: (first difference from my original post!) since she wasn’t there on the first day, she get curious and goes back to the island that aimsey went missing at and doesn’t come back

Martyn: i have TWO predictions for this man, either scott gets revenge for limited life and murders him in cold blood, OR he finds his loot shard, fakes his death, and gets the hell out of there

Kyle: downfall of the kestrels! the richest man is gone! i actually have no ideas on how he’ll die i just know he will

Scott: as much as a hate to admit it, his ass is NOT surviving… most likely trying to save kyle (which doesn’t work) or trying to save acho, or if he really wants to ruin our day he’ll probably have an insignificant death, leaving him with no legacy and making him fail as a heron.

LIVES

Owen: Seems good at survival i reckon she could cheek his way out of trouble

Apo: one of the two who didn’t succumb to the madness of the fall of the nightingales…

Acho: lives, but has to deal with the loss of scott, the only family member who he cared for

Percy I always been super fond of the idea of c!Aimsey and c!Dream becoming friends more so after the stream where he defended him from c!Sapnap and c!George and now that we know c!Aimsey's legs suffered permanent damage after the fall to the point he was inspired to create the cane and now uses it on the daily

I'm currently obsessing over the idea of them randomly meeting again, maybe c!Dream comes back because he really can't bare the prison right now, but he can't be bothering his allys all the time, Punz needs to be kept away from him, needs to be kept safe.

So he just wanders around and gets the idea of checking if Aimsey's animals actually survived and when Aimsey sees him there of course she's afraid, and of course she's heard the stories about him.

But, she just sees in that moment, a person who resembles him a lot, a person who also limps at every move, and is missing two lives too.

So, he very quietly offers the cane, they can always make a new one after all, and if he doesn't do it right now, then she might never will.

And Dream doesn't say a word just shows his shield hopes Aimsey gets the hint that he really really doesn't want to fight

He's confused when he receives the cane, he's never seen this before, this wasn't a thing that existed in his Server previously, after all, he doesn't even know what could possibly be an equivalent to it

He decides a Totem of Undying must be a pretty close contestant in either case

Aimsey is very surprised at seeing it, she stutters trying to thank him but as per usual Dream dissapears as soon as he possibly can

She decides to keep the Totem hang it up next to her Daisy a reminder and a safety net Tubbo did say Eret wasn't quite so trustworthy after all

Afterwards when Dream comes with the cane in hand to meet up with Punz he feels a little bit better he relinquishes in the feeling -Beloved

Aimsey offering the cane to him and he immediately takes it that it’s some sort of threat, but it’s not and it helps him actually function and it’s a gift from someone who isn’t his ally, who he never payed, who he never fought with or against. Someone new.

And Aimsey does know about him, of course they do, who doesn’t. And he’s friends with Tubbo and Tommy and Ranboo, and the kind of stories they all tell about Dream aren’t the most pleasant ones, but she still doesn’t harm him. It’s someone like them, someone with something wrong that they can’t quite fix, and she offers help instead of using it against him with no gain they’re seeking. Maybe it’s not just the cane that prompts Dream to give him a totem, not fully, because yes he is amazed by it, but it’s also the act itself, the kindness. It’s a distant thing to him now, but Dream can still recognize it.

Then he starts coming by more, checking up on Aimsey, maybe even strike up a conversation here and there. It’s always small things, but they both slowly learn to somehow trust the other, and they become something that can be called ‘friends’ and it’s special. It’s small and it’s mostly secret but it’s special and Dream has someone that he can just be with, sitting quietly on stairs and slowly picking flowers, clearing the stem away and getting them on between his fingernails and not caring, just being

I'm packing my bag getting ready to go to my friend's house. A few of us have been planning this for months and now that my parents are saying I could use a break it's finally happening. Throwing my last hoodie in the bag I zipped it up and ran downstairs. Throwing my bag down by the door I ran into the kitchen.

"Mom, I'm ready!" I exclaim sitting at the table.

"Eat your lunch and we'll go." She says placing a sandwich in front of me. "I'll be in the car." I quickly eat the sandwich, too excited to enjoy it and run to the door. I grab my bag and close the door before jumping into the car, 

"Someones excited." Mom says with a smile as she backs out of the driveway.

"With trying to focus on college I don't have much time to hang out with my friends." I say buckling up. "I haven't seen these guys in almost a year!"

Mom chuckles and drives down the street. She turns on the radio and listens to the news. It's supposed to rain today which would be great for us to run around in. Once the weather is over the radio starts talking about politics. Not wanting to hear about that, I look out the window and start thinking about what we are planning. Soon enough mom pulls into the driveway and I jump out the car yelling goodbye behind me. I run up to the door and quickly ring the doorbell. Not every 10 seconds later the door swings open 

"Y/n!" She yells, throwing her hands around me.

"Aimsey!" I yell back

"Come on, you're the first one here." She takes my wrist and pulls me up the stairs. I drop my bag in her room and we go to her computer.

"Hi, chat." I say appearing on screen.

"I was just ending." Aimsey states sitting in her chair.

"Bye chat!" I wave.

"I'll be back to streaming on monday chat." Aimsey says. "Bye!" She clicks the end stream button as the doorbell rings. We run down stairs and open the door to see Bill.

"Am I late?" He asks to walk inside.

"Surprisingly no." I say hugging him.

"Long time no see." He says.

"Does anyone know where the others are?: Aimsey asks as we move to the living room sitting down.

"Ran and Toby missed their train." Bill states. "Tom said he found Fred on the way here so they should be here soon."

"Ello?" Someone yells as the front door shuts.

"Ever heard of knocking?" Aimsey asks as Tommy and Freddie walk into the living room.

"Big men like us don't need to knock." Tommy says sitting by Bill.

"No, the door was opened a bit." Freddie says sitting next to me. I take his frog hat and put it on my head then hug him. 

"No hug for me?" Tommy asks. "You haven't seen me the longest and I don't get a hug"

"Actually I haven't seen Ranboo in a long time because I didn't get to say goodbye when he went back to America." I started correcting him. I stand up and walk over to Tommy to give him a hug. 

"Aw did the Big Man feel left out?" Bill says to Tommy.

"Did you get a hug?" Tommy asks Bill.

"I'm too manly." Bill states.

"No. I remember hugging you as you walked in.

"Quiet." Bill says in a hushed voice to me.

We sit down to watch tv since Ranboo and TUbbo are going to be late. Their train took an hour to get here and now they have to wait an hour for the next train. Aimsey put Adventure Time on the tv as we waited. As time went on my eyelids grew heavier. I laid my head on Freedies shoulder and closed my eyes.

Hey.” A whisper is heard. “Y/n.”

“Wake up!” Someone else yells.

“Tom, don't scream at them.” I hear Aimsey say.

“Y/n.'' I opened my eyes to see Tubbo and Ranboo standing in front of me.

“Took you guys long enough.” I say stretching.

“Well if someone didn’t oversleep.” Ranboo says, looking at Tubbo.

“What! It took so long to find your mask!” Tubbo says back in defense. “Maybe you should keep track of your stuff.”

“At least you finally made it.” I say hugging the both of them.

“Can we go to Greggs now?” Bill asks.

“Yea let’s go.” Aimsey says grabbing a set of keys and walking out the door. We walk to Greggs since none of us can drive and order some donuts with Bill also getting a sausage roll. We eat the food quickly and head to an amusement park wanting to go on some roller coasters. We went on a few of the big ones, only me Aimsey and Freddie went on as the others were too scared. We go to a few more places before nightfall. We go to the park with a picnic basket and set it all up. Laying a red and white checkered blanket down and setting out some food we brought.

“Can you pass me a sandwich?” Bill asks Tommy. He hands the plate to Bill, nearly dropping it. We eat most of the food before lying on the blacket watching the stars.

“We should do this more often.” I say.

“You guys free next month” Aimsey asks and everyone replies with a yes. “Then we’ll do this again but at Toby or Ranboos.”

We start talking about what we are going to do next time. After we plan everything we talk about the different shapes we see in the stars. I feel the same feeling I did earlier of my eyelids closing. I tried to fight it this time not wanting to sleep yet. Being surrounded by my favorite people doesn't help. My eyes close and I fall asleep.

“I can carry them.” I hear and suddenly I’mm lifted off the ground. I open my eyes a little and see Ranboo carrying me.

“If you need help the big man can help you.” Bill says nudging Tommy.

“Yea, I can help.” Tommy adds.

“I’ve got them you know with being the tallest and all.” Ranboo says.

“Barely!” Tommy yells a little.

“Shut up.” I mumble.

“Sorry.” He mumbles back.

We get back to Aimseys and watch a little tv. We got bored and pulled out some old board games. Winning most of the games like the boss I am Tommy starts saying I’m cheating so we decided to stop. It’s now 4 in the morning and everyone keeps dozing off. We decided to call it a night and lay down falling asleep.

my thoughts on endless sunsets, from the pov of someone who is very mentally ill and has a partner they love with their entire heart (cw for talk of mental health and suicide):

so. ow. fuck. godamn. okay then. just MAKE me hurt like that.

i cannot formulate my thoughts coherently right now other than "AAAAHASIDSHFYDUUJIUWAAUUUUGHBBHBGBHGBBBAAAUUHHHH" but i'll do my damn best (beware, this all might be incomprehensible) AND KEEP IN MIND I'm not all caught up on the caimsey lore!!!

this hit me hard. really hard. from both the pov of c!quqqie and from c!aimsey (and all of their friends)

i've struggled with anxiety and depression for 6+ years now. i can't remember a time when i didn't struggle with my mental health.

I was doing really poorly in 2020. i was very depressed, isolated from most of my friends, and constantly behind in school. i was struggling, and at multiple points in the year i was very seriously (but didn't actually make plans) considering ending it all. i was tired.

early 2021 i finally joined twitter, to be able to interact with the mcyt fandom.

through twitter, i met the most important person in my life.

my best friend, my partner, my other half.

it's been far over 2 years since we've met now, and since i met them, my life has become so much better. we hang out of hours on vc, chat daily, and we just, get each other on a deeper level than anyone else i've met. It's cheesy, but I genuinely believe we're soulmates. For ages, we thought we were just best friends, until awhile ago when we realized we were actually queerplatonic, and since then, my days are full of the heartache that I have from just having. So much love for xem. When it's hard for me to see the beauty in life, they help me see it again. When they're feeling down, I'm there to pick them back up. I am theirs and they are mine, we are each other's better halves, together to the end.

A couple years ago, I wouldn't have expected to live past my 20s. Now, I can comfortably see myself growing old, and it's because of my partner.

I see me and my partner in caimsey and cquqqie, and it hits HARD.

I see c!sunshipduo as the world where me and my partner didn't communicate as well, and ended up being too scared of heartbreak after years of having loved ones abandon us, and cutting the relationship off before it could fully bloom.

I saw some people being like "woah, aimsey and quqqie sound so genuinely sad in their acting, thats really impressive. I wonder how" and I can tell you, watching Endless Sunsets, it... it broke me, thinking of me and my partner (or our half-us/half-oc characters) as c!sunshipduo. I imagined losing my partner, either the way that caimsey or cquqqie did, and I cried. I'm still crying as i write this. I don't know what I'd do if I lost my partner, and being a creature of anxiety, i worry about it a lot. I've had nightmares about something bad happening, and never seeing xem again.

Seeing caimsey continue living eased some of that weight in my chest. Because even if things go horribly wrong and something happened to my partner, life goes on. cquqqie would have wanted caimsey to live, and so they did. I now know that I'd do the same.

Idk, I might come back to this either as an edit or a reblog to dump more thoughts, or to actually organize the damn thing.

so i ended up having a whole ass dream about rainbow ai au (help) and now you must hear this:

so it’s set in Tokyo and rainbow ai is more a robot because aimsey figured out how to give the ai a physical form do built it one (out of scrap metals but thanks to movie magic they look great) But the thing is now ranboo is more visible so the FBI has tracked them down and sent the mafia after them, since Aimsey DOES NOT have a licence for an ai less more robotics -he was kicked out of xeyr robotics school for causing chaos (crimes).

So they’re on the run! They both assume disguises (the mask and glasses) so surveillance can’t use facial recognition. They also have to pick new names and passports to fit in, Ranboo chooses Mizu (was persuaded by aimsey not to choose miku) which is quite ironic because Mizu means water. Aimsey goes by Jinzou (which means concrete??) -by the way they’re both japanese american and live in japan! They have misdemeanours of having a robot best friend and also the constant threat of the mafia, good times!

Extra Info:

-Aimsey is disabled and uses a cane and oxygen tank!

-Ranboo’s (artificial) lungs don’t work that well so they have problems talking, it uses a mouth piece which they whisper into that translates to a really awful hatsune miku text to speech style voice that aimsey downloaded in a hurry

-Ranboo coughs up oil sometimes?? i think it’s because their lungs are weak?

-Aimsey used to go to a top robotics school but they were kicked out for causing too much chaos (crimes)

-they are both not above breaking the law (they steal A LOT while on the run)

please rant about bubbline, i need a win

the brilliance of bubbline has been vastly misunderstood for years and i’ll explain. people see bubbline as your standard sapphic couple with no real depth, people see the pairing and go ‘gfs’ and move on HOWEVER they are so much more than just girlfriends. they are two immortal beings who for years have been wrapped around the other fingers and have had a relationship based on miscommunication until wrapping that up during the stakes era (varmints s7 is what confirms this but we get into that later)

so the entirety of bubbline is based on miscommunication and you may be wondering: aimsey, how? well that’s because of the fact both of the pair believed the other was in the wrong. but, for us to discuss this, i must explain their relationship in its entirety. we understand how long their relationship has truly been going on for when there is a clip in obsidian distant lands (ODS) where bubblegum catches marcys rock tshirt, both when the pairing are younger or well “a longer time ago” - this shows how long they’ve truly been in each others lives. now, fast forward to the scene we get in ODS where marceline and bubblegum argue over the sense of power, as well as immaturity. we see marceline wanting to just hang with her girlfriend, while in a disruptive manner, meant no harm, and we see bubblegum attempting to focus on work while accidentally shutting marceline down in the process. that quickly escalates into a full blown argument, and quotes like “you’re acting like monster trash” is thrown at marceline which, marcy being an angsty little half demon, didn’t take too lightly in which she responded to the comment with a song that basically says “nvm. you’re not cool. i’m glad i woke up. fuck you and your candy kingdom” and it ends with bubblegum breaking up with marcy. sad right? you haven’t seen anything yet

so now we move on to the tv show. the first we see of the two is the episode ‘go with it’ where marcy is asked to help finn in his adventure to try and ask out the princess. you may be wondering “huh? but if bubblegum is her ex why would she help-“ WRONG! because she doesn’t help! she gives finn completely wrong advice which ends in finn getting thrown out of the candy kingdom. the interaction between the two during this episode is bitter, where we see marceline speak in a high pitched tone and say ‘hello bonnibel’ almost mockingly, in response to bubblegums ‘hey marceline..’ which is incredibly stand offifish. from the get go, we know something happened between them (and with obvious clues now we know the timeline but as a first time viewer, this random episode in s1 can confuse everyone because why do these two characters have beef we don’t know about?)

now, moving onto an important core episode in their timeline which is ‘what was missing’ in season 3. one of the most popular adventure time episodes, and one of the most popular bubbline moments where we see bubblegum and marcy being forced to be together due to finn and jake attempting to take down a “door lord” that includes all of the teams prized possessions. (tldr: little gremlin dude stole jake, finn, bubblegum and marcelines* top favourite and most memorable items.. we will get back to this shortly). anyway, they have to sing a song of truth to get passed and with a failed attempt, marceline tries and lets say she just unleashes all the resentment and anger she’s had towards bubblegum in the form of a song! she says stuff like “i wanna drink the red from your pretty pink face”, “sorry i don’t treat you like a goddess”, and “why should i be the one to make up with you.. so why do i want to?” - indicating she WANTS to. which is probably the first time bubblegum has heard this, because bubblegums reaction is very much just “:O” the entire time. anyway, song goes on, marcy blames bubblegum for her messing up (in reality marcy only messed up because she began saying she wants to bury bubblegum but that isn’t true so the door didn’t accept it. L). anyway, they make up soon enough when finn does his little finn thing and everything is fine.. until bubblegum tries to go against the door lord with a “calculation” which appears to be false and it messes everything up - marcy uses this failure of hers to kinda rub it in her face, watching the princess fail was a positive in marcelines eyes as she was used to seeing bubblegum put work before her so of course she will use any moment of bonnie messing up as a win. she says “looks like you aren’t as perfect as you thought..” which has bonnie respond with “i never said you had to be perfect!” .. OUCHIE!! this leads to them getting upset, finn doing a little sing song which actually opens the door, and them getting their stuff back.. YIPPEE! now, you may be wondering “what was the stuff bubbline had stolen from them?” WELLLL LEMME TELL YOU. bubblegums most prized possession was THE ROCK T-SHIRT that MARCY GAVE HER years ago. marceline blushes as she says “you.. kept the shirt i gave you?” and bubblegum replies “yeah it uh.. means a lot to me” and marcy asks why because bonnie never wears it, to which bonnie replies “i wear it all the time. as panama’s.” .. NOTHING MORE GAY THAN SLEEPING IN YOUR EXES SHIRT THEY GAVE YOU THERE IS NO HETEROSEXUAL EXPLANATION FOR THIS!!!! anyway, marcy didn’t actually *have* an item stolen from her and instead it seems she just wanted to hang out with the team, more importantly wanted to hang out with her pink haired ex girlfriend. good stuff!

anyway, next important interaction i’m highlighting comes from the season 5 episode ‘sky witch’ (there is a lot of smaller key moments but i’m jumping to this one okay moving on) anyway, there is a huge moment at the start of sky witch where bubblegum begins by.. sniffing the shirt marceline gave her.. as she wakes up, to then opening her closet to get ready for the day and we see a polaroid of the pairing IN THE CLOSET… you get my drift? anyway, it slowly moves on to marcy asking PB for help with something (in reality she needs PB to help her recover a teddy bear that was stolen from her that was given to her by her literal father figure during the mushroom war.. so it has a lot of significance. remember that). anyway, PB agrees after the tiniest of convincing and on they go! they go on this adventure, but we will skip to the end where PB magically gets the teddy back.. how? well, we don’t find out until the end of the episode where bubblegum actually traded the rock shirt marcy gave her all those years ago. why did that work you ask? because the sky witch works from the value of items, and not money value, but emotional significance.. SO IT MEANS THE ROCK SHIRT MARCY GAVE HER HAD MORE EMOTIONAL ATTACHMENT AND SIGNIFICANCE THAN THE LITERAL TEDDY GIVEN TO MARCY DURING A LITERAL WAR FROM HER OWN FATHER FIGURE THAT ABANDONED HER!!!!!! MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!

okay okay, need more information? i’ve got you! we will quickly move onto VARMINTS my favourite episode of all time. “why aimsey?” because it gives us all the answers and clues we were waiting for when it comes to PB and marcys relationship. we learn that bonnie was unaware of the reason as to why marcy believed they stopped talking and broke up, we see bonnie apologise for hurting marcy and shutting her out, and we see marceline accept her apology as the pair can finally move on and accept the past. after seven whole seasons we get closure baby! the episode is brilliant in millions of ways, as we see bonnie be vulnerable around marceline regarding her loss of the candy kingdom, we see marcy reconciling with bonnie as they travel through the tunnels the pair used to explore years and years before, and it’s just a very nice episode. we are hit with the infamous quote “bonnibel bubblegum, always so prepared.” to which bonnie replies in a stern tone “yeah, i have to be always so prepared, we can’t all just wing it!” which is almost a dig at marcelines free spirit nature, but not out of malice, out of jealousy. bonnie wishes she had that, and not the huge amount of responsibility she has been burdened with since she was barely old enough to understand what it means to be mature. marcy saying the words “is that why you stopped talking to me?” after hearing bonnie go on a rant about how responsibility is difficult always hits me in my heart because it proves marcy to this day, although being bitter about it, believes the reason bonnie shut her out was because bonnie preferred work over her and that was marcelines biggest fear (as we know from getting shut out from her mother, her father and being abandoned by simon). bonnie going “no?!” because she genuinely just didn’t even think to see that may have been the reason the two fell out; both of the pair believing it was the other that lead to the fallout and bonnie not realising it may have involved her a lot more than she thought and it wasn’t just down to marceline being immature. anyway, episode ends with bonnie apologising, marcy accepts it, and we get a very sweet moment where bonnie is vulnerable and explains she is exhausted and marcy allows her to sleep on her shoulder as she rests. very cute :)

okay now stakes the mini series is a whole new realm for stuff regarding the pairs relationship. the stakes mini series is highlighting marcelines relationship with vampirism, and is a very beautiful series i recommend everyone watches. it begins with marceline burning in the sun, and slowly moves on to her asking bonnie to help her with the procedure of turning her into a human because she no longer wants to be a vampire - huge thing to ask, and bonnie ensures she is sure, and they do the procedure. a moment from this i think about a lot is where bonnie says this while doing the procedure regarding the fact marcy will no longer be immortal: “and when you die, i’ll be the one who puts you in the ground”. i think it’s just a nice quote. anyway, there are so many key moments from stakes but i’ll highlight important ones because it’s 5 episodes jam packed of bubbline but another moment is where they are searching for one of the vampires to hunt (this’ll make more sense if you watch it but TLDR: the procedure also unleashed all the vampires marcy has defeated in her years of growing up). PB and marcy are doing jumping jacks, and marcy is explaining a dream she had where in the dream marcy was all old, but PB was still “nice and pink” - meaning marcy was dreaming of her immortality being taken away, and dreaming about how in her future when she’s old, she’s with PB and she’s grown old with her (aww). bubblegum replies “you think i’m nice?” and it’s a very sweet moment where the pair blush. marcy then explains she has a weird feeling in her stomach, and PB asks if it’s just fear and marcy explains she knows what fear feels like already, and then goes “maybe it’s.. love?” regarding what the feeling is while looking at bubblegum and ITS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL MOMENT THAT DRIVES ME INSANE BECAUSE HOLY!!!! MOLY!!!!!!!! she was just hungry (lmao) and we move on! another scene is where marceline gets hurt badly, and bonnie is begging for her to wake up as she holds marcys lifeless body in her arms and it’s just a very emotional scene of bonnie begging her to wake up when she thinks marcy is about to die and it’s just very sad and beautiful. i’m gonna quickly move on towards the end of stakes as we have more to cover but during the end, marcy gets turned back into a vampire but explains she has learned a lot and she thanks bubblegum, and says the beautiful quote “thanks for helping me grow up. now i guess we get to hang out together forever” and bonnie blushes in return and it’s just such an AAHHHHH scene!!!!!

now, we are rushing towards the finale (i’m missing some very key moments but i’ve been writing this for an hour straight without stopping i will fill in the blanks later) but basically during the final episode, marcy stops bonnie and begs her not to go to war - bonnie replies she has to, and in this moment you can see marcy more so terrified that this will result in her losing bonnie for the second time due to work and she doesn’t want this. its canon at this point the pair are dating again, and we see them chit chat before moving on as the battle starts. fast forward to bonnie getting really injured, and in result of this marceline loses her literal shit and punts the monster that killed bonnie after believing her girlfriend just got smothered and really badly injured - after this, marcy is out of breath and we see bonnie sit up and whisper ‘marcy?’ in a soft tone and marcy flies over just overjoyed she is okay. marcy says “even when we weren’t talking i was scared something bad would happen to you and i wouldn’t be there to protect you” and it’s such a raw line where it’s just obvious throughout all these years marceline never truly moved on from her. marcy and her giggle and then bubbline share their first on screen kiss that made thousands of gays across the globe pass away!!!

then, we have the beautiful obsidian distant lands that gives us insight into their very healthy relationship as we learn a lot more about the pair, and we just get some beautiful shared moments between them and even them canonically calling each other girlfriends which will never not be engraved in my brain!

this was everything from the top of my head (they will be my number one hyperfixation whether i like it or not until i pass away) but yeah! tldr: miscommunication lead to them not speaking for a very long time when the pair both just wanted to be loved but didn’t know how to balance their own stuff on top of loving the other. the miscommunication lied with bonnie throwing herself into her work instead of giving marceline attention, ultimately losing marcys trust in the process, and where marceline being a free spirit lead to bonnie just not being able to work like that as she “isn’t built like that” (her own quote “people get built different. we don’t need to figure it out, we just gotta accept it”. despite it being about her brother, i like to apply it to her also here). and marceline not giving PB the credit of her being a literal ruler burdened with responsibility. both were too young i’d say, but them growing up together and allowing the other to heal in their own ways lead them to each other again :)

the thing about me is that in my mind i have like a full on fix it for dsmp and if i wanted to i could write down the base timeline and at least give a semi-good ending and tie up to everyones plotlines (i try to follow everyones story at least) and like over and over i just keep coming back to the fact that what would fix dsmp is for these characters to like. be properly treated as if this is their life. if theres one thing to nitpick about how the lens through which the smp is told its that the streaming thing both makes some parts of it extremely interesting while also hindering it because uh

a lot of the characters are sometimes hindered by the fact that theyre connected to cc lives and sporadic streaming schedules. some characters like quackity manage to feel like theyre really Living in the smp because we often get a proper explanation of what the fuck theyre doing when the cc isnt streaming their pov. but some like tubbo can feel more detached because well. cctubbo himself has admitted that he doesnt really think about ctubbo or what ctubbo does when the cc isnt playing him lmao

but like. to me a lot could be benefitted by giving some more depth to the fact that these characters are like. theyre not Kept Here. even outside of wilbur being from utah theres a lot that points to rhe fact that yes, there is a whole world outside of the world we see on the server, characters Can leave. but they dont. and like. they need Reasons for why the hell theyre staying here, why they keep coming back. and obviously, its because of attachments. but i feel the characters could be more. In the world. have relationships that would naturally develop from just being near each other (one example i often think of is tubbo and ponk, not only have they often butted heads but ponk was also schlatts doctor and one of his few supporters during a time where schlatt was ruining tubbos life on a personal level). think about what the hell they do when they arent on stream

a lot of issues with the later seasons, for me, comes from the fact that the smp became depressingly. Empty. and that wasnt narratively tapped on, because most complaints about how people werent logging on was, well, the ccs talking from a meta standpoint. but. realistically. while there would be a permeating Empty feeling, especially if we're to go with a no citizens dsmp setting.. the characters are still often within range to talk to each other and hang out? they still . live when theyre not onscreen. realistically theyre not going to just.. stand in the same place doing nothing for months until the ccs decide to pick up their story again

but when told through a lens that doesnt rely on whats shown onscreen and doesnt rely on a medium thats mainly about interacting with Fans, theres a chance to fill up the smp. make relationships that didnt happen onscreen. what if tubbo and charlie met before charlie died, what if foolish talked to sam more, how Does fundy function when hes so far away now, what if wilbur met some of the newer members like aimsey, etc etc. fill in on story lines that couldnt be achieved due to time or forgetting or due to worry over interest from fans. eryns knightship, ranboos lab, phil discovering that wilbur lied in his letters, how did tubbo feel about quackity and wilbur after ho16, etc etc. there can be more added to the world that mightve felt weird to roleplay (characters gaining disabilities due to death and war, a Lot about cbeeduo, tommy talking about exile, etc etc)

sooo many things could be fixed or at least made a bit better just by like. grounding the characters and world a bit more. make them actually react to whats happening to each other even when it isnt obviously relevant to their own story, give them connections outside of already established cc friendships, make them take certain things more seriously if their character would do so. shit like that

Then the fight. God I love how you write fights! It’s that right balance of truth that hurts but doesn’t push the relationship beyond repair. Because Wilbur is really stressed out and it’s turning him into a bitch, mostly towards Tommy because it’s to one outlet he has and the one person he can snap at ‘without’ consequences. Whereas snapping at Jack or Ranboo would have bigger consequences. Though he did snap at aimsey too, but they just picked the worst time to knock on that door.

Also, I really like how the boys use different ways to cope. Wilbur tries to hold on to or gain what little control he can get. He tries to be prepared because, ultimately, he’s the one making all the decisions. He’s the one who got them there, so he has to make sure it ends well. Then Tommy is trying to cope by letting of steam. (aka the healthier way) he runs around with Ranboo and Aimsey. Learns the lay-out of the castle (which could actually be useful) and mostly tries to forget how much he misses Tubbo. Becoming friends with Ranboo isn’t such a bad idea since he’s close to Techno and Phil.

Also, I feel like Tommy can chill more because Wilbur is making the decisions for him. He can still make his own decisions, but he trust his brother to take care of it. Maybe he doesn’t fully realise what the effect of a bad bargain would be or how important it is to get a good deal. He just wants a deal. It’s that childhood naiviy Wilbur never really got to have.

So the fight starts because Wilbur wants Tommy to continue studying. This is a combination of he wanted Tommy to have a childhood, but that’s clearly over now. Aside from that being really stressed out while someone else isn’t can be infuriating, so maybe subconsciously he’s ending Tommy’s fun because he’s too stressed to have any or thinks Tommy should be more stressed. Third, Tommy not being competened is part of the reason why Erer betrayed them. So while he wanted Tommy to have a childhood he might blame himself for not being harder on him and making him study more so now he’s making up for that.

Of course the comment that sticks with Tommy is idiotic child. Also, Tommy does have enough tact to not go fighting in front of everyone else. He’s a smart boy. But he’s being told he isn’t doing enough and that always hurts. He’s also smart enough to realise that Wilbur is being mean because he’s stressed out and he should chill (we are back to the coping mechanisms). It’s essentially the fight they had in the space shuttle again. Wilbur is holding the, I saved our lives, card over Tommy’s head while Tommy calls out that that doesn’t give him a reason to be a bitch.

I was thinking that this would be a longer fight, because the only way to make them make up fast is by reminding them how codependent they are. They love and need each other. But they are safe enough that you can’t immediately put them in a life or death situation. And in comes Bee with a nightmare. It’s genius. Because it replaces the frustration with thank God you aren’t dead. And Wilbur bringing up how he saved their lives was probably enough to trigger it. And it makes both of them apologise.

fun fact spruce anon i didnt even have the whole fight and nightmare in the plan for this chapter, I just came up with it as we went

I considered making the fight go on for longer, but then I saw the opportunity for a nightmare and decided that would end the fight (for now). that doesn't mean there aren't going to be more fights in the future though :)

c!wilbur as a character is already a bit of a bitch on his own, so i'm definitely keeping that in mind while i write stars!wilbur. he's already petty and bitchy just naturally, so this situation is just bringing that out in him full force. and you're completely right about the consequences thing. he can't afford to snap at ranboo and jack because he barely knows them and has to establish positive relationships. he can kind of snap at aimsey since he knows them, but he can't be as blunt and rude as he is with tommy. the people closest to him get the most hurt because those are the only people he can get upset at because he knows it won't destroy everything.

he's definitely upset about the fact that tommy can be more carefree and get time to relax, while wilbur has to be the one making the decisions. he's bitter that even in this situation, tommy can still have more of a childhood, can still have fun when wilbur would never have that option. it's mean and petty, but there is a deep part of him that wants tommy to be as upset and anxious as he is, just because it's the only thing that's 'fair' and he's tired of having to be the one that worries about this all the time. but then he also wants tommy to have what he didn't have, so it's a very strange mix of emotions he's dealing with.

tommy meanwhile is a LOT more nervous than he's letting on. he knows that a lot of this stuff is falling onto his shoulders and he has virtually no fucking clue what he's doing, so he's relying on wilbur because in his mind wilbur does know what he's doing, even if wilbur tells him he doesn't. he's hanging out with aimsey and ranboo as a distraction from everything that's happened, because he's genuinely terrified of all the ways things could go wrong with the deal, and he'd rather just choose not to think about it and trust wilbur's judgement instead of having to be the one to make the possibly disastrous choices. he's smart, but he's avoidant. it's easier to ignore your fear instead of trying to deal with it. tommy gets that luxury where he can ignore it, while wilbur can't.

ALL THE KEY POINTS FROM SEASON 1 OF AREA UNKOWN!!!

Here are some very brief points of what happened in Season 1 of AU!

- Server begins (WOO!!) and it starts out as a casual server with friends.

- Aimsey establishes their character is a demon and begins to cause trouble; stealing the community enchant table, blowing up things, pulling pranks ect. Starts targeting Guqqie’s character because they don’t know how to interact normally

- Everyone does their own thing. Building their houses and getting gear to live, starting their own little projects.

- Guqqie started a potion business. Aimsey and Oli started a scam potion business to compete with Guqqie’s one. Aimsey did it to get Guqqie’s attention but Guqqie thought they were just being nice and joining in on the community.

- Caitee and Nik (Old member) started the worm saga. The worms were originally owned by Nik, and he wouldn’t shut up about them. Caitees made an evil, secret base under spawn and kidnapped the worms, hiding them there. Nik eventually found out it was Caitees, but she became obsessed with the worms too and now loved them. Nik later dies in the story from unknown causes but it is believed that he was murdered by the worms. Details can be found in Caitees lore section.

- Everyone was settled when Scott arrived. Scott plays Aimsey’s evil older brother. Aimsey told him everyone there was his minions and that they ruled it. Also Aimsey told Guqqie to stay away from Scott. Aimsey and Oli had an argument which ruined their friendship for a while.

- Scott began causing real trouble compared to Aimsey’s silly pranks. He put chaos orbs in people’s houses to see how it would affect them. This caused SoupforEloise to turn into an axolotl and Owengejuice (Old member) to become evil. It also messes with Bekyamon. He also put one in Guqqie’s house but it had no effect on her.

- Eloise and Aimsey decided to come together to try to figure out a way to defeat Scott for good. They kept it from everyone including Guqqie who was now a very close friend of Aimsey’s. They found the stronghold and decided to make it their base of operations, finding books that led them to believe there was a way to stop immortality. Scott and Aimsey being demons were both immortal, so this was a way to weaken Scott but could also affect Aimsey badly.

- While all this was going on Oli began working alone, making his own lab and base of operations. He wanted to be powerful but just being a human in a world full of other beings, he was weak. Guqqie also began questioning things, she didn't know what she was or where she came from. All she knew was that she found herself sleeping for long periods of time.

- Eloise and Aimsey kept finding books written by an unknown author and continued their studies. Guqqie grew curious because Aimsey was ignoring them and she didn’t know why. She followed Aimsey to the stronghold and found out what she was doing, getting upset and confronting him. The both of them confessed their feelings for eachother during this and decided to take things slow. Aimsey promised he wasn’t going to work on this stuff anymore because it can also hurt him, and Guqqie didn’t want that. He worked on it in secret and hid it from Guqqie.

- Michela and Caitees were living together but had many disagreements, causing Michela to get kicked out. Michela moved in with Aimsey and they became roommates and best friends, beginning to prank people on the server together.

- Aimsey and Guqqie go on their first date which goes really well!! The day after however Guqqie is possessed by something evil and ends up hurting Aimsey so bad that she breaks his horn. Oli finds Aimsey beat up and bandages him up, beginning to build the bridge of their friendship again. When Guqqie comes to her senses Aimsey expresses how they need space for a while to process everything. Find more info in Aimsey and Guqqie’s lore sections

- Guqqie finds out the origins of what she is, which sends her into a spiral mentally, and she ends up ruining her relationships around her and isolating herself as a result. Find more about this in Guqqie’s lore section.

- Michela begins questioning why Aimsey isn’t hanging around Guqqie anymore. Aimsey won’t answer so she asks Guqqie, Guqqie explains the reason. Michela confronts Aimsey about it who gets upset that they went behind his back, causing a fight and kicking Michela out of his house.

- Guqqie built a large wall around her base to keep herself inside but Aimsey approaches her after a long time, telling her it is ugly and this is all stupid. They resolve everything and talk it out, saying they will take things slow again. Guqqie explains to Aimsey what she is. Guqqie then helps Michela and Aimsey resolve their argument and Michela moves back in.

- Oli has buried himself in his work at his newly made lab. He tells Guqqie and Michela about it and shows them around, showing them how he was keeping villagers in test tubes. Guqqie and Michela told him to stop what he was doing and that it was wrong. Guqqie explained how he doesn’t know what he is doing by doing this stuff and warns him, but he thinks she just wants to get involved and offers her a job. After Michela and Guqqie leave Oli begins to get haunted by some entity and he runs back to close up the lab. More about that in Oli’s lore section.

- Aimsey and Michela decide to leave spawn and make their own land called “The Distant Lands.”, they later invite Guqqie to join them to make it look pretty. Guqqie builds a house for Aimsey and her to live together in, and builds Michela her own house next door. She plans to surprise the both of them with it soon.

- Aimsey finds a book that says if they go through the end portal it will answer all the questions they have. They decide that they will go on their own but throw a goodbye party for themselves and invite everyone, but just tell everyone it was a normal party.

- The goodbye party begins and no one but Michela is suspicious. They all play games and have food. Eventually Michela speaks up and says that she knows something is going on. Aimsey cracks and explains everything. Oli and Michela say they will tag along and help, so does Acho reluctantly. Guqqie is quiet the whole time but hesitantly agrees to go. Everyone leaves except Guqqie who has been silent. Guqqie expressed their frustration and hurt. More about that in Aimsey and Guqqie’s lore section.

- The day after the party the group rounds up everyone in the server and heads to the end. They defeat the Ender dragon and jump through the portal, only to wake up in a whole new area. The group is split into two, Team Bee (Guqqie, Michela, Moonzy, Acho) and Team Camel (Aimsey, Oli, Eloise, Beky). Neither group knows where the other group is. That is the end of Season 1!

OKAY SO

This is fucking deranged crazy insane and I need to emphasize one important point: Ranboo is forcibly compartmentalized and forced to avoid and to work on as disaffected an operating system as possible AND on that compartmentalization once again if he is to survive. It’s a higher-stakes and more literal version of the survival mechanisms he was already forced into and now that’s that much more immediate and is externally enforced Even More he’s kept from connecting and reconciling parts of himself and he’s kept from direct emotional confrontation by the fact that they have been confirmed and made much more literal and present EXISTENTIAL THREATS to him. He withdraws more to deal with this because emotional confrontation means the time runs out faster because even though calling on his emotional connections is the only thing that can get him resurrected (as he clearly cannot resurrect himself) he Literally Cannot run thhe risk of another emotional confrontation. He’s already running out of time as it is. The paradigm he’s in, the circumstances and environment he’s in and the rules he’s forced to play by, once again give him no option but to withdraw into coping strategies that he knows prevent him from thriving so that he can survive. (AND CAN I SAY THIS IS ALSO MAKING ME INSANE. HE IS LITERALLY DEAD AND HE HATED BEING ALIVE (HE ACTED THE WAY HE DID AT THE START BECAUSE HE THOUGHT HE COULD AFFORD TO AND STOPPED BECAUSE HE LEARNED HE COULDN’T, NOT BECAUSE HE THOUGHT HE WAS WRONG) AND HE IS STILL TRYING, SO, SO, SO HARD TO SURVIVE. HE’S. OBJECTIVE: SURVIVE. HE WANTS TO LIVE. HE WANTS TO LIVE. HE WANTS TO LIVE.)

This is ALSO once again proof that emeralds HAVE to be involved in resurrection efforts because and I’ve labored this point before the only environment Ranboo’s existed in that has NOT actively externally enforced this withdrawal, compartmentalization, and avoidance is the commune, which is the closest he came to being able to begin letting go of these and thrive and also bothh Techno and Philza have a death motif and Techno mentioned his like yesterday (read: last stream)

Aimsey may also be? Because Aimsey’s candor and directness also seem to have helped him and that might also be that he’s detached from his fear but like. Aimsey is genuinely proving that they’re relatively safe in that regard, even if Ranboo still considers them to be a rash actor and is skeptical of their general assessment, which is. SO much credit SO much credit TREATING HIM RIGHT IS LITERALLY NOT HARD... like the majority of his reservation is less about the direct effect Aimsey might ave and more that the emotional turmoil it’ll put him through is, again, an existential threat to him. He volunteered what is a frankly shocking amount of information for a guy like him and I think that speaks to both Ranboo’s strength and Aimsey’s treatment of him -- his ultimate conclusion is that where he pushes them away he does so because it’s a difficult conversation that is Literally Existentially Dangerous for him to have right now, not that he even doesn’t trust Aimsey with that information

Tl;dr: - this situation reproduces how social/environmental pressures have forced Ranboo into compartmentalizing and avoidance before - it also speaks to Ranboo’s absolute fucking tenacity and will to survive and heal - following through on the environmental pressures thing for thematic consistency emeralds HAVE to be involved in Ransurrection. - Aimsey bears a kind of honesty that is also demonstrably Good For Him.
