I low-key think if we're being honest and DC let's them interact, Cass and Jason would get into so many fights over their morals and everything in between. Out of all the batkids, Cass is most like a mini-Bruce so logically they would get into fights, I think the main difference is that Cass generally would think that Jason will stop and change his ways.

I did it. I made a StephCass child oc!! Her name is Layla Cain-Brown!!
Information about her:
In this drawing Layla is 14/15 and has taken up the mantle of Batgirl in her Moms and aunt honor! Her suit is more casual and has more padding ie the knee and elbow pads, because her style of fighting is more brute, sloppy and defensive compared to Steph and Cass.
She was adopted at 7 after being a victim and losing her family to an attack by Mr. Freeze, she was frozen for the less amount of time compared to her family which is how she survived it.
When she was adopted, Stephanie decided to put her vigalnte life on a pause and raise her, Steph loves doing her hair and is the one who taught her most of her self-defense! Stephanie sometimes look at her sadly though as she's reminded of the child she gave up when she was younger.
Layla's and Cass relationship is a bit strained. When they first adopted Layla, Cass didn't stop her vigalnte and continued to patrol Gotham however she was very involved in Layla's life and would be more considered the "cool" mom as she was always trying to keep her happy. However the two became more distant with each other when Layla asked Cass to teach her how to fight, despite Cass refesul to train her she kept demanding and eventually Cass gave in and taught her basic defense stance. Cass put an end to the lessons shortly after because she was scared she was accidentally going to hurt her with out realizing (it was triggering her PTSD). Stephanie ended up teaching her self-defense.
Layla ideology is also pretty different compared to Cass. She doesn't think people can change for the good, only the worse. She only see the bad traits of those around her which leads to her being suspicious of others. She can go over board on force when fighting villains especially those with violent crimes.

Duke: …So, is Two-Face like, B’s ex or something?
Steph: I think it’s more of a situationship? They still seem to have some feelings going on there.
Jason: Yeah right, and get accused of cheating on Selina? I think not. They’ve been dating for as long as I can remember.
Dick: That’s…strange, cause I’m pretty sure he and Clark are married. Big Blue gave him a ring and everything.
Damian: A Kryptonite ring. One that Father keeps in a lead lined safe with the rest of the alien’s bane. Besides, everyone knows Mother’s laid her claim to him already. Only a fool would interfere with such a union.
Cass: Talia and Bruce are about as divorced as two people can be.
Tim: No, you guys are all missing the point. If we want Bruce to have a partner, we need to pick the most profitable option for us. [ pulling up a PowerPoint ] Hear. Me. Out.
—-Later, At the Watchtower-—
Oliver: Bats, why are your kids inviting me over for dinner?
