HAIKYUU BOYS AND THEIR GO TO [HIGH SCHOOL] PARTY SONGS

ARAN ➢ just wanna rock , lil uzi vert the chokehold this song has on high school parties is criminal, but out of all the songs that get played throughout the night, no song, and i mean no song, will get this man as hyped up the same way just wanna rock does.

ATSUMU ➢ mo bamba , sheck wes it doesn't matter where he is, he could be in the bathroom and he will run out the second he hears the intro. ready to lose all his vocal cords singing to this song. atsumu never gets tired of this song.

SUNA ➢ sicko mode , travis scott he's really chill about this song, that's a lie. he's exactly the same as aran and atsumu. he will start off doing that little head bob as he holds his drink until the first beat, then he's like every other teenage boy gripping onto his friends' shoulders and shaking the dear life out of them.

KUROO ➢ walk it talk it and stir fry , migos a lot, a lot of hand gestures. he dances with his hands during this song. it doesn't matter where he is, he will stop whatever he is doing and fucking vibe.

BOKUTO ➢ bodak yellow , cardi b everyone in the scene knows that this is his song. he's in the circle surrounded by the girlies, screaming his fucking heart out. this big ass man, dancing like a mad man, singing along with the girls who have circled around him.

OIKAWA ➢ gasolina , daddy yankee a classic, for a classy man. when reggaeton comes on, that's his fucking shit and he eats it up every time. he always picks someone to dance with, it doesn't matter who, all it takes is simple glance and he's made his move.

HINATA ➢ 679 and trap queen , fetty wap now, hinata is not a big rap fanatic, but this song. this song brings him back to the musical.ly days, it's one of the only songs he knows but the jumpy fire sparkler is tearing it up on the dance floor with all the bros that hype him up.

SAKUSA ➢ xo tour llif3 , lil uzi vert now who saw this one coming? no one. do not under estimate this man, i will die on this hill that when this man is at a party (in the right mood) he goes wild. and this song is one of his guilty pleasures, it's always the quiet ones, right?

ARAN :

he's that one stylish roadman that everyone appreciates. he's got fire fits, fully dripped out and looks amazing. he's not so much road as the others, but he has that deep, gravelly voice when he comes up to you like 'yo wys b'. if he was to be from London, he'd defo be from South. i can't imagine him anywhere else. maybe Hackney, but yeahh he's defo from South.

KYOUTANI :

he's absolutely terrifying, will make you shit yourself. he's them ones that'll make you cross the road when you see him approaching. he's not scary as such, more intimidating and just exudes this dangerous energy. if black af1s was a person it'd be kyoutani. also he's an incredibly loyal person, just know that if he's one of your mates he'll back you no matter what. has defo shanked one of his ops before as well. but not fatally.

IWAIZUMI :

he'd be the womaniser. always has a charming smirk on his face and treats girls with the utmost respect, but he's a bit cheeky. he'd come up to you, eye you up and down and bite his lips. and then he'd talk to you casually with a smirk on his face. he's constantly making you heat up on the spot with his undivided attention on you and everyone has a crush on him. he's like the popular kid that talks and is nice to everyone.

TANAKA :

brother dresses like a roadman but is 1000% not a roadman. like he has an older sister, if he gets caught with a bunch of dodgy guys you already know his sister is pulling out her belt. he seems intimidating with his skin fade and shit but he's genuinely really fun to hang out with and if he's your partner in class or for a project then you're in luck, he's a bit thick but he's got energy.

ASAHI :

poor guy doesn't want to be associated with roadmen and he's lowkey scared of them himself but everyone just assumes he's a drug dealer or something. kids in the lower school always come up to him slyly asking him for geek bars or ganja and he's just there like °-° poor guy even got his locker searched by teachers because of the rumors surrounding him, he just want to become designer ffs 😭

MATSUKAWA ISSEI he knows or atleast already has an idea of what the trend is before you asked him to do it because makki loves sending his whole tiktok fyp to the man. when you first came to him about the idea of doing the trend, he was going to agree of course, but not without a little teasing of how you just wanted to drool over his muscles or "you're that down bad, huh?" his words, not mine. after recording, he sent the video to his gc with the other seijoh third years, almost immediately gaining oikawa and makki's exaggerated replies.

MIYA OSAMU he saw a video of a trend the past week on suna's phone when he was scrolling through tiktok during a break between practice. he didn't give it a second thought until you showed him a video of the trend, urging him to do it. he really didn't see the point of it, but after more convincing and the promise of cooking dinner together later tonight, he caved in to your request.

USHIJIMA WAKATOSHI it was normal for you to be running toward him with your phone in hand, he already knew you were going to show him another one of those "tiktok trends" you're always so excited about. though this one was a bit different to him. most of the past trends you showed him were dances, or typical hand gestures. while you were showing him the video on your phone, he just thought it was a way to show off the arm muscles someone worked hard for. he personally didn't feel the need to show off his muscles, but since you looked set on making him do the trend, he agreed to do so.

KUROO TETSURO the second you saw a video of this trend pass by your fyp, you immediately thought of your man. you didn't know how but his arms have been looking do?? good?? lately?? you honestly don't know how he does it. getting him to hop on the trend was fairly easy. he always agreed to (mostly) whatever you wanted to do, after all. but that didn't stop the never ending flirting coming out of his mouth. "you like my arms THAT bad, huh princess" "you know, there are other ways I can show you my bicep improvement" cue his stupidly teasing smirk.

IWAIZUMI HAJIME his first thought was that oikawa put you up to making him do the trend. but not wanting the poor captain to be the receiving end of these accusations, you dismissed the thought right away. reasoning how you only thought how good he's look doing it. he was flattered, sure, but he still didn't see the point of the whole thing. but he'd do anything for you, so sooner or later he was on board. the video got to oikawa though, so just imagine the amount of teasing and volleyballs thrown the day his best friend saw the video.

TERUSHIMA YUUJI you weren't even the one who proposed doing the trend with him. he was the one who came up to you with a ribbon and his phone in hand, going on and on about how ripping the ribbon would be so easy. you were reluctant on helping him film the video because if he was able to do it, you knew how much it would inflate his ego. but nevertheless, you tied the ribbon around his upper bicep as he handed his phone over to you to start recording.

MIYA ATSUMU both of you came to each other at the same time with the proposal to do the trend, actually. atsumu with his plan to show off to his brother later, and you with the thought of how good your boyfriend would look, and overall the tradition of the both of you doing as much tiktok trends as possible. as long as it's appropriate, of course. he was ecstatic to find out you wanted him to do the trend as much as he did.

BOKUTO KOTAROU the moment you finished explaining the trend to him and telling him you wanted him to do it, man was he excited. he was practically bouncing up and down at the thought of you thinking about him when you saw the video. and the fact that you went out of your way to personally tell him you wanted him to do it??? how could he say no?

ARAN OJIRO he wouldn't be too updated on what's popular or trending on social media, and this is one of the trends he wasn't aware about. the both of you were sitting together when the video passed by your for you page. the idea of persuading your boyfriend to do the same thing was what almost immediately came to mind. you tapped him on the shoulder, showed him the video, then explained how it worked. he didn't see what was so important about ripping a ribbon into two, but still, he reluctantly agreed.

HAIBA LEV the both of you would be at his house, and alisa just so happen to leave her hair clips in the living room. having seen the video earlier that day, you urged lev to sit down on the floor in front of you on the couch. without question, he followed. though he was curious on why you were putting his sister's clips in his hair (you texted alisa asking for permission first ofc) then began recording out of nowhere. you told him about the trend, and that was when he got excited. "you think I'm beautiful?" he asks you with the biggest grin.

YAMAGUCHI TADASHI he would be so shy about you asking him to do the trend. he never thought of having hair clips in his hair, not only that though, you thought he was beautiful? the whole time you were putting the clips in his hair, that was all that was running through his head. he really couldn't believe it. after that day, you made sure to constantly assure him of his jaw dropping looks.

KITA SHINSUKE before you brought up the idea of doing the trend to him, you made sure that neither of you had any plans that day. kita didn't have practice or tests to study for, and that you didn't have tests to study for either or school works pending. you were sure he would talk you into finishing whatever you had to for school first before doing whatever else you wanted. (he just wanted the best for u) he questioned you about the trend at first, and the only answer you gave was that he's a beautiful boy. after that, he didn't deny it or asked any more questions. he enjoyed the comfort of you putting clips in his hair though.

HINATA SHOUYO man was bouncing off the walls the moment you brought up the trend to him. he was do flattered you thought of him. and so no questions asked, no doubts said, his head was already on your lap, with the small clips in his hand, handing them to you when you asked for one.

KOZUME KENMA he was playing a game when you told him about wanting to put clips in his hair. while you were talking, he had one side of his headphones, slightly put back so he can hear you. he threw glances your way while you were explaining the whole thing, and to your surprise, nodded when you were finished. "go ahead." was all he said. he plugged out his headphones and took them off so they weren't in the way. it was pretty convenient he was already sitting on the floor, so without any more time wasted, you got to work.

OIKAWA TORU he passed by you in the kitchen while you were on your phone. he was planning on watching another one of a rival team's past matches in the living room. before he left the kitchen, you called him and asked if you could put clips in his hair. he raised an eyebrow and you knew he was wondering why. he would still say yes without you explaining of course, but he knew there would be an actual reason with that excited look on your face. you told him about the trend and his face lit up. he knew he was a pretty boy but for you to confirm it? heck yeah he was going to let you put clips in his hair.

BOKUTO KOTAROU whenever he and akaashi were together, he was used to the latter being called the pretty or beautiful one. so imagine his joy when you went up to him showing him the video and calling him your beautiful boy. the both of you wasted no time getting your hair clips from your pouch and having him lay his head down on your lap. he was grinning the whole time all the while holding the hair clips for you.

TENDOU SATORI the moment you suggested putting hair clips in his hair, he raised an eyebrow at you. reasoning with him that it's a tiktok trend and that it's harmless, he reluctantly said yes. but when he found out what the trend was called, he sort of (?) short circuited and it may sound a bit over a top but he was flabbergasted. the rest of that day was spent with him sat on the floor in front of you whose on the couch, him quietly reading a manga while you decorated his hair with clips.

SAKUSA KIYOOMI he wasn't immediately fond of the idea of having small pieces of plastic in his hair, but since it was you; sure, it still took some (lots) of convincing and the promise that the clips are well sanitized, but eventually you got him on board. he didn't know what the purpose of all this is, but as long as it made you happy, he's all in. midway through it, you noticed the tip of his ears turning red. you asked him about it, but all he gave you was a shrug as a response. you calling him a beautiful boy stuck to him the whole time, but he won't tell you that.

to me, they have a fine time with it as long as their mouths stay closed. astarion's fangs probably aren't any more in the way for a half-orc than they are for other races. they're not too big, and he's practiced.

i think deeper open-mouth kissing is the real danger because that's when the risk of catching lips and knocking teeth really happens and boy those tusks sure are. just in the way.

imo a little bit of teeth bumping if they forget themselves is cute, it's untapped potential to get teased by the vampire for being too eager. but i also think it's possible to avoid IF they pay attention. :)c

kita shinsuke is starting to feel like he did during his high school years again.

he doesn't know when or how it came to this, where he can't take his eyes off of you, or how everytime you touch him it feels like electricity, but he's starting to think that he's fallen ill.

his face gets warmer, both figuratively and literally, at the mere sight of you. have you always had this effect on him?

kita can't help but sweat when you're close. the way you snuggle into his side to steal all of his warmth almost made him flinch, as if this wasn't already a daily routine for you two.

every time you surprise him with a long kiss, he feels the need to hold you for support. by the waist, he prefers.

and whenever kita sees you playing with your wedding ring (a habit you developed), his heart swells. it's like a little reminder that he's married to you.

kita is lost in thought, and you just so happened to notice. "shin?" you call from the kitchen. kita faces you and sees you slicing some fruit, "are you okay?" you ask.

kita doesn't nod. maybe he can ask you why he's feeling this way. "can we talk?" kita asks, and you nod, making your way over to the couch, placing the bowl of fruit on the table in front of you. "what's on your mind, love?" you ask.

"love.." the nickname you called him every day, and every other day. he can feel your effect on him taking place already; with the way his heart was beating erratically against his ribcage, and the fact that he tries not to fidget with his own fingers.

"i— uhm.." did he just stutter? "..did you do something with yourself lately?" kita asked. you tilt your head before shaking it, "no, not that i can remember. why do you ask?" you respond.

"then i think i'm coming down with a flu." kita says. you widen your eyes that are filled with nothing but care, "really?" you lean over and gently place your hand under kita's bangs and on his forehead. somehow, the effect you had on him doubled.

his breath hitches from the proximity that he should be used to by now. he patiently waits for you to pull away and give him his diagnosis, but you only shrug. "i don't feel anything out of the ordinary.."

kita sighs, maybe it's best if he just tells you what's on his mind. "i just— i feel like how i did when we still attended high school." he says. you quirk a brow, not properly understanding his point of view, "what do you mean by that, shin?"

"whenever you walk into a room, aran would tell me how red my face got. i feel the need to protect you a lot more lately. not because i think you're incapable of defending yourself, but because i just want to. and when you kiss me.. i feel stiffer than usual." kita rants. "my eyes linger on you a little longer than it should, but i can't help it. you're just.." he pauses, seeing the soft smile on your face as you listened.

"so beautiful." he says, breathless.

you caress his round cheek that happened to be painted with a red hue. "now i'm no psychologist, but i think you're in love with me, shin." you said.

kita blinks at you. "but i've always loved you. why did i start feeling this way again only until recently?"

"how you felt when you were younger was probably just a crush, whereas it all felt new to you. being bashful over the person you like is normal." you explained, "like irina firstein said, "feelings don't dissipate over time, but only get stronger and deeper." so you might've just had a shift in the way you feel love now."

"but, alas, love is pretty weird, no?" you giggle.

kita nods, a small smile making its way on his handsome face.

The game had just reached a technical time out with Inarizaki reaching 16 points in the first set. The team had gotten off the court for a water break, but Kita had noticed you watching them.

He always seemed to notice the littlest of things. He jogged over to the barricade, drying his face. "You made it." He commented, giving you a big smile. "Of course, you know I'm always going to try and watch all your games." You say, and he finally notices your attire.

"Did you just come from practice?" He asks, and you can sense the lecture about heading home to properly change and taking time for yourself before going to watch his games coming, but luckily you were spared as Atsumu called him back over. "Good luck out there Shinsuke." You waved him off, but he refused to leave you without a quick hug.

The smell of his cologne lingered, and you finally got the chance to relax while you watched Inarizaki play and win the match. When they finished, Kita jogged back over to you with a smile on his face. "I thought you wouldve gone home and changed. That seems uncomfortable to wear." He notes, watching you shuffle in your spot.

" Well, I wont just pass on the opportunity to watch your game! You did amazing today, by the way. Now, we can both go home and unwind from today." You pointed out, and he sighed. The idea of walking you home and possibly unwinding with you, relaxing on the couch with a movie on after a long day seemed very appealing to him.

"Alright, let me grab my things and we can go home together."

It was one of those days where Suna just had to practice. Preliminaries were coming up and fast, and as much as he'd love to watch your graceful figure dance, he'd have to do that another day.

Thankfully though, you had other plans. Finishing your practice early had allowed you to finally watch him practice, and not the other way around. You never minded him watching you, your dance mates loved having him around, it just wasn't often that you got to see him practice and you were taking the chance.

You had reached the gym he was at, where he was in the middle of a practice match against another school. You stood by the doors, simply opting to watch while wearing your ballet attire and his hoodie. Just as the other team had called for a break, he looked over at you, and his whole face lit up.

He dashed over to you and engulfed you with a hug, hiding his face in your shoulder. "Thank god, these idiots were about to start driving me crazy." He whispered, and you let out a laugh as you hugged him back.

"Well practice finished a bit early for me so I figured I'd watch you practice for a change." You told him, and he eyed your outfit. "You should change, isn't that uncomfortable?" He asked, and you shrugged. "Nah, I'll just change after you finish practice for the day."

Before he could say anything else, Atsumu called him back. He gave you a quick hug before returning to the game, and you watched as he played intensely. It's almost like he was showing off. After the game, he practically ran to the lockers to grab his things, and was at your side in minutes.

"Let's go home and eat some jelly sticks, we deserve a treat today."

Miya Atsumu

He silenced the audience once more as he went to serve. His ability to practically mute the entire stadium for his serve still astounded you to this day. You watched as he performed another service ace, the crowd going wild.

It'd be rather rude if you tried to call for his attention while he was concentrated, and you were willing to watch him play.

That thought flew out the window when Atsumu whipped his head to smile and wave at you before his next serve. You jolted and waved back, wondering how he managed to see you. None of his other teammates were looking, and you started to think that he had a radar for your presence. You wouldnt be surprised if he did, considering he was somehow always aware of his brother as well.

After winning the game, he bounced over with a huge smile on his face. "Ya saw me win right?! When my serves practically knocked them over?! And ya saw mah sets to Samu and Aran?! And-" He rambled on about his game, as if you werent there watching. He finally stopped to take a drink, and noticed your attire.

"Wait, did you come straight from practice?! Ya shouldve gone home and changed first, and wait- is that mah hoodie?!" He exclaimed, turning red at the fact you had worn his hoodie. You smiled and just gave him a kiss on the cheek.

"Well, of course I came right after practice. I'd never miss the chance to see you win Atsumu." You commented, wiping the sweat off his forehead with your sleeve. He grew bashful at that, trying to stutter out a response.

"C'mon blondie. Go meet back up with your team so we can go home."

Miya Osamu

♪ listens to your dancing playlist while he cooks!

♪ like atsumu, he brings you food after your practices and recitals (he usually cooks it!)

The game was practically over by the time you arrived. Inarizaki had the game in the bag, with a 7 point difference. Osamu had his head in the game, but no amount of concentration could make him miss the sound of your voice, cheering him on. Atsumu had taken notice and teasingly said, "Looks like yer special audience is here." The silver haired boy looked over to see you, in a hoodie over your ballet attire and a big smile on your face as you cheered for him.

Well damn, now he has the need to show off to impress you. Good thing he's already pretty good at that.

He spent the rest of the game doing just a bit more than usual and trying to be cool, which of course had you looking and laughing for the couple of goofs he did. After the game, he came over to you and rested his forehead on yours. "Hey, didja see me?" He asked, a bit too eagerly.

"Of course I did, couldn't take my eyes off of you when you show off like that, ya dork." You chuckled, cupping his face and watching him turn red. You could see Atsumu and Suna laughing at his embarassed state, with Kita and Aran trying to hide the fact they were also laughing. Dorks, all of them.

"C'mon 'Samu. You're sweaty and my muscles ache. Let's get some food, yeah?"

Ojiro Aran

♪ i feel like he took a couple of ballet lessons as a kid, so he knows a bit about some moves and helps you practice!

To be frank, Ojiro was sweating. And not from practice. You see, Ojiro Aran is a very private person.

Sort of.

He's the straight man of the team, always forced into weird antics that makes him question his sanity. Truly, he wonders if he joined the circus instead of a volleyball team with how they act at times. It's partially the reason why he never tells him about his own personal life outside of volleyball. That, and they never ask.

You were one of those unspoken topics of his life. Don't get him wrong, he adored and loved you! But oh god if the others found out about you, the questions would be never-ending. And he already deals with so much from them.

So seeing you sitting with his coaches on the bench while he was playing had spiked his heart rate. Especially when he hears Atsumu say, "Who's the cutie sitting with the coaches?" The entire team takes a glance over at you, who just waves excitedly at Aran. The ace takes note of his hoodie covering your ballet attire, and suppresses the urge to stop and admire you. He can do that after he wins the practice match. But for now he needs to make sure that no one else tries to talk to you or hit on you.

He practically bowls over the twins as he makes his way to you after the match. "Hey beautiful love of my life partner whomst I love! Let me go and grab my things so we can leave!" He says a bit too loudly, making the others stop and stare at the two of you. His face was red, both from practice and him processing what he'd said, but it made you laugh. And as long as the others knew that you were his, he didn't mind the others knowing a bit more about him. The smile on your face as you got up to hold his hand was worth it.

"Sure, 'Jiro. Here's your water. You did very good today, ace. Now let's leave before the others start questionin' us, yeah?"
