how do you feel about fanart?

If anyone ever makes fanart of any of my fics ill marry them on the spot.

I'm usually really weird about fanart and turn down people who ask about it because of the whole situation with 'my' oc's )iykyk) but we got that sorted out so now I'm okay with it.

There was another anon a while back who asked about fanart but Tumblr ate like half my asks a few weeks ago and i lost that ask. but if i remember correctly that ask was asking for descriptions and stuff so I'm just going to tag that onto here too.

ALL of the 'ocs' listed are originally from the art of burning by hella 1975 (just letting yall know).

I just have my own twist on them but the names and general ideas belong to hella :)

Tomkin <3333 (my fav)

if some of these turn into a tangent because their appearances are reflective of their personalities just ignore that.

Tomkins described vaguely in chapter 2 as this:

"He was skinny. Like far more than the rest of the people he had seen. But he seemed to have a lot of lean muscle. He was maybe half a foot taller than Zuko and had a huge smile plastered on his face. That seemed to be permanent though, as he was smiling every time he saw him. He also seemed to be the only one without beads in his hair, which was tied half up, with a strand on each side braided back. He was slightly darker skinned than the rest of the people, and his eyes were the deepest blue. They were the exact same color as the ocean."

Tomkins 16 at this time, 17 currently. So he's shaped a bit awkwardly, longish limbs. Hes also tall for his age. almost the same height as Nanook (who is 2 years older) and Nanook is only a few inches from Hakodas height (I think) so do with that what you will.

Something that I developed since writing the above description is that Tomkin has multitextured hair. Its about medium brown and is all over the place and its mostly like very wavy but it curls at a few random places. He also switches between having his hair like halfway up and in like a ponytail.

I also dont know how youd incorporate this into fanart but Tomkins pretty.

Thats consistent with most people we're going to see describing Tomkin is that he's attractive but not in your typical like, masculine, handsome, way but instead hes attractive in a pretty way,,, idk. but that comes up a lot eventually (because of a certain topic thats going to come up a lot) so i thought it might be worth mentioning.

His clothes are also usually slightly too short for him because my dude is still growing.

Nanook <33 my other fav.

I dont think Nanook is described anywhere.

He has like pin point straight and its also very messy but unlike Tomkin its more so in a way of he doesnt put an effort into keeping it tied back right. like when you tie a ponytail back and dont fix it for the rest of the day. He has two braids one on each side of his face. his right side braid has one beed on it, left side has two. these are also lazily tied back with the rest of his hair.

Nanook has a scar right at his hairline on the right side of his face too.

besides that, Nanooks just like your average dude. Hes not skinny but hes not overly broad, like i said, hes a few inches shorter than Hakoda.

I think it's mentioned somewhere that he has big eyes. So idk what to do with that.

He's not that interesting to look at lmao.

Chena

Chenas about Chitsangs height and a little less broad.

idk how good of a reference 'chitsangs height' is but he's pretty tall.

his hair is about to the top of his back and has two braids on one side of his head. the rest of his hair is like half tied up in a wolfs tail.

ummmmm idk what else is that important for him.

Kanuk

Kanuk is a tad bit older than hakoda, so he has a few gray hairs. He has a really skruffy beard which also has some grays in it.

Something to remember about Kanuk is that he's originally from the nwt so his clothes reflect that. the color is a lot more of that bold purply ish color.

Kanuk, like hakoda, is a short king and is about the same height as hakoda.

he constantly looks tired and kind of has that worn look to him. zuko puts him through a lot lol.

the late night hadn't gotten to albert the way it had gotten to you, he knew once you sent him a text 4 hours before that you were out like a light in your usual sprawled out from that took across majority of the bed. he loved you for it, yet sometimes he wished he had room.

he was almost finished recording a new horror game that his fans had been beginning for him to play. he understood why while he made it. not only was it a long story game, but it's probably one of the scariest he has seen on the platform.

not enough to scare him though, right?

he clicked out of his Roblox tab and powered off his computer once he stopped the recording, yawning with his arms outstretched.

he had been waiting on this moment for the entire night, finally getting to fall asleep with you even if you didn't notice until the morning. he loved having you with him despite majority of his time going towards creating content and interacting with his fanbase and friends.

he loved how you understood.

his door creaks open once he shuts off the lights, feeling the hours of sitting in his lower back. he knew this nights sleep would last until mid afternoon, potentially more.

his office door closes with a low click. he could see the nightlights poking from under the door, he knew you loved the type of lighting from the lampposts. he had never seen someone fall asleep so quickly.

he opens the door to your bedroom after washing himself up, prepping for the night. his tired eyes fall into your form.

words couldn't describe how beautiful he thought you are, especially now with the blankets barley wrapped over you, and your hair messy from tossing and turning.

he feels his lips tug upwards as he walks quietly towards the bed, prompting himself to collapse as gently as he could on top of you.

the best pillow in the world, he wouldn't choose anything else.

his light smile remained on his face as he drifted off into his comforting sleep, his arm draped over your waist and his head gently tucked under yours.

your body forces you awake at around 5:00 am, cold from the lack of blanket covering your body.

as you snap back into reality you feel the blanket at your feet, reaching down to grab for it. in the midst of it, you're stopped.

there was a heavy weight on your chest, which was weird considering your cat was sleeping peacefully on your side.

you look down as much as you can and feel Albert's hair poking at your neck, him sprawled out on top of you looking as comfortable and as adorable as ever.

you use whatever strength in you not to burst into laughter at the sight and instead settle on pulling the warm cover onto of you.

albert shifts, and you feel his arm around your waist tighten, a sigh of content leaving his body.

you run your fingers through his hair, who cares about not being able to feel your arm? worth it.

you fall back into your dream filled sleep of whatever you were as before.

Character(s) : Gepard, Tingyun, Welt Genre : Fluff a/n : Sure thing🌸anon! So sorry I couldn't finish this sooner 😭But I hope you enjoy this ! And I hope I bring Tingyun to justice! (Welt too bc i cant rlly write him)

You had always been a whirlwind of enthusiasm, and this day was no different. As soon as you spotted Tingyun beneath the blooming cherry blossoms, you couldn't contain your excitement. "Tingyun!" you exclaimed, your voice echoing through the tranquil grove.

Tingyun looked up from her book, her eyes narrowing slightly in surprise before a playful smile curved her lips. "Ah, my spirited friend, what brings you here today?"

You wasted no time in answering. Instead, you darted forward, your energy propelling you towards her like a force of nature. You practically skidded to a halt in front of her, barely managing to stay on your feet. "I wanted to see you!" you declared, your words rushed and breathless.

Tingyun chuckled, her laughter as melodious as a songbird's tune. "Well, you've certainly succeeded in that," she replied, her eyes twinkling with amusement. "Would you care to sit with me for a moment?"

But sitting was the last thing on your mind. You began to pace back and forth in front of her, your hands gesticulating wildly as you spoke. "I've had the most amazing day! I ran through the forest, climbed a tree, and chased after butterflies. It was incredible!"

Tingyun watched your animated movements with a mix of fascination and amusement. "It sounds like you had quite the adventure," she remarked, her voice laced with admiration for your boundless spirit.

You couldn't stay still for long. With a sudden burst of energy, you took off running in a wide circle around Tingyun, your laughter filling the air. "And guess what?" you exclaimed, skidding to a halt once more. "I found a hidden waterfall! It's the most beautiful place I've ever seen!"

Tingyun's eyes sparkled with curiosity. "A hidden waterfall, you say? Tell me more."

And so, you launched into a vivid description of your discovery, your words flowing like a river in full bloom. Tingyun listened with rapt attention, her fascination evident in the way she hung on to your every word. Your energy was contagious, and as you spoke, she couldn't help but become swept up in the excitement of your tale.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, you finally settled down next to Tingyun, your energy waning just a bit. "Sorry for being so hyper," you said, suddenly self-conscious.

"Ready... Set... Go!" You shouted and bolted forward like an arrow released from a bow.

Gepard took off at a more measured pace, his long strides quickly eating up the distance between you. He couldn't help but admire your boundless energy, but he knew that he had the advantage in terms of speed and endurance.

As the race progressed, you continued to bounce around him, your excitement undiminished even as he steadily closed the gap. Gepard couldn't help but chuckle as he finally surged ahead, crossing the finish line with a triumphant grin.

"I win," he declared, his chest heaving slightly from the exertion.

You pouted playfully, catching your breath. "You're really fast, Gepard!"

"That's the spirit!" you cheered, swinging from a branch with reckless abandon.

As the day wore on, you introduced Gepard to a myriad of activities he had never imagined himself participating in. From cartwheels in the courtyard to a friendly game of tag with the guards, he found himself stepping out of his comfort zone and embracing the joy of the moment.

Welt had been looking out the window, sketchbook in hand, capturing the ever-changing landscape below. He glanced up when he felt a sudden burst of enthusiasm nearby.

You bounded over to him, a whirlwind of excitement. "Welt! Welt! Guess what? I saw the most amazing cloud formation just now! It looked like a dragon chasing a unicorn, and I thought you might want to sketch it!"

Welt couldn't help but chuckle at your exuberance. "You never cease to amaze me with your boundless energy. A dragon chasing a unicorn, you say? That sounds like quite the sight."

Without waiting for another word, you grabbed Welt's hand, dragging him towards the edge of the deck. "Come on, Welt! Let's see if we can spot it again!"

Hi, hello! Binturong anon with a lot of word vomit here, so be warned. I just read your reply to my ask and I'm so happy right now! I was slightly worried for a bit that you didn't like my silly little story, but hearing that you put off posting it because you liked reading it made me feel warm inside. And you want to draw it someday??? 😳 I can't believe this I'm hdhdjgk

As for my Sol OCs, I do have a few that are specifically parallels, but I'm never quite happy with them. There's always so many good ideas and I sometimes end up finding other people's takes on them that are SO cool (like Rime!) or that have ideas I was thinking of and I'm suddenly paranoid that I'm ripping off somebody else's character...

I absolutely get the struggle of deciding things like species, there's so many cool animals to use and I freaking struggled deciding on ones for mine. The Knuckles one is probably one of the most complete actually, but unfortunately I cannot show you her or any others because I'm not an artist. 😞 So I just rotate them all in my head until I think "Nice" and put it down on a digital notepad. I'm always interested to see others create their takes on them though! I'm certainly interested in all of yours!

I never considered Team Dark, apart from my Sol Shadow, who's definitely the least thought out. There's so many other cool ones out there, so I never really bothered. The few I have, if you're curious, are supposed to be Knuckles and Amy, to round out Blaze and Marine's Classic Quartet basically. And also a different Sol Eggman, because Blaze's nemesis being Eggman in G-major feels like a kick in the face to both Blaze and the actual Eggman 😒. (I also have a Sol Big but she's technically a joke character. She's also really small. I gave her a dinosaur though, as all women deserve.)

Anyway, basically just wanted to let you know that Rime is cool and I'm going to be thinking about that reply for the foreseeable future. Have a good week!

But! Yeah!! I think it's cool seeing other people's ideas for stuff like this, like I know for sure there are other versions of Sol Shadow out there that are ice powered cats like Rime!! I don't rlly think it's the end of the world if people independently come up with the same ideas as long as you don't purposefully copy anyone.

God you're so right about there being so many cool animals to choose from... Sol Rouge was easy for me but everyone else is being a pain skfjfhdgd. Eventually I'll figure them out though. (One day I promise...) Also! It seems like you have the descriptions of characters down even if you can't draw them, so you could always commission someone!!

I love the idea of Sol Amy too, I personally have 0 ideas for them so might not design my own version tbh. But having a Sol Classic 4 is super cute! You could have a lot of fun with their designs too, the way classic Amy looks pretty different from modern Amy. Sol Eggman too... I've just kinda retconned Nega and made him actually be from the Sol dimension idc about canon LOL I haven't thought about it too much.

Also TINY SOL BIG??? I'm in love that's so cute and such a fun alt version. With a dinosaur too FUCK yes.

I really love how imaginative people are when it comes to the Sol dimension, actually giving it more characters and lore! If sega won't give it love then at least we will 😤

"psst. wake up." you felt someone tapping your shoulder.

"hm..." you opened your eyes slowly, only to be met with bright blue ones staring at you.

"jesus christ, izumi!" you exclaimed startledly. "you scared me!"

"that's not important now. get your things together." izumi gestured towards your nightstand, where most of your valuables were.

"huh? but why...? did something happen to mom and dad?" you whispered, feeling your heart sink at the thought of something terrible happening to your parents.

"no, nothing happened. just..." he sighed before continuing. "are you happy with your life here? do you like talking to those suitors that your parents want you to marry?"

the question seemingly came out of nowhere. confused, you give him a look. "where is this coming from, izumi?"

"just answer the question."

"well..." you thought back on the last few months and everything that's happened since then. you were... alright. not happy with living here per se, but everything was alright. as long as your parents were happy, then that would be the case forever.

"yeah. i'm fine with it... as long as mom and dad are happy, right?" you responded after a few seconds.

"haah? what about you, though? are you happy with living here forever?"

"..." that, you couldn't say for certain. were you truly happy with living here forever? if you were to be honest with yourself, you couldn't see yourself being confined to the walls of this castle forever. it just felt too... suffocating to you.

the expectations of being nobility that were forced upon you were too much at times. that was perfectly normal, right...? but why did it hurt so much nowadays?

"i don't know." was the answer you settled on. "i don't know if i'm happy here or not. it feels stressful, being expected to marry someone that i don't even love."

"well, do you want to leave this castle?"

you looked shocked at the notion of doing such a thing. "my parents would never allow me to do such a thing...!"

"of course they wouldn't." izumi responded. "...but can't you make the decision of whether or not you want to leave by yourself?"

you were getting more and more confused. "i don't understand. why rebel against my parents? they'd be angry, and even if i did run away, they'd track me down for sure."

"...well, if you were given the choice, would you?"

you hesitated before nodding. "based on how things are going for myself... i would say yes, but why would you ask this, izumi?"

"well, because that's exactly what we're going to do tonight."

"running away...?" you questioned. "i appreciate the thought, but why so suddenly, izumi?"

"naru overheard your parents talking last night. they said that they want to marry you off as soon as next month." you felt your heart sink to your stomach at his words.

"next... month...?" you feebly responded. "izumi, this isn't a funny joke."

"...do i look like the type to joke about something like that?" izumi queried. "besides, don't you want to be free from the castle? when was the last time that your parents let you outside of the castle grounds?"

now that you thought about it... it's been awhile since you've roamed around outside of the castle. it wasn't like you were a prisoner or anything, but at the same time... your parents' vehement refusal to let you outside of the grounds sure made you feel like one.

"see? i'm not going to force you, but i'd prefer if you gave me an answer right now." izumi requested.

"well..."

"secchan~ are you ready yet?" came ritsu's tired voice from the doorway. "oh, i guess not... hahh, just let me know when you're both ready then..."

"ritsu? what are you doing here?" you asked, squinting in the darkness of the room in an attempt to see where he was.

"didn't secchan already tell you that he was running away with you?"

"...so you're helping with the plan?"

"yep. anzu, nacchan, tsukippi, and suu-chan are too~"

"anzu is...? well, if it's a group effort, then..." you paused, pondering over your options. you could stay here for the rest of your life, trapped in what would most likely be a loveless marriage with someone that you barely know... or you could run away to be with someone that you actually love. "i'll do it."

"well, get your things together. we're short on time." izumi stated.

"suu-chan and anzu can't stall the rest of the castle guards for that long, so i would hurry up if i were you~" ritsu agreed.

"okay, okay... should i pack light?" you inquired, digging through the drawers of your nightstand for your things.

"just the bare minimum."

"ah, that reminds me. nacchan should be here soon." ritsu spoke up from the doorway, looking down the hallway for any sign of her.

"RITTSU! we have a problem!" came leo's loud voice from down the hallway.

"tsukippi~, your voice is way too loud..." ritsu mumbled. "you'll wake everyone up at this rate..."

"yeah, but it's an emergency!!" leo exclaimed, trying to catch his breath (presumably from running). "naru's trying to keep them occupied, but the guards found out!"

"already...?" you questioned. "but weren't tsukasa and anzu keeping them busy? are they alright?"

"they're alright! they just got repositioned, but... what do we do now?!"

"calm down, leo-kun. you're yelling." izumi sighed. "are anzu and kasa-kun in a place where they can meet up with us at all?"

"they're near the entrance to the garden, so i guess so...?" leo responded.

"..." izumi paused for a moment to think as you continued to look through your drawers to find your things. "kuma-kun. tell naru to meet us near the garden instead."

"okay~" ritsu nodded, walking off to find arashi.

"izumi, i'm done packing, but what do we do now...?" you queried, holding a few of your bracelets and necklaces.

"we go to meet up with the others," he responded. "leo-kun, make sure that the servants don't catch naru and kuma-kun."

"okie-dokie!" leo gave izumi a thumbs up.

a few seconds passed before izumi looked at the window. "hey. you know how to climb out of a window?"

one (somewhat clumsy) window jump later, you found yourself nearing the gardens, walking alongside izumi. silence fell over the two of you, although it wasn't like either of you particularly minded. it was almost... pleasant.

"ah, sena! there you are!" leo exclaimed, breaking through the silence. "suo~ was just wondering where you w-"

"i was not!" tsukasa cut leo off. "you were the one saying 'ahh, what's taking sena so long?! that meanie!!'"

"well, they're here now... that's all that matters, right?" anzu asked, nervously laughing at the look that izumi was giving leo.

"right. where's naru and kuma-kun? don't tell me they ditched on us, leo-kun." izumi prodded.

"hm? oh, right! they got repositioned again!" leo responded. "they stalled for you two though, so don't worry about it, sena!"

"...right."

"well... you two should probably leave now. your mother and father will probably be awake soon..." anzu trailed off.

"yeah. um... thank you, everyone. for helping with this, that is," you stated.

"wahahaha, no problem! ahh, this 'escape' thing is giving me so much inspiration...! ☆" leo exclaimed euphorically.

"leo-san, please don't try to draw on the walls again..." tsukasa sighed. "well, in any case... be safe, you two." anzu nodded in agreement.

"yeah, yeah. we will. don't worry about us, kasa-kun." izumi replied.

"right! i should say that to you two, though..." you trailed off, sneaking a glance behind tsukasa and anzu into the castle.

"...we'll be fine. do not worry about us." tsukasa stated.

"okay, if you say so." you looked towards the castle gates.

"yeah, be safe, you two.." anzu stated. "however, i believe that your parents will be up soon, (name)... i would start leaving right now if i were you."

"mm... you're probably right, anzu."

pausing, you hesitantly took izumi's hand, locking eyes with him.

"so... shall we...?"

Hi! This is the anon that binged your fic a few days ago! I just got the time to read the newest chapter and I am SO sticking around to find out where this story goes. As someone who’s struggled with mental health I’m able to connect with Grian so well and that only doubles the desire I have to see him flourish and overcome these struggles. The way you write description is so inspiring too; I’ve learned several words since reading! Im really flattered you enjoy my descriptions, its something i think im most proud of in my writing :] smth about finding the perfect word to help paint an incredibly vivid picture really appeals to the autism in my brain, although i do frequently worry i might be going a bit,,,, overboard kdsbkdnekdk

and yeah, this is admittedly a rough draft of the story-- its missing quite a bit of connective tissue at the start, which is mostly bc i genuinely assumed only a handful of people already familiar with the world would pick it up and see it. In the hypothetical future polished version of this fic, i'd want to make the worldbuilding a bit more concrete right from the start-- i think its very easy to tell that im still sorta worldbuilding as i go, and there are definitely details i'd want to put front and center right away :] nonetheless, im pretty proud of how its shaping up, considering when i posted the first two chapters i had NO CLUE where it was going 😂😂😂😂

Im very, very happy so many people have gotten into the fic and its worldbuilding. Rn I'm in my last year of art uni and I've been working on a small comic book for the past few months, tho im actually really shy to Post my art so thats y theres like nothing ab it anywhere yet. It a little romance story mainly focusing on a lesbian bar and a relationship between my ocs Robin and Vic! Its rlly slow paced but im trying to write it in a way that allows me to speak of workplace inequality, bar culture, butchfem culture, friendship and loss and community and being lonely and getting used to not being lonely anymore.

Tbh its been so hard to develop it since its like my first work that of this size (it has like 32 pages) and rn i have done 12 pages out of it that consists in the meetup of the two characters and the relationship building between them, and I gotta start thinkin from now How i want to post this up on the internet and where, cuz i rlly would want ppl to see it but idk what would b the best way to go ab it... so if someone that read till here has some tips or smth feel free to tell! I would love a little help on that part

Here s also a little illustration ive done for them two, it was mainly done just to get into the feeling and enviroment and atmosphere of the comic + a planner page ive done just to get their personalities and bodies familiar with myself! Tbh, your art isn't something I could give any critique of—coming from the perspective I write, I don't really know much of your art journey, so I don't have the right to critique or analysis you in full.

Don't mistake, your art has a distinct style that is impossible to replicate (exclude stealing and tracing, not respected tho), you developed a strong sense of anatomy that I envy, and you're beloved by your mutuals/friends for your upbeat attitude and chaotic, fun-loving nature. Though, I do notice that you are envied and admired for your art, primarily. From what I see, however, your art is only part of your charm. Your characters, drawn or not, are possess personalities and designs that create a diversity acquired by your own view. From someone sheltered and sociable to someone aware yet chaotic, brief description can easily make the concept of your characters clear. Then, there is you, the person that makes these characters possible. From one of your responses, you said that journey and growth are some of the major aspects you often share with the characters you seen yourself the most in. That, is simply an important character essential for you express wonderfully. I admit, I got carried away when I wrote this, so much of this is disorganized.

I probably just took up a lot of your time by sending this, but the thing I wanted you to know the most is that, you are someone incredible for simply being you.

im super excited for finders keepers too! it was this lil thing i had been messing around with in my ideas doc here and there for a while, and then one day i realized my ideas doc was like 20k words long for some reason? and i decided to see how long the alien jungwoo section was and oops it was like 10k. and i was like well.....that's long enough to be an official wip i suppose and finally made it its own word doc and slapped it on the masterlist. when i read stuff that isn't fanfic on my own time, my favorite genre is sci-fi/science fantasy, so honestly it's kinda weird that i haven't really written anything even tangential to those genres like. at all in my 10 yr fanfic writing career lmao. but i rlly want to try my hand at it, and i think this one is gonna be a good way to dip my toes in

this post is getting much longer than i planned for lmfao you absolutely did not ask for a whole ass essay but here we are

i imagined them having a seasonal relationship in the other post, partly bc of how different they are in small ways (like taste of food, etc) - they probably can't stand each other if they actually lived together for a long period of time without making some concessions lmfao. it could also be because of my own bias... to me, they both seem like people who have way too much on their plates to have a stable relationship. maintaining a relationship is something that takes a lot of energy and company, and i don't rlly see either of them want it *that* badly to sacrifice what they could have been doing instead. having a seasonal relationship is the least cumbersome option

tbh, i agree with u - it would make sense if they acted more distant in public, but then we saw they bickering during moonchase and in the bartending event. in ningguang's hangout, even an npc acknowledged that beidou and ningguang are close. so it doesnt seem like they are rlly hiding it. it's probably a public knowledge by now

they do have some front for their relationship, though - for ningguang, she needs someone to do the dirty work & intrigue for her, and she chose beidou. for beidou, she needs someone to overlook some of the illegal stuff she did. but tbh i think they probably realized early on how well they work together and how similar they are deep down. it's esp fun to think abt all the exceptions ningguang made for beidou (allowing beidou to make jokes on her expense, being honest and straightforward with her when it comes to her plans, inviting beidou for chess, etc), and all the times that beidou complains abt ningguang yet does exactly what she asks for

it becomes rather difficult to label the relationship when your life becomes entangled with another person in so many ways and for a long time

i also absolutely love that they play chess together & travel together, btw (even tho the description of Liyue Millennium sounds more like a fancy monopoly rather than chess to me lmfao). even if one does not see their relationship as romantic, it is still very clear that they know each other extremely well & are on the same level intellectually, and they acknowledge each other's abilities

it's also interesting to consider how long they actually know each other. from the bartending event we know that beidou knows very well of ningguang's past. did they know each other when they were younger, or did they confide their past to each other as adults? either way, i think it shows how close they are and how much trust they have of the other.

tl;dr: they are madly in love and they can't stand each other, and they are absolutely partners in crime, i love them

hi!! so i heard you were asexual and i’ve been struggling for a few months whether i’m ace or demisexual. personally i dont feel sexually attracted to anyone. people my age are just having sex on sex with people. i could never do that. just the thought of it disturbs me and makes me so uncomfortable to the point where i could cry. the only time i would ever do anything with anyone is when i find my soulmate. i wouldnt wanna do that with someone i dont have a connection with. its so confusing. my friends are always like “she’s so innocent” cause i never say dirty jokes like ever. i dont cause it makes me uncomfortable. even the topic of sex makes me uncomfortable. i’ve also never wanted to get pregnant. if i want a child i would adopt one. i always tell my mom that i dont want to have my own child and she’s like “you’re young, you’ll change your mind.” but i don’t think i will. now that i think about it, the thought of sex has always scared me. even when i found out what it was, i never wanted to do it. i would always think, “oh my god, i’m gonna have to do that? i don’t want to do that.” like sure i read smut. but i don’t read it and go “oh my god that’s so hot holy shit” like no. i just read it for fun i guess. i like the intimacy that the characters share i guess. like i’ve never felt sexually attracted to anyone. i find people attractive, yes. but i never look at people and think “omg i wanna have sex with them”. like even louis. i find him rlly attractive, but the thought of him doing anything sexual grosses me out. i saw a picture of a dick and was shaking for an hour. the thought of having sex with someone really stresses me out. but, like i said before, i would only have sex with someone i love and i know i will be with forever. so because of that, i dont know if i’m ace.

okay, so here's the thing. i'm not like... willing to say YES YOU DEFO ARE or NO YOU'RE DEFO NOT regarding sexual identities because that's just... too personal imo. i'm also putting the rest of this under a read more, because it's just. long.

with that said, everything you've described and explained here to me SCREAMS of asexuality. people who are ace—even those who feel absolutely zero sexual attraction like me and, from what you've said, you—aren't automatically celibate. i'm married and i have three kids that i grew myself haha our sex life isn't... the most active, because i'm just... there's a lot of days where i just CANNOT go there, but it's active enough for us. that doesn't negate the fact i am still ace.

that's kind of the beauty of people, right? the complexity and nuance of situations and how there can be exceptions to the rules, but that doesn't change the fact the rule still exists. you can say "i don't want to have sex ever in my entire life with another person omg please no gross i'm so uncomfortable i might cry" AND have the caveat of "should i ever meet my soulmate, my one single person who is the perfect compliment to me and my soul and every fiber of my being, i would have sex with them." BOTH of these things can be true. your soulmate is the exception to the never wanting to have sex, but it doesn't negate the fact you still do not feel sexual attraction and that the topic of sex makes you incredibly uncomfortable, possibly even repulsed.

because did you know that there are some asexuals who are sex repulsed? that's a thing. even the discussion of sex is enough to send some people into extreme discomfort at the very least.

tl:dr: to me, based only on the information you've given me in this ask, it sure seem like you would feel at home if you chose to use an asexual label. there's not some sort of membership card for asexuals that gets nullified if you meet someone you would have sex with sometime in the future. there's not some imaginary asexual gatekeeper that seeks you out if they learn that you have had sex and then takes away your right to identify as asexual.

what it comes down to is this: if you decide that you think the descriptions and definitions of asexuality fit you, then great. if you want to jump in and say "i'm ace!" then hey! congrats! welcome to the club! there's more of us than you'd expect lol and if you decide you just don't think that feels right, then that's chill too. all of this is completely separate of your decisions regarding actually having sex.

i broke down a lot of definitions and things for another anon recently (unless that was you too? haha), and you can find that here. maybe check it out and see if that helps clarify some things for you too.

basically, trust yourself. i believe that when you read something that describes who you KNOW yourself to be, it feels right. it's like something clicks into place in your brain and you realize you've found it. when you find that, accept it and protect it until it no longer feels right for you.

girl.... idk what to tell you but a yandere aint fun. like.... it’s literally horror and its awful and scary and horrible. Even if the yandere is kind and awesome (like Kiri aww) it’s still terrifying and creepy and a bad dynamic. Please guys, this kind of behavior (ANY behavior in my fics, ANY of the creepy stuff, ANY of the descriptions of unease or sick feelings) should NOT be happening in a healthy relationship ship. You should not be afraid of your partner, your partner should not force you into things, your partner should listen to “stop” and “no” a nd understand that those two words are complete sentences.
