Hiranandani Hospital Kidney Transplant Experience
My kidney transplant experience at Hiranandani Hospital was truly exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was put at ease by the warm, compassionate transplant team who provided clear communication and personalized care tailored just for me. Despite my initial nerves, their expertise and cutting-edge facilities inspired confidence every step of the way. The actual surgery itself went smoothly thanks to their skilled surgeons and seamless protocols. My recovery was comfortable in the private suites with attentive nursing care that tended to my needs as well as my family's. But Hiranandani's comprehensive approach doesn't end at discharge - their robust follow-up program and dedication to my long-term health has made my new lease on life an amazing experience. I'm deeply grateful to be part of this world-class transplant program's inspiring vision.

Ch204 (p2), Bodies and souls
The head matron drops that bomb from ch203 that Theo is to fledge next.
Tumblr media
I'm a bit confused why they mention Nick, except that he would be the next candidate for real Ciel, if Theo wasn't there. I was worried for a moment there that they had already fledged Nick without us even knowing about it. However, they talk about Ginny in past tense and Nick in present tense, so he must still be there.
Gosh, this young Black lady here. I hope she turns against the orphanage, because I can tell she feels deeply that this is not acceptable. Partly, she is asking because she doesn't know everything that the head matron has already been told, or perhaps she has forgotten what she was already told. Either way, she still wonders why it has to be like this.
The head matron uses the same terms Blavat used at Sphere Music Hall: radiance, stars. However, "aptitude" has been added. She acts like it's these "stars" themselves who "possess technologies way more advanced" that theirs, as if they are from some advanced alien civilization.
Tumblr media
It's odd for her to talk about not just their bodies but also specifically their souls. Someone has told her that their souls need to be as similar to the souls of the "stars", too, not just a match in their bodies. This reminds me of what was told (probably by Undertaker) to Chris Heathfield, and that the baron repeated to Jane.
So, I'm definitely not giving up my theory that Undertaker is experimenting with soul transplants, too, not just blood transfusions and organ transplants. To him, a soul is basically an organ, anyway, right? It could be that the best way for them to match their souls is by assessing their aptitudes. It's not just the blood typing, it's the combination of blood type and aptitude test results. And then reinforcing the similarities. She even has the nerve to call this a "clinical trial".
But Susan doesn't care too much about the details, as she hopes to use her high earnings to leave soon and open her own business, some sort of shop. I wonder where the money is coming from to keep paying such high wages, since we saw those money-donating renal patients die, but it could be coming from the hotel resort in Brighton....
Tumblr media
Susan goes to the cold vault to get blood for Doll, and we see they have also been storing blood for the other lords of the stars. Though it's possible they don't currently have any for Sirius, which would help explain why a Pomeranian like Theo would be next.
Tumblr media
Now this is interesting. "Things are taking longer this time"... compared to what? Last time Doll needed blood? Or something else about Doll's condition? What, exactly, is taking longer this time? 🤔

Guy Gardner: sometimes nuisance, often great friend, forever ginger, former social worker and teacher, current Green Lantern and... father.
"What the fuck," says Kyle. He was pretty exhausted from his latest assignment, and hadn't even hit the showers or went to bed yet, so he probably misheard. Or was hallucinating.
"What, Jane?" says Hal, like that's a normal fucking thing to say when John suddenly starts talking about running into Guy's daughter.
"What."
"Jane, or RJ, whichever she says. You haven't met her yet?" he continues as he digs through a bag. "You're missing out Kyle, she's a killer cook. Smart girl too, got a massive scholarship when she got into NYU. Might've been top of her class? Aha!"
Here, Hal pulls out a bag of brownies and crows in victory. Kyle's headache only intensifies.
"Oh, life is so good to me sometimes. Kyle, I'd offer, but I value these more than my life, so you're going to have to do all the hard work yourself."
Whatever that means. Hal starts eating the brownies like he's reenacting a vaguely pornographic food commercial. Kyle grimaces and turns away to look at John.
"Since when did Guy have a daughter? I've never heard anything about her," he asks.
"I'm not too sure myself, but I imagine it's been a couple years now. She was about 16 when he took her in, if I'm remembering right," John answers mildly.
Kyle blanches at that because, well, again, what the fuck. It sounded like she was already out of college, or at least finished a degree. That was probably at least 5 years of her being around somewhere.
John must see something on his face, because he says, "We didn't find out ourselves for a while, and only by accident."
"Yeah," Hal adds, slightly muffled. "He'd gone radio silent after a mission, and we were worried 'cause he got pretty roughed up. So we show up at his place and whaddya know! Some teenage girl, and a redhead at that, answers the door with the nastiest look on her face. Thought she'd deck us, honestly. And then Guy rushes out - totally fine for the record - and nearly flips his shit at us."
John gives Hal an unimpressed look.
"Get cleaned up and rest, Kyle," he says. "You'll see Guy in a few days, you can ask him then. It's high time you met her anyway, considering her ring."
"Her what?"

Ok, so are thoughts of cannibalism that concerning to people??
Like, how much is too much time thinking about it? I don't want to hurt anyone... I'm just really curious what a cooked person would taste like! (I would not eat raw meat, why would I do that)
If I were given the opportunity, like a strange chef caught my attention and offered a meal of finely cooked human meat, I would have a hard time refusing the chance of such a fascinating experience. I know people think it's the greatest taboo known to mankind, but under the specific highly unlikely yet still possible circumstances that the meat being served is consensually and ethically sourced, why not? I just think about it once in a while and want to know if what convicted cannibals say about the taste are true. I saw a vid recently of some guys combining meats to try recreating the flavor profile described and maybe I'll have my conclusion that way and be done with it. I dont want anyone to be hurt!! I dont want to hurt people.

my advice if you're scheduling a surgery is to try to get one as early in the morning as you can. there's no way to exactly predict how long each one can take so cases set to start at 10am may not be able to go until 11:30 because the one before them went longer than expected - staff being late, equipment being lost or malfunctioning, unexpected issues, unusual anatomy, or a pt taking a long time to wake up from anesthesia. and then once they leave the room it has to be cleaned and prepped for the next one. but if you're on the schedule for 7:30 they're usually pretty good about getting you in on time. at least where I work

Ch195, Soul farming
F. O. L. Orphanage could be about not just blood collection but also about collecting potential souls for transplanting into each of the lords of the stars. Undertaker could just keep trying (and essentially killing these children) until he finds the best match for each of the four lords....
Imagine if Undertaker eventually tells our earl that he got the idea of using this orphanage to prepare souls for transplant... from thinking about how Sebastian has been preparing his young master's soul for his meal.
These kids are placed into each class based on blood type and aptitude... then forced to experience life the way each lord thinks best suits them. Even if the kids don't like it.
By the way, F. O. L. What's it stand for? May I propose "For Our Lords"?? 🤔

legato was definitely the most fucked up about the trigun anime. like yeah in the manga he still killed all those people but having explicitly a group of orphans who had to witness their entire towns leave them behind for seemingly no reason? that shit is terrifying. also i just said it but i feel like vash should have reacted more to the whole ‘oh btw knives gave me your arm’ thing. like didn’t you already have two arms when you met him. did you really need to trade one for someone elses. also do you think he knew that transplants sometimes get rejected by their new host bodies or did he agree to this with the bliss of ignorance

🌺 I’m so glad to see the development we have for Shidou’s storyline. It’s so much more grounded, suits MILGRAM better, and makes more sense. The fact that the fandom got his murder wrong is one of the best possible outcomes and has completely changed my opinion on him.
Since discovering the question is of whether or not ending life support for and donating the organs of braindead patients (probably children) is ethical & not “this guy is a murder surgeon who yoinks his victims’ innards” I no longer think of him as a cartoonish murderer whose crimes are honestly puzzling to consider bc how was he getting away with it?? I see him as a guy who Really thinks he is Really a murderer because a traumatic & life shattering event changed his view on his job.
It also makes the lyric “ethics are a delusion” much less funny and a lot more “this guy is questioning whether his job is literally even ethical or not.”
I think it explains his behaviour around children as well—he is a father who lost his children and believes he has killed many others as well. He feels regret & shame mixed with his paternal instincts.
I wonder if his wife and children were in some kind of accident and he was holding onto the hope that one of them would survive? That’s my current theory. Either way Shidou Kirisaki I am so sorry for calling your vibes rancid and saying you make me uncomfortable I’ve changed my mind literally entirely <3

//also i wanna be the smallest amount of !!! about some ideas real quick so i wanna share one other thing i've been taking notes on with the new profiles i wrote for the carrd
anyway yeah all my muses here have parents with actual names. feels like a small thing. and did i have to do that? no. no i didn't. i really didn't. but i've wanted for a while to develop these characters' parents, and that starts with giving them names.
does any of this matter? probably not. but i think this is a fun thing to consider for their characters and establishing more of where they each come from, even if a majority of these characters' parents are dead or otherwise not in their lives.
also goes without saying but a lot of my thoughts here are speculation or based on limited evidence in canon, since many of these characters' family backgrounds are just not explained, especially not in any significant detail.
anyway thoughts under the cut
spencer's parents: john and hannah middleton
i've actually had the idea in mind for like a year now that spencer's mom's name was hannah. if you know why.... keep your mouth shut. (kidding)
spencer's parents are dead. he killed them both in retaliation after years of abuse and neglect stemming from their genuine fear of their son's mental illness. basically everyone in town knows he did it, but there's very little chance of him being prosecuted for it. not because anyone thinks it was justified, though--more because, though everyone *knows* he did it, there isn't enough *concrete* evidence.
tony's parents: alejandro caballero and inés torres
so i've talked a little about tony's parents publicly, but not in a lot of detail. the main thing i wanna point out here is that neither of his parents' surnames are vargas. because i'm going all in on "antonio vargas is a fake name." vargas is the surname i gave him but yeah it's all fake babeyyy!!!!
forget if i've said anywhere publicly yet, but tony's legal name is oscar caballero torres! or as he'd mostly be referred to in the U.S., oscar torres. (not sure on exactly *what* specific national heritage his family has, but in at least most spanish cultures, people traditionally have two surnames, one associated with each parent, though in the U.S. for example they tend to go by their matronym. so yeah legally he'd be oscar torres.)
(the only reason i'm giving each of his parents one surname each here is simplicity, but their names would also follow this tradition.)
anyway, tony's father alejandro died when he was a young teenager, but his momma is very important to him and a major figure in his life.
jack's parents: charlotte townsend and william evans
so i mentioned earlier this year that i think it's very possible that jack's surname, townsend, isn't his *original* surname. and i've decided to just commit to that.
my original idea was that jack adopted the name townsend from one of his foster parents, possibly his first, as a way of symbolizing him leaving behind his old name and past and basically just. restarting his identity (which is also how him being trans flew mostly under the radar with his neighbors). i ended up dropping that, though, and instead i think townsend is his mom's maiden name.
jack's mom, charlotte, walked out on him and his dad when he was *very* young, and before that she wasn't super present in his life. i don't think she was actively abusive towards him like his dad was, but i also think she wasn't exactly mother of the year. (idk, i go back and forth on how sympathetic to her i am.)
ANYWAY i have a lot more thoughts on jack's parents that are best saved for another post, but basically. jack's mother left her shitty abusive husband and young child behind and started a new life, and jack took her maiden name as he grew when he started a new one as well. i doubt it was intentional on his part, and honestly i think it came down to an issue in the paperwork when he was entered into foster care.
jerry's parents: daphne and matthias pascal
so this is where i am nervously ignoring canon and just kinda doing what i want with the references to jerry's family while picking and choosing what i want from those references.
jerry's parents are a pair of old money types who settled in delaware, and who are definitely *not* happy with the fact that one of their children ran off to join a cult and hasn't spoken to them in well over a decade. his parents cared less about who he was as a person and more about what he could do to further their legacies and reputations. the cult honestly probably started in part as rebellion against them.
in present day, jerry's parents don't know where he is, and he's happy with that. occasionally, the private investigators they hire to try and find him get close to figuring him out, but he's gotten good at evading them.
rosa's parents: elisa vasquez and lorenzo rivera
again, tying in with what i mentioned about spanish surnames under tony's section, rosa's full legal name would be rosa rivera vasquez. ditto for her parents having more surnames, though i'm sticking just to the ones they would've passed down to rosa.
anyway, rosa has two loving parents who genuinely care about her and are active parts of her life, though she has been making a rather significant effort to be more independent and not rely on them as much as she did when she was younger. (ignoring the fact that she *is* still very young.)
i won't pretend they've never had conflict, but for the most part their relationship is healthy and strong. her parents love her and she loves them.
amelia's parents: celeste o'brien and james ambrose
amelia was raised by a single mother, which is where a lot of her drive to be a strong woman and handle everything herself comes from. i originally considered the idea that her father was mostly absent from her life, but i've decided to scrap that idea. she knows her father and has spoken with him, and he has made an effort to be part of her life. he didn't walk out intentionally, and he's been trying to make it up to her.
buuuut she's not particularly impressed with him. she doesn't want to give him a chance, so for the most part she's just. not going to. she has a relationship with him and it's mostly cordial, but she doesn't really get along with him. her relationship with her mother is similarly tense, but they're definitely closer than she is with her dad.
she is, however, *very* close with her aunt natasha. natasha was there for amelia when no one else really was when she was a kid, and she never forgot that. hell, half the reason she moved to this shitty little town in georgia was to be there for her aunt.
sabine's parents: amanda and joseph lemoyne
yeah, i finally named the gas station owners. about time! i could only deal with calling them pops and mamaw for so long.
sabine's parents were a pair of right-wing doomsday preppers who neglected their daughter severely in favor of preparing for an apocalypse and other conspiracy theorist bullshit. they did their part to prepare sabine as well, but for the most part, they tended to just... have her take care of the home while they dealt with everything else, very rarely giving her the support she needed. generally, the lemoyne's had a reputation in town for being very strange but well-meaning, though, and very few people raised a fuss about anything they said or did.
(and yeah, the fact that the lemoyne's were right in some respects about some of what they were paranoid conspiracy buffs about doesn't take away from their rancid-ass beliefs or their treatment of sabine.)

What they could have done with Perfect Chronology was make it about using possible histories to learn more about various characters (for the sake of more/better character endings) and ultimately learning what exactly the old empire did to start the desertification (for the sake of making sure no one accidentally does it again). And if they REALLY need to make another big monster to fight, it could've just been that to find the last clue to what the old empire was up to/get out alive they had to fight a big monster. Could even make the monster a byproduct of whatever caused the desertification without making making the monster itself cause the desertification.
