Tales of Sobriety & others. TW: Mentions of SH

Some of these are more personal doodles I've made about my struggle with SH behaviors. Its and up and down journey I just gotta take one day at a time. The outcome lately has been silly looking journal doodles. I dont know if people mention the compulsion aspect of SH. It feels like my mind is screaming at me to make it quiet. Constant looping, repeating thoughts. It's so loud and then its quiet, numb. Sometimes it's easy to resist, to distract myself, but other times I feel helpless. It's not easy, I do and have failed, but I'm still here. I'm still fighting.

Hey. Crazy hypothetical and in no way serious at all, if you were presented the opportunity to eat a cooked human leg, would you do it??

Who's leg is it?: Amputee. They lost the leg from something and somehow they give it to us.

Who cooked this leg?: Idk a leg chef or something but its presented very nicely like you cant even tell its leg on the plate.

Who would I do that??: People who recognize a rare once-in-a-lifetime event where no one is killed and everyone is okay?

The 'Leave Your Body' Lemonade Incident

I want to share a bit of a story with you guys. It's about an experience from my first job at a Panera Bread. So Panera has this Charged Lemonade drink that's already pretty infamous. It was one of the drinks that workers were allowed free refills of. I had no idea this drink was caffeinated and I refilled the Larger 30oz cup 3 times that shift, that day I only had to be there for 5 hours. So let me tell you that online, it says the caffeine contained in the Regular 20oz cup is about 259mg. That makes one 30oz contain about 388.5mg. So because I had refilled my cup not one, not two, but three times. The total amount of caffeine in me would've been around 1,165.5mg. But why didn't I stop? Wouldn't I have become overloaded and stopped naturally? No. Because caffeine can sometimes work differently for people with ADHD, so me. Going home that afternoon was one of the worst experiences of my entire life. I cannot stress how anxious and fucked up I was to feel like I'm sinking deeper and deeper into the endless void. I laid myself down on the floor of my bedroom and didn't move for hours. So for another comparison it is listed that a single 5-hour energy has about 215mg. What the fuck. -100/10. Would not recommend.
