I'm currently working as an animator on a Comedy Central TV show called Tooning Out the News! It's a late-night satirical news show where animated anchors on various news programs interview real guests.

I drew James Smartwood, host of the main news program Big News, to kick off the new season!

News - In Summer of 2024, Classic television network MeTV will be launching a new classic animation channel called MeTV Toons! While they are heavily advertising such classics as Bugs Bunny & Friends, Tom and Jerry, Popeye, Scooby Doo, ect, they will also be carrying vintage English-dubbed anime like Speed Racer and Marine Boy! MeTV Toons will be available on regular broadcast television, as well as free-with-ads streaming platforms.

I must say, I’ve really been enjoying watching some folks on the new APAC server cry about not having their boosts or their 700 billion credits anymore

#there have been a few folks talking about how refreshing it is to have a clean slate #how it’s nice to start from zero again #I’ve seen some completely new players learning the ropes #and while some people are being dicks #a lot of people seem to be helpful right now while everyone is starting from the same place #I do think eventually they should offer some sort of transfer discount to apac folks #who have been dealing with absurd ping #if they want to move a bunch of toons to a server they can raid or pvp or just play on without getting lagged out

What makes your OC feel safe and secure?

That's a good question, one he wouldn't really be able to answer for himself. He's quite out of his depth, by his own volition mind, but even nostalgia isn't too comforting. What he needs is to know others are safe, unharmed, alive, things that were never guarantees for him before. If those things are true, then he can breathe. anything more seems extraneous.
